The Revolution begins
Inside the temple, Korra is lying asleep in bed, peaceful knowing she is safe while Minato looks at her and leaves the room to help prepare breakfast. Then Mako entered when he was gone, and Asami saw the whole thing.

"Daddy, you're home. We waited for you. Is Korra okay?" Jinora asked Tenzin
Tenzin nodded as he picked up Ikki. "Yes, she's fine, sweetie."
"I was scared. I thought she wasn't coming back."
"I'm sorry you were scared, but everything is going to be fine now. I promise".
By the time Korra woke up, she was starving, as Tarlok never gave her any food during her confinement. "The food tastes amazing, Pema. I'm finally starting to feel like myself again."
"We're so thankful that you are home safe again." Pema was happy as she took away the finished plates from Korra.
"Let me help," Asami offered her
As the two of them walked away, Tenzin, Lin, Minato, Mako, and Bolin turned their attention back to Korra. "I know you have been through a lot, but I need to know everything that happened." Tenzin asked.
"Well, first off, Tarrlok isn't who he says he is. He's Yakone's son." Korra explained having both Tenzin and Lin look at her in shock.
"Um, well, I got visions from Aang. He showed me the arrest, the trial, and him taking away Yakone's bending." She explained.
Lin thought it over. "You know, it all makes sense now. That's how Tarrlok was able to bloodbend us without a full moon."
"But did you escape? And where's Tarrlok?" Tenzin asked Korra
"Amon captured him and took his bending."
"What?"
"Yeah, he showed up out of nowhere. I managed to escape; he almost got me." Korra shivers at the thought.
"This is very disturbing news. Amon is becoming emboldened. Taking out a councilman, almost capturing the avatar... I fear that Amon is entering his endgame." Tenzin was worried. Whatever Amon was planning, it can't be good.
"I need to say something about Yakone."
Everyone looks at the persona user in question.
"I felt like Avatar Ang was very naïve with Yakone; he should have either imprisoned or exiled him somewhere he can't use anyone or anything." Minato decided to add his piece.
"What are you trying to say?" There was a hint of anger in Tenzin's voice; it was almost as if Minato was blaming Avatar Ang.
"I'm saying what Avatar Ang did was both delusional and naïve. Criminals like Yakkone aren't the type that would stand down or change for the better just because he lost his bending. They are the type waiting and planning to strike when the iron is hot.
"His right I deal with criminals like them; even if we put them back in jail, they just do the same thing all over again. Even without their bending taken", Lin might as well have said her piece.
Tenzin couldn't argue that it was true: "My father must have his reasons."
"You can argue about what you want, Tenzin. The situation is like this because Avatar Ang was too naive to think people could change just because you took their bending. It only fuels their desire for revenge."
"Minato!" Korra decided to intervene before he said something offensive.
Minato took a breath to calm down. "I'm sorry, Tarlok reminds me of a person me and my friends trusted, but it turns out it was a façade and betrayed all of us." Minato got up. "I need some air," he said as he went outside.
Korra was surprised to see her childhood friend distraught like this, but she knew how it felt knowing someone he knew suddenly couldn't be trusted and betrayed. Deep down she wanted to trust Tarlok since they were from the same tribe.

Pema was suddenly in pain, saying that the baby kicked, and Asami quickly helped her and wanted to call Tenzin, but Pema brushed it aside as she didn't want her husband to be worried. He had already too much on his plate.
Mako was bringing the kettle to the kitchen to get some tea. There, he found Pema and Asami washing the dishes. "Can I get some hot water? Korra needs more tea."
"You're a Firebender. Boil it yourself." Asami told him angrily. She turned her attention back to the dish she was washing.
Pema and Mako stared at her in confusion. Pema caught on quicker than Mako did something and decided to beat a hasty retreat. "I'm just gonna step out in case you two want to talk," already walking out of the kitchen. Even if the baby kicked.
Once she was gone, Mako turned to Asami. "Is there something we need to talk about?"
