Coming Up Next: The spies link back up to deal with James, Tim Scam and Jazz Hands, but this particular baddie brawl may also reveal who's pulling the strings. However, a particularly devious blindside gets three of the spies captured and plopped into an arena with a bunch of baddies. Can the captured spies fight off the army of evil long enough for the others to rescue them and take down the masterminds?
Act 2: Handicap Battle of Sorts
1:56 P.M. – W.O.O.H.P. Headquarters
Containment Facility
"Okay, that's clearly not a sight I expected to see anytime soon, either," May admitted as team B found where the three villains were brawling with each other, and sure enough, the villains in question were Tim Scam, James, and Jazz Hands.
"Oh, good, you guys made it just in time," Sam sighed in relief. "Please break this nonsense up, because it's making me sick."
"Already on it," Michi quipped as she raised her hand to open a portal underneath the three bickering villains. Michi then opened another portal to make them all fall down in a heap right in front of the spies.
"Who did that?!" James gasped.
"Who do you think, you little lunatic?" Bridget retorted.
"Well, well, look at what the cat dragged in," Scam chuckled.
"I do not want to hear your usual crap, Scam," Sam growled in response. "The only thing I need to know is why the hell you three are fighting each other."
"Well, obviously, these lug nuts bragged that they were trying to make Sam their own when she's clearly mine!" James exclaimed.
"I said no such thing out loud, you pea-brain," Scam shot back. "You really think I'd say the quiet part out loud like you?"
"Well, maybe mime boy would," James noted.
"I'm a mime, you piece of filth!" Jazz Hands shouted.
"Sure don't act like it," James scoffed.
"All right, I'm intervening now, because this is just getting sad by this point," Michi stated.
"Same here," Nick quipped as he raised his right hand to snatch all three villains in his telekinetic hold, allowing Michi to raise both of her hands and open a portal so that Nick could drop them inside of it.
"Wait, they're claiming that none of them actually said that 'thing'," Clover noted. "You think..."
"I'm thinking it, too," Mat admitted. "Somebody's pulling the strings behind the scenes."
"But who, though?" Melissa wondered.
"Hold on, I'll cross-reference the inmate itinerary and look at who's still inside the facility," RiCO answered. "Maybe that'll tell us who's running this wack show."
"Please do, RiCO," Sam stated as RiCO began scanning.
"I can't believe those three douches haven't given up that part..." Mat sighed.
"Totally not healthy all around," Clover added.
"And, Sam... we will try and do something about this unhealthy obsession these three have over you as well," RiCO added during her scanning.
"Thank you!" Sam sighed in relief.
"Definitely not cool to be fighting to the death over a girl," Haruka commented.
"Totally," Alex remarked in agreement since she was willing to share Nick with May, Nozomi, and Haruka herself.
"If you're in our camp, you have your reasons," Melissa added since Sam was willing to share Mat with Melissa herself, and Britney, too.
"Good reasons, mind you," May emphasized.
Mat and Blaine looked around to see where Jazz Hands, Tim Scam, and James got to, and Michi's portal had sent them back to their respective cells. Upon seeing Tim Scam, Mat kept a straight face as if to tell Scam to back off and get rid of his infatuation for Sam.
"Guys, I'm picking up thoughts of another brawl in the big house," Nick told everyone.
"Who is it this time?" Dawn wondered.
The spies moved forward after Nick began dashing for another wing of the Containment Facility.
"Another two unlikely candidates," Nick remarked. "Lenore Von Schram and Dash Dawson."
"That is an unlikely pair," Clover commented.
"We need to hurry before someone's in a body bag or something..." Bridget chastised.
"Let's hope it doesn't get to that, too," Britney sighed.
"I wouldn't leave out the odds of that happening being 50-50," Nozomi stated with a cringe.
The spies hurriedly followed Nick to another portion of the WOOHP Containment Facility.
"Okay, this is getting way out of hand!" Sam complained when everyone saw that Lenore and Dash Dawson were going at it big time.
