Boy oh Boy. Holidays are coming up, and I get to have Thanksgiving dinner soon. Hope you're all eating well and enjoying your stay here at this small part of the internet.

Even though I started writing this story to wife myself up with Ruby, I'm thankful to have met the people I did when I wrote the cringe fest that was GreannRose. I never would have gotten better at writing and being able to write this awesome story. I have a "prequel" story in the works that goes over the first three volumes of RWBY with Bléu involved.

Some1call4MR-E: First of all, I wanna thank you for taking the time to read this story and write out all of your reviews. I 100% get where you're coming from… and yeah, I'm not gonna have her just turn off every Eggman bot she comes across. I think you'll be happy with this chapter as far as not overusing the technomancy Semblance. If we ever get to the point where it's like dragon ball z level scaling, EVERYONE will be fighting at that level, not just Bléu. And yeah, I don't want Bléu to be considered a boring Mary Sue. Trust me, I have PLENTY of limits placed on her. As for Sonic being too kid-friendly, you shouldn't have too much to worry about there, my writing can get a little lewd at times, and I'll do what I can to make the world feel a little more "serious" just like how it is in RWBY. I appreciate the criticism, and I hope to read more of it!

A few months have passed since Sonic went missing, and things have quickly gone to hell. The world was taken over by Eggman and his army. Humans and Mobians alike were both taken prisoner.

Bléu had gotten into a usual set of clothes, and until stated otherwise, her outfit will appear as follows. Her blue and green hair and quills are noticeably longer than Sonic and Amy's. They're not as spikey as Sonic's, but they're fluffed up more than Amy's. She has a black and green bodysuit that covers her body, with her dad's torn blue hoodie wrapped around her waist. Her weapons, Viel Klaue, rest on her wrists just like usual. As for her Dust supply, she keeps them stored in a case in her blue and green backpack.

"We won't be traveling together anymore. You're strong enough to survive, and I'm not going to hold your hand anymore." Shadow said before walking away to leave. Bléu simply couldn't keep up with his pace. "The smallest spark of Hope is enough to ignite change. Stay alive, and you'll make it through this."

And so, Bléu did go out into the world, laying low. She managed to be capable of smaller bands of robots when they attacked villages, but she couldn't save everyone. Fortunately, news stations and rumors never mentioned anything about Cinder and more deaths outside of the initial attack. The otherworldly girl learned much about the world while she was by herself. The nicest thing about it was that there didn't seem to be much racism between humans and the anthropomorphic animals. She's even seen a few interracial relationships between the two races! Doesn't sound like they can breed together, though. That's unfortunate. The high-schooler sighed as she thought about Ruby. Would she even accept her like this anymore? Or would it be too weird to date an anthropomorphic hedgehog. It's one thing if it's commonplace, but back at home, she might be considered a freak.

[Bléu, don't think like that. Ruby would love you regardless of your new looks, I'm sure of it!]

"Sure, she might see me as a friend still, but I doubt she'd kiss me if she saw me like this." Bléu was walking through a forest. She was on her way to where she heard there was a base of operations for a sort of resistance against Eggman. "I'm into weird stuff, and I don't think I would even be attracted to a hedgehog Ruby… Okay, maybe I would, but I'm a closet freak! She's not like that…" All that said, Bléu was much more nimble in this form than her human form. Maybe it was the multiverse's way to balance things, but she still doesn't know how she and Cinder turned into these anthropomorphic animals. Maybe she'll turn back when she returns home?

The blue and green teenager had to stay away from cities because they would often get attacked. The huntress in training was frustrated with how little she could do to help. She was forced to train all her life only to end up in a world where she was underpowered and alone.

Bléu wasn't alone, though. She had quite literally the closest friend she could ever have in Penny Polendina. [Hey Bléu… What do you think Ruby is doing right now?]

"Well, assuming she's still alive… statistically speaking, walking is a very good guess."

[Why wouldn't she be alive? Last time you saw her, she was shooting lasers out of her eyes.]

"I don't know what to think. Cinder said something about silver eyes. Ozpin said the same thing." Bléu crossed her arms and pouted as she stopped walking. "Ruby did it, so I should be able to do it, right?" The Silver-eyed hedgehog widened her eyes and started concentrating on the memory of that big flash of light that emitted from Ruby. "Hhhrnnnk!" Bléu had been practicing this ever since Shadow this new body. There's no telling when she could fight Cinder again, so the silver-eyed hedgehog had to be prepared.

