Chapter 9

Rias was inside her bedroom in her house, trying on different clothes in front of a big mirror. Since she had a date with Issei after accepting his invitation, she wanted to look fantastic for him. The simple fact that he asked her out was enough to make her blush and giggle, as they could be finally alone. Just the two of them without Akeno or other girls monopolizing his attention from her.

'Even if the two of them kissed, he still wishes to get closer to me. So I'm not going to lose him to her or other women.', she thought, smiling more at remembering the peek he gave her on the cheek. Being invited while resting her head on his lap was awesome because despite being his senpai, it was like she was his kouhai instead.

Surely she was interested in the power she possessed and she desired that he was part of her occult research club, but just getting closer to him was enough to make her happy. And after trying a dark red dress combined with a black denim blouse and black stockings, she liked how beautiful she looked and decided to use that outfit for her date with him, looking forward to be praised.

So he took her purse and left her house to fly by using her bat wings towards the center of Tokai, as they had decided to meet up there. Of course, she made sure to not get seen by anyone, flying towards the city with a very happy expression.

Like that, she reached the center in some minutes and blushed at seeing the boy waiting near the fountain, wearing brown pants, a beige shirt and dark brown leather shoes. She understood more why so many girls including herself were infatuated with him, as a handsome guy like him that wasn't above being affectionate to women could steal hearts like nothing.

Without getting seen by someone, she landed inside an alley and walked towards him, greeting him enthusiastically. "Good morning to you too, Rias-san. You're adorable dressed like this~.", he said, taking her hand and kissing it.

"T-thank you. Since you asked me out, I wanted to look good for the occasion.", she said, blushing embarrassed but smiling.

'This girl still thinks that my power is dormant, but it's ok. I want to make you much more desperate for me~.', thought the Red Dragon Emperor, suggesting to go to the coffeehouse first. The redhead nodded and gasped when he took her hand instantly, intertwining his fingers with hers.

She still had to get used to his sudden shows of affection, though she couldn't negate that she felt immensely happy. There wasn't Akeno, Momo or his female classmates to keep his attention, so he would focus exclusively on her.

Being unable to see him while the ponytail woman had the chance instead irked her a lot, which pushed her to spy him almost every day at Kuoh Academy. That was what he precisely wanted to happen in fact, as making her so desperate for his attention was his plan to make her his. And also because it was very funny to do it.

Needless to say that Ddraig was very pleased with each wicked plan he came up, as there wasn't any day the young man stopped making girls fall hopelessly for him. Besides, his dedication to become stronger and stronger was fantastic, since he took down two wild devils like they were nothing.

Issei didn't understand yet why they both looked so ugly, but he didn't care; they served his purpose of testing his abilities and that was what mattered the most, so he gave no shit about whoever they were. Certainly he saved lots of people from getting eaten alive, which made him some sort of hero, but becoming the strongest Red Dragon Emperor and dominating more slaves was his real main objective and it would never change.

Anyways, he and Rias arrived to the coffee and sat down at a table, ordering an iced lemon tea for him and a chocolate and caramel milkshake for her. "Thank you again for inviting me out, Issei. It made me very happy.", she told him, smiling.

"I told you that I want to get closer to you. A date is the perfect way to do it.", he said instead, placing a hand upon hers and grinning confidently. She blushed easily due to that assertive attitude of him, which made him hotter to her eyes.

She pouted though when he retracted his hand to drink his tea once their drinks arrived, especially because he made the maid blush too by smiling at her. She was aware that he got on a lot with females, but she preferred if he was nicer with her.

'Jealous already, huh? How cute~.', he thought, chuckling darkly in his mind at noticing her expression. In comparison to Serafall, she was easier to get envious of other women, despite the magical girl cosplayer was kind childish sometimes.

"By the way, I won't be part of your club because I'm pretty busy. Still, I'm willing to help you if you need to sometimes.", he said, making her eyes widen.

"Do you help a lot of other people at school?"

"Yes, I simply like being helpful to everyone. Which includes you too of course.", he replied, placing a hand on her face and making her look into crimson eyes. That move made her face redder and her blue eyes were like hypnotized by those ruby like pupils, feeling her heart beat like crazy.