"I've got this one," Dawn quipped as she walked forward and pounded the ground with a Metal Masher Boxing Glove to get both baddies' attention.
"Well, well, if it isn't my lovely little..." Dawson laughed, only to be immediately clocked by a wicked backhand slap from Dawn.
"I don't even want to hear it from you," Dawn retorted.
"Somebody get this cluck off of me!" Lenore exclaimed.
"Okay, then, have it your way," Michi chuckled as she conjured portals to send both villains back to their cells.
"That's not the only one going on here!" Mat exclaimed, which got some of the spies' attention. "Vince King and Kyle Katz are going for each other's throats, too!"
"Why would Kyle Katz be going at it with someone like Vince King?" Haruka wondered.
"Well, we better get an answer quick..." Blaine insisted.
With that, Mat, Blaine, Haruka, and Clover ran to put out that fire.
"This should stop 'em..." Clover quipped and used her Laser Lipstick.
Vince King had just subdued Kyle Katz when Clover fired her Laser Lipstick at King's foot, and that got his attention.
"What the hell's going on here now?!" Haruka chastised.
"I'll tell you what's going on here," King growled. "This little piece of phony baloney just attacked me for no conceivable reason!"
"What the hell do you mean 'no reason'?!" Kyle exclaimed. "This little fake fighter guy kept saying that 'my charm is a fraud' and that 'you have no chance of getting a girl like that'!"
"And where did you hear that?!" King shot back. "I've never even talked to you before!"
As King and Kyle started butting heads again, the spies began to realize something about this whole spiel.
"Something on your mind, Sammy?" Alex asked.
"Most of these fights seem to have been instigated because one of the baddies seemingly hurled some petty insults, even when one of them denies it," Sam noted. "I'm starting to think that whoever's behind this, they're probably trying to cause a ruckus."
"That would make sense," Haruka admitted. "But then the question becomes 'who'?"
That was when Kyle noticed Michi standing near the spies and decided to waltz over to her.
"Well, well, it looks like the troupe has a lovely new lady in their ranks," Kyle chuckled, flashing his famous grin in hopes of charming Michi. "What do you say, girlie? You wanna get with a real man and..."
Michi, however, wasn't impressed in the slightest as she ducked down and barreled forward to headbutt Kyle in the chest, knocking the wind out of him long enough for Nick to blast him back into King with a Final Shine Attack.
"Sorry, buddy, but I don't talk to sleazeballs," Michi chuckled, and that naturally got Kyle fuming and King laughing.
"Now why don't you go back to your cells and sulk like all the other good baddies?" Nick taunted as Michi opened portals beneath both villains to drop them back into their cells, just missing the smirk on King's face.
"Way to shut him down quick, Michi," May laughed.
"Hey, even without my memories, I can tell what his type is generally like," Michi giggled.
"And trust me, we've had a lot of grief from that guy in particular," Clover quipped.
"I think we'd better keep moving and see if we can figure out just who the heck is behind this," Sam stated.
However, just as the spies were about to get back on the move, another random bad guy came waltzing up and aimed a camera towards the spies, activating it to cause a bright flash that momentarily blinded the spies.
When they could see again, though, May, Britney and Blaine were nowhere to be seen.
"Looks like I got the perfect shot," Lumiere laughed. "Guess that'll teach that little tart not to insult my moviemaking!"
"What did you do with them?!" Clover exclaimed.
"Let's just say... they've got a bit of a fight on their hands," Lumiere chuckled. "And you all have a date with your destruction!"
Lumiere charged towards the spies with obvious intent, only for Michi to open a portal underneath him that he fell into. Lumiere could only shout "oh damn it not again" as the portal closed.
"We'd better find them quickly," Nozomi stated. "I don't want to know what any of these baddies might do..."
"Ooh, boy," Nick quipped when he noticed something on the ground where May had just been, and it turned out to be her Emergency Gadget Transporter.
"Oh, yeah, that's definitely a problem," Haruka gasped. "She can't zap her anchor right to her without that."