[Bléu… don't pop your eyes ou-]

Before Penny could finish that thought, a bright light blazed from the blue and green hedgehog's eyes. She lit up the night sky and fell backward, feeling the radiant power of her own Silver eyes for the first time. Landing on her butt, the light faded. She was breathing heavily, clearly surprised that it worked that easily.

[Bléu! Are you okay?]

"Y-yeah… I. That was… warm… I actually got distracted…" She blushed. "Ruby was in a lot of stress when she lost you. Watching Pyrrha fade into ash must have sent her over the edge." She sat up and paced herself before standing. "I was trying to make myself feel that sadness like she did… but then I remembered how she looked. She was so strong after you got ripped apart." She frowned and crossed her arms. "I guess the only theory I have going is that I triggered it by feeling love? Seems kind of backward logic for some sort of super magic weapon. If I can do it again, I can use it on Cinder!"

[Well regardless, I-]

[Hold that thought, I think my light may have attracted some unwanted attention] Bléu stopped Penny, jumping to her feet and getting her weapons out. She heard rustling in the bushes, she slowly got into a stance and readied herself for whatever would come out of those bushes.

Suddenly, several blasts of energy shot out from the bushes. The hedgehog tucked and rolled out of the way. Three Egg Pawns walked out of the bushes and continued firing. Bléu ran behind a tree and returned fire with her Dust. She didn't like wasting Dust on these smaller pawns, but more and more pawns showed up and began firing. She was getting surrounded and fast. "Damn, I'll have to use some more firepower. There's too many of them!"

[Bléu, wait! I have an idea! I'm going to try something. Let me know if you feel anything!] Penny stated. She knew that their Dust supply was getting depleted over the past couple of months fast.

Just then, Bléu felt a surge of energy course through her. She looked down at her hands and saw that her blue Aura was flickering. Aura is the manifestation of the soul, all life on Remnant is capable of generating it and acts as a shield, it's very handy against the Grimm who have no souls; and now, Bléu has two souls within her. Her blue aura disappears for a moment before it returns, with half of it being green. "Whoa… blue and green Aura! Penny. I just wish you thought of this sooner!"

With the power of two sets of Aura now running through her, Bléu felt super powered! She put her weapons away, knowing that she didn't need it for these silly Egg Pawns. Jumping out of cover, she immediately got hit by one of their guns. It still hurt, but Bléu was able to bounce back tougher and faster. She dashed forward and made quick work of the small fry. "Whoa! I've gotta be almost as strong as Yang now! Maybe even as fast as Ruby…"

[Faster and stronger by my calculations. I felt bad just sitting and waiting for you to find me a body, so I wanted to help out! That way, you don't have to use up all of your Dust. You can now use my Aura to help you fight]

"Thank you, Penny, I-" Suddenly, the ground began to shake, and Bléu's heart dropped. A massive robotic foot dropped onto Bléu. Luckily, she was fast enough to jump out of the way. The Silver-eyed Warrior, however, was knocked out of the sky by the Death Egg Robot's fist as it punched her back to the ground. "Ow… no!" The massive mech leaned down and began charging up its eye laser. Despite her new reservoir of Aura, Bléu knows how strong these lasers are. She could very well die from this. The young hedgehog braces for impact, knowing that she doesn't have enough time to dodge.

"RHAH!" A red Mobian rushed in from behind Bléu and punched the giant robot. He jumped into its face and smashed his way through the giant eye socket, leaving a large hole in its wake before it collapsed to the ground.

"Whoa!" Bléu plopped on her butt as the robot almost crushed her. She looked up at the top of the defeated giant robot and saw the red warrior.

His long red dreadlocks fell behind his head as he turned around. He spit on the robot corpse and hopped down, waving at the hedgehog before him. This guy had VERY large hands, even for a Mobian. "I can only guess that you're the one that made that huge light show that attracted the patrol." He extended his giant gloved mitt and helped the girl to her feet. "What was that bright light?"

"Thanks for the save." She takes his hand and stands up, looking at the remains of the Death Egg Robot in awe. "That light was probably me. I didn't expect it to work in the first place. It's kind of a new power I just figured out…"

The red animal looked away and heard some metal clanging in the distance. "We should move. More might be coming." The Bléunette nodded, and they went on the move. As they ran through the forest, the Mobian looked over. "There's a cave nearby that I was camping out in. They won't find us there." Once they made it to the cave, the red warrior sat down on a rock. "We can stay here for the night."

"Right. Thanks again for your help. You're really strong." She sat down and tried her best to get comfortable.

