POV Kiritsugu

Kiritsugu ran as fast as he could. Moments earlier, he had been digging through rubble when a scream pierced the air. He followed the sound, arriving at the scene in horror. A child's head was visible above the mud, their body horrifically melted and barely held together. One small hand was reaching upward.
Without hesitation, Kiritsugu grasped the child's hand and pulled them from the mud, ignoring the searing burns on his own skin. He quickly retrieved Avalon, inserting it into the child's mangled torso. A torrent of golden energy erupted, enveloping the child. Before his eyes, the boy's body was restored, and the injuries vanished.

The child gasped for air, alive once more. Wasting no time, Kiritsugu scooped him up and rushed to the nearest hospital. as soon they were treated as after a few days Kiritsugu decided to Adopt the boy and named him 'Shirou Emiya' but not before telling him he was a Magus ad they now moved into their new homes

Back to present

Kiritsugu looked as Shirou for the first time showed emotion as he looked annoyed and ran away from the Teenage girl Taiga

Taiga looked at him "Shirou is a bit weird"

Kiritsugu nods "Well he did survive the fire and he remembers other burning but nothing else"

Taiga nods "Why not take him to a Psychologist i hear they fix brain or so they say"

Kiritsugu hums "That might be a good idea"

At evening, Kiritsugu looked at Taiga as he finished their English Lesson

Kiritsugu nods "Taiga this is not really on our topic… but can you think of this as a game and try answering a few of my questions? You know, just like how you give advice to your juniors and friends."

Taiga nods "If he practices so much nonsense, no joy only misery, plus 0 signs of getting stronger, he'd definitely give up as long he's not a massive idiot and I bet he'd say something like 'Kendo is useless'. Then that'd make him understand that sword will never bring him any good and case closed. But then… if he started thinking like 'If sword can't do it, then I'll go for guns' and went astray, then that'd be outside the concern of a Kendo practitioner and then I'll have to look at the case from the perspective of Fuyuki's justice but that'd beat the purpose of this question, wouldn't it?

Kiritsugu "Hmm true that. To be honest, that was a really unexpected answer… Which means that you'd 'deceive' him, huh?"

"Well, it's only fair," Taiga shot back. "The kid's motive is fraudulent, after all. He doesn't want to be a swordsman; he just wants strength. My approach would help
him realize his mistake in the most sincere way possible."

Kiritsugu's expression darkened slightly. "And what if he believed every word you said? What if you didn't want to betray his trust?"

Taiga's grin softened. "Even if it hurts, I'd still guide him down that 'wrong' path. Sometimes, the only way to correct misconceptions is to let someone walk the road themselves. It's harsh, but it's the fastest way to clarity. Besides, lectures and nagging rarely change anyone's heart."

"And all the effort he put into that 'nonsense' Kendo… it'd just be wasted time?"

"That's fine," Taiga said with a shrug. "Time wasted is what youth is for. Call it a tuition fee for life lessons."

Taiga's smile widened. "Then that'd be a very amazing thing to witness, So i'd praise him. If he invests his time and passion into something and sees it through, then it's no longer nonsense but rather a whole new path different from that of a Kendo the boy has mastered, he will become a charismatic figure that developed a swinging technique that tests one's undying will. Shirou looked at his Father "What is it old man"

Kiritsugu hums "Shirou, once Taiga returns home, can you come to the Dojo for awhile i will start your lesson of Magecraft"

Shirou scratched his head. "Is that something like… a magic spell?"

Kiritsugu gave a small nod. "Not far off. It's a spell meant only for you. A word that has a deep meaning, a word that will motivate you. It's something that will resonate in your heart."

Shirou frowned, trying to find the right word. "Hmm… I see… but it still hasn't come to me."

"You don't need to rush," Kiritsugu said. "It's just a word that should be persuasive to you, and you alone. Project the image of your body, and declare your virtual consciousness. Your double, as if you're going to trace it, and observe it."

"Trace" Shirou asked, slightly confused.

Kiritsugu nodded. "It roughly means to copy something"

Shirou murmured to himself, trying to grasp the idea. "Just like how you press a button… just like how you flip a switch… to trace yourself…"
"Yep," Kiritsugu affirmed. "Take your time. No need to rush."

Shirou nodded slowly. "Understood… 'Trace'... Trace, huh?"

