Hey guys and gals, welcome to the newest chapter of Ryusei Dimension Rockman!.
This time around we'll be doing part two of the finale, and the rest of ep 3 of the anime.
So with that said, let's get rid of all this filler and get on it already!.

Opening: Be somewhere
Zune district
Third person P.O.V.
On the coast of the nation known as Leanbox, in the zune district, we see a deserted island which was used for waste.
On the island was a building, with several lines of colourful energy going into the building.
Inside the building we see Tom Dubias being controlled by Cygnus who stood before the other FM-Ian's with a tall, tube-like machine standing behind him.
The FM-Ian's theres included Taurus, Wolf, Scorpio (Who was in control of Jack), Crown, Cancer, Libra and Ophiucha.
On the floor of the room was a large circle with pictures of each of the constellations they were based on, on it.
"Greetings everyone, it has been awhile since all of us have been together since we were sent on this mission" he said, with a smirk "And you may be wondering why I asked for you all here".
"Well you see the main problem we have had up until now was that we need a body to access our full power," Cygnus explained.
"However, I have managed to fix that problem with an experiment I have been conducting that may prove very useful to us."
"An experiment? What's that meant to mean" Taurus asked, with a confused tone.
"Now now my dear companion" Cygnus said, as he walked up to the console.
"You see I have recently discovered that this human species radiates a special energy known as share energy which we have absorbed when EM wave changing, with that energy I have discovered something very interesting" he said, before looking over at Cancer.
"Cancer, can you move over your sign please?"
"Hm?" Cancer blinked, moving over to where Cygnus directed, "What is this supposed to be about 'buku?"
"Oh don't worry about it, just sit tight and watch the show" he said, turning the machine on as it sent a purple light over Cancer's body.
The light covered Cancer's body before forming into a purple energy tornado.
'W-What's going on?' Jack asked, from his head as Scorpio grimaced "It can't be".
When the energy dissipated it revealed Cancer now in his Cancer Bubble form "Ahhh! I'm in my EM Wave Change 'buku!" Cancer Bubble freaked out.
"Impossible! He materialized!" Ophiuchus gasped, for as long as they knew they needed a being of similar wave length to materialise, how was this possible.
"Meet the Electromagnetic Materialiser, a machine which combines the share energy with the em waves to replicate a human body which we combine with, it also allows us to take on a human disguise of our specifications" he said, "It was the idea of the brilliant human I am inhabiting's".
"That's amazing!" Wolf shouted eagerly, as his tail wagged quickly "Hurry up and do me next!"
"Down boy, there is still more," Cygnus said, as he reverted Cancer Bubble back to normal "Share energy is finite, it'll need to recharge in time so you all can only stay materialised for 1 hour, if you wish to make this a permanent change then you must do what I say".
"What! Who put you in charge!" Taurus roared.
"Yeah, besides how do you even plan on making this change permanent!" Crown yelled.
Cygnus smirked as he looked to the hall way "That is where my business partner comes in" he said, as a woman walked through the hall way.
It was woman who's clothes had a clear witch appearance She has very pale skin, almost appearing to be a pale light purple. Her hair is also a light shade of purple, being styled in a short haircut with one long bang to the side. Her apparel consists of a black witch hat with thorns circling it with two different shaded purple flowers on them, and feathers sticking off to the side. Her outfit itself is a black one piece with purple stripes along the cuffs and torso area.
"Greetings aliens, I am Arfoire" she said, confusing the FM-Ian's.
"A human?" The FM-Ian's asked, confused "What is a human doing here".
"Hmph, don't compare me to those inferior species, I am something much more" she said.
'No way! It's Arfoire' Jack said, shocked as Scorpio looked up.
"Who's Arfoire?" He whispered 'She's the leader of the terrorist group called ASIC, I didn't think she was actually real'.
"You see me and Arfoire have been working on a plan to fix our little issue" he said, as Arfoire nodded.
"You see, the goddesses of this world also draw their energy from the share energy of the world which means if we can capture them then they'll you'll be able to do your little 'wave change trick' as much as you want, and with this" she said, lifting up a red x-shaped crystal "We should be able to capture them"
"Okay, but what do you want from us?" Libra asked, as Arfoire smirked.
"It's simple, I want control of Gamindustri after you defeat the goddesses, as well as a share if the energy drained from them".
"So any other questions?" Cygnus asked, and the other FM-Ian's needed no more convincing.
One by one, each of them morphed into their EM Wave Change forms and prepared for battle.
Leanbox Bascilicom
Third person P.O.V.
We see the group of ten walking through the Leanbox Bascilicom after the concert and the whole FM-Ian attack.
"It's all well and good that she invited us to the concert, but what's with Vert not showing up herself?" Noire pointed out. "She didn't even arrive when the FM-Ian attacked".
"I'm sure she has her reasons" Blanc said.
As this was going on Neptune, Ram, and Rom were trying to open each door in the hallway, but most of them were locked.
One door wasn't however, and Neptune opened it to find video game boxes, unopened figurines, and Yaoi posters littered around the place.
