The first time Jon came to this Earth, it was an accident. He was mad on his parents for humiliating him again, grabbed the Kryptonian device, shattered it, and got teleported here, turning into a person on this Earth, too.

When his father arrived here a day later and told him that they were in a cartoon, he didn't believe it, since he was too much adjusted to this Earth to realize it. On later visits (that were planned and controlled), Jon saw it. And indeed, he saw things on this Earth that were too crazy to be real. And he was living in a family where people could fly. But on this Earth were people, that only Hollywood or comic-artists could come up with. Beast Boy and Plastic Man were perfect examples.

And now… after finding good friends in his father's younger, taller and bulkier doppelganger and his mother's younger Asian doppelganger he wondered if his own father also had this feeling when he thought about telling him and his brother Jordan the big secret when they were younger. In the end his parents waited with it till it was almost too late and the boys found the spaceship. Literally forcing them to finally tell them the truth.

But here everything was different. Johnny was younger and Lois and Clark of this Earth wanted to tell their son on their own before he figures out by himself and might react as bad as Jon and Jordan. But seeing this chaos, the constant disturbances, and the comedic situations, let Jon remember that he was in a cartoon. But these versions of his parents were his friends, so he felt the urge to help them.

When Clark came back into the living-room (this time with his glasses) he looked as if he just vomited. His hair was a mess, he was as white as chalk and Jon could hear the thousand jackhammers in Clark's chest, too. He felt sorry for him and thought about how to help them to get the simple sentence Johnny, I am Superman! out of his mouth. Jon looked down on himself, knowing it was the right decision to come back here and check how it was going, and suddenly had an idea how to give them a little help to get the truth out.

"Johnny… your parents want to tell you the family-secret, right?"

"Yes!" the little boy said and nodded. "Do you know it, too?"

"I do! I am kind of part of it, too! As well as you…" Jon told looking at Clark and Lois and winking to them to sit down again what they did immediately. "…you know, Johnny… it is not my job to do that. Your mother and your father have to! But don't be too surprised when you figure out that you and me and my brother Jordan have more in common than you thought!"

"What do we have in common?" Johnny asked.

Jon just smiled. Technically, Johnny was his and Jordan's doppelganger on this Earth. Since this Lois never got pregnant again and only gave birth to one child, Johnny was him and Jordan at the same time.

"We two have a lot in common! More than you can imagine! But when I tell you now, you wouldn't understand! For that you need to hear the full story from your parents first! And the way you were raving about Superman before, I am sure you will be very excited!" Jon finished before looking at Clark with an encouraging smile.

Clark relaxed immediately. Jon's calm words were really helpful. Clark lift from the couch again, told his son to sit down where he sat, and crossed his arms before holding the bridge of his nose and took a deep breath again.

"What a day? I know, I should say that in a few years, we can all laugh about it, but I have to stop to beat around the bush! No more disturbances, no more distractions… Johnny… we love you! No matter what happens or what happened! You are our son and you deserve the truth…"

"Clark…" Lois hissed and gave him a discreet hand signal to show him that he was beating around the bush again.

"Right… Johnny, you are special! You were a surprise and a miracle when you were born! Because… you are different from the other kids! Because I am different!"

Johnny made big eyes… Clark took a deep breath… admitting the first thing was helpful…

"How different?"

"A lot, Johnny! In… well… in actually everything!" Clark said before he looked at the wall that led to the field with the fortress below. "You know that tool shed out there? The one your mother and I told you to stay away from?"

"Yes! Because the tools in there are dangerous!"

"Well… yes! The tools we store in there are dangerous! But they are just for distraction! The real meaning of this shed, is to hide the entry to the secret fortress below it!"

Clark closed his eyes and took a deep breath… one more secret revealed…

"A fortress?"

"Yes! A secret fortress!"

"That is our family-secret?"

"A part of it!" Clark nodded and scratched his forehead. He was sweating! Superman was really sweating! He took a deep breath again before he continued. "Not even the General knows about it! And he can't know because it would mean serious trouble for all of us!"

"Why?"

"You're soon going to find out!" Clark murmured. "As well as you soon going to meet Plastic Man again. That for sure! And Beast Boy probably, too!"

"Really?!" suddenly Johnny was much happier.

"Yes, as well as Batman… Robin, Supergirl… wait, you already met her… ehm… Wonder Woman, The Flash, Green Arrow, Martian Manhunter and every other hero out there. Because they all will be so excited to finally meet you!"

