The deadlines were fast approaching at Studio Dive, and there was no time for dawdling.
Hiromi was sure she would get the work done by midnight, and at her workspace, she knew she had what it took for the task at hand. The smell of her trusted pencil filled the air as she drew in the sketches for Sailor V. She made sure she was signifying the movements, the expressions, and what made the heroine look alive on paper.
Kazuko was at her own workspace, taking a sip of her drink, the caffeine invigorating her to get this done. She had her assignment, and Hiromi had hers, she knew that much, and they would finish these in time for the deadline tonight.
It was their dream to be animators, to make anime, and to make stories come to life. While it was thankless at times, this was a dream that had to become reality, for the children who watch Sailor V.
A quick break, Hiromi stood up and stretched, soon rubbing the cricks out of her neck.
She then noticed Kazuko walking past her work station; she then looked at Hiromi, and smiled.
Hiromi smiled back, and she felt renewed.