"H-Huh, didn't think I'd see a room messier then Neptune" Ryu said, with a sweatdrop "Geez, I guess all goddesses here don't act like they should" Omega-xis whispered, forcing Ryu to shush him.
"Hmph, maybe Vert's actually just a slob" Noire said, smugly as they walked around the room.
"Ooh! Look, this is a game that can be only be bought by those over eighteen years of age!" Neptune exclaimed, much to IF's surprise "Hey Nep! we've got impressionable kids here!".
"Ah Geez, you're no fun Iffy" Neptune said, before noticing a small light in another room "Huh?" She said, walking over.
"Oh come on! Ugh fine I'll cover you" they heard and when they entered the room, they were met with Vert playing a game called 'Four Goddesses Online' on her computer.
"Hey! That's what you were doing!" Neptune said, grabbing her attention.
"Oh my, welcome," Vert greeted, "Sorry, I'm a little tied up right now."
"Hold it! Why did you ditch us to play games!?" Noire asked "You even missed another FM-Ian attack, which we had to take care of..
"Oh well you see, I thought I'd just play for an hour before leaving, but my faction ended up laying siege to the enemy. I couldn't just leave." Vert said, awkwardly. "Although I do thank you for defending my nation".
"I thought you mentioned you were going to throw a party for us here after the concert," Blanc reminded.
"We're right about to topple their castle, so if you could wait just a little bit longer..." Vert pleaded, as they all agreed and left her alone.
"Now what? Looks like we'll be waiting a bit longer," IF said.
"Hmm…" Noire said, thinking it over.
And a few minutes later we see Noire now dressed up in a maid cosplay as she looked at the rest of the group.
"Woah, Noire I didn't think you could pull the maid look so well, could you be trying to be a cosplay CpU?" Neptune asked, making Noire blush.
"WHAT! O-Of course I-I wouldn't! H-How dare you put me in the same group as those unfashionable nerds!" Noire said, turning her head.
"Uuhhh, well actually…" Ryu was about to say, but then Noire gave him a look which said 'Don't you dare!' Which shut him up.
"Now then, let's start getting ready for this party" Noire said.
"What! Come on can't we just laze around and do nothing" Neptune whined, as Noire glared at her.
"Quit whining. We've come all the way to Leanbox, so let's make it a party worth the trip" she said, before turning to Ryu, Nepgear, IF and Compa.
"Okay first off, Ryuk Nepgear, IF and Compa. You three go and get the ingredients we need" she said, as they nodded.
"As for the rest of us, let's clean this place up!" She said, making everyone there nod as they started doing their job.
Leanbox Mall
Ryu P.O.V.
When the four of us made it to the near Leanbox mall we had all decided to split up.
IF had gone to go and get some drinks, while Compa had left to get some of the ingredients for the food.
Finally Me and Nepgear were sent to go and get some deserts or some ingredients for desert.
"Hmm, what should we get" Nepgear said, looking at the ingredients for cooking.
"Hmm, how about some sticky toffee pudding?" She asked, picking up some dates.
"Yeah, that sounds good" I nodded "Speaking of which don't forget to get Neptune's pudding".
"Right" she said, as we picked up ingredients for pudding.
"Ugh, why are you lot taking so long, I want some of the food now!" Omega-xis said, as I opened up my Transer.
"Stop being so childish Omega-xis! We need to get the ingredients and it'll probably take a while to make the food" I said.
"Yeah, so can't you just wait a little bit longer?" Nepgear asked, as Omega-xis grumbled.
"Fine, whatever" he said, making me sigh as I closed the transer.
"Oh hey um Ryu, could you get some milk? We need it for the deserts" she asked, as I nodded leaving Nepgear so I could get to the milk isle.
After a few minutes of walking I finally found the milk isle where I saw the girl I had helped after she had dropped all her flyers, I think her name was Rei Ryghts.
She was currently climbing up the isle so that she could reach for what was on the top of the isle.
"Come on! Come on!" She said, trying to reach some of the products on the top of the isle.
"Almost… Ah!" She yelped, as she slipped off causing some of the products to shake before falling on top of her.
"Ow… that did not go well" she cried, as I ran up to her.
"Hey are you okay?" I asked, picking up the products to get them off of her.
"Oh thank you…" she said, reaching for her fallen glasses as she placed them back on her face before blinking a few times.
"Oh! It's you again" she said, moving back up "Um, Ryu right? What are you doing here".
"Oh well a friend invited us here for a party, but she forgot about so now we need to get the ingredients to make some food for the party, what about you?".
"Oh well… I kind of got a new job here…" she said, uncertainly.
"Oh, well that's great" I smiled, but she just looked down "It's… not that great no one really listens to me even though I'm meant to be the leader of the group".
"Well… don't worry I'm sure you'll get them listening to you soon, you just need to get them a reason to listen you" I said, making her smile.
"Thanks Ryu… needed that" she said, as she picked up the fallen item.
We then said our goodbyes before separating as I picked up the milk and headed back to Nepgear so we could continue shopping.
Leanbox Bascilicom
Third person P.O.V.
