Hey guys and gals, welcome to the newest chapter of Ryusei Dimension Rockman and this is the last chapter before the start of the finale of this story.

This time around we'll be have libra scales who will be some you won't expect, and there will be also a new Oc you won't expect.

I was originally going to have this chapter be in Lowee but changed my mind, so with that said let's do this!.

Planeptune

Third person P.O.V.

Above the city of Planeptune in the wave world, we see two streams of light on the wave roads dashing through the city which was at dusk.

One of the lights was blue, while the other one was brown.

The blue fired several blasts at the brown light who moved out of the way before it dashed towards the blue light.

The blue light jumped on to the wave before dashing towards the brown light.

The two crashed into each which caused a large pulse knocking each other back, revealing the light were Rockman and a new FM-Ian that looked like a Scale.

"Damn this guys tricky to catch" Rockman said, as Omega-xis nodded "Be careful, Libra is one of the smarter of the FM-Ian's".

"Omega-xis, I will give you two choices for your next move A: Surrender and return the Andromeda key or B: Continue your traitorous actions" Libra said.

"And let you continue destroying planets? I don't think so" Omega-xis said, as Rockman fired a blast towards Libra.

Libra was knocked back by Rockman's blast, as he pulled out a battle card.

"Battle Card! Predation! Jet Attack!" Rockman said, as Omega-xis ate the card, transforming into a birds head.

He then flew up into the before dashing towards Libra, who barely dodged out of the way.

Rockman barely grazed Libra shoulder, which left a noticeable wound on his shoulder.

"Tch, problematic I still haven't merged with a human yet" he said, before turning into to light to fly away as Rockman went after him.

"Get back here!" Rockman yelled, as Libra looked back.

"I have two choices, A: Stay and fight or B: Flee and recover" he said, before looking over at his wounded shoulder.

"B, definitely B" he said, flying away.

"Don't let him get away Ryu!" Omega-xis said, as Ryu nodded.

"Y-Yeah, o-okay" Ryu said, tiredly as they continued flying.

The two lights dashed through out the city, as Rockman almost caught up to him.

"A little bit more! Keep going!" Omega-xis roared, as Rockman continued dashing after Libra, not noticing that some kind of energy blast was following them.

Omega-xis was about to bite at Libra, finally catching him when suddenly they started falling.

"What?! Ryu what are you Huh?!" Omega-xis blinked, seeing Ryu was passed out cause of exhaustion.

"GOODBYE! OMEGA-XIS!" Libra laughed, flying off as Omega-xis growled "Damn it!".

Planeptune

Nepgear P.O.V.

"Ryu? Omega-xis? Are you okay, Ryu!" I said, as I watched what Ryu and Omega-xis were doing on my computer.

Libra had showed up a few times already and had been absorbing Planeptune's energy but each time Rockman was able to stop him but each time Libra had escaped.

"I hope they're okay… Ryu's been so tired trying to catch him" I said, worriedly before I saw Rockman phasing through the window and landing on the ground.

"RYU!" I said, standing up as the two separated leaving Ryu unconscious.

I then took off the visualisers from Ryu before placing it on myself so I could see Omega-xis, and he wasn't happy.

"GOD DAMN IT! WE WERE SO CLOSE" Omega-xis roared, as I lifted Ryu up a bit.

"You weren't able to beat him again?" Nepgear asked, as Omega-xis growled.

"No! We were! We were so close to catching him but then this bastard had to pass out" he yelled, as I looked down.

"I mean… you have been pushing him really far… he hasn't gotten any rest in days" I said, looking at the bags on Ryu's eyes.

"What! You're saying it's my fault now!" Omega-xis yelled, as I jumped back.

"N-No, I-I'm j-just saying that rest is important" I gulped, as he scoffed.

"This is why I hate meek people like you, can't even keep yourself awake for a few days" he said, before turning into energy flying off.

I looked down sadly, gripping my hand a bit before I sighed.

I then decided to help Ryu back up to bring him back to his room by lifting him up.

I walked out of my room and saw that Neptune was playing her game "Come on! Just a little bit more".

"Neptune don't you think you should be getting to bed now? It's getting pretty late" I asked, but Neptune just waved her hand.

