In this one, Nebula and Rocket visit Wondergore for dinner but Herbert mentions that Rocket's birth mom has escaped from jail which makes Rocket freaked out only Nebula reassures she'll help him catch Roxy and bring her to Novacore for her trial.

I also love the headcanon of Rocket listening to punk rock music

"Rockie, Rocket are you listening to what I'm saying, ohhh you have your headphones on." Nebula said.

It was mid-morning and Nebula had gotten a message from Herbert who happened to be her furboy's father but right now, Rocket was listening to punk-rock music on his headphones and with RJ at school, he could sing without having to watch his mouth so Nebula stepped behind him, gently taking the headphones off his furry ears making him confused, seeing Nebula there.

"Oops sorry Nebs, what's happening and sorry, I thought it was just me in here." he replied.

"It's fine, your dad sent a message, about us visiting for dinner but you okay, you normally listen to that music when you're upset or stressed, you were quiet during the meeting." she told him seeing him looking away from her, he couldn't hide anything from her or push her away, sighing as she might get it.

"I just had… another bad dream that's all." he said sniffling feeling Nebula's arms around him in a hug knowing it was okay to feel whatever he was feeling without shame stroking behind his firry ear hearijg him crying mentioning Roxy making Nebula curious, not wanting to ask in case she rubbed salt ijto whatever emotional wound that had just opened.

"S-She's my m-mom, the o-one who kicked me out." he said sniffling stunning Nebula just hugging him and letting him cry out this pain wondering if this was what Herbert wanted to talk to them about soothing him making him tea but it made him sleepy tucking him into bed putting noise cancelling earbuds in his ears playing ASMR.

"Is he okay, I heard crying and sniffles." Lylla told her making Nebula annoyed.

"Right now he's sleeping so leave him be okay." she said in a stern tone.

"He might've made you his soulmate, but I'm important to him too." Lylla reminded her.

"He's been having bad dreams about Roxy, his birth mom, that's why he was crying." she replied.

Lylla was stunned that her best friend had trusted Nebula enough tomtell her about Roxy but knew Nebula could help him knowing that Roxy had busted out of jail, deciding to keep that to herself for now.

"Mmmmm, this stuff's great and helping after a not so great day." Rocket said

He alomg with Nebula, Jupiter and Herbert were at the table in the Wyndheim penthouse apartment on Wondergore enjoying dinner and talking only Rocket felt the ambience switch a little noticing his dad giving him eye contact seeing Jupiter having a worried expression shaking her furry head at her husband.

"I know it'll freak him out but he has to know, Roxy busted out of jail which Nova Prime alerted me about and know your relationship,with that terrible woman, Roxy isn't good." he told Rocket feeling anxious blocking everything out but the sound of his heart beating fast which Herbert saw wrapping his arms gently around him telling him to breathe seeing him doing so, relaxing despite that news he'd just gotten realising Roxy might try to hurt Ranger and their dad, Zeke.

"I haveca plan, can't you just de-evolve her when we capture her." Rocket told Herbert.

"The Novacore want to put her on trial, for her crimes plus you'd have tomtestify." he told him.

Nebula was stunned hearing Herbert saying this seeing her furboy nodding saying if it would help put Roxy away for a long while, he'd domit fist-bumping his dad's paw making Nebula sigh, as this would be emotional but she'd help him wanting to bust Roxy drinking wine hearing giggling from nowhere seeing Rocket grin as he knew it was Casey, his kid sis.

"I heard there's free Dr Pepper." he called out.

"Really, where." Casey said appearing from out of nowhere.

"Casey Tessila Raccoon, were you eavesdropping." Jupiter told her.

"Mayge, but you wouldn't tell me so I found out but I can help stop Roxy." she replied.

"She has her first Crabby Week and she thinks she's a big-cub." Herbert said.