Meanwhile we see that everyone else we're still working on cleaning the Bascilicom… yeah right, Nah they were mostly doing their own thing.
"Come on! Come on!" Neptune said, as she slowly placed the 18 rated game's disk into the console "This is going to be so good".
She was about to push in but then a brush smacked her hand "Ow!".
She looked up and saw Noire glaring at her "What do you think your doing?".
"Oh uh, just taking a break from all the work I've done" she said, as Noire glared at her "Oh yeah? What work".
"…OKAY! Fine!" Neptune grumbled, getting back up to start cleaning up as Noire gained an amused smirk.
Meanwhile we see Rom and Ram were on the floor drawing on some of Vert's books.
As they did this Blanc was up close to her book shelf and was looking through the books when she noticed one in particular.
'Ninja's of love Huh?' She said, opening the book and flipping through some of the pages until she made it to one of the pictures of the book.
Her face then went bright red as she quickly slammed the book shut confusing her sisters.
"What's wrong big Sis?" Ram asked, as Blanc looked down "N-Nothing" she said, putting the book away.
'T-That was a very big katana…'.
We then see Vert playing her games, incredibly focused as her and her guild planned for what to do.
"Okay, so everyone got your items ready? Azure, go buy more healing items don't worry I'll play you back later and- wait! Leroy! What are you doing! Stop! Quick follow him!" She yelled, frantically.
We then see Uni putting back up a figurine on it's shelf before accidentally knocking one down, breaking off it's limbs.
"Oh crap!" She said, quickly trying to fix it "Okay… that looks good" she said, putting the figure back up to reveal that all the limbs were in the wrong place.
As she looked at the figure she flashed back to what happened earlier today.
Flashback
We see Uni walking back down the hall of thre concert while it was still under attack by Queen Ophiucha.
'If Ryu was still unconscious then who was the voice I heard' she thought, when she reached the corner.
"What's going on" Uni heard, as she looked over to see Ryu talking to Nepgear.
"An FM-Ian showed up and summoned gigantic cobra's that started attacking people, Big Sis and the others are fighting them right now, but what happened to you?".
'Oh It's just Ryu' she thought, about to walk over but then.
"It was Ohpiuca, she EM wave changed with that Luna girl and knocked Ryu out" she heard, quickly hiding 'Who was that?'.
"If Luna's in trouble then I need to help her" Ryu said, standing back up.
'What? What is he going to do?' She thought.
"Are you sure? You're still hurt" Nepgear said, as Ryu smiled.
"Don't worry, I'm alright now" he said, before he lifted up his Transer 'What is he doing'.
"Em wave change! Ryu Stelar! On air!" He said, as the Transer glowed before Omega-xis came out and circled his body.
"What! A monster!" She gasped, still watching what was going.
Omega-xis then hugged Ryu's body before turning into a tornado of green flames "It… can't be…".
When the flames dissipated Ryu was now in his Rockman form.
"Good luck" Nepgear said, as Ryu nodded giving her a thumbs up as he changed frequency and flew towards the wave road.
"No way…Ryu…is Rockman?!" She said, shocked.
Flashback end
"I can't believe Ryu was Rockman…" Uni whispered, looking down "How long has he been Rockman for… who was that monster… why did Nepgear know…".
Uni then shook her head, deciding to figure all of this out when they come back.
Leanbox
Third person P.O.V.
We see that Compa was heading back to the basilicom after buying the groceries. "I guess Iffy, Ge-ge and Ryu haven't finished getting everything yet".
She peeked inside the bag, making sure she had gotten everything that was needed before leaving the mall.
She then let out a yelp as something bumped into her, causing her to fall to the ground.
"Owie…" Compa said, looking up to see a small black mouse monster rubbing his head, this was Warechu.
"Ow...my head!" Warechu cried, rubbing his head with his paw, he then looked up to glare at the person who he bumped into.
"Hey, you got some nerve not looking where you're going! Can't you see I'm a mouse chu...eh?" he said, before getting a good look at the beauty known as Compa.
'T-This feeling… what's happening!' He thought, as Compa moved up close to the small mouse.
"Oh my, are you alright Mister Mouse?" Compa asked, a look of concern on her face.
Warechu couldn't help but blush as he took a quick glance at the girl's body before looking back up "Huh, oh yeah I'm ow!" He cringed, grabbing his arm.
"Oh dear! Are you okay" she asked, quickly taking his arm "W-What are you doing" he asked, still in pain.
"I'm just patching you up" she said, wrapping some bandages around his arm but as she did a faint pink glow came from her hand's which caused the pain in Warechu's arm to go down a bit.
"You're an angel~ Can you at least tell me your name?" the mouse asked shyly.
"My name? It's Compa" she answered, making the small mouse smile.
"Compa...such a beautiful name for a beautiful angel like you!"
"Okay, looks we got enough" Ryu said, as he and Nepgear walked towards Compa each holding a paper bag of ingredients.
Ryu was planning on making some fried tempura and chicken while Nepgear bought many types of fruits to make some deserts with.