"Yeah, yeah whatever after I beat this stage" she said, continuing to play.

I sighed, shaking my head a bit before making my way to Ryu's room.

When I meant it to Ryu's, a placed the boy back on his bed.

As I watched him sleeping, I couldn't help but grip my hand.

'He's just a kid, and yet he can all these amazing things, while I'm the CPU candidate and yet I can't even transform' I thought, looking down.

"Sometimes… I wish I was the one who became Rockman…" I said, before shaking my head "I should head to bed, it's getting late" I mumbled, before walking back to my room, not noticing that something was watching me.

Later in the night

Third person P.O.V.

We see Nepgear in her bed, deep in sleep however above her was Libra watching her.

"Seems that this girl is close with Rockman, the choices are A: Hide within her until the time to strike or B: Find someone else to EM wave change with and sticker soon" he said, before smirking "A, definitely A".

He then turned into energy before entering into Nepgear Transer, and then we see into Nepgear's dream.

It was of Planeptune however it was currently being attacked by a giant Kaiju Dogoo.

"Oh no! The cities being destroyed" she said, looking up at the giant Dogoo with her sister, IF, Compa and other citizens being trapped in Jelly like body.

"Tch, Oi Nepgear let's smash this jelly" Omega-xis said, and Nepgear nodded.

"Alright" she said, raising her Transer.

"EM WAVE CHANGE! NEPGEAR! ON AIR!" She yelled, as Omega-xis appeared behind her before engulfing her.

With a bright light we see her transformed into what looked like a purple version of Rockman with her hair tied up into a ponytail.

She then jumped into the air, charging up an energy blast as she did before blasting at Dogoo pushing it back.

She then pulled out a battle card before feeding it to Omega-xis, in order to shoot a powerful window which forced the Dogoo to push all the people trapped inside out.

The dogoo growled before jumping into the air, attempting to smash the hero.

Nepgear only smirked, as she pulled out two battle cards and feeding the, to Omega-xis.

"BATTLE CARD! PREDATION! ICE KNUCKLE! BREAK SABER!".

As he limbs transformed into the weapons before she punched the Dogoo, freezing its body before she used the break saber to drill into the monster, shattering it before it turned into pixels.

Nepgear landed on the ground before looking over at all the citizens she saved, including her friends and sister who were all cheering for her.

Nepgear smiled, looking at all the people cheering for her before she was forced to return to normal and found her self in a strange space.

"What where am I?" Nepgear questioned, looking around the place when suddenly a silhouette of Libra appeared.

"I see, so you wish to be on the same level as your sister and Rockman Hmm?" He said, as Nepgear stepped back.

"I shall give you two choices A: Join with me, and get the power you yearn for or B: Refuse this offer, and forever be in the shadows of those you look up to".

"I-I…"Nepgear stammered, before everything went white.

"Ah!" Nepgear yelled, as she jumped from her bed before looking around.

"I-It was just a dream" she sighed, before moving back down to the bed.

"Let's just get some rest, Uni, Rom and Ram are coming over tomorrow"she mumbled, closing her eyes to get some sleep not noticing her Transer glowing a bit.

The next day

Ryu P.O.V.

"Yawn, it's too early" Rockman said, as he flew around the city on the wave road.

"Suck it up, we need to find Libra" Omega-xis said, as Rockman looked at him.

"Omega-xis, we don't even know where Libra ran off to, besides he's after the key right? Then we should just wait for him to come for us" Rock said, as Omega-xis growled at him.

"But now he has time to merge with a human now, if you hadn't passed out last night then we wouldn't even have to worry about this" Omega-xis said, as Rockman scratched his hair.

"Yeah sorry about that, guess all the fighting was pretty taxing on me" Rockman said, before thinking about something.

"Hey by the way Omega-xis I've been meaning to ask, what is the Andromeda key and what does it open?" Rockman asked, as they landed on a rooftop.

"Why do you wanna know all of a sudden?" Omega-xis asked, as Rockman shrugged "Guess I was curious, come on tell me!".

Omega-xis sighed and shook his head "Well I guess you've helped me enough, you deserve an explanation at this point" he said, perforce summoning the key in front of them.