"I've noticed how you treat Korra. How you acted when she was missing," she told him, remembering the night before. She had watched him carry Korra back to the sky bison and how he was willing to resolve to torture. "You have feelings for her, don't you?"
"What? No! She was taken by a crazy bloodbender! How did you expect me to act?"
"You were always irritated by Minato's name when we were looking for them," she pointed out. I know you're jealous towards Minato as to how close he is to Korra. Don't deny it; I've seen it many times. "I like Korra. But you've been keeping the truth from me this whole time."
"The truth? About what?" he asked in confusion.
"You're really going to make me say it?"
"Yes! Because I don't know what you're talking about!" Mako is still in denial
"The kiss, Mako, I know."
He was shocked. "I, well, I…" "Bolin told you, didn't he?" He tried avoiding eye contact with her.
"Don't blame your brother for what you did. Do you have feelings for Korra or not?"
"Look, things are crazy right now. Can we deal with our relationship problems later?"
"Well, there might not be any relationships to worry about later." She walked out of the kitchen.
"Asami!" he called after her, but she ignored him.
Tenzin needed to have a discussion with the council; as such, he asked Lin to look out for his family while he was away. It was awkward asking his ex for help. Still, Lin reluctantly agreed, not because of Pema, but because she was not good with kids. But unknown to him, the council members were attacked one by one and abducted during his absence.
Korra saw Minato looking at the city from where he was standing and approached him.
"I'm sorry, Korra. I was out of line.
" Korra understood "No need to apologies we all on edge ,is it true that the person you trusted betrayed you?"
Minato might as well tell her that his name is Ikutsuki. He was like an uncle to me and my pals, one who occasionally tells bad jokes. He cared for all of us and led us through difficult times. Like Bolin being hilarious and Tenzin being responsible. We discovered one day that he was disguising his true personality and was crazy who wanted to start the end of the world and govern it. We were helpless, chained, and powerless, but someone was able to stop him at the cost of his own life.
"I didn't know I supposed hearing about Tarlook open up old wounds."
"Yes, it does."
There are still many mysteries about Minato's past, especially the way he fondly talks to his old friends. It's the closest thing, and why is he in her world? She wanted to know more, but she just waited until he was ready to talk.
Tenzin landed on the roof of City Hall. He dismounts and walks around the dome, where several workers are cleaning the glass., but pauses as he ducks in surprise as an electrified disk flies over his head and spins midair as another barely misses him.
He lands on his feet as the Equalists in disguise drop to the ground and seize his wrists with bolas. Tenzin dodges their attacks and airbends himself high into the air with an air sprout. One Equalist was still standing on the ground and was flung back against the concrete wall by a gust of wind. Tenzin spun using his air bend, and the two Equalists held onto their bolas.
Unable to hold on any longer, they release their grip and are flung in the air; only this time they fire something from their wrists, a grappling hook that attaches to the building, and then fire another one and escape, and Tenzin lands back on the ground, having seen the whole thing, and before he could think about what it was, the door opens and the council page comes out.
"Ah, I'm so relieved to see you!"
Tenzin dusts himself off. "The other council members. Are they all right?"
"I'm afraid not! I just received a call from Chief Saikhan. They've all been captured!"
"This can't be happening."
"The leadership of Republic City is in your hands now." Jeez, no pressure.
'Boom!' Tenzin and the page hear the sound of nearby explosions and run to the edge of the roof to see the explosions happening around the city and Equalist airships flying. "It is a tragic day indeed!"
XXX
Lin, standing in the courtyard with Tenzin's children and the White Lotus sentries, saw the Equalists airships fly overhead. "All right, kids, it's time to go inside."
Minato, Korra, Mako, Bolin, and Asami rush in to see what is going on as Jinora, Ikki, and Meelo walk back into the house. "We heard explosions. What's going on?"
Lin turned to them, "Republic City is under attack."
"So it begins the revolution," Minato frowns at the sight.