Knowing that he held her so dear made her glad because she feared that he preferred the student council's company more to hers, since he helped them to clean the pool. Her blush got more intense when he kissed her forehead, with him chuckling.

"Haha, why are you so surprised?"

"I-It's because it was so sudden. You're embarrassing me too much, Issei."

"You're cuter when you blush, so I can't help myself but tease you~.", he said, grinning while striking her heart another time. For being that popular at school, she was pretty innocent and girls like her were his favorite targets. After all, virgin women were the best preys.

They continued to drink until they were done and left the café to go to visit the aquarium, since he didn't want to go to the cinema like he did with Akeno. He didn't stop holding her hand either for a second, enjoying her flustered fave every time he showed his kind smile.

By judging her behavior, he figured out that she never dated someone before because stuff like holding hands were child's play. In fact, he found ridiculous how some people could get embarrassed for something like that.

Though, making girls flustered like that was also funny for a sadist like him, so he didn't have anything to complain. He had to admit that she was cute also while she admired the different types of fishes.

At the souvenir store, she was looking at the various covers they sell for phones. "How about this?", he suggested, pointing at one with colorful jellyfishes.

"Yeah, I will take this one.", she said happily, going to the counter to pay for it. The fact that she agreed instantly to his suggestion made him grin, as it was the proof that she was liking him more by each minute they spent together.

The best thing was not having any dumbass trying to hit on her, as he wouldn't think twice about scaring them away. They weren't at Kuoh Academy, so he could beat up whoever dared to mess with him.

Once she bought the cover for her smartphone, they went to look at other aquatic creatures, with him noticing two fishes kissing each other. So he gave her another kiss on the cheek, catching her by surprise for the umpteenth time.

"S-stop kissing me so suddenly."

"Why~? Do you dislike it~?", he asked her, hugging her waist.

"No, it just catches me off guard.", she replied, avoiding his eyes.

"That's your fault for being adorable when you get all red~. Besides, I could take one from your lips~."

Just like he wanted, her heart beat faster and she continued to glance away, unable to look into those dangerous scarlet eyes of his. So he tweaked her chin, forcing her to lock eyes with him and enjoying how she yelped at that move.

Thinking that he was about to kiss her, she closed her eyes and waited to receive it, only to get shocked when he hugged her face close to his chest. "Hahaha, you're really too adorable when I tease you this much!", he exclaimed in amusement.

Understanding that she got tricked, she pouted once more. "Issei, don't play with me like this please!", she complained, liking the headpat anyways.

Their interaction made the other aquarium's visitors laugh too, finding it both cute and funny. As result, she felt more ashamed to his satisfaction because that was his real purpose in the end. Even the Heavenly Dragon couldn't help but chuckle at her expenses.

After meeting Serafall, both him and his partner weren't impressed by Rias' demonic energy anymore because it was pretty far from the level of a Maou. The young sadist wondered if the other Satans were more powerful than the sweet cosplayer, since it existed more than them in the underworld.

They stayed at the aquarium a little more before deciding to go to a clothes shop, where she looked at various dresses and asked him which he liked the most. Getting closer to him meant knowing what he truly adored, so his opinion was essential for her.

In fact, after he pointed at a violet dress in her right hand, she went to changing room to wear it. He was amused by how much she strived to make him like her more, satisfied of how well things were going.

She didn't even imagine that it was him the mysterious killer of those devils, as he was able to hide his real power perfectly enough to make it seem still dormant. Causing enemies or other beings to underestimate him like that was pretty smart because in the moment he showed his real abilities, it would be too late for them to beg for mercy.

While waiting for her, he noticed that some women were ogling him and he smiled at them, enjoying their red faces. "W-what do you think, Issei?", asked the redhead, coming out of the room with the dress he chose.

"Wow, you're more beautiful than ever~. But I think Rias-san looks good with everything~.", he said, causing her to blush once again and smile.

"I'm glad to know it. I'm going to try other clothes then.", she told him enthusiastically, taking other pieces of cloth from a shelf and going to the changing room again.

