Konohagakure no sato – Hokage tower – Hokage's office
It was the night after Naruto's discharge and relocation to the new apartment in the shinobi district.
Tenzou, codename Yamato, had decided to report about his findings and suspicions to the Hokage after putting the boy to sleep.
After the explanation Hiruzen frowned at the possible implications. With how it had gone Naruto would have to be cataloged into a potential flight risk in the coming years depending on Inoichi's evaluation. His thoughts were interrupted however as Tenzou spoke again.
"Hokage-sama I would like to be permitted to teach Naruto the basic shinobi arts for his own safety."
"Why?" Asked the intrigued Kage.
"With the open hostility from the villagers and the pull the civilian council has in the academy it is likely that Naruto will receive a flawed education if not outright sabotaged. With the hate he is receiving it will be hard for him to get clothes or food as most of the vendors are civilians which would only worsen the already bad opinion Naruto has on the village. As I said before, he seems to be able to tell the intentions of those around him and while it is yet unclear of his awareness of the beast it would be better to keep him out of their eyes."
"Hmm… I suppose that could happen, as instructed it is your duty to assure he gets raised as a clan heir for he has already awakened his bloodline. You can have the discretion to teach and train him for his future post while ensuring his safety." Agreed the Hokage giving him enough authority to go on with his duties yet unaware of how certain mischievous Uchiha teen would take full advantage to the words said.
Konohagakure no sato – Streets of Konoha
It had been a week since all the trouble occurred. In that time there had come correspondence from the Raikage apologizing for the trouble and allowing Konoha to deal with the man how they saw fit, in the letter the Raikage had revealed that the whole plot had been made behind his back by some members from the council who shared the ideas from his late father, the Sandaime Raikage, in gathering power no matter the cost.
During the time there had also been an agreement with the two countries Daimios, who were the ones that firstly pushed for the alliance due to their good relationship, that the talks would be put on hold for a couple of years so that the heat of the incident could dissipate.
From Jiraya's spies Hiruzen had also discovered the fact that the lightning Daimio had threatened to cut funding for the village when he was made aware of the incident and that the words of the Raikage had been the truth as he had been absent from the village in the capital when the idea to send the delegate was purposed.
In the meantime, Naruto had had his first session of therapy with Inoichi. Hiruzen had been surprised by what the man had told him, Naruto had a rather simple mentality at the moment, if one did not bear hostility for him, the boy would not bear ill will in reverse while the reverse was also true, it had also been surprising the fact that Naruto was able to sense the feelings and to a certain extent thoughts of those around him, this made the old Kage heighten his suspicion of the boy's awareness of his charge as well as explaining the aversion the boy had for the hospital. The first one had been proven true later in the week when Naruto got tired of the indirect questions from Yamato and outright told him with a deadpan expression.
That resulted in a meeting with between Naruto and the Hokage where the boy who was already fed up with the matter decided to be overly sarcastic in his remarks.
The incident also brought to light the fact that Naruto did not like people beating around the bush for too long.
Now, Yamato had decided to take the boy to the park the clan children frequented so that he could make friends.
As they made their way there they were suddenly interrupted by the gentle voice of Yamanaka Inoichi who was also taking his daughter to the park with his wife.
"Well, if it is Naruto-kun, are you also going to the park?" Said the Yamanaka head, asking the last part to Yamato.
"Yes, it has already been a week since the moving and I thought Naruto-kun could go make some friends his age." Answered Yamato.
"Oh, and what a cute child he is, he will definitely make lots, isn't that right Ino-chan?" Said Yamanaka Aria, Inoichi's wife.
"Hello, I am Yamanaka Ino and you?" Presented herself the little girl extending a hand.
Ino was a bubbly and extroverted girl that liked to make friends, she had green eyes and platinum blonde hair that went down to her shoulders and was kept out of her face by a hair pin.
"Hi, I am Uzumaki Naruto, want to play when we get to the park?" Answered Naruto with a smile.
"Sure, sounds fun!"
As they watched the interaction the adults could not help but let a warm smile.
When they arrived at the park the group was joined by the Nara and Akimichi head families with their sons, Akimichi Choji and Nara Shikamaru.
Choji was a rather chubby and friendly boy who liked to eat, he had black eyes and spiky brown hair but the most notable feature were the two swirl red patterns on his cheeks.
Shikamaru was a lazy looking boy with black eyes and a black pineapple haircut like his father.
The two ended up joining the red and blonde pair to play much to the reluctance of Shikamaru who only wanted to nap yet Naruto forced him to play much to the laughter of Ino and amusement of the parents.
The children continued playing without a care in the world but the seven adults were able to see some civilian families who frequented the place with the hope to make connections with the clan children make a u-turn at the sight of Naruto.
The four children had actually realized the fact after a little time with varied emotions, Ino pouted at the fact that there were not more children to play with, Naruto ignored it already used to the situation and not wanting to dampen the mood, Choji was just confused not understanding the situation while Shikamaru narrowed his eyes trying to understand it but ended up finding it to bothersome to care in the end.