XXX
Hiroshi is looking at a photograph of himself, his wife, and Asami as a child. The more he looked at the picture, the more he started to doubt the cause. Minato's words still lingered in his head but were brushed aside. He snaps the picture shut and tucks it away in his jacket pocket since it is too late to turn back.
Both he and Amon were watching the city from the windows at the front of the airship.
XXX
Team Avatar took a boat to the mainland, and they saw police cars driving fast down the street in front of them. Knowing the revolution has started and
"Where did you say you parked the car?" Asami asked Korra as they started looking up and down the docks for the car.
"It's right around here somewhere," Korra replied, still looking for it.
Minato found it. "There it is, right where she left it."
She ran over to the car, and the others followed her. "Wow. Nice parking job," Asami said sarcastically as she stared at it. It was halfway up the sidewalk and had crashed into a pole.
"Hey, you guys got arrested and left me with the car!" "I made it very clear I don't know how to drive," the tribeswoman said defensively.
"What about Minato? Shouldn't you have parked the car?" Asami looked at the persona user in question.
"Korra insisted she wanted to try, so I let her, and she's a terrible driver. Also, there's no way I'm leaving my bike in the city without something to secure it."
"I heard that, and alright, I wanted to try it even once. Can you blame me?" Korra confesses her misdeed.
"All things considered, you did a great job! But how are we going to pay for all these parking tickets?"
His brother solved that problem, vaporizing them into nothingness in seconds. "Relax, the city is under attack. The police have more important things to worry about."
Asami pulled out the electric glove she had left in there and putting on. "This will come in handy. She walked and opened the driver's seat. "Why don't you sit in the back? With Korra,"
"I think I will." He hopped into the back seat beside Korra while Asami started the car and Bolin sat in the front with Asami. Minato would follow from the side with his bike.
"Everything is all right?" asked Korra.
"Yeah, everything is terrific."
"Car!" shouted Bolin as he saw another coming up behind them, only to have Asami swerve out of its way. "Oh, we're good."
While they were cruising, Minato could see the conflict happening between Mako and Asami and sigh of the triangle. Drama was happening. They heard something; it was the sound of a whoosh and gas.
"Do you hear that sound?"
Yes, it's so familiar. " When Minato looked at the side mirror, he saw three Equalists were swinging and chasing them from behind. " Asami, we got company. "
Asami looked in her rearview mirror and saw a familiar sight: even Bolin, Korra, and Mako looked behind and saw three Equalists swinging towards them.
What?" The trio looked shocked. The Equalists were flying in the air.
"How are they doing that?" Mako fired fireballs at them, but they easily avoided them. Korra and Bolin, both skilled at earthbending, hurled rocks and stones at the Equalist, but as before, they easily avoided the attack.
"This is one of my ideas. I wanted to help with the Force, particularly the NB, so I devised a device, but I never suspected Hiroshi was a member of the Equalists, Minato explained.
"It's your fault..." Asami did not like his tone. "Knock it off, Ako. You seem to be blaming me as well".
"I'm sorry." Mako promptly apologized.
For Korra and Bolin, it was awkward as she decided to change the subject: "So how do we take them down?"
"We can't not be in the city where the device was designed to grapple around the city buildings, but it still has one weakness. Asami drove towards the park where we lay a trap there.
"On it," she shifts gears and accelerates the car into the park as the ODM equalist pursues them, firing their bolas while Mako and Korra blast back at them.
They arrived in the park."Korra, Bolin, I want both of you to create earth pillars behind us!"
"What are you saying?" Bolin didn't hear it correctly.
"Trust me, I know what I'm doing."
"I hope you know what you're doing as "Earth pillars emerge from the earth, leaving likw breadcrumbs behind them. The terrorists chase them, unaware that they are little more than flies caught in a spider web.