Seeing the effect of his compliment on her made him grin once more, as, by each minute they spent together, she continued to fall deeper in love with him. Considering that he made her already obsessed with the need of his attention, his wicked plan to steal her heart was giving great results.

The young woman continued to receive praises by him for each outfit she showed him, buying those that he liked the most of course in the end. She even hugged his arm against her breasts after they left the shop, giggling in total happiness.

That soft sensation on his arm was pretty nice, thinking that her chest was big pretty much like Akeno's. He had already touched the blackmailed woman's tits directly when he deprived her of her innocence, so he was curious about having fun with Rias' ones too.

Since there was a park near to them, he suggested to go there to relax a little, obtaining another nod from him. Due to the nice weather, there were other couples spending time there.

He and the redhead found a free bench and sat on it, keeping zero distance from each other. "Are you liking our date together, Rias-san?"

"I adore it. Being with you and receiving your praises makes me very happy. It was since a long time I wasn't so glad.", she replied, making him raise an eyebrow.

"Since a long time? What do you mean?"

She widened her eyes and covered her mouth, but now that she spoke, she had to tell him everything. "You see, my family decided to get me engaged to a man I dislike some years ago. I tried to refuse the engagement because I want to be with someone I love, but it was all in vain. That's why going out with you made me so happy.", she explained, clenching her hands into fists and looking at the ground.

Such revelation surprised him at first before getting really annoyed; the fact that one of the preys he set his eyes on was engaged to another man was enough to piss him off, as he couldn't tolerate a similar thing at all. Though, he avoided to show his anger and brought her head to his lap, making her blush again.

"I'm happy too for having a date together, because as I told you, I wish to get closer to you. Telling me that you found yourself in an unwanted engagement means you trust me a lot, which makes me like you more.", he told her sweetly, caressing her head.

With those words, he managed to strike her heart with another Cupid's arrow, causing her to smile and close her eyes in bliss. Only her club members and Sona knew about her fiancé, still, she had trust in him too. Especially after he displayed such a huge care towards her.

'I don't give a crap about how marriages work in the underworld between high class devils. You will be mine and no one else's, Rias. Exclusively mine~.', he thought maliciously, keeping to smile kindly anyways. Whoever was her fiancé had better to cancel the engagement if he didn't want to suffer atrocious pain at his hands.

Though, the Red Dragon Emperor considered also the idea of getting her family to like him in order to be a better choice for her as future husband. After all, it was all around manipulating other people like he desired, which would help him to get more control on the underworld.

That malicious plan of his was something that Ddraig totally agreed with, looking forward to see his partner conquer more than some devil women's hearts. Being wicked didn't mean just crushing his enemies and enjoy their suffering, rather bringing countless people under his control just like he did with his victims. That was his way to true domination and he would never change it.

Since the sky was getting darker, he decided to accompany her back to home, with her agreeing and clinging onto his arm joyfully. Receiving another lap pillow combined with a headpat worked enough to make her forget the engagement, so they left the park and walked towards her address.

He was curious about the house she lived in, guessing that it would be larger than Akeno's due to her coming from a famous devil family. It didn't matter if she lived with her parents or another relative because he was going to manipulate them anyways, just like he did with her.

Arriving to her house took some minutes and they were finally of a grey house in typical Japanese style, which was a little bigger than his own. "Is this where you live, huh? It's pretty nice."

"Yeah, I wasn't born in Japan but I came to adore this country when I first arrived here. I live alone in this house while my parents are in another country.", she answered, lying of course about their real whereabouts.

Hearing that second sentence made him chuckle wickedly again in his mind, as she was easy to prey on like Katase and Akeno. Still, considering the forced marriage issue, it was too soon to ravish her and make her eternally his.

Which was why he suddenly hugged her waist, making her yelp while their eyes met another time. "The date I had with you today was great and I can't wait to go out together again~. Even if you have a fiancé, I will do this anyways~."

After saying that, he planted his lips on hers immediately, which made her moan inside his mouth. His tongue began to play with hers for a French style kiss, with him adoring how she helplessly squirmed inside his mouth. By judging her reaction, it was clear that it was he first kiss ever, so the satisfaction he got for taking it was immense.

