"I don't know what you did, but I'm sure this is your fault, kid." Blitzo grumbled, exhaustion thick in his voice.

Millie gasped in shock. "Blitz! My baby did nothing wrong!" She chided, her tone light but firm. Millie wouldn't mind if Blitzo blamed Eli for something he actually did, but if there was no reason, she'd defend him.

"I'm all for blaming other people for my screw-ups." Loona said nonchalantly, not even looking up from her phone. "But Eli's a special case. So unless he actually did something wrong, I won't blame him." She shot a quick glance at Blitzo, still glued to her screen. "Spill, Blitz. What did Eli do?"

Blitzo groaned, his tired eyes flickering toward his co-workers.

"Oh! Crumbs, that's some heavy eye bags, sir. But how does any of that relate to Eli?" Moxxie asked, confused, noting the exhaustion on Blitzo's face.

"I don't know, the fucking bird somehow fixed his marriage and got his wife to join us." Blitzo grumbled, his tone dripping with mock sophistication. "And I've got the scratch marks on my ass to prove it."

Millie gasped, covering Eli's ears with both hands. "Blitz, language!" She scolded, her voice full of concern. Moxxie chuckled nervously—he was debating whether to explain to Millie that Eli was old enough to understand the birds and the bees, and that Hell itself wasn't really a place for innocence.

Millie simply huffed, her resolve clear—she'd protect Eli's innocence until he's at least seventeen.

"Unholy shit, really? Damn," Loona said with a mischievous grin. If this keeps up, Blitzo won't have time to disturb her because he'll be too exhausted.

Blitzo deadpanned at Loona, but before he could retort, he noticed something out the window. A pink car had parked in the I.M.P.'s reserved spot.

"Satan's balls in a nutsack!" Blitzo slammed on the brakes, narrowly avoiding a disaster. Thankfully, everyone was wearing seat belts.

"What the fuck, Blitz?!" Loona snapped, recovering from the sudden halt.

"Who the hell parked in the I.M.P.'s reserved spot?" Blitzo growled, his annoyance palpable.

"Woo-hoo! Again!" Millie cheered, bouncing in her seat with childlike excitement. Moxxie and Eli shared a nervous glance, the latter instinctively clutching Eli, trying to shield him.

A tall, strikingly hot pink-skinned succubus strutted toward the van. She had an hourglass figure, black-tipped horns and a spade-shaped tail. Her bat-like wings were adorned with black markings that resembled hearts. She wore a skin-tight minidress with X's and O's on the chest, thigh-high stockings with pink X patterns, and black high heels with a heart motif.

Loona gasped, her eyes wide with excitement. "That's Verosika Mayday! Oh my—does my hair look weird? Does my breath smell?" She said, suddenly self-conscious.

"You look amazing, Loona." Eli responded dryly, trying to mask his amusement. "And who's Verosika Mayday?"

"Some no-good hussy. Be careful around her, sugar," Millie warned her foster son, her voice firm. Eli nodded, his posture stiffening, but Millie's expression softened as she pulled him into a warm, protective hug.

Moxxie was torn—he was both nervous and slightly aroused by his wife's sudden intensity.

Blitzo groaned again, slamming his head onto the steering wheel. "Of course, my ex would do this..."

Everyone, except Eli, was shocked.

"You dated her?" Loona asked incredulously.

"Yes, what's so unbelievable about that?" Blitzo replied, exasperated.

"Well, you see…" Millie chimed in.

"The thing is, it's you, sir." Moxxie added, nodding seriously. Loona and Millie echoed his sentiment.

"Look, I dated her once, and that's it." Blitzo snapped, his patience wearing thin. "I don't pry into your personal lives, do I?"

Loona, Moxxie, and Eli stared at Blitzo.

"You always did!" Loona retorted.

"You followed me and my wife home almost every day! At least you do it less now, since Eli came around, but still!" Moxxie added, stressing the point. Eli nodded in agreement.

Before Blitzo could retort, Verosika knocked impatiently on the window, her smirk evident as she watched Blitzo struggle.

Blitzo growled and lowered the window, his tone sharp. "What?!"

"Asshat..." Verosika said with an amused smile, clearly entertained by Blitzo's irritation.

"What do you want?" Blitzo spat, his weariness evident.

Verosika smiled smugly. "Well, you see, I was called in for some freelance work for a more successful company." She said, her voice dripping with confidence. "So, they needed the best succubus to take over for a week."

"What's wrong, Blitz-O mad?" She teased, but Blitzo only sighed deeply, his frustration mounting.

Just then, a massive hellhound appeared, attempting to intimidate Blitzo. To the hellhound's surprise, Blitzo didn't react as expected.

Blitzo sighed again. "Nope. Fuck it. It's only a fucking week." He said, clearly exhausted. "Come on, gang, let's get to the office. Millie, find a temporary parking spot."

The succubus pop star and her crew were momentarily stunned by Blitzo's indifference.

Inside the van, Millie and Moxxie exchanged looks, silently agreeing to protect their foster son. They knew succubi like Verosika would target Eli because of his humanity, and if they found out he was a virgin, it would only make things worse.

Millie gave Eli a tight, reassuring hug before taking the wheel, while Blitzo got out with Loona, who immediately perked up when she spotted the hellhound bodyguard. Moxxie quickly pulled Eli's hood over his head and used his body to shield him from view.

Verosika, still standing outside, snapped out of her confusion and narrowed her eyes as she watched Moxxie and Eli pass by. As Eli walked by, a sweet, irresistible scent wafted toward Verosika, leaving her momentarily intrigued. When the scent vanished, she locked eyes with Eli.

"Huh, I could use this..." Verosika thought mischievously, her mind already working. To think that Blitzo had a human—and a virgin one at that—working for him.

Inside the Building...

Blitzo massaged his temples, desperately in need of a nap. He was almost to his office when he noticed a neon pink heart symbol on the door across from the headquarters. The words V and M were spray-painted on it in bold letters.

"Why is she here? And how did she get here before us?" Blitzo muttered, glancing at the brawny hellhound beside him.

The hellhound shrugged nonchalantly. "There wasn't enough room at Succ Inc. So they rented the spot in yours—it was a lot cheaper."

"Also we use the elevator."

Blitzo sighed, frustration mounting. Meanwhile, Moxxie tried his best to calm him down. Eli was about to join the conversation when something shiny on the floor caught his eye. He bent down to grab it, but it moved away before he could catch it.

Grumbling, Eli tried again, not noticing the crack in the door nearby. As he reached down for the object, a tail snaked around his waist, and before he could react, he was yanked inside.

Eli ended up in Verosika's embrace. "Hey there." Verosika's voice was teasing, giggles and the sound of sighs could be heard behind her.

"Oh no." Eli thought, internally in panic.

A/N: And here's the spring broken chapter, this will be interesting to work with.

To RicoRodriguez2018 why thank you.

You kinda have a point on Stolas. I'll try to remember it for, I don't know, future drama?

I'm tired, being in a plane is fun and kinda sucks.