It looked like a crystal orb, with a three fingered dragon holding on to its which was glowing with a ominous purple energy.

"That's the Andromeda key?" Rockman asked, as he nodded and out it away.

"Yes, it has the ability to summon Planet FM's ultimate weapon, Andromeda the planet killer."

"I've only used a tiny bit of it's power once, but with it I was able to destroy an entire asteroid field" he explained.

"Incredible…" Rockman muttered. "But then why did you take it?".

"That, I'd rather keep to myself" Omega-xis said, looking away.

"Well… alright then" He said, continuing to fly when suddenly several shots fire at him "Huh?".

"Yo Rockman" he heard, looking up to see Breakman above him.

"Scorpio!" Omega-xis growled, as Rockman gulped "What do you want now"

"What do you think? It's time for around two and this time there ain't a fat freak interupting us" he said, as the two were about about to fight but then they heard the sound of sirens.

Rockman looked down and noticed several police cars driving around.

"Come out here Rockman! And show us where your allies are too!" Detective Goyoda said, as Rockman gulped.

"Oh no! It's the Satellite Police" Rockman said, as Breakman groaned "Those jerks again".

We see that the two dashed away while the cars chased after the two of them.

Planeptune Basilicom

Third person P.O.V.

"H-Huh?" Nepgear mumbled, as she slowly opened up her eyes only to be welcomed to the crack of sun light in my room.

She slowly moved up and stretched a bit before shaking her head "What was with that dream, it felt so real" She yawned, before noticing the time on her Transer.

"12:30! Oh goodness it's so late!" She gasped, before jumping out of her bed.

"I need to get changed before Uni, Rom and Ram get here" She said, quickly looking for her clothes "Geez! Why did I have to wake up so late! This never happens to me".

A few minutes later we see Uni, Rom and Ram walk in to the Bascilicom, as Neptune poked her head up from the couch.

"Oh hey guys! What'cha doing here?" Neptune waved, weakly after not getting a wink of sleep last night.

"Miss Nepgear invited us to hang out today" Rom said, as Ram nodded.

"Yeah, but Neptune why do you look so tired?" Ram asked, as Neptune laughed.

"Yeah, I kinda've been playing this game all night" Neptune laughed, making Uni sweatdrop.

"No wonder Planeptune has the lowest shares of all" Uni said, as Neptune pouted.

"Hey, that's mean!" She said, before proceeding to continue playing her game.

"Hey guys, sorry I'm late" Nepgear said, quickly leaving her room and running up to her friends.

"What took you so long?" Uni asked, as Nepgear smiled rubbing her head "Sorry, I was up late helping Ryu with something".

"Stop talking about that dummy" Ram pouted. "Come on Nepgear! Where are we gonna go!".

"Yeah, we wanna do something" Rom nodded.

"Well I was thinking maybe we could try doing some quests" Nepgear said, as Uni nodded.

"Yeah, that sounds good" Uni said, as Ram smiled.

"Yeah! Come on! Let's go and beat up those monsters" Ram pumped, as the girls started making their way to the guild to get some monster hunting quests.

Planeptune City

Ryu P.O.V.

"Okay, I think we lost them" Omega-xis said, as I landed back on the ground followed by Brekaman as we both returned to normal.

"Huh! Ryu! You're Rockman!" I heard, looking over to see that Jack was actually Breakman.

"Blues… you're Breakman… why did you combine with an FM-ian" I asked, as he looked down.

"It's not like I meant too… I was out in a walk when he combined with me" he said, looking down.

"Why would you combine with a wimpy brat like that" Omega-xis asked, as I smacked my Transer.

"Hey I just wanted to have some fun, and he was the only guy that had a similar frequency to me" Scorpio said "It's not like I was gonna hurt him but then Cygnus came and put this damn collar on:3" he said, as Jack showed us the collar around his neck.

"So unless we get the key, we're dead" he said, taking control of Jack's body.

I quickly lifted my arm, ready to transform but then I gripped my arm in pain.

"Oi? You okay" Omega-xis asked, as I looked at my arm.

"Yeah, I think the fight from last night left me a bit bruised" I said, slowly lifting my arm again.

