In this one, Rocket's anxious about RJ growing up, because he's growing fur and grew whiskers which adds to Rocket's anxiety but Nebula helps him out, by getting him to tell RJ what's bothering him.
"Hey dad, what's up." Rocket heard a familar voice saying, as he was on the Bowie seeing lots of cubs from the Theerian planet he and RJ visited wondering what was goijg on seeing a teenaged raccoon-cub that looked like him in Guardians armour surrounded by female-cubs drinking soda like he was in a chug relay, which unerved him seeing his cub had grown up ijto a rambunctious teenager seeing a zit on the top of his snout feeling his palms sweaty.
"RJ, how did this happen, one minute you're a sweet cub who loves Go-Bots and now you're a teenager how did this happen." Rocket asked, taking deep-breaths like him and Nebula taught RJ when he got stressed feeling his heart racing.
"You said it yourself, cubs grow up fast remember." he told him.
"Not like this, just stay my lil cub, don't grow up fast." he said as everybody was laughijg including RJ making him freak out seeing RJ morph into an adult making him terrifed him
"Stop growing up so fast, just be a cub, for the love of Groot." he yelled
"Stop growing up…" Nebula heard Rocket saying in his sleep as she entered his room, guessing he was having an nightmare about RJ growing up knowing this was about his anxiety of their cub growing up seeing him begin to stir looking frazzled surprised seeing him like this hearing RJ bounding in.
"Mama Bula, daddy look, I have whiskers which is awesome." he told them, seeing Rocket stunned seeijg his son did have whiskers like he was growing patchy fur and lookijg like him, faking a smile telling him to get dressed feeling emotional and Nebula hug him knowing he was happy for RJ and his anxiety about him growing up fast was activating
"I think you should tell him about this, it might make you feel better." she told him seeing him taking deep-breaths and leaving his room seeing RJ at the table noticing his dad was nervous about something making Rocket sigh, explaining he was scared about him growing up too fast surprising RJ hugging him.
"Daddy you've nothing to worry about, I'm always gonna be your cub." he reassured him.
"Thanks buddy as I had a bad dream about it." he told him as they were eating breakfast
"Yeah, I know daddy as you felt sad ehen Emmy and Shocket left after they grew up, so I won't leave when I grow up, maybe be a Guardian like you." RJ told him which Nebula found sweet.
"I told you that he'd be okay, if you told him what's bothering you." she told him.
