Kingdom Hearts: The Dalmatian Bodyguard

Chapter 18: Smiling Again

Back on the Ebon Hawk, Dolly was placing her Medal with her souvenirs.

Dolly: I might ask Donald's nephews if they have a trophy case in their stock.

Stone: (Coming in) Colonel, Beezee found something.

Windsor hopped onto Dolly as everyone met in the Main Hold. Beezee started explaining what he found on the Data Discs.

Stone: Beezee is saying he found a sequence on the two Data Discs we have. (As M5-BZ projected what it was) Seems like some kind of message.

Goofy: Gawrsh, maybe it's from the king!

Stone: Undetermined. The message is incomplete.

Sora: If we find more Data Discs, we might be able to decipher the message.

Donald: (Mad) But we didn't find a Data Disk in the Olympus Coliseum!

Dolly: That's a double problem. Those Data Disc gave us the locations to Deep Jungle and Olympus Coliseum. Now we can't go anywhere else.

Sora: Let's head back to Traverse Town. We can at least go back to stock up on supplies and fuel.

Dolly: Boss is right. It might give us time to figure something out.

Donald: Ah, phooey!

Donald hated their search hit a roadblock but figured it would be wise to restock their inventory. He later found Dolly trying on her bandana.

Donald: Didn't like the cowboy hat?

Dolly: Nah, I let Sparky have it. He seemed interested in being a cowboy.

Donald had a laugh at the thought of Sparky in a rodeo.

Dolly: (Chuckling) I know, it sounds funny. (Sigh) You know, before I joined Hawk Squadron I was pretty sad about everything and everyone I knew and loved being gone.

Donald: I can understand that. I'd be heartbroken by that, too.

Dolly took a seat on her hammock.

Dolly: Now, I can't help but feel like I'm back to my old self… Well, mostly.

Donald: Sora mentioned you being an actual Dalmatian. Must be weird being human, huh?

Dolly: I've gotten used to it. Besides, I'll probably turn back to normal when I get home, right?

Donald: Probably. (Smiling) You still have a family… Us.

Dolly: (Smiling) Thanks, Donald.

Donald walked away as Dolly let a tear of happiness go down her face.
