In this one, something's off with a certain furboy which makes Nebula and RJ worried especially when in a message, he reveals he has to get his tonsils out but hiding this from the others, he asks her to tell RJ what's going on so he doesn't worry but Nebula is worried.
Rocket slowly got out of bed but feeling his throat was really hurting, but didn't want to tell the others in case they worried about him, including RJ but was heading to the dining-room seeing the others including RJ and Nebula noticed that something was off with him hearing him coughing covering his mouth with his paw saying he was alright seeing Nebula frowning.
"You sure you're okay, you've been coughing a lot." she pointed out to him.
"I-I'm okay Nebs don't worry, I can handle myself, I need to talk to somebody." he replied softly to her, feeling RJ hug his armoured leg sensing something was wrong with his dad but being big and brave in front of him and the others frowning while getting ready for school like always after breakfast hearing Nebula was taking him to school this morning which only added to the young cub's anxiety.
"I'm okay buddy, just a sore throat, you get them too." he assured him.
Nebula saw him leaving in his own ship, guessing where he was heading to, knowing Herbert knew him the best, so could help him sighting seeing RJ ready as she transportedthem there using a telepoter bracelet she wore on her right blue-skinned wrist seeing RJ also wore one which his das had given him appearing at Avengers Campus seeing him hug her leg before running off to join his classmates seeing her sighing teleporting herself back onto Knowhere, unaware the others noticed something was bothering her.
"Just leave me alone, Quill, don't you have things to do." she said in a stoic tone
"She must be like RJ worrying about RJ about Rocket, he hasn't returned yet, or sent a message." Cosmo told them making Groot understand but was going to do art which the others got.
Nebula was in her little apartment in her bedroom cuddling the Gamora stuffie as she was anxious about Rocket hoping he was alright but felt her comm buzz, getting a message from a certain furboy saying he had to get his tonsils out stunning her asking what she should tell the others, they alojg with Groot would be worrying like crazy hearing him coughing.
Just lie, but tell RJ what's happening as he's worrying and I hate scaring him like this, I'm actually scared myself Nebs.
"Okay but you'll be okay, we know he loves you and hugs you tight when we visit Wondergore which makes Quill jealous but I'll tell RJ what's happening." she replied to him as he nodded feeling tired hanging up making her sniffle a little wiping them away just lying on the bed with the Gamora stuffie in her arms falling asleep hoping Rocket would be alright with what was happening to him.
"Let's hope he'll be okay." she whispered to her.