"Gah!" I said, gripping my arm as I fell on one knee "Oi Ryu!" Omega-xis said, as Brekaman sighed.

"Ugh, this is no fun fine I won't fight for you now" he said, giving Jack back control as he helped me back up.

"I'll help you back to the Bascilicom" Jack said, as I nodded but then we heard foot steps, we looked over and our eyes widen.

It looked like a man but he was in armour like me as Rockman, it was dark green and black with dark green armour on the chest boots and arms which had two blades and his face was completely covered by a black mask with two glowing red eyes.

"What is that!" I said, as Omega-xis looked at the man"I don't know, it looks feels like a virus but it looks to human".

"We gotta get out of here" Jack said, running before a police car stopped in front of us making us fall back.

"Huh?" Scorpio said, as the door opened and an officer walked out.

He had curly brown hair with blue eyes and wore a white shirt with a navy blazer over it and black trousers and shoes.

"You okay?" He asked, helping us back up as we nodded "Yeah, thanks…".

"Hide in the car, leave these freaks to me" he said, and I slowly nodded, as we ran into the police car and watched from the window.

The monster walked towards him as he pulled out a Transer that looked like one of those old flip phones.

"Canis" he said, pulling out a battle card before inserting it into the top part of the phone making it glow.

"YEsSIr The phone said, as he pulled down his shirt's arm revealing a gauntlet before he slotted the phone in the gauntlet.

"WaveChAnge" The phone said, as digital cylinder surrounded the man's body, before there was a bright flash.

"Omega-xis, is that?!" I said, covering my eyes "Impossible, Wave change!".

When the flash died down we were able to see what he looked like.

He had dark gold spandex with gold going up it's body. It had bulky white, gold and black armour on it's chest, arms and legs and it's shoulders had two claws on them. His helmet looked like a dogs head with the man' head in it's mouth with a visor covering his eyes. He also had a small slit on one of the gauntlets on his arm.

"CaNis HUnTeR" The phone said, as he gripped his hand "Ikuyo…".

The monster roared as it swung it's sword towards Canis Hunter who caught the blade before kicking him back.

He then activated his gauntlet which caused an energy blade to pop out of the gauntlet.

The two then began swinging there swords at each other, trying to hit each other bodies but neither of them getting the chance.

Canis then jumped back, dodging the monsters attack as he pulled out a battle card before before swiping it on the flip phone

"PreDATion" The phone said, as a golden colored grenade appeared in front of him.

He then reached for the grenade before tossing it towards the monster.

The monster swung it's swords at the grenade to knock it back however it exploded in his face knocking him back.

Canis then pulled out another battle card and swiped it on the flip phone causing a green coloured Gatling gun to appear in front of him.

He then had it fire at the monster who barely had the chance to move out of the way.

The monster then tried to escape through the wave road by changing it's frequency.

However in response Canis switched his energy sword for a energy whip.

He swung the whip a few times before throwing it towards the EM monster.

The whip then wrapped around it's body, changing it's frequency back to being physical before Canis swung the ship slamming the monster on to the ground.

"No way!" Omega-xis gawked, in complete shock.

"He can force a EM being to change frequency!" Scorpio said, as they continued fighting.

"Hmph, it's time to end this" he said, attaching the flip phone on to the gauntlet, as he pointed at the Monster.

"JUdgeMENT" the phone said, as Canis fired the phone towards the monster.

The phones eyes flashed as it was covered in energy changing into giant wolf head as it ate the monster.

There was a bright flash of light, and when it died down the monster's armor cracked before it dispersed revealing a man,

Canis returned to normal, as he opened his phone before placing it next to his head.

"I found the target, it wasn't Rockman but another Jammer, call an ambulance and get him some medical attention sending co-ordinates now" he said, hanging up before putting the phone back in his pocket.

He then turned around and walked towards Ryu and Blues.

"You two okay? That guy didn't hurt you did he" The man asked, as the two boys nodded.

"Yeah, my arm just hurt's a bit" Ryu said, as the man nodded.

"Alright, I'll drive you two back home can you tell me where you live?" He asked.

The two boys looked at each other and nodded as they looked back at the man.

