And from here on in, we're going to see a major rating change... if you read on, you'll see what I mean, just... know that I don't support any of what is happening down below, and keep in mind, these are the VILLAINS that are doing this. So, just be forewarned as you read the story!

Giovanni silently chuckled to himself as he had just got back into his office, before pulling out the Poke Ball he had recently gotten. "All in all, a rather moderate success."

The Team Rocket leader smirked as he examined the Poke Ball he had recently gotten… no doubt, his fight against his first trainer had been quite a success. As per his duties as Gym Leader, he humbled the trainer that seemed rather cocky in facing him… and thanks to his new secret weapon… got himself a little treat in the form of a new Onix…

"How wonderful is this…?" Giovanni smirked as he threw the ball up and caught it in his hands. Yes, thus far, his new little weapon had been putting in quite a lot of work, showing off his powers and defeating not only the trainer, but wiping away the memory of the trainer when he got unconscious so that he could steal the Pokemon for Team Rocket's gain… a perfect disguise, if he said so himself.

"Hmmm…" Giovanni paused as he looked at his watch. "I may as well check in on the recruits and…"

"Sir! One of our groups just came back with their mission successful!" A Rocket grunt came in and stood in place upon looking up at Giovanni.

The brown haired mafia leader raised an eyebrow as he looked over at him. "Which one?"

"The ones with the talking Meowth, sir. They got your prizes… and a few additions." The Rocket grunt explained.

Giovanni's eyes lit up a bit as he gave a smirk. "Ahhh, excellent. I assume they are at my office now."

"Y-yes, I told them to wait there, but-" The Rocket grunt started as Giovanni started to head back.

"Thank you, that'll be all the information I need." The Rocket leader said as he started to walk down the hallways, a small menacing look on his face as he gave a smirk. In his mind, he knew that things were just getting better.

After a couple minutes of walking through the halls, he eventually reached the office as he walked in, seeing Jessie, James and Meowth standing in front of the office as they looked rather eager.

"It wasn't an easy job, sir, but we accomplished the mission!" James grinned.

"Yep! Most Pokemon in the Cerulean Gym have been collected and we just turned them in to the officials to split apart." Jessie smiled.

"But more importantly…" Meowth saluted. "We managed to capture those Gym Leaders you wanted."

With that, the three stepped out of the way as they presented three girls, each of them tied to chairs and struggling through ropes and gags in their mouths, looking rather concerned for their well-being. One of them was a blonde haired girl wearing a short red dress. The second was a blue haired girl in a short green dress. And the final girl, a bright red haired one was wearing a short yellow dress with a blue bow on top, and short red bows around the hems.

Giovanni smirked darkly as he counted all three girls, and gave a nod. "You got all of them!"

"Yep, they just arrived and we managed to surprise them!" Jessie grinned.

"Ahhhh, perfect. You three have done a good job, and no bungling has been done…" Giovanni grinned.

"Uh, don't mention it…" James said as the three looked at him with a little discomfort.

"But, boss, what we don't understand is… why do you need the Cerulean Gym Leaders?" Meowth asked.

"Let's just say that… if a Leader doesn't occupy a Gym… it could mean potential for a take-over… and let's just say, I have my own plans for Cerulean when the time is right." Giovanni said, before pausing. "For now, though, I want you three to focus on your next assignment."

The three were looking up eagerly as Jessie smiled, "Of course, boss! We're ready to go out whenever!"

"What do we need to do?" Meowth asked.

Giovanni paused slightly as he gave a grin. "There's a scientist I assigned in Mount Moon recently to collect rather rare fossils that have been discovered. Your job is to find the scientist, collect him and bring him and the fossils to me. And if you happen to see anything rare for us to capture, you're welcome to get it."

"Fossils?" Meowth asked, tilting his head in confusion.

"Fossils that are said to be very rare Pokemon of the old days." Giovanni said with a smirk.

"Ahhhhhhh…" The TRio said, their interest now gained.