The Equalist, still after them, fired the grappling hook at the trees when a massive earth wall appeared, causing one of them to smash headfirst and tumble to the ground. The other two observed their comrade's condition and attempted to retreat, but Korra bent the remaining earth pillars, crushing them in seconds. Because of this, the Equalists are trap; they are unable to swing anything in the region.
Korra immediately bend water with Minato's, Ice wrapping and pulling the Equalists to the ground, knocking them out.
"It seems they didn't get the memo that ODM is useless in open field areas; still we can use this." Minato rushed to the downed Equalist that they had caught and unstrapped the gear, putting it on himself and Asami.
"Got to admit your father improved the gear, making it much lighter and easier to strap on", unlike the prototype. It's like it was designed to be lighter and more agile. The wrist had both the ability to use a grappling hook and fire elect bolas.
"I agree; I could help with this;" the heiress couldn't reach back.
"Sure." Minato helped Sami strap the gear, making sure it was tight; the last thing either of them needed was one of them falling because of not securing it well enough. Asami also helped Minato strap unknown to both of them; they were being watched. Korra just looked at him and saw a sight of frustration and irritation but none on his face. While she had mixed feelings seeing her childhood friend with Asami.
"Oh my spirit, how did they both get such amazing gear? I'd want to give it a shot"Bolin was curious about the experience of flying.
"This was made for NB like me and Asami; it takes a lot of patience and training. It's not flying Bolin, but swinging." Minato gestured to the collision victim, saying, "If you're not careful, you might fall or, worse, crash into a building like that guy over there."
"I believe walking is much better ."
"Are you all prepared?" Korra looked at the group.
"We're prepared". Police headquarters was Korra's next destination. The others were in the car already, and they drove quickly to their destination.
"Tenzin's situation was bad, as every report was bad. Even Saikhan was happy to see the air nomad. "Tenzin, am I glad to see you I was afraid you'd been captured too."
"I'm the only Council member left. What's the status?"
"Amon has launched simultaneous attacks across the boroughs. The police are trying to regain control, but we're spread too thin." Amon had planned well.
"I need to send a wire."
"To whom, Councilman?" one of the male radio operators asked him.
"The general of the United Forces," desperate times call for desperate measures.
But he didn't answer because new problems arose. "Chief, the phones just went dead!" the woman operator declared.
Both Tenzin and Saikhan stared at one another in surprise. Then the alarms started going off, only to die, and so did the lights, leaving them in darkness.
Saikhan didn't leave them like that for long. He turned on his flashlight. "Catch," he told Tenzin, tossing him a spare flashlight. The Air Nomad caught it and turned it on, letting two beams light the dark.
He looked, he saw something strange in the corner, and he became instantly concerned. "Saikhan, the vents!" he told the chief.
Smoke was pouring out of the vents and flooding into the room. Saikhan managed to close it in time. When Tenzin turned to look at the door, he saw smoke coming in from the crack under the door. "We need to evacuate immediately." "Everyone stay close to me."
Everyone gathered behind him as he bent a sphere of clean air around them. He opened the door and walked out into the hallway, which was covered in smoke and darkness.
"Where is everyone?" Everyone took a closer look at the hallway when that question was asked.
"Just keep it moving, people," the Chief of Police ordered everyone, keeping his eyes forward in the hallway. They followed his example, and Tenzin led them out of the building, letting the smoke evaporate in the open air.
But as the Airbender among them let the sphere disappear, they all saw what had been lying in wait for them, and they gasped in surprise. "Not these mecha tanks again!"
As they prepared to battle the mech, they used a new weapon called magnets that were used to capture the metal benders, including the police chief. Not even Tenzin could save him. As they were outnumbered and outclassed.
Fortunately for him, that was the moment Team Avatar arrived. "Bolin, I need a ramp!" she shouted over the roar of the engine.
"What?"
"Just do it!" He did as he was told and bent the ramp right in front of them. "Jump!". They all did just that and let the car hit the ramp, fly through the air, and smash one of the tanks all but dead center, sending it and the tank closest to it crashing down to the ground.