"Just bring us to the Bascilicom, I live near there" Ryu said, as the officer nodded as he got in the car while the two boy's sat on the back seat.

The car then started up and drove off towards the Bascilicom.

Virtua forest

Third person P.O.V.

Meanwhile we see Nepgear, Uni, Rom and Ram were walking through a dense forest in search of some monster they had to defeat.

Uni peered her eyes back, as she looked at Nepgear who looked to be more tired as she was farther back then the others.

Uni stepped back a bit and started walking next to her best friend "You doing okay, gear?".

"Huh, oh yeah sorry I'm just a bit tired right now" she said, rubbing her eyes making Uni nod as they continued walking.

As they walked, we look towards Nepgear's Transer to see Libra inside.

"Hehehe, I'll just need to A wait for my chance to escape from this Transer or B wait for my chance to combine with this girl" he smirked, watching what they were doing "Definitely B!".

"Hey guys hurry up! We're here!" Ram yelled, as the two cpu candidates caught up with the twin candidates.

The group of four looked down and saw a group of large blue fured wolves called Fenrirs which were coming dangerously close to a village.

"So what's the quest again?" Rom asked, looking at the Fenrir's down below.

"Apparently we have to exterminate the Fenrir's before they attack the village" Uni said, looking at the request on her Transer.

"Alright! Let's do this!" Ram yelled, running down the hill much to the surprise of everyone else as they tried to follow her.

"Hey! Ram wait" Rom said, as they pulled out their weapons.

Uni's was a black sniper rifle, Rom's was a white and light blue staff while Rom's was the same except white and pink.

Uni stayed up at the top of the hill as she aimed her sniper rifle at the Fenrir's before firing at the monsters.

This hit the ground next to the monsters, catching them by surprise as they looked up to see the three candidates running towards them.

The Fenrir's growled as they rushed towards the three Cpu candidates.

One of the Fenrirs leapt towards Ram but she quickly waved her wand, this allowed her to use wind magic to blow it back.

"Woah! Mina's magic is really helping out" Ram said, happily while next her Rom used water magic to throw a ball of water at the Fenrir's knocking it back.

"Wow this is so exciting! We've never get to the monster fighting quests like this!" Rom smiled.

"Guys concentrate!" Nepgear said, as a Fenrir leapt towards

It tried biting her but she raised her sword causing the wolf to bite the sword.

She then knocked the beast back, and tried to attack the sword but then she suddenly froze.

"Huh? Nepgear!" Uni yelled, as she fired her gun at the Fenrir before it could attack Nepgear.

This caught Rom and Ram's attention, distracting them enough for the Fenrir to attack them knocking them back.

The Fenrir was about to finish them off but then.

"HEAVEN'S DEMON!" They heard, as several swords flew towards the Fenrir killing them all.

The girls looked up to see IF and Compa running towards them.

"Iffy!" "Miss Compa!" Ram and Rom said, as the two guild members walked up to them.

"You two okay?" Compa asked, as she checked two young candidates injuries.

"You're lucky that we also picked this quest, but why were the monsters able to one up you guy?" IF asked, as Uni walked down the hill.

"It's because Nepgear froze up for some reason" the candidate of Lastation said, as she checked Nepgear "What happened back there".

However Nepgear only smirked confusing her friend before her was engulfed in an amber auto knocking everyone back.

"EM WAVE CHANGE! NEPGEAR! ON AIR!" Nepgear yelled, as she was forced to fuse with Libra becoming Libra scales.

Libra Scales was a much more solid version of Libra. She still wore the Roman styled helmet and her pink eyes were very visible. A blue stripe went around her chest area and she had stiff scales for arms.

The scales had wide shoulders with red fin-like structures, spikes at the top of the palms, and were holding balancing weights through strings.

The weights each had three spikes at the bottom and were holding a flame at left, and a water tornado at the right. Instead of legs, she had a very thick platform colored in bronze which bore the gold sign of libra at the top, two blue stripes at the sides, and spikes underneath both her and the sides of the stripes. However, the wound on the shoulder was still very much visible.

"Nepgear! WhY is this" Uni yelled, as the FM-Ian looked at the candidates.