"Find the scientist with the fossils, tell him Team Rocket needs him and bring him over to me when you can." Giovanni grinned. "We'll be needing those fossils to revive rare Pokemon, after all…"

"Yes, sir!" Jessie, James and Meowth grinned as they looked ready to depart, before Meowth paused.

"Say, what about those girls?" Meowth asked as he pointed to the tied up girls, who looked up to Giovanni as their eyes paled, as if recognizing the man that had entered. "What are you going to do with them?"

"Don't you worry your little head about it, Meowth." Giovanni smirked before turning to the three girls. "Now, you have your mission. Get yourself ready and move out. Or do you want to be part of the Pain Project?"

Their eyes paling, Jessie, James and Meowth jumped up and scrambled away as the leader could only watch the bumblers bumping into each other as they continued down the hall. He gave a slight chuckle as he shook his head.

"If only they knew…" Giovanni muttered to himself as he turned towards the three girls. "Well, well, well… the Sensational Sisters of Cerulean City… and the Gym Leaders too."

With that, he pulled the gag from one of the girls' mouths as the blonde gave a small cough, before looking up towards Giovanni with hateful eyes.

"Giovanni! What is the meaning of this!" The blonde girl protested angrily before noting the tall, scary demeanor as she chuckled nervously. "L-look, I know we haven't been really doing a lot of… well, battling, but… it's just so much work! W-who are those people with that R logo that-"

SLAP!

Both of the other gagged girls gasped as the blonde flinched herself backwards, a red hand mark showing on her cheek. She then looked up in fear as Giovanni looked over at all three of them.

"I wouldn't be talking right now, since I believe I am in charge here…" Giovanni chuckled as he walked around the three sisters, examining each of them, starting with the blue haired girl. "Violet…" He examined the red haired girl's body as she looked over at him nervously. "Lily…" He then finally turned to the blonde, who looked over at him with an angry expression. "And Daisy. I'm surprised I don't see you often at our Gym Leader meetings…"

Daisy frowned as she gave a growl. "Our parents usually did that sort of thing…"

"And where are your parents now?" Giovanni asked as he raised an eyebrow. "Oh yes, I know they left you girls the gym to run… but as you girls know, running a gym can be a rather stressful job."

"We're… quite aware…" Daisy frowned.

"My people and I have been to a few of your shows, actually. You three are quite the synchronized swimmers, from what they told me." The boss said as he looked down. "And no wonder people adore you… I mean, if I were a woman, I'd know I'd flaunt my sexy body in front of rather perverted men…"

Violet and Lily's eyes widened as they started to blush in embarrassment, as Daisy narrowed her eyes. "How dare you! That's not what our shows are about!"

"Really? Because I've heard otherwise from my grunts…" Giovanni said as he walked around the girls, causing Daisy to frown.

"We don't perv ourselves to men! We're a family friendly act for all people of all ages!" Daisy protested.

"Oh, how naive you can be…" Giovanni grinned as he leaned down towards Daisy. "Because if you truly knew what went on in your audiences's minds as you performed… sure, there are some people who love you for your wonderful act, but let's fact it, a majority of fans only come here to see the pretty girls swim, in hopes that intentional peeking or slips will happen…"

Daisy growled in anger as she looked up. "What do you want from us?! You didn't just come here to perversify what we do!"

"You're right. That's not what I came here to do…" Giovanni grinned. "You see, girls… you are in Team Rocket headquarters…"

The Sensational Sisters's eyes widened as Daisy yelped, "Wait… the criminal organization that captures rare and valuable Pokemon for their own benefit?"

"The very same… although recently we have been secretly… expanding our horizons…" Giovanni grinned. "Yes, the attack on your gym was necessary to gather all of these fine specimen of Pokemon you received, and for that, I'm grateful for your patronage… but to have the Cerulean City gym leaders as a prize… is even better."

Daisy growled in anger as she tried to struggle. "You just wait until our parents find out about-"

Giovanni smirked as he pulled out what seemed to be a Poke Ball of some type. Daisy paused as she looked at it closely. "Wait… what is…"

Giovanni threw the Poke Ball in the air and it opened up… to reveal a yellow elongated regal snake/eel like Pokemon. Daisy gasped as she and her sisters immediately recognized the Pokemon. "M-mom's Milotic!"