"Hehe, man if what you said is right this fried chicken is sounding good" Omega-xis said, making the two smile.
As they walked up however Nepgear glanced an X-shaped crystal on the ground "Huh… what's that?" she said, crouching down and picking up the Crystal.
When she did pick it up however she suddenly felt as if her whole body had gone numb, having trouble to stay standing she fell onto the ground dropping her bag.
"NEPGEAR!" Ryu yelled, helping her back up and saw that Nepgear was twitching while her eyes were dull "Nepgear! Come on wake up!".
"The hell is going on" Omega-xis said, as Ryu shook his head "I-I don't know she's never done this before".
"Huh?" Compa and Warechu said, as they looked up to see Ryu holding Nepgear's body while shaking her.
"Hey! Let go of that!" Warechu cried, noticing the Crystal in Nepgear's hands before snagging the crystal from Nepgear's person.
As he ran off Nepgear blinked, as if she woke up from a deep sleep "What just happened?"
"Thank goodness you're okay" Ryu said, with a sigh of relief as Compa ran over.
"Ge-Ge, are you alright?" Compa asked, as Nepgear looked up.
"I-I don't know, I just suddenly felt like dizzy and everything went numb" she said.
"You look really pale...I think it might be anemia. Though I've never heard of anemia happening to a goddess before." she said softly, a look of worry on her face.
"Hey, are you guys okay? Gear doesn't look so good." IF said, kneeling down next to her friend.
"Yeah I'm alright now, I just suddenly felt like everything went numb like all my energy was zapped out of me" Nepgear said, looking down.
Ryu looked back to see if he could find the mouse guy 'What was that Crystal he took from Nepgear… and why did it do that to her?' He thought.
Meanwhile we see Warechu running into an alleyway, as he took a deep breath.
"That was a close one, never thought I'd run into one of the CPU Candidates. That aside," he paused, before blushing "That Compa now she was an angel, a total goddess!".
Warechu then shook his head before looking up "Now isn't the time, I gotta go and bring the Crystal to the old hag and those freaky aliens" he said, starting to run again.
Leanbox Bascilicom
Third person P.O.V.
We now see the who,e group in the dining room as Vert stood in front of the prepared food.
"Thank you all for coming, sorry for the wait...the castle raid took a lot longer than I thought" she said, looking down.
'I swear to you… Leroy Jenkins… I will get my revenge one of these days' she whispered, making everyone else sweatdrop.
"Also thanks for cleaning up the room, I haven't had the time as of late" Vert said, with an awkward smile.
"Hey, I heard you got dizzy earlier. Are you okay?" Neptune asked, her sister who just smiled "Oh yeah, don't worry I feel fine now".
"So why did you set up this party anyway?" Noire asked, with a raised eyebrow.
"Oh the reason why should be here any minute now" she said, and as if on que the doors opened up.
"Hey Lady Green Heart, you wanted to see the prototype" they heard, as they looked over top see Ryu's uncle, Aaron Stelar holding on to a camera like device and a controller.
"Eh?! Aaron" Ryu said, surprised running up to his uncle as the man smiled "Well if it ain't Ryu? How's life been with you living with the goddesses and all?".
"Hey Nepgear who's the old guy" Ram asked, as Nepgear smiled "That Ryu's uncle, he's a really amazing person who works at Amaken".
"So shall we show off our project now?" Vert asked, as Aaron nodded "Yup, sure thing" he said, setting it up.
"This is the known as the Manect a device we have been designing which allow us to convert EM waves into physical spaces, which can even replicate games allowing people to truly emerse themselves into their game, it is also able to be used for training and you can even use to search the web" Vert said "Thought it only work in enclosed spaces or special areas".
"And yup, it's all set up Lady green heart" Aaron said, as Vert nodded.
"Perfect, now then Neptune, Noire and… Ryu could you three step up for a moment" she said.
"Sure thing" "Ooh definitely!" "Huh? Why".
We then see the three step up as Vert gave a nod to Aaron who pressed a button on the controller which caused the Manect to flash.
This caused EM waves to go through out the room as everyone watched in awe as the entire room was turned into a beautiful sunny forest.
All around them, tall tress spanned the skies and a soft breeze was blowing, ruffling their clothes slightly.
"So cool" Rom and Ram said, at the same time as Compa looked up "Huh? Look at Nep-Nep".
They looked over to see that Neptune, Noire and Ryu were now transformed into Dogoo's.
"Woah! I'm a dogoo" Neptune said, her dogoo form was lilac and had her pink messy hair with her + accessories.
"So weird! My body feels so light" Ryu said, his Dogoo from was brown colored with his brown messy hair and a pair of green visualisers.
"This can't be happening" Noire said, with dismay as she looked at her black body with her twin tails and blue ribbons.
"This camera captures your expressions and movements and then holo projects them as different picture it then uses the EM waves to turn you into those forms".
"So we just gotta use our lame armless goo body to attack Huh?" Neptune said, before smirking as she looked back at Ryu and Noire.
"Okay Nowa-goo! Ryu-goo! Imma Neo you so hard until your black and blue" Neptune said, confindently.