"Don't sell yourself short, kid. I saw you back there. You're pretty quick on your feet, tough too. Not many people can just shrug off an energy blast." He gave a reassuring smirk. "I'm on my way back from a mission, I'm Knuckles the Echidna. I'm the leader of the resistance."

Bléu's eyes widened when he introduced himself. So, there is a Resistance. "Bléu Greann the… hedgehog." She let out a little hiccup, right. She picked that lie detector up from Penny. "I was actually on my way there. That light I made might be able to beat Doctor Eggman's… weapon."

Knuckles noted the blue and green hedgehog's appearance, noticing some similarities to Sonic, "Hmm, well, you definitely fit the name. And that's great to hear, I was just thinking that you would make a good addition to the fight. Get some sleep, I'll take you there tomorrow." He turned around and laid down, ready for the day to be over.

Bléu laid down on her back and sighed. She missed the bed back at G.U.N. Unfortunately, they never gave her a communicator to help get back, and it would take too long to walk back from where she split from Shadow. Tossing and turning all night, she eventually got to sleep.

The next day, Bléu woke up to see Knuckles getting back from a quick perimeter check. "Ah, you're awake. Come on, It's only thirty minutes away if we run."

"Alright… wait outside, and I'll get ready. Having some lady problems…"

Knuckles got a little rosy in the cheeks as he realized what she meant. Nodding, he exited the cave and waited patiently.

[You know, I think I'm gonna say it. I'm glad I don't have to deal with all that blood as a robot.]

[Real freaking good for you. It sucks even worse because I'm a lesbian, so I know I'll never get pregnant…] Bléu pouted as she handled her business. [I'm just glad we met Rouge on our first day here… Do you think we should tell him about us?]

[Again, I don't see what bad it would do. These animal people seem very nice! He did save you after all.]

"Yeah, I guess. Maybe I'm too paranoid." Bléu finishes her business and meets up with Knuckles. "Alright, let's go." As the two made their way to the resistance base, Bléu explains to Knuckles how she's from another world and that she has another person in her head.

"Can't say that isn't one of the weirder things that we've seen on our adventures. But I do know that Sonic went to another universe before, a couple of times now that I think about it." Knuckles rubbed his chin as he thought back to when Sonic told him about his adventure in Blaze's world.

"And that's another thing I could never get a clear answer on… What is this planet's name? Earth or Mobius?"

Knuckles laughed, "Yeah, I can see how that could be confusing. Back when cultures were more separated, the humans would call it Earth, and our people would call it Mobius. Evolution took drastic turns when it made our two races."

"That oddly makes sense. I'm just glad humans and mobians don't make each other slaves." She replied, thinking about the Faunus and the wars that came from racism. "Stop." She put her hand out in front of Knuckles.

"Wh-" The echidna stopped in his tracks and watched as a small patrol of Slicers went by. "Hiding won't help us. They can detect heat signatures." he frowned at the praying mantis shaped robots as he popped his knuckles, ready to fight.

"Yeah… that's why I want to try something." Her eyes lit up in a blue and green hue as she used her Semblance to disable their heat detection. The Slicers looked directly at the tree that the Mobians were hiding behind and immediately turned away. "Phew… I'm glad that worked. Normally, I'd have to touch the robots to do that… But with Penny's Aura, my semblance is way stronger now!" The techno wizard smiled as she looked down at her hands.

"I have no idea what any of those words meant, but it looks like you know what you're doing. But are you okay? You're sweating bullets." The redhead narrowed his eyes as he saw Bléu breathing heavily.

"Yeah, that was a lot of robots… So it took a lot out of me." Bléu leaned against the tree and caught her breath. "I'm good now. Let's keep going."

"It's probably a good thing that we didn't fight. Those tin cans could have given our position away." The burly brawler noted as he and Bléu ran to the base.

At the Resistance Base

Amy stood in the meeting room with a few other Mobians. Espio the Chameleon, Charmy Bee, and Sticks the Badger. Vector the Crocodile walked in and had a worried look on his face.

"Eggman's army is unstoppable! Without Sonic, people are losing hope and giving into despair!" He said, frustrated at the state that the world is in.

Amy clasped her hands together and held her heart close. "I still dream that Sonic is with us… he has to be!" The pink hedgehog held onto hope that her love would return.

"No, he's probably dead. It's time to face the music. We're all doomed." The small brown badger said bluntly.