"Your friend Nepgear is gone I am Libra scales" she said, as she fire and tornadoes at the group.

"It's just like what happened at Ryu's school, the FM-Ian took over the person's body" IF said.

"Er go of Nepgear you big dummy!" "Yeah!" Ram and Rom said, as they used their magic on the FM-Ian.

However Libra Scales just changed it's frequency causing the magic to phase through her "Don't think you're simple attacks will work on me" she said, before going in for the attack.

Bascilicom

Third person P.O.V.

We see the car Ryu, Jack and the officer were in driving towards the Bascilicom.

"Um, mind if I ask, what was that monster you fought" Jack asked, as Ryu nodded.

"Yeah and what was that armour? It looked like Rockman's" Ryu asked, as the officer looked back at them.

"The monster was a called a Jammer, it's when a virus wave change's with a human they've been showing up a lot lately so the Satella police have developed the Hunter system for their top officers, though it is only in it's prototype" he explained, peering back.

"That's why were trying to capture Rockman or any of those FM-Ian's so we can learn what makes them combining with Human's possible".

"But it seemed to work fine when you did it" Jack asked, as the man shook his head.

"No there's several problems with the system like a time limit for how long we can do it, or a limit to how far we can push the system" he explained, as they nodded.

The car soon stopped in front of the Planeptune Basilicom, as Ryu and Jack got out of the car.

"Thanks for your help" Ryu thanked, as the man nodded.

"Alright, but don't go into dangerous situations like that agai-" he said, before his phone rang he put up his phone next to his head to answe.

"What's wrong IF? I'm busy" he said, making Ryu raise an eyebrow 'Miss IF'.

"What! Alright! This is my chance! I'm on my way" the man said, as he closed the door to his car before driving away.

"Huh, what was that all about" Scorpio wondered.

"Not sure, but what were those Jammer things" Jack asked, Omega-xis shook his head.

"Not sure, it shouldn't be possible for a human and Virus to merge together" he said.

"I think we should follow him" Ryu said, as Omega-xis looked at him "What, why?".

"He mentioned Miss IF, and he was in a hurry, there's a chance that it could be Libra" Ryu said, as Omega-xis looked at him.

"Ugh fine"Omega-xis said, rolling his eyes as the two combined becoming Rockman.

"Follow us if you want, we're still going" Rockman said, as he changed his frequency and followed the car.

"So what do you think kid, wanna follow them" Scorpio said, as Jack slowly nodded.

"Yeah… I wanna at least find someway to help even if we're forced to do bad things"mJack said, as the two combined to become Breakman as they flew after Rockman.

Virtua forest

Third person P.O.V.

Meanwhile back with the CPU candidates and the guild members they were having trouble as all of the attacks they attempted against Libra scales did nothing.

"Hehehe, try as your might nothing you do can harm me! I am the smartest of all FM-Ian's" she boasted.

"Let Nepgear go now!" Uni yelled, as she aimed her gun at Libra scales "RADIANT BULLET!"

She then fired an electric charged bullet towards the FM-Ian however it only smirked, as she changed her frequency causing the bullet to phase through her body.

"No!" Uni said, as Libra Scales sent a wave of fire towards her however before it could hit her a figure rushed in front of her.

"WaveChANge

"PreDATion"

When the smoke died down we see Uni looking up at Canis Hunter as his armor assembled around him with a barrier around the two.

"Who are you?" Uni asked, as Canis Hunter started down Libra Scales "I am Canis Hunter, an officer of the Satella Police".

Canis Hunter then activated his saber as he rushed towards Libra scales dosing it's several attacks.

"Hey who the heck is this guy!" Ram yelled, with Rom nodding "Yeah, he looks like Rockman" she said, IF looked at her.

"He's officer Matt Hound, a member of the Satella police" IF explained, as Uni walked up.

"But how do you know him?" Uni asked, as Compa nodded "Yeah I wanna know too".

"Simple, he sued to be my partner in the guild before he left to join the Satella police, it was before you joined Compa" IF explained, as they watched the fight.

Libra Scales shot a wave of water towards Canis but he jumped over the wave and slashed the FM-Ian knocking it back.

Libra scales was about to fire another blast at the officer but then Rim and Ram use a light magic to blind the FM-Ian.