The redhead was completely shocked for what was happening, but he kissed her so good that she started to reciprocate it, unable to stop her continuous moans. Considering how much she liked him, getting her first kiss taken by him was absolutely great.

He kept on making out like that with her for some minutes before detaching his lips from hers, still smiling at her. "We managed to get way closer, huh~?"

"Yes, and I'm so overjoyed~.", she said, smiling back and blushing.

"Glad to know it~. I think I will go back to home now, so see you at school~.", he told her, giving her another kiss before taking his leave.

The young woman watched him go like in a daze, touching her lips too. If she was interested in his power before, now she was totally head over heels for him, wishing that it was him her chosen betrothed instead of that annoying guy she despised.

To go home, the Sekiryuutei preferred walking instead of taking the bus, still grinning for how things went. While he wanted to rape her in her own house already, he didn't mind waiting due to her engagement. That only meant he had to get her parents and her relatives to like him, convincing them that he was a better candidate as her betrothed.

Of course, he had no problems with having to fight her fiancé if it was necessary; he trained every day to get more powerful and unlock all the Boosted Gear's abilities, so pummeling that guy was going to be amusing. No matter what kind of powers he possessed, he would defeat him and take Rias away from him.

Suddenly, he noticed a bright purple light in the sky some meters ahead that fell to the ground, which was similar to the one he saw the day he met Tohru. Guessing that it was another dragon, he quickly ran towards the point the light landed.

Once he was there, he was stunned to see not a dragon, rather an unconscious little girl with a white and pink dress, lilac long hair and a tail with a ball attached to it. She had two white horns too.

Despite her petite figure, he could feel draconian energy from her body, surprised that she wasn't in her dragon form like his maid. "She surely comes from the same world of Tohru, partner.", suggested Ddraig, with the boy nodding and walking towards her.

"Hey, wake up.", he said, moving her shoulder.

The loli began to open her eyes, revealing two big blue pupils that saw his face as first thing. "Who are you?", she asked him, scratching her eyes.

"I'm Issei, nice to meet you. What's your name instead?"

"I'm Kanna. Where am I, Issei-san?"

"You're inside Kuoh, in Japan. So you arrived in the same place as Tohru.", he replied, smiling.

The name of the maid made her eyes widen. "You know Tohru-san?! Where is she? Is she ok?", she asked him, clinging onto him.

"Relax, she's fine and she's living with me and my family. If you come with me, I will take you to her.", he told her, offering his left hand. He even equipped the Boosted Gear on it, shocking Kanna and leaving her mouth agape.

"Y-you…"

"That's right, I possess the power of Ddraig, the Red Dragon of Domination."

"Hello, little girl. As my partner explained and as you can see, I reside in the Boosted Gear. So you can trust him.", told her the legendary creature instead. Her eyes shined at hearing their words, so she didn't hesitate to take his hand and to walk together.

The energy she released by appearing in his world wasn't strong like in Tohru's case and her being already in human form was a proof of it. Which meant that Rias and the other devils wouldn't be able to detect it and he didn't have to hurry to bring her to his house.

While walking together, he asked her about her relationship with his maid and what happened after she left there world, coming to know that the Hero believed to have defeated Tohru forever after hurting with his sword. He explained that he removed that weapon from her back when they first met and that he didn't get his hands burnt, as he didn't care for any god or similar beings because he did what he wanted without taking orders by anyone.

That great confidence of his was something she admired instantly along the fact he saved Tohru and allowed her to live with him. Basically, she already took a liking to him.

When they were near to his house after some minutes, he told her to hide her horns and her tail to not scare his parents, as he preferred not telling them anything about her and Tohru's true nature. She listened to him and used her magic to hide them, looking perfectly like an elementary school girl.

Passing through the gate, he opened the door and announced his return, which made his mother and Tohru appear instantly to greet him. They gasped when they noticed Kanna along with him, but the dragon maid quickly recognized her and smiled.

"Kanna! Tohru-san!", they both exclaimed, running towards each other for a hug.

"Is she one of your friends, Tohru-chan?", asked Miki.