"Then I think we'd better double-time it," Mat proclaimed. "Let's hurry, everybody!"
2:47 P.M. – W.O.O.H.P. Headquarters
Unknown Location
"Um, why the heck are we suddenly in a ring?" Britney asked when she could see again.
"I don't think you want to know the answer to that," May admitted when she noticed a bunch of faces just ahead.
Indeed, three members of their rogues' gallery, alongside a bunch of mooks from all of their employs, were facing down the three spies in the ring.
"Well, well, look at what the cat dragged in," Coach chuckled.
"It's good to see you in here with us," Geraldine Husk quipped.
"And how about that, you don't have any of your dumb little toys with you," Frankie Dude laughed. "I'd say that you're gonna be in for a lot of pain in a few seconds."
The baddies all expected the three spies to be intimidated. However, they still looked quite confident.
"Oh, I think you're the ones who are gonna be in for a lot of pain if you think we can't do anything without our gadgets," Blaine quipped.
"Yeah, we've had all sorts of martial arts training," Britney stated. "So we're not gonna be pushovers."
"And besides, even if I don't have my anchor with me, all the training I did to, ya know, wield it has given me pretty damn good upper body strength," May taunted.
"You punks can't take on all of us at once!" Coach laughed as the villains all advanced.
Coach himself attempted to pounce on top of May to prove his point, but May lunged forward and slugged Coach in the chest, knocking him backwards.
"What did I literally just say?" May chuckled.
"Oh, now you're in for it! GET THEM!" Geraldine exclaimed, and all three villains and their mooks charged for the three spies.
"Well, then, you two ready for the smackdown?" May quipped.
"As we'll ever be, I guess," Britney replied.
"Let's rock their faces in, shall we?" Blaine proclaimed.
"That's the spirit, Blaine!" May laughed as the three spies charged into battle with the army of bad guys.
"If there's one thing we don't do... we don't stop anyone from doing their own thing!" Britney emphasized.
May and Britney teamed up to take out one of them, and they centered on the Zanzibar Coach.
"You really think you clucks can match us like this?" Coach taunted.
Coach would rather quickly have to eat his words when May and Britney came at him from both sides. Coach quickly jumped away from them, only for May to grab him by the ankles mid-jump.
"Nice try," May retorted as she started swinging Coach around and around, eventually tossing him towards Britney so she could kick him in the chest and send him flying back into Geraldine and a bunch of her mooks.
"STRIKE!" Britney laughed.
"You don't mess with the best, after all..." May quipped.
As for Blaine, he may have been dealt with Geraldine and Frankie Dude, but he had a few tricks up his sleeve.
"Don't think just because I'm a guy that I'm not capable of fighting," Blaine remarked as a "friendly warning."
With that, he charged for them both. Clover got a front-row seat at seeing Blaine use some of his training from WOOHP to subdue Frankie Dude. He even sent him into Geraldine, who was coming after Blaine himself, too.
"How about a bump?!" Blaine demanded.
With that, after Frankie Dude got up, he immediately saw Geraldine was going after Blaine and missed. Geraldine went crashing into him and knocked them both down.
"Go Blaine-y!" Clover cheered from the sidelines.
"Get back here, you little brat!" Geraldine growled, only for Blaine to jump over her latest punch and do a leapfrog off of her head before jumping off the heads of Frankie Dude and a bunch of their mooks.
"You'll have to make me," Blaine taunted.
"Great job, guys!" May exclaimed at Britney and Blaine.
"Let's get outta here!" Blaine added.
But just when the three of them were trying to leave, something wasn't right. They could feel a force field around them.
"What's going on here?" Nick chastised.
He tried a psychic shot, but it just ricocheted off and barely missed Haruka.
"Apparently our rogues' gallery is full of sore losers..." Sam groaned.
"When are they not?" Alex rhetorically asked.
"I guess we have to take on more, do we?" May sighed.
Three more entered the ring without any problems... Kandinsky, Lady Dragon, and Helga Von Guggen.