"The Superheroes want to meet me! Awesome! Why?" the boy cheered.

"Because… your mother and I… and Jimmy… and Jon on his Earth… we… belong to the club!" Clark confessed.

With each confession, it seemed as if his headache got less. His heartbeat normalized and the sweat pouring out of his pores. Clark realized that he needed it…

"There is a club? Like a fan-club?"

"No! I mean… the club of… them! What they are! Who they are! Martian Manhunter… he is not from Earth!"

"Yes! He is from Mars!"

"That's right! And… you know I am from…"

Suddenly Clark's phone, that was laying on the coffee-table, began to vibrate, since someone was calling.

"Seriously?!" Clark almost yelled. On the display he saw that it was Timmy Tanner.

Suddenly Clark's face paled again… The only reason why Timmy would call him now, would be because he suspects something. Clark was there… he spoke with his Clark voice… Timmy looked directly on his face. And Timmy is a hardcore fan. That kind of fan that was able to identify every pore on his face when he would have to. One close look… or maybe Clark said something…

What should he do? Accepting the call? Ignore it? Focus on Johnny and tell him first? Yeah! That's what he will do!

"That's just Timmy… I'll call him back…"

Johnny's eyes wandered down to the phone to read the messages Timmy frantically wrote and that popped up on Clark's screen.

"I know who you are!" Johnny read loudly. "Pick up the call! That was so cool how you stopped the hostage situation. Can you take me on a flight? I know you are…"

Clark took the phone and showed it off the table before Johnny learns it from their neighbor.

"Johnny… please… look at me! Timmy is not going to reveal it to you! Mrs. Stone either! I tell you…"

Clark took a deep breath again, wondering if someone out there watches them and laughs about him now for not being able to tell their son.

"Mrs. Stone figured out by herself, Plastic Man figured out today, I am sure he already told it Beast Boy and now Timmy… Johnny… I am…"

Suddenly Lois phone began to vibrate… this time Clark just ignored… Lois didn't even bother to look on the display, believing it was just Timmy. But in truth it was Mrs. Stone…

Johnny's teacher had two sleepless nights after her while standing with the other teachers and countless of volunteers in the ground-floor of the school to clean it after the flood. Wondering if the Kents are now willing to talk to her about her suspicion. Jonathan Samuel Kent, the son of Superman? Clark Kent being Superman? Gosh… it sounds so ridiculous. But even Superman needs a life outside of work. She never guessed he flies around 24/7, waiting for something to happen in the world. She had millions of questions burning on her tongue and hoped that she gets answers…

"Excuse me!" a man in a brown trench coat and a heavy toolbox tore her out of her thoughts when he approached her.

"Oh…" Mrs. Stone shrieked so hard that she dropped her broom. "Yes… How can I help you?"

"Can you show me the place where the water broke into basement!" the man asked, presenting her a badge that identified him as a structural engineer, send by the city. "I have to make some additional checks on the building's foundation."

"Of course!" the woman told. Being grateful for the distraction.

And so, Johnny's teacher led the man downstairs into the damaged basement.

When Mrs. Stone and the man arrived, everywhere were still the damages visible. The basement was completely flooded but pumped out by the fire-brigade. A crack in the wall, where the water pushed into the building before the flood wave from outside, was clearly seen.

"It was right here!" Mrs. Stone explained when they reached the drain where the crack ended. "According to the other structural engineers, everything began here. This shaft goes directly to the sewer."

The woman looked up on the ceiling. They were right below her classroom. Right below Johnny's desk! The boy was the first one to feel it. Of course, the son of Superman has a more sensitive feeling than the others.

The man meanwhile opened his toolbox and looked over his equipment. He was not here to make a report, he was here to increase the damage on the foundation!

"You can leave now!" the man said.

"Seriously?"

"Yes, there is nothing to see here!" the man explained. He didn't need a witness for what he was planning.

"Okay… Call when you need something!" Mrs. Stone said and left, taking the chance to try to call Johnny's parents again…

In Smallville…

The more Clark dropped some of the smaller secrets, the better he felt prepared for the big one… the only thing that made him nervous, were the constant attempts of Timmy Tanner and Mrs. Stone to reach them.

Johnny meanwhile made big eyes after hearing that probably every Superhero in the world was interested to meet him in some way. And he knew exactly what he would want to ask every of them. Clark was so happy to see his son being so happy. But after meeting Plastic Man and Superman today, it was no surprise.

