"So, this is New York, but it looks beauitful in the snow stuff." Rocket heard Nebula say, as it was a snow day In New York which his and Groot's good friend, Spidey had alerted them about plus RJ was with them as he'd never seen snow before like Nebula but wearing a raccoon-themed beanie hat on his lil head and a striped scarf around his furry neck to keep the cold off him.
"I am Groot, I am Groot." Groot said to Rocket, meaning he wanted to do some of the things they did the last time they'd been here having snow fun seeing RJ curious about this asking what his dad and Groot had did that madecGroot so excitable, making Nebula just as curious as the snow was beauitful, making the city look magical like in a storybook smiling.
"Just wait and see, buddy." he said.
"There you guys are, ready for some fun, but see you brought some friends." they heard a familar voice say making RJ in awe seeing Spidey swing down hearing Rocket chuckle introducing Spidey to him andNebula but Groot was excited to get the fun started along with RJ making Spidey curious about what that meant.
"… R-Rocket Jr, that's what it means, Mr Spidey." the male-cub said softly.
"www that's so cute, but let's web-sling to Central Park and get this snow-day going." he replied making Rocket smirk, knowing RJ would love this like when he took him on rocket-pack rides seeing Groot wrap his vines gently around RJ like he instructed makijg Nebula relieved by this, guessing they would be flying high above the city seeing Rocket nodding as they took off, hearing RJ cheering and Nebula giggling making Rocket chuckle along with Groot.
"This is so awesome, like the rocket-pack rides daddy gives me." RJ whooped as Nebula also enjoyed as they landed on the snow-covered Central Park taking everything in only seeing other cubs his age making him excited but anxious feeling Rocket squeeze his lil paw gently telling him not to pay any Terran bullies any mind and just to have fun with them.
"Okay guys, but I hope they like me, hey a squirrel with a pink ribbon." he said making Rocket guess, Doreen was here which was good, knowing like RJ, she was a Therian too and wanted to introduce RJ to her.
"Rocket, what an jice surprise, did you come for the snow-day, awww who's this lil guy, is he Therian." Doreen said
"RJ this is Doreen Green otherwise known as Squirrel Girl and she's a Therian too like you." he told him.
"Woah, it's not just the planet of Therians to find my people, do you have a real tail like me because of your special tattoo." he said hugging her leg making her giggle seeing the Therian tartoo of the square in the triangle, the Therian emblem seeing Tippy also impressed.
"That's Tippy-toes my best friend who I can to and can understand squirrels, we came to have snow-fun because school got cancelled." she told him seeing his eyes wide with wonder only Nebula knew, maybe RJ should be in school making Rocket sigh.
"We'll talk about it, but let's go have fun, like building a snow-raccoon." Rocket said.
"Can Ms Doreen come with us, daddy." RJ asked him seeing him nod.
They were then building a snow-raccoon but Doreen was making a snow-squirrel with Tippy's help but Nebula was helping with the snow raccoon while Groot was making a snow-Groot amusing her and the others as Soidey saw snowballs hitting the snow-raccoon making RJ upset as he'd put his heart ijto it, feeling Nebula hug him seeing some Terran kids had thrown them.
"Look at the runtvwith the tail, he must be one of those Inhuman freaks they talk about." one said.
"He's a Therian which is different, you jerks." Doreen said throwing snowballs at them starting a snowball fight hearing RJ giggling hitting these meanies with snowballs seeing them run off scared seeing RJ stick oht his tongue catching snowflakes alomg with Groot which Nebula thought adorable doing so enjoying this.
"Wanna try ice-skating, guys as it's really fun, right Spidey." Doreen said to them.
"Yeah let's try it, it might be fun but there's no meanies there." RJ said to her.
"I don't think so buddy, plus we'll teach you how to ice-skate." Spidey said to him seeing Rocket and Nebula want to try alomg with Groot but Spidey was making web-skates for them plus Doreen was taking RJ onto the ice rink gently and slowly while he was getting it seeing Rocket doing jumps and stunts making Nebula worry for him, but RJ was doijg amazeng shivering making Rocket skate over feeling she was cold but then Green Goblin showing up irked Spidey and Rocket alomg with Nebula telling RJ to stay with Doreen until they came back seeing Groot with them.
"How about we go get hot cocoa." Doreen suggested making the male-cub perk up a little.
"With a zillion marshmallows on top." he asked her makijg her giggle.
"You're so sweet compared to your dad, you know that." she replied noticing him talking to raccoons like she could talk to squirrels seeing him join her saying they'd asked about his tail making her get it.
"Don't tell my daddy about it, he doesn't like other raccoons." he said.
"Okay buddy but I think it's cool, like I talk to Tippy's friends." she told him.
"There he is, with Doreen having hot cocoa and okay, good thing we told him to stay as he could've gotten hurt or roughed up but at leastvwe stopped that guy." Rocket told Groot and Nebula as they and Spidey returned to Central Park finding Doreen and RJ having hot cocoa only he noticed owies on his dad, mama Bula and Groot running to them giving hugs like they did when he got hurt.
"Thanks buddy but we can fix ourselves up, when we get home, but we're happy you're safe and sorry the snow day went off the rails." Rocket said to him.
"Are you kidding, it was awesome, we got to fly, build snow stuff, haveca snowball fight, I madecan new Therian friend and had to have hot cocoa." RJ replied as the Milano was hovering seeing RJ hug Doreen's leg before joining Groot, Nebula and Rocket as they were beamed up into the ship appearing there, so Nebula was getting the first-aid kit so she could tend to her furboy first because she could fix herself up later seeing him tired alomg with Groot knowing they and RJ would go down for sleep easier after the fun had worn them out.