"Just when you thought some mercy would be shown..." Nozomi chastised.
"Why couldn't we just enjoy our summer the relaxing way?!" Clover complained.
"We did for a bit..." Haruka sighed, sympathizing with Clover.
"Can't really do much without your gadgets, can you?" May taunted as Lady Dragon approached her.
"We'll see about that, won't we?!" Lady Dragon laughed as she barreled forward to try and sweep May off of her feet, but she quickly jumped over that strike.
"Oh, sorry, too soon?" May retorted as she kicked Lady Dragon backwards, only to swerve away from Helga.
"Just try me, little pirate girl," Kandinsky laughed as he waved his wand to create doppelgangers of himself. "Your little psychic boyfriend isn't here to bail you out this time, is he?"
"Hey, what am I, chopped pepperoni?" Nick responded, catching Kandinsky's attention long enough for May to shoulder-tackle the magician and make all of his doppelgangers disappear.
"We've got to find a way to get these fights to cease!" Bridget proclaimed.
"Don't forget getting those three out for a break of their own," Mat added.
"Best way is to break that force field," Nick deduced. "We've got to find it... and I think I have a way to stop it..."
"We're listening," Melissa quipped.
"RiCO's scanning the area for the force field's generator as we speak," Nick quipped. "Once we've pinpointed that, I can destroy it, and..."
All of a sudden, the force field swiftly powered down, leaving both spies and villains confused.
"...um, okay, that was quick, huh?" Nick quipped.
"That wasn't me, by the way," RiCO admitted.
"Might as well take the chance, huh?" May stated as she, Britney and Blaine took advantage of the baddies' confusion to book it out of the ring and rejoin the spies.
"Oh, no, you're not getting away this time!" Helga growled.
However, just as the throng of baddies attempted to pursue, the force field reactivated itself, trapping them all inside the ring.
"Okay, I am seriously confused right now," Haruka quipped. "If RiCO wasn't the one who messed with the force field, then who..."
"I'd say that's my cue."
The spies all turned around to see a rather smug-looking Vince King standing there, holding a device in his hands.
"...wait, weren't you supposed to be stuck in this mess like the others?" Sam wondered.
"Oh, but that's what I wanted you clucks to think," King cackled. "You see all of this chaos, this fighting? Wouldn't it be perfect for a bit of a show?"
"Hold on just a chicken-fried minute, you planned this all along?!" Mat shouted.
"But of course," King quipped. "I tried not to think too hard about it, since I know that little mind-reader would have sussed me out if I got too cocky. And my partner was a great help in that."
A bright flash of red light erupted from a spot near King, and when it cleared, Ariel was standing there with her staff at the ready.
"Sometimes, all you need to stir up some chaos is a few choice words," Ariel chuckled. "And it seems like most of my fellow villains are very easily manipulated."
"And that's supposed to mean what?" Blaine snapped back.
"Just gotta start a few rumors, maybe suggest that some baddies are mouthing off about others, and the story practically writes itself," King laughed. "That gave us the perfect cover to execute our scheme and get some damn good fight footage, if I do say so myself."
"You know, you're slowly slipping into a real form of scumbag if you're even willing to turn your fellow baddies against each other for your own profit," Clover proclaimed.
"Oh, come on, at the end of the day, it's just business," King quipped. "And let me just say that business is booming."
"But that does leave one little collection of loose ends," Ariel stated. "And no doubt you understand who we're talking about."
"Nick, did you find the you-know-what?" May asked.
"Got it right here," Nick answered as he leaned over to strap May's Emergency Gadget Transporter back on her wrist.
"And now you two know exactly what time it is," May chuckled.
King and Ariel both rushed towards the spies, intending to stop them before they could get the chance.
"Oh, that's right, it's anchor time, you little punks!" May shouted, raising her right hand and activating her EGT to summon her anchor to her hands.
Ariel swerved to the right to try and avoid May's incoming attack, but May had seen through that maneuver and swung her anchor towards Ariel, landing a direct hit and sending her stumbling backwards.