"Daddy, are you telling me that you are from Mars, too?"

"Oh no! I am not from Mars!" Clark blushed. "I am… from a place… far far away…"

"Korea?" Johnny asked confused.

"What? How comes that you think about Korea?" now Clark was confused.

"Grandpa Sam said his parents are from Korea and that is far far away!"

"Oh… I am not from Korea. Korea is much closer to that where I was born!" Clark said, taking a deep breath.

Clark checked with his x-ray-vision the area outside. No one else was on the farm! Nobody was approaching! The phone and TV turned off. And the mobile phones turned to mute! This is it!

"The toolshed… right there, your grandparents found me! I was just a few weeks old! They found me in a crashed spaceship!"

Clark closed his eyes and mentally prepared for a tantrum, or yelling, or whatever negative response his son has now. Instead, when he opened his eyes again, Clark only saw confusion.

"A spaceship? You were an astronaut?"

"Kind of!" Clark shrugged.

"Wait… are you telling me… you are like Martian Manhunter? You… are an alien?"

Clark sighed…

"Yes!"

Suddenly Clark felt a weird feeling of relieve over his body. As if his body was suddenly weightless. Not in the way when he was flying, but as if all the stress and the weight of the whole world slipped off his shoulders. Johnny meanwhile looked back and forth between his father and his grandparents.

"And they?"

Clark turned to Martha and Jonathan Sr. and smiled.

"No! No, they are from here! They… well we told everyone that I was a house-birth to hide the truth, to protect me and them."

Johnny looked around at everyone and seemed confused.

"So… you are an alien, Daddy?"

"Yes, Johnny!"

"From which planet?"

Clark took a deep breath before he spoke out the faithful K-Word: "Krypton!"

"Krypton?"

"Yes, Johnny! Krypton!"

"Krypton… like… Krypton where Superman comes from?"

"There was only one!" Clark wailed and closed his eyes. When he opened them again, he saw even more confusion in Johnny's eyes. "Aww… I am beating around the bush again… Johnny, I am…"

"You're telling me you are Superman?" Johnny asked cutting off his father.

Clark sighed again…

"Yes, Johnny! I am Superman!" Clark said full of regret, sorrow and relief that it got finally out of his mouth.

Johnny made even bigger eyes. Looking at his father in a weird and unreadable mix of emotions. Clark mentally prepared for everything now. But what he definitely didn't expect was Johnny to laugh.

"Nice joke!"

"Joke?!" Clark exclaimed in disbelief.

"Clark…" Lois made a gesture to remember him that he was still wearing his glasses. "…put them off and just show him!"

Clark nodded and put a hand on his glasses to remove them… finally exposing his face to his son for the very first time. Clark also changed his expression to be more like his alter-ego again, while also opening the buttons on his checkered flannel-shirt to rip it open to reveal the suit with the famous crest below.

Johnny's eyes grew even bigger while his face seemed first to pale before it blushed and then became pale again. Clark could hear the little heart of his son beating faster. Wishing he could read the boy's minds to know what he was thinking.

Silently, Johnny lift from the couch to walk slowly closer to his father. Everyone watched the boy to reach out with his little hand to touch the crest on his father's chest to feel if it was real. Or if he was dreaming. The whole day had been a dream! First Plastic Man, then his grandfather, then Superman and now his father turns out to be Superman?! Johnny's eyes widened even more when his hand touched the blue fabric below the crest.

"It's real!" Johnny gasped.

The blue cloth felt exactly like when Superman… his father… held him to get him and Mrs. Stone out of the water. He will never forget this moment and especially not the feeling of the cloth. It was the exact same. This was not a dream! No matter how much happened today that was too good to be true. His father… his mild-mannered and partly dorky father, was in truth the man he, and all his classmates and friends looked up to.

"Johnny… I know you have tons of questions now!" Superman said, with his father's voice…

Suddenly Johnny remembered how he heard his father's voice in school while Superman carried him. Suddenly everything made sense! All the time, his father came home late, or left earlier. All the missed breakfasts, lunches, and dinners. All these times his father missed some event in school. All these times his father was out there, saving people, extinguishing fires, catching criminals, making the world a safer place.

"Johnny?" Clark asked, now a bit scared. "Johnny, please say something!"