The other four tanks turned to them, and the battle was joined. Bolin and Mako fought together like they had done many times before against different opponents, both inside and outside the ring. Mako took the lead and threw fire at the tanks. While he did that, Bolin bent a large chunk of rock out of the ground and threw it at a tank, sending it crashing to the ground.
The other tank threw a claw at the brothers but missed both of them. Then it threw the second claw and got Mako right in the middle. The claw became electrified, shocking him as he stood in its grasp. Mako grabbed hold of the cable, took the lightning into him, and redirected it all at the tank. The tank itself had shut down, letting the claw's grip on him slacken.
"You good?" asked Bolin.
"Yeah,"
Korra bend water out of two snow piles behind her while running towards the ramp. The tank fired a claw at her, and she dodged it. She ran right up the ramp and took a flying leap, sailing through the air over the tank. She threw the globes of water she had into the tank's exhaust pipes.
Almost as soon as it went in, it came out along with rapidly thickening steam. The tank rattled and shook, trying to get control of itself again, only to slump forward. Bolin knocked that down by bending the ground beneath it.
The mechtanks fired a cable at Minato. Reflexively, he used the gear to dodge, but his bike was destroyed. "You're going to pay for that." It was his favorite bike.
An elec bola fired, but Minato easily dodged it using ODM gear. He summoned Pyro Jack and used Agilao fire spells, aiming at the tank's legs and firing a few times until it melted. Causing the pilot to jump and escape. Not before he rider kicked at the pilot. "This was for my bike."
The remaining terrorists were rounding up their prisoners, including the air nomad Asami. She came from above; she struck the Equalist with her glove. Knocking him out, he fell; the others took notice of her and ran to attack.
She was able to evade all the strikes thrown at her by the chi-blockers and take them down with ease. As she fell on the last one, she saw that Tenzin was coming around and standing up on his own two legs. "Are you okay?" she asked him.
"Yes. Thank you. He ran right into battle. He went for the last mecha tank, which was currently trying to catch Mako. While the Firebender dodged its claws, the Airbender got right underneath it and blasted it skyward with a large gust of air right beneath it. They all watched in silence as the tank went upwards into the air and then came back down, crashing on the roof.
Once the fight was done, they went over to the truck and made sure that the people who'd been caught were safe.
Once those people had run away to safety, they all paused for a moment to catch their breath. As they did that, Korra went over to Tenzin. "Are you alright?" she asked him.
"I'm fine. Thank you, kids. Another moment later and I would've been on my way to Amon." That was something he didn't wish to happen.
"Uh, guys?" Mako said from where he stood, getting everyone's attention. "Look." sight of Air Temple Island. An Equalist airship was making its way quickly toward the island.
"Oh no," the Air Nomad looked on in horror.
"They're after Pema and the kids!" Korra shouted in horror. "We have to get back there now!"
"Quick, everyone to the roof!" ordered Tenzin, already turning back to the HQ. "I left Oogi up there!" He ran into the building, and they followed him.
Both Minato and Asami fired their grappling hooks and zipped towards the roof, followed by Tenzin using his airbending, and the others had no choice but to use the stairs.
XXX
The Equalist began their attack on the island. The White Lotus sentries then charge forward to confront them.
Lin ran out before looking at Tenzin's family. "Everyone, hide inside and remain calm." Pema suddenly screams in pain as Lin turns around to face her. "Pull it together, Pema! Didn't I just say, 'Remain calm'?"
"Mommy, what's wrong?"
"The baby's coming!"
Two Air Acolyte midwives rush to help Pema and lead her inside, leaving the kids watching in concern. White Lotus sentries were still fighting but were outmatched, leaving only Line as the last line of defense. She was outnumbered and almost overwhelmed when facing the lieutenant until Tenzin's kids decided to join the fight.
The three air nomad children were exceptionally good at using their airbending, and they were able to turn the tide of battle.
XXX
Later, the two had the Equalists tied up before Lin looked over to the Acolytes. "Take these Equalists and lock them in the temple's basement!"
