Introduction: The move
Hi! I'm Felicity (Feli for short), I'm 14 years old and today I will tell you a fantastic story, impossible to believe. But let me start from the beginning:
It was in the afternoon in middle of summer vacation, I was in my room sitting in my desk chair listening to music when my mother came in without warning:
-Hey, how're you doing?-She asked me.
-Huh?-I took off my headphones and turned around-Oh, hi mom, is something wrong?-I asked her.
She sat on my bed and put her hand on my leg.
-Felicity, we're going to move-
-Again? To where?-I asked.
-We're going back to where you were born, as you know aunt Elsa and your cousin Celia moved there some months ago, and we thought it would be nice to return to your childhood home-She told me with a smile.
I was shocked, we were going to go back to where I was born! I would see my old friends, I would go back to the old school, and most importantly, I would see him again, my best friend since we were kids...
-When are we leaving?-I asked with excitement.
-Next week, you should start putting your things in those boxes-After those words, she left and closed the door.
Over the next week I set about putting away my most valuable and personal items, including photos and videotapes of Fly and I being silly and having a good time. The day before they came for the furniture, I took my video camera and began to watch them with great nostalgia, but suddenly a concern came to mind:
-"We haven't seen each other in a long time, maybe he doesn't recognize me...or he's forgotten about me...No! He hasn't forgotten me, when he sees me he will recognize me!"-I thought.
Moving day arrived, I quickly went down the stairs of my house and out the door, I got into the car.
It was a long trip. Steven, my little brother, fell asleep while was very nervous and worried.
-Is something wrong, Felicity?-My mother asked.
-What if he doesn't recognize me? Has he forgotten about me? I'm worried that he won't remember me after many years...
-Oh come on! I'm sure he hasn't forgotten about you, look, we've arrived-She said with a smile.
-We arrived?-My brother said when he woke up-YAY, WE'VE ARRIVED!-