"Huh? Who are you killing Nowa-Gah!" Nope said, as Neptune rammed into Noire's body.
She then rammed into Ryu knocking him down the hill "Geez Neptune, what was that for".
"That's it you little slime! Say your prayers Nep-goo!" Noire said, jumping towards Neptune who just moved out of the way causing Noire to fall.
"Hahahahaha! You can't get me!" Neptune said, not noticing Ryu behind her as he shoved Neptune making her fall down the hill.
"Hey! The heck was that for!" Neptune said, as Ryu smile smugly "Shouldn't get too cocky".
"This technology will also allow us to more accurately practice in combat, teach the students up and personal and be able to talk to other in special designed areas".
"Wow so coo" Nepgear said, as Ram raised her hand " I wanna play too!".
"Of course, go right ahead" she said, as the camera turned everyone else into monsters.
A few hours later
As everyone was having their fun playing around with the Manect, one of the Leanbox servants suddenly knocked on the door.
"What now? Can't you see we're in the middle of a party" Vert asked, as the main moved up close and whispered into her ear.
Noire noticed this and decided to turn off the Manect returning everyone back to normal.
"Hey! The party's over already" Neptune wounded, as Noire turned to Vert.
"What's wrong?" She asked, as Vert turned to them.
"Well, I've gotten a report that a lot of monsters showed in a waste disposal plant in the Zune district." She answered.
"Oh that doesn't sound good" Aaron said, as Neptune turned her head confused.
"Why is it such as big deal? Monsters show up all the time" Neptune said, as Vert turned to her.
"This district is designed to elimnate any monsters that forms, so this shouldn't be possible" Vert said, before standing up "Sorry to cut this party short, but I need to check this out"l
"Let me tag along!" Neptune said, with a smile as Vert turned to her "I'm sorry but I can't, this is a problem for my own country to deal with."
"C'mon, fate must have brought us here today. Let us help." Neptune smiled, as Noire turned to her
"Doing the whole 'we're all friends because we signed a treaty' thing again, are we?" Noire interjected which made Neptune sweat drop "Yup, you got that right."
"I'll help too," Blanc offered, "I owe you one ofter you helped us during the kidnapping incident, after all."
"Okay then, the three of us–" Vert said, before Noire interupted her.
"I-I'm coming too! Who knows how long you three would keep us waiting otherwise," Noire reluctantly said.
"Very well, let the four of us go," Vert finished, but then Nepgear walked
"Um, I'll come too!" Nepgear said, with the other Candidates soon following her lead.
"You girls stay back, this isn't a game," Blanc advised, with Noire nodding "You too Uni, you can't even transform yet," Noire pointed out.
"Nepgear, leave this to your trusty ol' sis. I gotta show off once in a while!" Neptune reassured, patting her shoulder making the candidate nod "Okay."
"On that note..." With a bright flash, the four CPU's turned into their goddess forms and flew towards Zune district.
Ryu watched as they flew off before Omega-xis opened the Transer "Oi Ryu, we should follow them too, I got a bad feeling about this".
Ryu walked out of the room and tried to find a place where no one would find him but then.
"Where do you think you're going, Ryu" he heard, which made him jump before turning around to see Uni.
"Oh Uh, Uni just heading to the bathroom" he lied, but Uni didn't believe.
"No you're not" she said, walking up to Ryu and began poking his chest "You're heading to Zune district to help the big sis and the others".
"Ain't that right, Rockman" she said, making Ryu's eyes widen.
Zune district
Third person P.O.V.
"Is that Zoon District there?" Black Heart asked, crossing her arms which earned a nod from Green Heart.
"Yes that's right...this island connects to the mainland only at low tides" Green Heart said, "It makes it a good hiding place for vagrants and thieves, it's also a area known for shady business deals."
"If there are people accessing this place, then why don't you have soldiers posted here?" Purple Heart asked, looking over at Green Heart which earned a chuckle from White Heart.
"I doubt she even has good soldiers capable of defending this place" White Heart smirked.
"Now now White Heart, I don't make fun of your army do I?" Green Heart said, making White Heart rolled her eyes.
"To answer your question Neptune, I did have an outpost here, but it became too dangerous for them to remain here." She explained "We've been monitoring the island, but we haven't seen human activity for awhile."
The goddesses flew down to the island, and looked around the area to see that there was nothing there.
"Strange… the monsters would've attacked us by now" Green heart said.
"Hmph, maybe your people just saw a rat and were too much of a pansy to deal with it" White Heart joked.
"It does seem quiet… almost too quiet…" Black heart said, readying her weapon.
"Seriously? That cliché line Noire" Purple Heart said, making Black Heart growl.
"S-Shut up! It's true isn't it!".
"Hmm, maybe it was a false alarm" Green heart said, but then they suddenly started feeling a large shaking.
"W-What!" White Heart said, as all the goddesses looked up to see a gigantic tidal wave going straight for of them.
The goddesses then flew up and moved out of the way, and caught a glance of cancer bubble who threw a wave at them.