Everyone ignored her casual nihilism while Espio spoke up. "Either way, Amy, Sonic is gone. Tails… Tails just hasn't been the same since then. If we're going to win, we'll have to do it without them. We've been hoping for a miracle for these past six months, but I'm afraid that we'll just have to make our own miracle." Espio spoke in his deep, smooth, buttery, Matthew Mercer voice.

Vector crossed his arms, "The people ain't gonna just rally together because we said to. They're too terrified!"

"Not everyone is terrified! Someone's with Knuckles!" Charmy said cheerfully as he was monitoring the cameras outside. "Wait. Is that Sonic?"

"WHAT?!" Everyone shouted at once before rushing over to the little bee boy and tried climbing over each other to look at the camera

"AHH" Poor Charmy got squished by the clamoring.

Espio: "I can't tell, the feed is too fuzzy!"

Sticks: "Move your head! Your scaly butt is in the way."

Vector: "Charmy! Stop poking me with your stinger!"

Amy Rose frowned at everyone who was hogging the screen. A puff of smoke emitted from the hedgehog's hand, and a large red and yellow hammer was summoned from her own hammerspace. "Get out of the WAY!" With one mighty swing, Amy knocked all four of them into the wall. She dropped her hammer, rushing to the monitor. "No, that's not my Sonic…" She turned around and smiled. "But it is another Rose's Sonic…"

"What kind of crazy are you talking, sistuh?" Sticks gripes as she lifts Vector's tail off of her head. Knuckles walks in with a bright look on his face. "Commander! Tell Amy to stop talking crazy!"

"Happy to see you're all still alive. Eggman's forces have chewed through our defenses at Green Hill, and the resistance in Sunset Heights is reporting that whatever that thing is that beat Sonic. While it isn't killing people anymore, it has them running in fear." The door opened behind him, and Bléu walked in. "All except this brave kid who survived the battle and made it here in one piece. Meet our newest recruit"

"Bléu!" Amy ran over to her new friend and gave her a big hug. The younger hedgehog, of course, returned the affection, leaving the others confused.

"Amy! I didn't take you for the fighting type." She smiled as she hugged back. The Bléunette was ecstatic that she found a familiar face. It would have gotten awkward really quickly with having to introduce herself to people over and over again.

"She looks nothing like Sonic!" The badger stands up and looks Bléu up and down. "You guys are crazy."

The blue and green hedgehog who clearly had some similarities to Sonic was the only one who reacted to this gaslighting remark. She's seen pictures of Sonic and totally gets why she's getting confused with him. "Uh… I mean, I kinda do-"

Charmy floats in and stops her before she unleashes the badger. "Hmm, doesn't look like much."

"Hey! I-"

"Neither do you, Charmy, but I still manage to find a use for your pointy butt." Knuckles retorts, causing Charmy to chuckle. The last Echidna picked up a Wispon and handed it to the bléu hedgehog. "Here kid, you'll be more useful with this."

"Ooo, a new toy? You shouldn't have." She picks up the Burst powered weapon, and her eyes immediately glow blue and green. "What in the…" She looks back at Knuckles. "This thing has no power source."

"Oh right, I forgot that you can do that." Knuckles said. "These Wispons have tiny aliens in them called Wisps." Just as he says that, a little red alien with three eyes pops out of the weapon and makes a little sound, waving at his new friend.

"Aww. You're so cute!" Bléu reaches out to give him some headpats and gasps as it's warm to the touch. "Are you sure this is safe? It… He? She? Seems happy."

Amy perks up. "They're all very friendly. We have more in the back!"

"Regardless. I didn't just bring back a new ally." Knuckles walks to the edge of the room and speaks to everyone. "I've just received some incredible news!" He smirks, "Sonic is alive!"

Alright, so let's do a little bit of power scaling.

It's no secret that the sonic universe likely scales much higher than the characters from Remnant. Sonic and Shadow, obviously LEAGUES faster than Ruby and Blake, faster than the one chick in Volume 7 with the speed Semblance. Knuckles is stronger than Yang, Amy tougher than Nora, the list goes on. I'd argue that most of the stronger characters like Sonic and Shadow would have trouble with characters like the maidens and Salem, they have magic that's probably on par with characters like Blaze or Silver.

So giving Bléu two sets of aura will not make her OP in Sonic's world (and it definitely would on Remnant). It will help her SURVIVE this nightmare land. We can say that Bléu was able to get by so far by using her Dust and Semblance in clever ways. With only a few crystals left, she will now only be using those in emergencies. I only have one scenario in mind where she uses Dust, but I'm sure more will come up at some point.