As the sun began to set the parents and Yamato called up to the children to begin the walk home to have dinner.
Having already forgotten the problem the children said their goodbyes and went home.
"Hey, Yamato-oji is it going to be a problem going there?" Asked Naruto not wanting to ruin his new friends chances to play with other children.
"Not really Naruto, all of them agreed that if the parents could not let go of the hate it was no reason for you to limit yourself."
As time went on and a year passed, the civilians accepted the fact that the demon child would go there to play and stopped preventing their children but warned them not to play with him. There was one time some children invited them to play but when they refused to allow Naruto to join Ino chastised them while Choji and Shikamaru decided to ignore them.
That interaction warmed Naruto's heart and made their parents proud, not that any of the three children knew.
In that year Yamato had also started Naruto's training, having already awakened his chakra Yamato had made him do some basic physical exercises as well as teach him the basic forms of the academy style as insurance.
This had come in handy for Naruto when in a winter day he had gone to the park and saw a pearl eyed girl being bullied by three older boys mocking her for her strange eyes while calling her names.
Naruto had not liked it and confronted the older boys that seeing the child their parents often told them was evil had decided to teach him a lesson. They had advanced with sinister smirks before attacking only to have their asses kicked by Naruto with his chakra reinforced body. Naruto had made sure not to go overboard and only hit them hard enough for them to run away.
Hinata had introduced herself timidly and when Naruto mentioned Kenji, one of her two usual guards she gained a little confidence and became fast friends much to the dislike from Ko, Hinata's other guard who did not like the boy and quickly took Hinata away.
She had been down after the incident thinking that her new friend now hated her but was comforted by Kenji when he took over and convinced her to talk.
Kenji had later met with Hiashi to talk about the matter and was later decided that Kenji would be responsible for the heiress outdoor security.
A couple of days later Kenji had arranged with Yamato for the two children to meet again in the park and Naruto had made sure to let her know he held no grudge.
Sometime later Hinata joined the friend group and with the help of the others she began to break out of her shy persona mainly thanks to Ino's and Naruto's efforts.
Hiashi had been satisfied with her daughter's positive change as after the incident she had become increasingly shy and insecure of herself. This change had also shown in her training where she began to show promise but played with the forms and took a more flexible stance than the gentle fist usually required much to the disapproval of the elders.
This however made Hiashi realize that her eldest daughter was much too flexible and free for the style. Being a taijutsu expert made him theorize if her daughter had a strong affinity for a more flexible element rather than the usual earth or lightning affinity the clan members usually had. That however would have to wait for when she awoke her chakra the year after and got some training in its handling as for clan children it was common practice to awaken the chakra at the age of six contrary to the civilians who awoke in the academy at the age of eight.
Things had continued good for Naruto, after a couple of months he had met his other guardian with whom he rapidly got close, Uchiha Shisui.
This also brought another friend to the redhead's circle in the form of Uchiha Sasuke, Shisui's cousin whose mother had quickly made Shisui tell her the usual park Naruto went to. Uchiha Mikoto was a funny woman in Naruto's eyes, she always carried a smile for him even when he felt the sadness it held behind every time she saw him, Naruto was not sure if that came from the fact he held Kurama or something else as, the same way she felt sadness she also emanated motherly love for him, something that confused him as he did not know what the feeling was until Kurama explained it to him.
Mikoto could also be scary as she was when a mother had gone to her to advise Mikoto against letting Sasuke play with Naruto which resulted in that same woman getting the scare of her life at the killing intent Mikoto threw at her. Sasuke had told Naruto how her mother could be the scariest being in the world when she was mad but until then he had not really believed him for, even Naruto who could casually interact with Kyubi at the tender age of three had no confidence when faced with the Uchiha matriarch anger. It however confused Naruto as he did not understand why the woman would get so mad for him.

No, I do not know why or how you got to that possibility but no, though I would not deny that it has intrigued me and maybe in the future I will make one where Naruto in in another of the canon teams.

Why thank you, I really appreciate this kinds of messages, one has no idea the motivation this brings for an author until he finds himself in that position. I usually make the two meet early unless in the future I need it to be otherwise for plot reasons.

Well, To serve the light is a story about Naruto being trained in Root, later discovered by the third and Jiraya and sealed out of his memories and abilities until Mizuki tells about Kurama. That is the general twist of the first one. The snake's obsession is about Naruto having a twin brother with the other side of Kurama and is recognized ass the fourth's son, Naruto is eventually kidnaped by Orochimaru and made into a test subject where he is trained and implanted with various bloodlines, he is later rescued by Jiraya and ANBU. Naruto's brother takes his place in the original team seven and he ends up in a different but elite team.
Both stories are inspired by another, the first one is inspired by the sealed kunai byKenchi618 while the second by a similar story but that I do not remember the name.
