Chapter 43: Fighting the Darkness Within
Looking in a room, Stone looked up through the wired floor above them and saw a red hair girl in a blue dress.
Stone: Everyone, look!
Peter Pan: What is it, Stone?
?: Peter? Peter Pan?
Peter Pan: Wendy.
Wendy: Please, hurry. The pirates are coming!
Peter Pan: What! We'll be right there! Just hold on!
Sora: Wendy?
Wendy saw Peter Pan was with some other people.
Sora: Are there two other girls in there with you?
Wendy: Why, yes. But they seem to be asleep. Neither of them have budged an inch.
Sora: Kairi! Kairi!
Dolly: Roxy! Please respond!
The duo worried that there was nothing left of them until they moved their hands a bit. Their joy was short lived as they were dragged away.
Peter Pan: The girls! Let's get up there!
Sparky said he found a way up. Climbing up through some broken wires, the heroes made their way above without the Heartless finding out. Peter Pan checked the room they were in and found no one.
Donald: The pirates must've taken them to the deck.
Dolly: (Checking a room) Guys, I found a way up!
Dolly showed everyone a ladder and climbed up to what could only be the Captain's Cabin. Inside, Riku had Kairi his arms and Roxy at his feet.
Sora: Riku, wait!
Dolly: Let them go!
Taking a step back, a Heartless in the shape of Sora came out.
Sora: Let me handle this fake, guys!
Sora and his Heartless Doppelganger clashed with both sides evenly matched.
Goofy: We gotta help Sora!
Dolly: We can't. This is his fight… (Holding Yubashiri) So let's help another way!
Dolly threw Sora her sword and he fought well with it in one hand and Crabclaw in the other.
Goofy: (Throwing his shield) Sora, catch!
Withdrawing his Keyblade, Sora caught his friend's shield and used it to defend himself while attacking with Yubashiri.
Stone: (Letting Sparky get into his X-8 Night Sniper pistol) My turn!
Sora caught it after throwing Goofy back his shield. The Heartless took one electrified shot after another.
Donald: (Throwing his staff) Here! These make great clubs, too!
Sora caught it after giving Stone back his gun. Sora started hitting the Heartless hard.
Sora: (Resummoning Crabclaw) As long as I have my friends… (Slashing his imposter) We'll never lose!
The Heartless burst into nothing. Peter Pan came in with Wendy in his arms, having found her in a nearby room.
Peter Pan: Sorry I couldn't help, everyone.
Sora: It's okay, Peter. You better get Wendy out of here.
Peter Pan: I'll hurry back as fast as I can.
Opening a nearby window, Peter Pan flew off.