One month later, Raiga sighed "Are you sure you have to go it only been a month since yo adopted Shirou"

Kiritsugu nods "This is an important and my last job"

Raiga nods "Don't worry me and Taiga will take care of Shirou"

One week later, Kiritsugu looked as Shirou was practicing Kendo something Shirou picked up when living with Taiga

The next day

Kiritsugu coughed "Shirou i am going to my Healing session you keep practicing"

A While later, Shirou looked as he finished the Formalcraft Magic circle for Healing as he the took out a Live chicken and sacrificed it as the Magic circle lit up as he stepped in and then started turning his nerve into a circuit as he then used the Od he got from it and used Reinforcement Alter and Alteration at the same time to change another Nerve to now match the circuits on his father back

"Gahhh" Shirou shouted as he felt more pain the ever and then he felt something click in him as he fell on the floor and activated the Magic circle as he felt his pain sooth as he the analyzed himself and found he now had one Magic circuit that used his brain to bypass and connect to his soul

He smiled "I-I did it"

After two days, Shirou looked as he laid naked on a Magic circle "So what dose this do"

Aurora smiled "Supposedly this determine your Elements we have two more for Sorcery traits and Origin your father was going to do this but he got curse so i have been learning this Emiya Familia ritual" [P.S Kiritsugu Father is said to have found out his Origin and named him Kiritsugu based on it so there must be a way to find it when he was a Toddler ]

Three rituals later, Aurora looked at him "You have dual Origins of Creation and Sword with the Elemental affinity of Curse, Flesh, Fire and Sword along with the sorcery traits of Wisdom, Materialization, Curse, Curse-&-Sin Eater, Sword, Supreme Healing, Barrier, Absolute defense, Reinforcement and Alteration sheesh no wonder you are limited one of you Origin and Element is aligned anyway now we know what books to get you"

-[P.S Avalon is said to have changed his Element and Origin slowly after it became inert in this Shirou had Origin of Creation and Hallow along with Elemental affinity for Earth, Fire and Ether(Basically a Blacksmith who also had an affinity for making dimensional storage) as due to the Mud it was changed to Creation and Curse with Elemental affinity for Curse, Flesh, Fire and Nothingness as he had aligned Origin, Element and sorcery trait of Curse but due to Avalon it first changed his element of Nothingness into Sword and then his origin of Curse into Sword and gave him other sorcery traits but it has not fully overpowered all of his soul yet ]
Kiritsugu nods as he thinks [Sword huh that an Odd Origin and Element it cant be a coincidence i wonder if that's because of Avalon maybe i should ask Aurora advice]

At night

Aurora looked as she touched Shirou chest and pushed her energy as soon a Golden ripple formed as a sheath materialized

Shirou looked as his father grave who had died One year ago

Aurora put her hands on his shoulder "This is where we part ways as well"

Shirou blinks "So this is the end"

Shirou was in the Ryuudou Cavern as he had been using the Cavern to do his Formalcraft rituals since they had Laylines intersecting beneath them to supply Mana to the Greater grail which he had tapped into for his own proposes

He did the final stroke and finished the Ritual as it was a Formalcraft ritual designed to heal his body but not revert the change he had done to his nerve but rather help sooth his nerves as he based it on the Healing Magecraft he learned from the book's his father wrote as according to his father it was Alchemy based healing done to lessen the great burden felt by a subject who received an organ that was tempered with Magical Energy and help his body get used with the newly transplanted organ

Shirou looked as he started the ritual as he then started changing nerves into Magic Circuits again

"Gahh" he screamed as even after the conversion he did monthly plus the torturous training he did the pain he felt turning his new nerves was immense mainly since that nerve was connected to one of his sensitive Pain receptor

After a while

Shirou laid on the ground panting as the ritual was healing his body as to district himself form the pain used Analyze on the line on the floor which were the Greater Grail Magic circuit as soon he reached the Great Grail as but chance due to presence of his Magical energy that was currently being converted using he energy he got from the Ley-lines a chain reaction had started as the whole cavern lit up

The Grail tapped into the reservoir of Mana and performed it's main function and opened a small gate to 'root' which Shirou energy touched as Shirou felt a pull and he saw darkness and then he felt his body float forward as he kept going forward as soon his feet touched ground as he started running towards anywhere endlessly as after a while he felt the ground disappear of his feet as he started falling and then he saw a Bight light as Infront of his eyes was a Blue Spiral of pure energy as he felt moving closer and closer. Soon he was almost touching it but not as curious he casted his spell Analyze as he felt as if his mind was exploding

Just then a beam of energy shot out from the spiral and hit him as he felt pain like never before as he was now constantly moving around the Spiral for what felt like an eternity as he then jerked back as soon he landed somewhere as he looked to see the Ground and sky were made out of Blue mist as he looked around just then he saw a Red Shadow appears as soon the figure was Infront of him

"$#*&&*&%#$%" Shirou could not understand what the being said but he could tell the being held power he could yet not understand as he then felt a jerk as he opened his eye's as he saw the ritual was still conducting as unbeknownst to him his Body and both Circuits had changed from being so Close to Root plus it had stabilized and completed his special Magecraft and Reality Marble [P.S it is stated that a Magus can get Close to the Root to stabilize their own Magecraft in a Hurry]

"The Hell kid" a voice reverberated