"HEHEHEHE! HOW DO YOU LIKE THAT YOU BUGS! BUKU!" Cancer Bubble boasted.
"Is that the monster?" Purple Heart wondered, but Green heart shook her head "No it's an FM-Ian that attack my nation a few weeks ago!".
"I guess that's our target!" White Heart said, dashing towards Cancer Bubble but then Taurus Fire came in and crashed ontop of her, forcing the two towards the ground.
"You're opponent is me!" Taurus fire yelled, jumping off of White Heart before crossing his arms "OX FIRE!" He roared, shooting a large fire blast towards White Heart.
White Heart then flew up and dodged the attack as she dashed towards Taurus fire.
"Wide slash!" Wolf woods said, russhijf in and slashed her forcing the girl to block the attack before she rushed in to fight the two.
"I know the Wolf guy but who's the bull one?" Black Heart wondered, as Purple Heart looked to her "His names Taurus fire, he attacked Ryu's school a few months ago".
"Teaming up on her is cowardice! You two get the crab I'll help Blanc" Green Heart said, dashing towards White Heart to help her.
"Gorgon Eyes!" "Flame Scale!"
But then a Lazer and a flaming tornado was sent towards Green Heart forcing her to gracefully dodge out of the way.
She then looked down and saw Queen Ophiucha and Libra Scales looking up at her.
"That snake one… she's the one that attacked my nation!" She said, dashing towards the two FM-Ian's.
As this was going on Black Heart and Purple Heart were flying towards Cancer Bubble who smirked.
"Take this! Water jet!" He said, shooting two jets of at Black heart which covered her body.
"What! What was that for!" Black Heart yelled angrily, as she dashed towards Cancer Bubble as Crown thunder appeared in front of her.
"Fall Thunder!" He said, sending a powerful electric current at the goddess shocking her.
"Gaaaahhh!" She said, falling down and she slowly got back up before flying towards the two FM-Ian's.
"Noire!" Purple Heart said, about to help her fellow goddess but the. A charged shot went past her.
"Huh?" Purple Heart said, looking up to see BreakMan from below.
"Hmph" she said, as she dashed towards Brekaman and swung her sword but he blocked the attack with his shield before blasting her back.
The two then began fighting, as Purple Heart performed her cross combination while Breakamn dodged the attack before blasting the goddess wh8 blocked the attack before slashing at him knocking him back.
We see Cygnus wing watching this going on while he was on the wave road "Seems like our guest of honour isn't here yet".
He said, before extending his wings before flying off to the Leanbox Bascilicom

Third person P.O.V.
We see Nepgear looked up at the night sky, on top of the Bascilicom's balcony.
"Big sis…" she mumbled, looking up at the moon as Rim walked up behind her.
"Miss Nepgear… are you okay?" Rom asked, walking up next to her.
"Huh? Oh yes I'm fine, thanks for asking" Nepgear smiled, before looking down "I'm just worrying about Big sis and the others".
"But why would you be worried? Is you sister weak Nepgear" Rom asked, but Nepgear shook her head.
"No, that's not it when she gets serious she becomes really strong and since I'm the weak one she's always been there when I need her to protect me" she said, before looking down.
"But today… somethings different, today I feel really uneasy for some reason" Nepgear said, her hair blowing in the window
"You feel uneasy" Rom said, surprised.
Nepgear was about to continue when suddenly "I CAN'T BELIEVE YOU!".
"What's going on" Nepgear asked, as the two walked into the building to see Uni shouting at Ryu.
"Uni calm down, what's going on" IF asked, as Uni turned to the guild agent while pointing at Ryu.
"Back at the concert, I saw with my own eyes Ryu combining with some kind of monster and transforming into Rockman!" She said, shocking everyone in the room.
"W-What? No way! That dummy can't be Rockman, right Rom!" Ram said, turning to her Twin who was looking down.
"H-He was able to save us when we got kidnapped…" Rom said, thinking about it surprising her twin.
"Ryu… is Rockman?" Compa blinked, confused while turning her head.
"Ryu… is this true?" Aaron asked, as the boy looked up at his uncle.
"W-What o-of course, I-I can't f-fight" he said, accidentally kicking the controller on the floor which turned on the Manect which sent out EM waves but didn't change the room.
"You're lying! Ask Nepgear she knows too!" Uni said, pointing at Nepgear.
"Miss… Nepgear?" Rom asked, looking up at Nepgear shocked.
"Ryu… and Nepgear… are always hanging out together" IF said, looking down thinking about it "It… kind of makes sense…".
"I-I…" Nepgear said, stepping back on to the balcony but then she bumped into someone.
Nepgear slowly turned her head to see Tom Dubias behind her who smirked before a invisible force smacked Nepgear towards the barrier of the balcony.
"Miss Nepgear!" Rom gasped, as she, Ram and Compa checked on the candidate.
"T-Tom! Is that you" Aaron said, shocked as the man smirked and walked into the room.
Thanks to the EM waves released into the room, they were able to see Cygnus behind him.