"A little souvenir I picked up from a small expedition on a cruise…" Giovanni smirked. "Oh, a cruise I believe your parents were going on while you three ran the gym? Have you ever gotten curious why they haven't called for the past six months now?"

Lily and Violet's eyes reflected fear as Daisy gasped, "Y-you didn't… you couldn't-!"

"I will admit, one of the grunts that got this Pokemon sure had a tough time with your parents, but once we got the jump on them, their Pokemon was slim pickings…" Giovanni grinned as he patted Milotic on the head, causing the elongated snake to trill a bit.

"M-milotic! It's us! Caspia's daughters! You remember us, don't you?" Daisy asked as she tried to call out to the Pokemon.

Milotic could only stare blankly, before giving a small, threatening glance as it looked ready to attack.

"At ease there, girl…" Giovanni whistled, causing the Milotic to stand down. "Sorry, ladies, but this little sweetheart works for me now…"

With that, Giovanni returned the Milotic to its Poke Ball as he put it back in his pocket. "Now… as I was saying… your Gym is about to be usurped by a new leader soon, and since you three were given the Gym… well, things don't seem to be looking well for you!"

"Y-you're not getting away with this!" Daisy struggled against her bindings. "The police probably heard of our capture, they'll be-"

"Oh yes, they certainly will be trying to find you… I have no doubt about that, but here's the thing. Rocket headquarters is a rather secluded area, meaning nobody knows where we are on the map… we could be everywhere in Kanto, we could be nowhere… we have Rockets stationed in most every town…" Giovanni said. "And taking over the Gyms of each region? Well, it'll be a slow start, but a good start to conquest. You kids and everyone go into the world collecting Pokemon to battle? I have a much bigger conquest in mind…"

Giovanni smirked as he looked over the three girls. "And your little gym is just the beginning. Any time now, a Gym Leader meeting will be called, and I'll be away, attending the meeting to talk about your poor, poor absence… of course, without a Gym Leader, there is basically no Gym… fortunately, if things go well, I'll be able to take the Cerulean Gym by conquest secretly, and have one of my own Rocket admins running it. Give us more of a place to get more Pokemon!"

"You bastard!" Daisy screamed as she tried to move from her seat, only to find it impossible to do so.

Giovanni gave a chuckle as he looked at the three sisters. "You know, I could do what my grunts did to your parents… but no. You three have proven VERY valuable to your fans… and it would be such a crime if the Sensational Sisters were to meet their time early…"

"Wh-what are you planning on doing with us?" Daisy asked as the other two girls looked up in fear.

Giovanni closed his eyes, but before he could answer the question, he heard a knock on the door. Giovanni paused as he held up a finger towards the three girls before calling out, "Yes?"

"Admins Proton and Petrel reporting for duty, sir." Petrel's voice called from outside. "We managed to get all the info we can on that girl… and just exactly what we're dealing with."

Giovanni gave a slight pause as he gave a small smirk. "Come right in, boys."

The door opened up as Proton and Petrel entered the scene. Upon doing so, Petrel immediately took note of the Sensational Sisters all tied up. He looked up with a small grin. "Looks like you've been pretty busy with yourself, boss… I mean, the Sensational Sisters? Heh, what total babes…"

With that, Petrel crossed his legs a bit as Proton turned and gave a small lecherous grin, staring at each sister as they started to look uncomfortable. "Oh my… I apologize if we were interrupting your moment with… guests…"

"Don't worry about it, you actually came at the right time…" Giovanni grinned as he looked over to the two. "So… you got the notes and everything, then?"

"I had to convert the binocu-cam into pure video, but we got it." Petrel said as he held up a video before handing it to Giovanni.

Giovanni nodded as he walked over to the large video screen and inserted the video into the VCR. On the screen, everyone watched the rampaging Rhydon on screen as some Pokemon (Pikachu, Clefairy and Pidgeotto) tried to battle it, with Ash and Starfire not too far away… then, when it seemed like Rhydon overpowered the three Pokemon, Starfire started to fly in and started to go down on the Pokemon itself using her powers.

