Chapter 13: Tanzanite I
At the Ramshackle Dorm's lounge, Tanzanite and his Tsum are reading a book. The Tsum is really particular about the book. It's about the landmarks and different places of Twisted Wonderland, including some of the places they've been to before.
"And over there is the Noble Bell College," Tanzanite says.
The Tanzanite Tsum looks at the book with a curious look.
"I can understand. I've been there with my friends before, and it was really great, but it was scary when the flowers bloomed and tried to drain our magic," Tanzanite says.
The Tanzanite Tsum jumps up in shock.
"But we managed to stop it before it spread," Tanzanite says.
Tanzanite thinks, "Hmmm… are there other places in your world that are similar to the places here?"
Tanzanite Tsum nods in response.
"Really?" Tanzanite Tsum asks, curiously.
Tanzanite Tsum nods.
"That's amazing. Still, I would like to see your world someday. I would like to know where you live and what you do. Do you like reading?"
The Tsum nods and turns the badges to the next one, which is Harveston. The Tanzanite Tsum happily hops up and down to see the picture of Harveston and Moln Mountain. Then points to the picture of Moln Mountain.
Tanzanite giggles and says, "I can see you like saying the picture of Moln Mountain. I actually used to live here before my brother and I met Jasper in the Dwarf Mine and got chased by a scary monster."
Tsum Tanzanite jumps in surprise.
"Yes. It chased us in the mine and got us trapped, but Briar along with Sereia, Grim, Trinket, Ace, and Deuce really saved us. Even though they were also there to find a mage stone for the chandelier the boys broke," Tanzanite says, "And of course, thanks to Briar and the others, we were saved, able to get out of the mine, and defeat the monster. And then we went to the campus. The head age even allowed Jasper and me to attend the school."
Tanzanite Tsum jumps in amazement and surprise.
Tanzanite laughs, "I'm glad you really like the story."
Soon they hear footsteps and turn to see Briar, Sereia, and Trinket walking down the stairs to meet the boys.
"Hi Tanzanite," Sereia says.
"Hi girls, how are you doing?" Tanzanite replies with a smile.
"We're doing fine. We also just finished with some assignments for our classes," Briar says.
Trinket flies to the Tsum and tinks to say hello. The Tsum then waves its little leg to Trinket, saying hello. Trinket smiles and nods in response.
"What are you doing, Tanzanite?" Sereia asks.
"Showing some pictures of the places we went, and telling him stories of our adventures," Tanzanite says.
"That's nice," Briar says.
She then asks, "Do you know where Grim and the two Jaspers are?"
"Aren't they outside?" Tanzanite asks, curiously.
"We looked outside through our window and they were there a minute ago. Then we decided to do our assignments, but a little while later, we discovered that they were gone," Briar says.
Tanzanite Tsum hears this and quickly scurries to the front door. The Tsum then tries to climb up the door to reach the knob, but it's not high enough.
Tanzanite and the others rush over to see the Tsum trying to reach for the knob.
"What's wrong, Tsum?" Tanzanite asks.
The Tsum points to the door frantically and tries to scale up the door.
"It looks like trying to get outside," Sereia says.
Then Briar says, "I think I know. Maybe the Tanzanite Tsum wants to find Jasper Tsum and the others."
"Is that true?" Tanzanite asks
The Tanzanite Tsum jumps up and down and then nods in response.
"I'm taking that as a yes," Tanzanite says.
Then smiles and nods, "Alright, but we're going with you. We don't want you wandering off on your own."
The Tsum shows a happy expression in response.