"They know each other since long time from what Kanna told me. She doesn't have a home like her, so I thought that she could live with us too.", said her son, patting Kanna's head.

His mom was moved by his kindness, going to envelope him in a hug and snuggle on his face. As usual, he sweatdropped and reciprocated the hug while his girlfriend giggled.

"It's decided then. Kanna-chan will be part of our family as well. Dinner will be ready in an hour, so you can take a bath meanwhile.", she said then, with Tohru nodding in agreement.

"Come with me, Kanna. I will help you.", told her the dragon maid, taking her hand and going together to the bathroom.

The crimson eyes sadist was pleased with how things went, so he climbed the stairs to go to his room to get changed. He didn't expect another dragon to arrive in his world, but he got so used to supernatural things time ago that he wasn't that much surprised.

Moreover, he was actually really glad for getting another powerful being under his control because despite being young, Kanna was pretty strong by judging her draconian aura. Of course, he was still slightly annoyed for not managing to fuck Rias violently, but dealing with that stupid betrothed first wasn't an issue.

Changing his clothes didn't take too much, but when he was done, Kanna knocked on his door, asking if she could come in. Once he said yes, she entered inside together with Tohru, not dirty of dust anymore after the bath.

"Wow, you are fast in taking a bath. What's up?"

"Issei-san, is it true that you and Tohru-san are a couple?", she asked him, making the maid blush.

"Of course. I love her just as much as she loves me."

That reply made his girlfriend giggle happily before widening her eyes when Kanna clung on his leg. "Can I be your girlfriend too?", she asked him with pleading eyes.

That sudden question left them both speechless, not expecting it at all. "Do you want to be my girlfriend too?"

"Yes, I want to be together with you as well. She told me how happy she is for being your mate and part of your family, so please, make me one of your mates too. I can change my appearance to be more attractive for you."

The last sentence surprised him and her body began to glow of a purple light. She started to get taller and her breast size increased, with her clothes adapting to her different body.

After the transformation was complete, she became a young beautiful girl tall like Ravel but with bigger breasts. He was shocked at first in front of her new appearance, still he liked what he saw.

"K-Kanna, are you serious?", asked her a stunned Tohru.

"Yes, I want to be Issei-san's mate too. I'm ready to do n-naughty things with you if you want to.", she said, looking into his red eyes and blushing.

Her pleading face combined with her new body made him chuckle amused in his mind, adoring how convenient their magic to change appearance was. He didn't think of making part of his pets, but since she desired to be his that much, he didn't see any reason to refuse her.

"You got much more attractive indeed even if I didn't mind your little girl's body~. Alright, since you want to be mine so bad, I will grant your wish~.", he told her, tweaking her chin and stealing her a kiss.

His maid gasped at that move while Kanna blushed deeper, squirming because his tongue danced with hers aggressively. In comparison to his kind attitude, he was acting like a predator that made her moan too much with his kiss, which was her first one too.

'Is this what Tohru-san experiences every day? I-it feels amazing~.', she thought, trying to reciprocate clumsily. In fact, she couldn't stop squirming inside his mouth at all, loving how his tongue played with hers at his will.

Perhaps he wasn't able to conquer the redhead completely, though obtaining a loli dragon as new pet to command and have fun with was awesome too. Getting Rias' family to like him and humiliating her fiancé could wait because he wanted to reach higher levels of power, and using those disgusting devils as test subjects was always funny. After all, enjoying their pain by burning them or worse was too amusing.

And chapter 8 is here, everyone! Well, it seems that our Sekiryuutei managed to make Rias fall deeper for him during their date, but due to her engagement, he wasn't able to deprive of her virginity like he did with Akeno.

But manipulating her parents along her relatives to like him in the future sounds like a great plan, and as you can see, I finally introduced Kanna haha. He managed to gain her trust by helping her and by showing her his power, not expecting that she wanted to become his mate, arriving to get more attractive too fufu.

Now he has another reason to get stronger, as he wants to defeat who you know viciously because he despises it when someone tries to take his preys away. Will he do the same things to Kanna that he does to Tohru? Or something more? Stay tuned to find out.