This gave Canis the chance to slide under neath Libra scales before he switched his sword to it's whip mode.

He then wrapped the whip around the FM-Ian's body forcing it to stay in it's physical state.

"WHAT! WHAT KIND OF TECHNOLOGY IS THIS!" Libra scales screamed, as Canis looked up.

"NOW! USE YOUR ATTACKS ON IT!" Canis yelled, as the girls nodded.

"Ice Coffin!" Rom and Ram yelled, as they both shot a powerful wind of flame.

"Demon Flame!" IF yelled, as she shot a flaming tornado.

"Spark shot!" Compa yelled, using her needle to shoot a park of electricity

"Tricolour Shoot!" Uni yelled, shooting a bullet which cause the three other attacks to combine into one powerful attack.

As the attack was about to hit, Libra Scales smirked, as she moved her scales in front of her before summoning a fire and ice virus, as a yellow aura surrounded his body.

'What!' Canis thought, as the attack hit causing a small explosion knocking everyone back.

"Owie, it hurts" Compa said, shaking her head as everyone got back up.

"Did that do it?" Uni asked, as she saw the smoke before it died down revealing Libra Scales fine.

"What but how!" IF said, as Libra Scales simply smirked.

"I simply used my two scales and changed my element to negate your attacks" he said "And now time to end this".

"Libra Swing!" Libra Scales yelled, as he then spun around at quick speeds before ramming into everyone, knocking everyone back, which also forced Matt out of his armour.

"No! Not now" Matt said, trying to transform but it wouldn't work.

He then moved his scales in front of him about to attack the girls but then another figure moved. In close.

"BATTLE CARD! PREDATION! BARRIER!"

Suddenly Rockman flew in and used a Barrier to protect the girl from the attack.

"Wow! It's Rockman!" Ram and Rom said, excitedly as Rockman turned around.

"You guys okay?" He asked, before noticing something 'Where's Nepgear?'.

"R-Rockman, that monster it took over Nepgear" Uni said, making Rockman's eyes widen as he turned around and glared at Libra Scales.

The two then changed their frequencies as they flew up to the wave road much to eveyrone's surprise.

Wave road

Ryu P.O.V.

Libra Scales threw several waves of fire and wind towards me and Omega-xisl so I barely had a chance to move out of the way.

"Why did you have to take over Nepgear, what did you have to say to convince her!" I yelled, firing my Buster at the FM-Ian.

However Libra Scales spun her Scales to knock my blasts away.

"Fool! It was easy to combine with this girl" she said, before throwing a wave of fire "And that's all thanks to you!".

"What!" I said, which distracted me enough for the wave to hit me knocking me back.

Libra Scales then flew up before on top of me.

"Gah!" I screamed, trying to push him off of my body.

"It was because of her jealousy over your power that her heart was open enough for me to come in and combine with her!" She said, slamming down on my body again.

"W-What… I had no idea…" I said, as Omega-xis looked at me.

"This ain't the time, look up at the shoulder" he said, as I looked up and noticed the wound still on his shoulder.

I lifted Omega-is up and fired a charged shot at Libra Scales shoulder which knocked her off of me.

"Nepgear… I know your still in there…I don't know why you're jealous of me and Omega-xis's power… but you don't have to be".

"If it wasn't die all the help you've given us this far we wouldn't have been able to beat as many of these guys as we have or even help as many as we have" I said, as Libra scales smirked.

"Please, you really think that heart felt speech will work" she said, about to attack again but noticed she couldn't move "What!".

"Nepgear…" I smiled, before pulling out a battle card Nepgear made for me "I'm going to save you… with the battle card's you made for us!".

"BATTLE CARD! PREDATION! EXTREME SPEED!" I threw the battle card into the air and had Omega-xis eat it before in a flash I disappeared.

"What! Where did he go!" Libra Scales yelled, looking for us but then…

"BATTLE CARD! PREDATION! SHADOW CLONE!".

Suddenly on top of the wave roads several clones of myself and Omega-xis appeared as we all began blasting the confused FM-Ian.

"Stop!" Libra Scales yelled, throwing waves of fire and ice at us which destroyed the clones.