"Em wave change…Tom Dubias… On air" he said, as the bird covered his body which caused a energy tornado transforming him into Cygnus Wing.
He then spread his wing before dashing towards Ryu and picked him up by the neck on the wall.
"G-Gah!" Ryu choked, trying to break free of Cygnus Wings grasp.
"Well,well, looks like we meet again Omega-xis, Rockman" he said, moving up close.
"Why don't you transform, and I'll take you somewhere really fun" he said, licking his lips as Ryu kicked the aliens body trying to break free.
"Tom stop!" Aaron said, running towards the alien along with IF and Uni.
"Hmph!" He said, dropping Ryu as he kicked IF and Uni back, who crashed into the wall.
He then turned to Aaron before he lifted him up by the neck and started chocking him "T-Tom… fight it… stop this…".
Ryu looked up and his eyes widen as he saw his uncle dying,
Moments of him with his parents flashed through his mind as he gripped his hands.
"OMEGA-XIS! SAVE HIM!" Ryu yelled, as Omega-xis materialised behind him.
"Got it!" Omega-xis roared, dashing towards Cygnus before punching him in the face sending him flying off the balcony.
Aaron was dropped on to the ground because of this as Ryu stood up.
"R-Ryu s-stop he's too dangerous" Aaron said, as Ryu looked at his uncle.
"I'm sorry Uncle Aaron… for not telling you… for not telling anyone… but I have to do this" he said, as he placed his Visualisers on his face.
"You sure about this kid" Omega-xis said, as Ryu nodded walking towards the balcony.
"Yeah… he's going to pay for hurting my family" he said, grippign his hand as he ran out to the balcony before jumping off the barrier into the air.
"ELECTROMAGNETIC WAVE CHANGE! RYU STELAR! ON AIR!" Ryu screamed, as he began falling but then Omega-xis flew up behind him before hugging his body.
This caused a gigantic energy tornado to form which caught everyone in Leanbox's attention.
The tornado soon dissipated revealing Ryu in his Rockman form as he landed in the wave road.
He then looked up and saw Cygnus wing flying up in front of him.
Cygnus grinned evilly turning into energy and flying off with Ryu dashing after him.
The two lights battled each other throughout the night sky as they rushed towards Zune district.

Meanwhile back on the island we see the CPU's continuing to battle against the FM-Ian warriors.
White Heart was slashing wildly at Taurus Flame who could only block the attacks "Who would think one so small would be so strong".
"WHO YOU CALLING SMALL YOU BASTARD!" she sceeamed, kicking him back.
She then heard a howl as Wolf woods rushed in and slashed at her knocking her back.
White Heart then growled as she flipped around before readying her axe "TAKE THIS! TANZERIN TROMBE!"
Her axe then flowed with energy as she then proceeded to spin her axe knocking he FM-Ian's into each other.
She then flew upwards and then swung her axe down wards at the FM-Ian's which caused a small explosion destroying the FM-Ian's physical bodies.
"Take…that… bastards" she said, tiredly.
We then see Green Heart flying towards Libra scales and Queen Ophiucha as they fired blasts at her.
She used her spear to defeat the attacks but some of the attacks were still able to hit her.
"Now! Quick serpent!" "Libra Swing!" The two FM-Ian's said, as they flew towards Green Heart.
She gracefully dodged out of the way of their attacks as she readied her spear.
"Now's my chance! Rainy Raputura!" She said, jabbing her spear very quickly which stabbed through the FM-Ian's body causing them to explode.
"Hah… that's for attacking my nation…".
We then see Black Heart as she flew over Cancer bootleg boomerang claws.
"How do you like this then! Fall Thunder!" Crown Thunder said, sending a series of thunder bolts at Black Heart.
She then blocked the attacks before swinging her sword and started glaring down at the two FM-Ian's.
"This is it, Lace Ribbon Dance!" Black Heart cried, as she spun around and slashed crown thunder towards Cancer Crab.
The two were electrocuted before exploding, making Black Heart smirk "You shouldn't have challenged a goddess".
"Cross Combination!" Purple Heart yelled, swinging her sword several tie,s at Breakman who's blocked the attacks with his shield.
He then charged up his bugster before aiming at Purple Heart "How do you like this!" He yelled, firing at the CPU knocking her back.
He then readied his shield before he shot his tail at the goddess who barely dodged it.
But then the tail wrapped around Purple Heart's body before she was thrown to the ground.

"You seriously can't handle one person Neptune" Black Heart said, as her and the other goddesses regrouped.
"Hey, he's stronger then he looks" she said, standing up and readying her sword.
"Let's just finish this guy and get this over with it" White Heart said, readying her axe.
"Hmm, then let this be a race to see who can defeat him first" Green heart said, as she readied her spear.
They were about to fight breakman, but then Rockman landed in front of them while Cygnus Wing landed next to Breakman.
"Rockman?!" The goddesses said, surprised as Rockman aimed his Buster at Cygnus Wing.
"What the hell are you doing here" White Heart yelled, as Rockman turned to them "I'll explain later, but I need to defeat those guys".