"We'll see how much you flap your mouth when it's one of your friends you're going to have to fight," Ariel quipped as she aimed one of her hypnotic gems towards Michi...
...only for her to not be affected.
"...wait, why isn't this working?" Ariel gasped.
"Beats the heck out of me," Michi quipped. "Maybe it's because of my powers, I dunno? Either way, I hope you're ready for a portal ride."
Before Ariel could think of a backup plan, Michi had opened a portal underneath her, causing Ariel to fall into it. Michi then opened another portal that caused Ariel to crash right on top of King.
"That still hasn't gotten old and probably never will," Michi giggled.
"Did you forget that I still have this?" Ariel retorted as she picked herself up and aimed her gem towards Sam.
Before the hypnotic wave could take effect, however, Ariel was swiftly tackled to the ground courtesy of Sortiliena.
"Surprise!" Sortiliena laughed as she did a flip to kick King away before running back to rejoin the spies. "Sorry I kinda did a disappearing act on you guys for a bit. I was just taking care of some extra escapees."
"Turns out these two are behind all of this," Nick answered. "They've been 'stirring the pot', so to speak, all to get the villains to fight each other and get footage for King's new show."
"Should I even be surprised at this point?" Sortiliena quipped.
"I haven't seen you before," Ariel admitted. "Don't tell me you're another part of this wretched team of unchosen, unworthy harlots?"
"Technically, I'm their combat teacher, but I'm also their ally in times like this," Sortiliena responded. "W.O.O.H.P. Combat Instructor Sortiliena Serlut, at your service!"
Before Ariel could go back on the offensive, Sortiliena bowled both her and King over with a leaping spin kick.
"And that means that you need to be taught a few lessons, preferably by someone who knows how to kick some faces in," Sortiliena stated as she jumped back and shifted into a fighting stance.
'Go get 'em, Sortiliena!" May exclaimed as Sortiliena charged headlong into battle.
"There's no way she's going alone into battle," Nick remarked.
"Hold up, Nick," Haruka stated. "Maybe we should let Sortiliena have this one all alone for a little bit."
After a slight think-over, Nick conceded.
"Besides, I didn't get a chance to show this big chick what I can do!" Sortiliena added, remembering back to the mission on the beach with Ariel re-recruiting Sam.
"If you think you can take on the hostess and win, you're dumber than I thought," Ariel sneered.
"Tsk-tsk... getting cocky, are we?" Sortiliena taunted.
"You can't be that hard to deal with," Ariel shot back, rather egotistically.
"You wanna take that bet?" Sortiliena chuckled as Ariel rushed forward and swung her staff, naturally expecting an easy battle.
So, of course, Sortiliena quickly dashed those expectations by jumping over Ariel's swing, then jumping onto the staff before lashing out to kick Ariel backwards.
Ariel didn't even get the chance to stumble before Sortiliena lunged forward to leg sweep Ariel off of her feet, then going into a sliding kick to the face to send her skidding away.
"I tried to warn you," Sortiliena taunted.
Ariel was completely flabbergasted by Sortiliena's moves.
"This is far from over..." Ariel seethed.
At then, she used her red jewel to hypnotize three more female villains, specifically Candy Sweet, Myrna Beesbottom, and Tuesday Tate.
"Let's see how you handle female wrestlers this time..." Ariel smirked.
"Oh, goodness!" Sortiliena gasped.
The three villainesses wasted zero time and immediately attacked Sortiliena.
"Nothing a combat instructor doesn't know here..." Sortiliena quipped.
Candy and Tuesday both tried to pincer her in, but Sortiliena simply waited for them to get close enough, then jumped when they both attacked so that both villains only collided with each other.
Myrna jumped into the air, obviously intending to crush Sortiliena underneath her, but having seen enough of that 'movie' by now, Sortiliena snapped her right foot up to kick Myrna in the gut before spinning her around with that foot and throwing her into Tuesday and Candy, bowling them both over.