Daisy, Violet and Lily could only watch in awe, wondering just how a mere human… no… she looked human, but didn't act like one… how did this strange person get powers to hurt a Rhydon?

"Good going, boys." Giovanni grinned as he stopped the tape. "I say Operation: Cinderblock is a complete success."

"Glad to see you think so, boss!" Proton said as he held up the ball that said 'Cinderblock' and handed it to Giovanni. "But yeah, that girl is going to be one tough cookie to take down. No wonder you have your eye on that one, boss… she might be powerful enough to take down anything…"

"Powerful, sure…" Giovanni agreed, although in his mind, he had more than one reason for his interest in Starfire. "Good going, men. I'll have your next assignment regarding the girl the next time we meet, but for now, you two deserve a small reward."

"What type of reward?" Petrel asked as he looked up.

The Team Rocket leader paused slightly before looking over at the Sensational Sisters, before giving a smirk. "You two seem to need some stress relievers after all that work… how about some free prostitutes to satisfy that stress?"

The girls's eyes widened in shock and horror as Daisy shouted, "We're not prostitutes!"

"Noooo…" Petrel grinned as he and Proton stared at the three girls lustfully. "But you certainly fit the bill for some…"

"You can't do this! You'll never get away with it!" Daisy shouted in anger.

Giovanni smirked. "We can… and we will. Now remember, boys…" He patted Daisy on the head. "THIS one is strictly for Archer… but you can choose between these other two fine ladies…"

Petrel grinned as he walked over and grabbed the chair containing Lily, before undoing the ropes and grabbing her body before she could make an escape. "I was always a BIG fan of red-heads…"

He tore off the gag as Lily gave a scream. "NO! NO, LET ME GO!"

"Lily!" Daisy gasped as Proton went over to Violet's chair and untied her, before grabbing her hands, causing her to yelp through her gag.

"You have no idea how long I've been wanting to do this…" Proton chuckled as he removed the gag, before putting his lips on Violet's.

The girl tried to push Proton away, but his grip tightened against her as the two finished their kiss.

"Thanks, boss!" Petrel grinned as he slung Lily over his shoulder and patted her butt, causing the girl to scream. "I think we're going to have fun tonight!"

"Indeed…" Proton smirked as he started to drag Violet away, despite her trying to push herself away from him to escape. "Now come on, cutie… don't make this ANY harder than it needs to be!"

"Let me go! Let us go!" Violet shouted.

"HELP! HELP!" Lily shouted as she turned her head. "Daisy! Daisy, do something!"

"Lily, Violet!" Daisy screamed, but it had proven useless as the two were already taken away… Daisy growled in anger as she turned to Giovanni. "You can't do this!"

"Can't I?" Giovanni chuckled as he heard the phone ring. "Oh, it's probably for me…"

With that, he picked up the phone. "Yes? Oh, hello there, Gym Leader Administrator. Yes, I've heard the news of the missing Gym Leaders, how rather unfortunate."

"Don't listen to him! I'm right here! I'm right here!" Daisy tried to shout, only for it to be useless as Giovanni paused.

"Why, yes, I think I will make time for the meeting tomorrow night. Over at Rota? Yes, I do believe I know the location. I'll depart as soon as I can." Giovanni nodded. "Thank you for calling."

"No, wait!" Daisy tried to protest, only for Giovanni to hang up the phone, before giving a smirk.

"Well, sweetheart, looks like your fate is all but sealed…" Giovanni chuckled as he went to his desk and held a button. "Calling Admin Archer. Come in and report. I have a little present for you… AND your new assignment…"

Daisy looked up in fear as she noted the evil smirk on Giovanni's face. She didn't know what was going to happen to her, but she knew that… this was going to be a living nightmare…

Meanwhile, deep within the cave of Mount Moon, an impatient Blackfire was floating around the area, using her powers to try and find a shortcut out of the cave as she blasted her fists towards a rock wall. "Ugh, getting through this cave is going to take forever!"