They smiled at her, and those smiles turned to joy when they saw Oogi land nearby. "Dad!" cried Jinora as she led the charge to her father.
He leapt down and caught them all in an embrace. "Oh, thank goodness you're alright," he told them all while the rest of the passengers hopped down from the saddle.
"We caught the bad guys!" Meelo declared
"You let them fight? Do you realize what could've happened?"
She answered calmly. "I would have been toast if it weren't for your kids. You should be proud. You trained them well." A moment of silence as he looked at his children with pride. "Go on, be with your wife."
"Pema!" He walks into the room with Pema holding a baby and smiles.
"Tenzin." The air nomad sits down on the bed and puts his hands on his wife's shoulders. "I'm here, Pema."
Pema gave a tired smile as she handed him their baby boy. "Meet your new son."
Tenzin puts his finger on the baby's chin, and he coos. "Hello." He greets, all while Meelo, Ikki, and Jinora peer into the room."Come, meet your new brother."
Meelo walks into the room with his sisters. "A brother? Well, it's about time!" as he is the youngest in the family.
Ikki and the others jumped on the bed before she looked down. "Welcome, I'm Ikki, and this is Jinora and Meelo. We have a super great family, and we're so happy that you're a part of it."
Jinora looked up to her parents before speaking. "What're you gonna name him? Can I pick?"
"We already chose a name."
"Rohan," Tenzin said as Lin, Korra, and Minato watched, but good things had to come to an end. "I'm so sorry to interrupt, but more airships are coming." She explained as Tenzin looked down at his stillborn son.
"Everything's not going to be fine, is it, Daddy?" Ikki asked her father.
They went outside to Bolin and Asami. Minato, Korra, Tenzin, Lin, and Mako join them, and they look at the incoming airships. "What do you want to do, Tenzin?"
Tenzin sighs as he glances at Korra. "I need to protect my family and get them as far away from this conflict as possible. If Amon got his hands on my children... I hate to even think about it."
Lin then looked over at the Airbender. "If you're leaving, then I'm going with you."
"But—!"
"No arguments. You and your family are the last airbenders. There's no way in the world I'm letting Amon take your bending away."
"I agree; if he took the bending of the remaining airbenders, Amon might as well have won the war, and his revolution would incite other nations to rise up against benders." Tenzin needed to hear what the persona user had to say.
"You're right, Minato, and thank you, Lin. Korra, I want you to leave this island and hide for the time being."
"I'm not giving up," Korra said, clutching her fists hard.
"I'm not asking you to. I sent word to the United Forces. They will be here soon. And once my family is safe, I will return. With reinforcements, we can turn the tide in this war."
"What you're saying is we need to be patient. Korra sighed but accepted
"I got an armored room in the basement of Task Force HQ. There's no one there at the moment as they're helping to get people out, and I got the door hidden.
Tenzin puts his hand on Korra's shoulder. You're learning well." Korra embraces Tenzin as he and his family prepare to leave. "Stay safe, Korra, and you too, Minato."
"You too."
"Godspeed, Tenzin. "
Tenzin didn't understand what Minato's words were; it was probably some kind of blessing or word of encouragement. Either way, he humble acpted the persona user goodwill he needed to leave.
"Tenzin, if we're leaving, we'd better do it now." Tenzin airbends himself onto Oogi. "Oogi, yip yip!"
The sky bison fly away from the island as Korra and the team look up at them. Two Equalist airships begin to chase them as more airships invade the island. One airship shoots out a cable near the team, and the Equalists come down on the island. The White Lotus guards run in front of Korra and her friends and take their stances. "Go! We'll hold them off!"
Korra leaps onto Naga."Everyone, climb on!" Mako, Bolin, and Asami hop onto Naga. "Let's go, girl! Come on, Minato!" she called her childhood friend, who was just standing there and doing nothing.