A billion questions were waiting to burst out of his mouth, but Johnny, in a mix of overwhelming emotions, shock and surprise, reacted in a way nobody expected: he fell backwards and fainted!

"JOHNNY!" everyone yelled in shock, while Clark used his speed to catch his son before carrying to the couch…

They all ignored the still ringing phone on the coffee-table…

In Metropolis, Johnny's teacher wondered if she is not a bit too intrusive. According to the Kent's reaction, she guessed that Johnny does not know it by himself. Maybe that's why they left the city. She knew about the farm in Smallville. Johnny often tells the class full of joy about that place where his grandparents live. Maybe they went there to get some distance from this place. After everything that happened, she wouldn't be surprised.

From her corner, she couldn't see the man the whole time. Not seeing how he used a strange tool that he inserted into the crack on the floor. On a small monitor, he could see what the camera at the end could see. And just like predicted, was the damage not as bad as first thought. The foundation was intact.

"There it is! Let's make this crack a bit bigger!" the man whispered.

He took another tool (a high-tech device from LexCorp) to insert it in the crack and start the drilling progress. Some cautiously placed mini explosives should be enough to weak the foundation enough before the real engineers come for the real second check. Maybe the crack in the floor and the wall will expand even more to show them that the building was not worth to be saved…

Mrs. Stone meanwhile was standing behind the corner, far away from everyone else and out of sight when she decided to give up and try later. She was just about to go upstairs again, when she saw out of the corner of her eye, how the man she led into the basement, was doing something unexpected. He was using weird tools to drill something. A hole?

"Excuse me!" Mrs. Stone said, catching the man's attention again. "What are you doing there?"

Knowing that the ground below the school was too stable to do something, they needed to help with it a little bit. But the man was too surprised to say something plausible for what he was doing!

"Oh… we use this little endoscope camera to check the ground below. Old maps show that the ground in this area was once very swampy before the school and the surrounding neighborhoods were built." the man lied.

"Oh, interesting…" the woman said and came closer again.

"Please… would you… this is very sensitive work… I need some silence!" the man lied again.

"Sorry, I leave! Call when you need something!" Mrs. Stone said and left again.

The woman hid behind the wall again and carefully peeked over to see the man doing something totally different than using a camera. She could clearly hear a drill.

"Aghh… this metahuman could have used his powers to damage the foundation better. So I wouldn't be forced to set explosives down there…"

Johnny's teacher gasped in shock and used both hands to hold her moth to not to yell and alarm the man who was obviously a terrorist or something like that. In shock she grabbed her phone again to call the police. But then she remembered that she had the phone number of someone who would be here sooner than the police…

In Smallville…

Everyone stood around the unconscious Johnny, who was now laying on the couch, while Lois held his left and Clark held his right hand.

"Johnny! Johnny!" Clark begged. "Please, wake up!"

"I never dared to think that he reacts this way!" Lois told.

"Me either!" Clark wailed before he turned to Jon. "Did you or Jordan react this way, when your father told you?"

"No, I was just speechless!" Jon shrugged.

Martha rushed to the kitchen to get a glass of water, while Jonathan Sr. used a newspaper to blow some air on Johnny. Jimmy just stood there with big eyes.

"Aww… Is this fainting meaning he is terrified, or overwhelmed?" Clark asked shocked.

"He was smiling, so I think he was overwhelmed?" Jimmy finally said.

"What do you think will happen when he wakes up?"

"Well…" Lois became moody. "…first Plastic Man, then his grandfather, than Superman, and finally his father reveals that he is Superman… he will think it was a dream!"

Clark wailed again while taking his unconscious son to carry him upstairs, to put him to bed. Listening to the boy's heartbeat to keep sure that he didn't cause an heart-attack. But despite everything, Clark had to admit that the boy reacted much better than expected. At least he didn't start to yell and to rant that he hates them, or that he is mad on them for all the lies they told him.

Clark's phone, that was vibrating on the coffee-table made his nervousness even worse…

"Lois, please pick up. It makes me upset!" Clark wailed.

Lois grabbed Clark's phone to look on the display…

"It's Mrs. Stone again!"

"Lois, pick up and tell her we call her back!" Clark yelled from upstairs while entering Johnny's room. Lois did so…

"Hello, Mrs. Stone! May we call you back, later! We have a little crisis here!"

"Mrs. Kent, there is this man… I think he wants to blow up the school…" the woman at the other end whispered scared.

"What? Mrs. Stone, what are you talking about?"