"BATTLE CARD PREDATION! MISSILE!" I yelled, sending several missiles towards Libra scales knocking her down to the ground.

"Here's our chance Ryu! Finish it!" He said, as I nodded pulling out six battle cards before Omega-Xis ate them.

"Program Advance! Tri Saber! Impact Cannon!"

"Celestial Severance" I yelled, mimicking Nepgear's attack.

I then rushed towards Libra Scales and slashed her several time at the FM-Ian before kicking her into the air,

I then fired at the FM-Ian with my cannon causing a small explosion.

I then caught the falling Nepgear who was unconscious as Libra flew away "I'll be back! Omega-Xis".

I looked over at Nepgear unconscious body as jumped off the wave road and changed our frequency much to the surprise of the others.

"Nepgear!" Uni, Rom and Ram said as they ran towards me as I laid Nepgear on the ground.

"Is she okay?" Rom asked, as I smiled and patted her head "Don't worry she's just unconscious".

"Wow you were able to save Nepgear you're definitely a hero" Ram smiled, which made me blush.

"You think? Hehe" I smiled, rubbing my head but then a energy whip wrapped around my body.

"Huh? GAH!" I yelled, being pulled back by the whip as I looked up to see the officer dragging me back with the whip.

"Rockman, you've evaded us for a long time but now your under arrest".

"What are you doing! He helped us why are you arresting him" Uni asked, as the officer looked at her.

"He's a vigilante he needs to be arrested" He said, as IF walked up.

"Matt's right, he's a dangerous Variable we should at least find out who he is" IF said, as I looked at her.

'Even Miss IF thinks this…' I said, looking down but then some blasted the whip freeing me.

"Huh?" I said, as I looked up to see Breakman on the wave road before they flew off.

"What! How is that even possible!" Matt yelled, as he rushed towards me but I changed my frequency before he could grab me and flew off.

"Damn it! Get back here Rockman!" He yelled, as flew back to the Bascilicom.

Later that night

Ryu P.O.V.

"Hey Nepgear" I said, walking into Nepgear's room as she rested in her bed.

"Oh hey Ryu…" she said, sitting back up "Thanks for saving me back there".

"Yeah…" I said, sitting down on the seat in her room "Hey mind if I ask you something?" I asked.

"Sure…" she said, as I looked down.

"When I was fighting Libra … he said the reason he was able to combine with you was because your were jealous of me and Omega-xis's power… was that true" I asked.

"…Yeah…" she said, looking down "I was jealous… because when I first heard you were moving in I was excited to get someone that'd be like a little brother to me" she said, making me blink in surprise.

"But… then I found out that even you were able to transform just like Neptune… and I was scared that I'd be the only out of all of us that I wouldn't be able to transform… I wanted to be able to help all of you".

"Nepgear…" I said, looking down "I'm sorry… I didn't know".

"But you've been helping us out this whole time, I know for a fact that when you finally transform you'll be able to help people just like me and Neptune" I said, making her smile.

"Thank you" she smiled, as she pulled a controller for the game in her room "Um, I was wondering if you wanted to play… together".

"Sure" I smiled, as we began playing her game together.

Meanwhile on the balcony.

"So what did you want to talk to us about?" IF asked, as she and Compa walked on to the Balcony to see Matt standing there.

"Yeah, I kind of get Iffy but why did you ask me?" Compa asked, as Matt turned around and handed them a file with pictures of Jammers on them.

"I've been investigating a case about EM viruses combining with humans… I think there might be someone or even a group doing this to them" he explained "And I wanted to ask for your help since you're the top Guild members".

"Who would be doing this?" IF asked, as Matt shook his head.

"I'm not sure, but I've been investigating a group that could possible be the one doing this" he said, as Compa blinked.

"Who?" She asked, as Matt started at them.

"They call them selves… the Seven Sages".

And cliffhanger! That's right I'm going to be doing the Seven Sages, and just to say, this won't be until next season so look forward to that.

Anyway so what did you think of Canis Hunter, I really liked the idea kinda like Acid Ace and if you've guys know your astronomy you should know that there's a Canis Major and a Canis Minir si might have to do something with that.