The persona user shook his head. "Korra, I can't. Naga can't take my weight. I mean, look at her; she is pushing herself hard."
"But we can wait that long to think another way," Korra protested.
"I'll find a way. I always do. Now go."
"Korra, we gotta go, " Mako told her to hurry.
Korra finally accepted, "Please be safe; we will meet in the park. "
"I will, now go!"
Naga runs away as more Equalists come down and encircle the White Lotus sentries, spinning their bolas as they begin to fight. As Team Avatar runs away, Bolin looks up and points at the lieutenant coming towards them. "Mustache guy!"
Naga jumps up and uses her right paw to smack the lieutenant off the cliff face as they run past. "Nice one, Naga!"
Naga runs to the pier and jumps into the water. Korra water bends a large water bubble around them as Naga swims to safety.
While Naga and others managed to escape, Minato summoned Jack Frost and used the Mabufu ice spell, trapping the Equalist in ice. Even if he fought and managed to take a few of them down, more would take their place, and he was already getting tired.
Then he ran towards the cliff; he could swim, but the problem was it's winter, and the water is freezing, causing hyperthermia.
"Your surrounded give up spirit user!" as the Equalist spins their bolas, ready to capture the persona user.
Minato faced them and just smiled as he just leaned backwards towards the cliff and fell as he quickly put the Evoker in his head, summoned Forneus, and rode on top of the persona while the equalist just watched.
XXX
Meanwhile, Oogi is trying to evade the Equalist airships, but they are coming closer to them. "They're gaining on us!"
Tenzin cracks his reins at that. "Faster, Oogi!"
Oogi speeds up, but an Equalist airship shoots out a large net at them. Lin metalbends her cables to break the net apart and wraps her cable around the rope. She stands and looks at the family with sorrow as they look at the airship in fear. She looks away before turning back to them. "Whatever happens to me, don't turn back!"
"Lin, what are you doing?"
Lin sprints and leaps from Oogi, reeling herself in and landing on the airship. She takes a stance and rips away a significant portion of the airship's metal skin. There's an explosion, and it starts to plummet into the port below. Lin bends a panel, catapulting herself to the other airship. When the Equalists approach, she begins tearing apart the airship.
They wrap their bolas around her body and feet, electrocuting her into unconsciousness. The last airship turns back as the family gazes at it in shock. "That lady is my hero," Meelo said.
"Yes, she is," Tenzin sighed sadly.
XXX
Tenzin and his family managed to escape, but Lin was brought towards Amon. He didn't need to think about what he was about to do.
Lin, kneeling, looked up to see Amon. "Tell me where the Avatar is and I'll let you keep your bending."
"I won't tell you anything, you monster. Do your worst".
"Very well." He then walks behind Lin, who closes her eyes, and Amon takes away her bending before she falls to the ground, unconscious. With Beifong finally losing her bending, the city was finally within Amon's hands.

In the sea, a fleet of ships sails towards Republic City with one man standing at the bow of the one in front.
He has fair skin and short black hair, wearing a red military uniform, before another man ran up holding a piece of paper.
"General, I just received a wire from the Avatar. She says Amon and his forces have gained control of the city. How do you want to respond?"
"Tell her we will be arriving in three days. And that I look forward to winning back Republic City, together."
The messenger saluted at that. "As you wish, General Iroh."
Ampelos is a Persona in Persona 5: The Phantom X. Chizuko Nagao, as in the game, could ride, so why not? That Minato could ride the manta ray persona.
Also the awkward moment with Asami and Mako. The one thing I didn't like was the romance was too fast and too bold. Then suddenly reaching the breakup, I don't know why the writers or producers want such a scene; it felt like it was unneeded at all.
I mean, when Mako met Asami, they were lovey-dovey, and then suddenly they broke up. I mean, even Cartoon Network's regular show, Mordecai and Margaret, had a much better relationship, and their breakup was more understandable.
And finally the Equalist introduced the ODM gear and used it for their revolution, and Hiroshi improved it.