"Hmph, fine let's just get this finish this and find what is going-" Black Heart said, but then a cord wrapped around her arm.
"What the hell, something's got me!" she cried, she tried slashing it with her sword, only for her other hand to be snared as well.
Neptune tried reaching for her, only for the same wires to wrap around her body, holding her in place.
"What is this...Vert, Blanc!" she cried, watching her friends suffer the same fate.
All four of them tried to break free, but the bindings around their bodies proved to strong for them.
"What! What did you do!" He said, pointing his bustsr at Cygnus who smirked.
"Oh? I didn't do this" he said.
"Hey asshole! Show your fucking face! I want to see the bastard responsible for this with my own two eyes!" White Heart shouted, glancing toward the cliffside where a lone figure was standing.
Arfoire grinned as she tossed the glowing crystal into the black case. She sealed it up and pressed the on switch, throwing it out above the goddesses.
It spun for a few seconds, connecting to the three devices she had set up earlier, forming a crimson prism around them.
Rockman watched as they all started screaming in pain. It was as if their bodies were being torn apart from the inside.
Black Heart's eyes widened, remembering the feeling she had felt back in the cave before looking up at the Crystal.
"It's that crystal that's doing it!. We have to destroy it!" Black a heart yelled, as Rockman nodded pulling out a battle card.
"Battle card! Predation! Cannon" he yelled, as his arm turned into a cannon before he fired at the prism but it didn't do anything "What!}.
"Try all you might but that field is being created by Anti-Crystal Energy, unlike your Share Crystals, Anti-Crystals are created from negative energy, and guess what they do? They disconnect CPUs like you four from your sharicites and drains you from any share energy you have" Arfoire explained.
Cygnus then smirked as he raised his wings "So no matter what you do, you won't be able to do anything but sit there like useless rags! And thanks to use no one can get in or out!"
"Shit...we fell into a trap." White Heart growled.
Green Heart then looked down at Rockman "I guess then we need to relay on him" she said.
"Let them go!" Rockman yelled, dashing towards Cygnus Wing who simply dodged the attack before kicking him back.
"Your frequency seems familiar… let me ask you something… do you know of the Elysium" he said, confusing the goddesses.
"Yeah… I do… my parents were in that ship… the one you destroyed!" Rockman yelled, as he fired at Cygnus Wing who flew out of the way.
"Oi! Cygnus what are you doing" Breakman asked, as Cygnus looked down "Just me do my work!".
"Those aliens were the ones who destroyed the elysium" Black Heart gasped, as Purple Heart looked down.
'His parents were on the Elysium...' she thought, starting to put the pieces together "No…".
Cygnus Smiled as he landed on the ground giving Rockman the chance to dash towards him "Huhu, I might've been there and might I know who was the one who killed your parents".
This caused Rockman to freeze, as he stopped right in front of Cygnus with his fist right at his face "…What?".
"Cygnus, don't you dare!" Omega-xis growled.
"That station was his, remember? He was up there when it blew up. I admit that I was part of the squad that caused what happened up there but I wasn't the leader." He explained.
"If you want to find who was really in charge the operation that took your dear mommy and daddy… then try looking at your left hand!"
A look of horror crossed Ryu's face "Then you're telling me..." He said, looking down his left arm… at Omega-xis.
"Under the orders of King Cepheus, Omega-Xis lead a squad of FMians to attack the Elysium!" Cygnus Wing explained. "And during that assault, Omega-Xis attacked a human couple, there names were Daigo and Akane Stelar!".
"Wait that's Ryu's parents name!" Black Heart gasped.
"So then that means…" White Heart said, looking down at Rockman.
"Ryu… is Rockman!" Green Heart gasped, in pure shock.
"Ryu…" Purple Heart said, looking at Rockman.
"So in other words, you've been bonded with your father's murderer the whole time and you were too stupid to even know it!" Cygnus wing laughed, as Rockman fell to his knees
"It's funny! The great hero Rockman was actually just a little boy playing super hero crying for mommy and daddy… complete with spandex" Arfoire joked "It'd be funny if it wasn't so pathetic".
None of these remarks were heard by Ryu, everything was silent to him as he took everything in, he then looked down at Omega-xis.
"Ryu…" Omega-xis began.
"Omega-xis he's lying in right? You didn't do it! You didn't kill my parents right!".
"…I'm…sorry" Omega-xis said, looking down.
"…Get off…".
This confused Omega-xis as he looked up at the human "What?".
"Get off…GET OFF NOW!" He screamed, grabbing Omega-xis's head and began pulling.
"W-Wait! Ryu what are you doing!" Omega-xis yelled, as Ryu continued pulling their armour getting more and more cracks.
"GET OFF! GET OFF! GET OFF! GET OFF! GGGGGEEETTTT OFFFFFF!" Ryu screamed, pulling Omega-xis off which caused their form to flash.
Suddenly a giant wave of light exploded form the forms and grew bigger and bigger encompassing all of Gamindustri and even into spaces towards the four satellites
When the light hit the satellites, they suddenly flashed as a aura surrounded the satellites.
"The starforce… has awoken"