"She's on a roll!" Bridget laughed.
"So, she wants to change the rules of the game, huh?" Mat rhetorically stated.
"You thinking what I'm thinking, Mat?" Sam wondered.
"If you mean destroy Ariel's gem, yeah," Mat quipped.
Nick didn't need a prompting and immediately knew to distract Vince King at least.
"Let's get that rock destroyed," Mat remarked until Bridget came to them.
"You'll need some extra help, I'm sure," Bridget quipped.
"And the rest of us?" Nozomi asked.
"Some of us can help Sortiliena, and the rest of us can form a plan B to shut this 'Big House Brawl' down!" Nick exclaimed.
"No doubt," Clover remarked.
"What was your plan, Sam?" Mat asked.
"Okay, you and I will go for Ariel, and Bridget will be the distracting decoy," Sam stated as a start.
"Then let's get to planning!" Bridget proclaimed as she reached for her brooch. "Sonic Mode, online!"
While Sortiliena continued to easily fight off the baddies coming her way, Ariel began to sneak closer to her, intending to catch her off guard and hypnotize her.
"Yes, that's right," Ariel chuckled to herself. "Just focus on them... and not me, hehehehehe."
"Maybe you need to keep an eye on me, you Xena ripoff!"
("Wake Up Your Hero" by Lyn Inaizumi plays)
Ariel only had a moment to turn around before Bridget sped by her, sideswiping her to spin her around and make her dizzy.
"Stand still, you little blurry gnat," Ariel growled as she turned towards Bridget and aimed her gem, only for Bridget to run by too fast for it to have any effect, allowing Bridget to trip her up again.
"Hello, track and water polo star here?" Bridget chuckled. "Staying still really isn't in my vocabulary during a mission."
"So help me, I'm going to..." Ariel shot back as she fired a blast of magic from her gem instead, warping the metal on the floor to create a barrier of sorts.
Unfortunately for her, Bridget simply ran up the warped piece of metal, jumped off it, jumped to the wall, and then lunged downwards to strike Ariel with a flying kick, sending her stumbling back into Sam and Mat's path.
"Well... yoink," Sam giggled as she reached out to take Ariel's hypnotic gem from her hands, Mat took it and threw it against the nearby wall to crack it, and Nick finished it off with a point-blank Final Shine Attack.
Once the gem had been destroyed, all of the hypnotized villains in the vicinity snapped out of their trance just in time for Sortiliena to rush forward and clock them all together.
"W-What?!" Ariel gasped.
"You're wide open!" Bridget exclaimed as she and Nick joined hands so they could rush towards Ariel. "You wanna drill the point home, Nick?"
"With a fine-toothed comb," Nick quipped. "Let's show this wannabe warrior our brand spankin' new Purple Comet Attack!"
Both Sam and Mat fired their Laser Lipstick/Chapstick to make Ariel 'dance' just long enough for Bridget could get in close and use her momentum to uppercut Ariel into the air.
Nick followed by leapfrogging off of Bridget's shoulders and knocking Ariel back to the ground with an overhead fist slam.
Before Ariel could even bounce, Bridget sped by her, causing her to spin around in place for a couple seconds.
Nick lunged forward to kick Ariel in the back and send her stumbling forward.
Nick and Bridget ran to either side of Ariel and started attacking in perfect sync with each other, landing four direct punches each before snap-kicking Ariel into the air.
"Ready for the finale?!" Bridget shouted.
Just as Ariel started falling back down, Nick and Bridget charged, striking Ariel rapid-fire from multiple angles and making it look like she was being pinballed through the air.
For the final blow, Nick and Bridget joined hands once again, then flew swiftly towards Ariel, using their joined hands to clothesline her and send her crashing back into the ground.
"Bet that didn't feel too good, did it?" Nick taunted as he and Bridget high-fived each other.
"Um, we've got baddies incoming!" Britney exclaimed as more villains came charging towards the melee that was going on.