"I heard him talking about a metahuman who caused the damages, and now he is drilling holes. I think he wants to cause more damages…"

"HEY… What are you doing here?" suddenly a male voice said in the background.

"AGHH… NOTHING… AGHHH…" the woman yelled before Lois could hear the sound of something smashing against something, followed by a loud moan of the woman as if she looses consciousness.

"Mrs. Stone?" Lois asked shocked before there was a loud bang on the other end. Like a metal object falling on a concrete floor before the call abruptly ended, because the man who smacked Johnny's teacher unconscious stepped with his foot on the phone in panic after hearing Lois Lane's voice. "CLARK!"

Hearing Lois yelling, Clark wanted to rush downstairs again. But before he gave his fainted son a kiss on his forehead, while a tear ran down his face.

"I am so sorry!" Clark wailed before rushing downstairs in a blur.

As if on cue, Johnny opened his eyes and could hear his parents yelling downstairs…

"Lois, what's wrong?"

"It's Mrs. Stone… something happened at Johnny's school again! She said something about a guy with a drill and a metahuman before she was attacked."

"Oh, no… he is back to finish what he tried! Lois, take a look at the files Robin gave me. I go to Johnny's school… when Johnny wakes up, tell him I'll be back, soon!"

After that, there was a loud swoosh again and the house was vibrating again…

Suddenly Johnny remembered what happened! His father just told him that he is Superman. That he is always wearing his suit below his street clothes. That's why his father always wears long sleeves, even when it is warm. That's why… suddenly Johnny had to think about that incident in school again. It was really him! He was carrying Mrs. Stone upstairs before Superman, a.k.a. his father, arrived to fly them upstairs. That's why his parents were so nervous. That's why they told him that he will soon meet Beast Boy and Batman, too. And all the other heroes…

His father is Superman! His father is the world's most famous superhero! He is the son of the man, everyone in school is a an of. Everyone is talking how Superman is in private and he knows now. A mild-mannered, dorky man… but a lovely father! A man who always apologizes when he came too late, or forgot something! A man who had proven so often that he would do everything for him…

And what did he do? He fainted! Gosh is that embarrassing! He is the son of the bravest man in the world, and he fainted! He has to show how brave he is, too!

Johnny jumped out of the bed and start to rush downstairs again.

"OH MY GOD… LOOK AT THIS!" Lois suddenly yelled.

Johnny stopped on the stairs and saw through the open wall that his mother was sitting on his grandparent's laptop at the desk. The USB-stick with the Batman-symbol was inserted and his mother obviously read what Batman figured out…

"What is it, Lois?" Jimmy asked, when he Martha, Jonathan Sr. and Jon got closer.

"Now everything makes sense! The free property next to Johnny's school was sold to Cadmus Laboratories! They are a subsidiary of LexCorp now! Together with the school-ground they will be able to build their new laboratory-campus there!" Lois said.

"Yes, of course!" Jimmy added. "The city would never allow a private company to demolish a school that's in use! But if the building gets damaged beyond repair, the city will be grateful for someone to fix the trouble for them."

"And Luthor will have free hand over the whole area! Who knows what he will do there! Trent MacGowan was found by Lex and blackmailed. And… oh my god...!"

"What?" Martha asked.

"Gosh… you will never guess where he lives now…" Lois wailed when she saw the address and turned around and saw Johnny standing on the stairs, watching and listening to them. "…oh… Johnny?"

With all eyes fixed on him now, Johnny only smiled innocently…

Clark meanwhile flew at high speed back to Johnny's damaged school and was floating in the main-entry hall now.

All the present volunteers who came to help to tidy up watched Superman in awe when the famous hero suddenly made his appearance and it became totally silent. Clark blushed, since this was pretty rushed.

"Ehm… Hello… dear people… ehm… I am here… to value your eagerness and your willingness to rebuild this school… and… I hope that there is no more trouble here…"

Clark's attempt to play as if he was just coming here to check for the school was over toned by the loud applause and the cheers of the younger kids and teens who were present. Clark just used his x-ray-vision to check the building and indeed saw a person (Mrs. Stone) laying in the basement below them…

Clark rushed downstairs immediately, where he found the unconscious woman next to a crushed air-vent and with bleeding head and brought her upstairs to the other people to get help for her. Not aware of the lead-lined closet in the basement, where the criminal was hiding... and the explosives he carried with him…