She groaned as she kept walking. "My spaceship totaled… the only things that survived are my dignity and some of the parts I have… AND… ugh… my communications is basically dead, so I can't even get a return home to Tamaran anymore… if I could…"

The black haired Tamaranean princess grumbled to herself, before taking a deep breath. "Pull yourself together, Blackfire… you can do this… just keep going through this cave… you'll find an exit soon…"

With that, Blackfire turned around and heard the sounds of bat like Pokemon screeching. Blackfire growled angrily before using her fists to blast the flying bats, incinerating them to a crisp… quite literally. The ashes of those bats were seen floating down as she gave a grumble. "Ugh, I do not have time for this…"

With that, Blackfire turned a corner… just as she ran right into someone, bumping right into them. She then turned around to see a scientist that had seemingly dropped a box of strange looking rocks. The scientist yelped as he tried to grab at the box.

"My fossils!" The scientist yelped as he grabbed the box back, only to look up at the angry, looking alien before him. Of course, the fact that she was flying didn't register with her. "Hey! Don't you dare move! I found these fossils! They're all mine!"

Blackfire frowned as she glared at the scientist. "You really think I care about your stupid rock collection?"

The scientist gasped as he glared at the girl. "How… DARE… YOU! These are not rocks! These fossils are said to be the DNA of ancient Pokemon that once roamed prehistoric times! And they say if you combine two fossils, you will get a variation of different Pokemon… they are very valuable…"

"Valuable?" Blackfire raised an eyebrow, before giving a smirk. "Daresay, are they priceless?"

"Priceless, you say? I'll show you priceless!" The scientist called out as he pulled out a Poke Ball. "Go, Grimer!"

The scientist then threw a Poke Ball out as a purple sludge like monster came out and waved its arms towards the tall girl.

Blackfire paused as she looked a little disgusted. "What is that hideous abomination?!"

"That is my Grimer, one of my three prized Pokemon! And this is a Pokemon battle! Go ahead and throw your Pokemon out so we can ha-" The scientist started to say.

Blackfire growled as her eyes turned an eerie pink before shining right at the Grimer, causing it to shout out in pain as the sludge monster got swept up and destroyed. The scientist paused as he dropped the box of fossils in shock.

"G-Grimer?" The scientist whimpered as he noted the blobby remains that was once his Pokemon. He looked up in fear of the floating girl, only now realizing the big trouble he was in. "What are you?"

"Someone you don't want to mess with…" Blackfire said darkly as the scientist pulled out another ball.

"Koffing, go!" The scientist shouted as the purple floating Pokemon came over and started to squirt some noxious fumes from its porous holes.

"Koffing…" The Pokemon floated as Blackfire gave a smirk, blasting the Pokemon in one fell swoop… the parts of Koffing just exploding everywhere upon Blackfire's mark landing its hit… with parts here, there and everywhere…

The scientist yelped as he dropped the box, backing away in fear. "O-okay, okay! You win! You can have the box… in fact, we can share the box of fossils!"

Blackfire stared silently as she gave a smirk, holding out a hand as an aura of purple started to shine. The scientist stuttered as he quickly said, "Uh, you can have a Dome Fossil, or a Helix Fossil! You know, I hear Helix Fossils are all the rage! Praise Lord Helix and all tha-"

BANG!

The scientist got blasted away as the box of fossils dropped to the ground. Noting the rather unconscious body of the scientist, Blackfire immediately turned her interest towards the box of fossils as she looked inside.

"Valuable, huh…" Blackfire smirked to herself as she picked up the box. She didn't know how useful they'd be yet, but she had a good feeling about these fossils could be useful in the long run…

And with that, episode 3 now comes to an official close, with a more darker undertone in the story being reflected... yeah, in this universe, Giovanni is starting to get a little more powerful than he was in canon... and the poor Sensational Sisters are the first three to learn this fact... and all the while, Blackfire is showing no hesitation in destroying any Pokemon wildlife just to get out of Mount Moon! How will this all build up? You'll have to wait for quite a while, because next time, we'll be seeing Ash and Starfire continuing their way through Viridian Forest... as they come across a strange looking samurai wanting to battle someone!