"Maybe don't interrupt a fight that's going on right now?" Michi quipped as she opened a larger portal that all of the baddies fell into. "Yeah, don't be rude."
"Why is it every time we meet up, spies, you tend to have a new tagalong with some strange ability?" Ariel taunted.
"Oh, like you're any different with the whole 'turning women into berserkers just because you hate men' shtick," Michi retorted. "The difference between us is that I use my powers to help the spies. You're just using your powers for petty nonsense."
"Are you actually condescending to me, little brat?" Ariel growled as she started to slowly advance on Michi.
"More like I'm keeping you distracted," Michi chuckled.
"Special delivery, nut loaf!" May shouted as she barged forward to whack Ariel in the back with her anchor and send her flying.
Thankful for her magic enhancing her constitution (and the body armor that was practically required in the villain community nowadays), Ariel slowly picked herself up.
"You know, you're a lot easier to manipulate than I thought," May giggled.
"You won't live to regret that," Ariel retorted as she prepared to cast another spell.
"Um, how about we don't and say we did?" Nick taunted as he jumped towards Ariel to drive her to the ground with an overhead kick, then telekinetically tossed her into the air, and finally sent her flying with a Final Shine Attack to the gut.
Ariel went soaring into another crowd of nearby villains who all looked like they were ready to rip her apart for hypnotizing her. Ariel tried to use her staff to swat them away, only to find she didn't have it.
"Oh, sorry, were you looking for this?" Sortiliena teased as she swung Ariel's staff into the nearby wall, breaking it into pieces and shattering the gem on its pommel.
This left Ariel helpless as a trio of villains all dogpiled on Ariel, quickly knocking her unconscious.
"That... was unexpected," Nozomi quipped.
"Hey, we don't like being hypnotized any more than you do," Dash Dawson admitted. "...you know, it does suck when it's on the other foot for once..."
"Yeah, ain't that a peach," Michi quipped as she portal'ed the baddies back to their cells.
Nick walked up to the unconscious Ariel and raised his hand to imprison her inside of a psychic bubble.
"That's one down," Nick stated.
"And one to go," Haruka noted. "Where the heck did King slink off to in all of this?"
"It's okay, I've already got a lock on him," RiCO answered from Nick's X-Powder. "King appears to be heading towards the southwest of the third floor of the facility."
"No doubt he's already got something waiting for us," Clover responded. "I'm really getting sick of this runaround, so can we please find this nutball and kick him a few dozen times?"
"Oh, that was definitely the idea," Alex quipped.
"Don't worry about all of this, I can take these guys down no problem-o," Sortiliena stated as she started moving to round up the remaining villains. "You all just go and kick King's concave face in and I'll join you as soon as I can."
"Sounds like a plan to me," Melissa replied. "Shall we, everybody?"
Sortiliena ran down the other hallway so she could help round up the last of the sprung villains while the rest of the spies headed for the containment facility's third floor so they could put a stop to whatever King had up his own sleeve.
To be concluded...

Next time...
Alex: Whoa, what did he do to this place?
Haruka: It looks as gaudy as the rest of his style.
Mat: All right, King, we've got you cornered! Do us a favor for once and just give it up!
King: Now why would I do that when I have a show to run?
Michi: Well, can't say we didn't try, right?
Sam: We've already shut down your little 'tournament' and put all of our baddies back in containment where they belong, King. It won't be longer before you're gonna join them!
King: Oh, but Samantha, you must remember that a true performer always saves their best performance for the very end.
Dawn: H-Hey, where'd he go?
Melissa: There he is!
Nick: ...and what the heck is he wearing?
Nozomi: Sorry, readers, but we gotta cut the preview there. Have to keep some suspense about what we're fighting, right? Well, you won't have to wait much longer, so tune in next time for the final act of Totally Spies: Jailhouse Jostle, "Wrestle Maniacs"!
May: Wait, what's that on the screen?
Sam: Something the special effects department's cooking up for the next episode. It is the season finale, after all.
Blaine: ...okay, that's appropriately creepy.
