Chapter XI
A/N: Our heroes are back in Arizona! Oh how I wish I could be there as well! Lots of fun things happen this chapter. A new character is introduced. And a wedding happens. And all that goes with a wedding. ;) Thank you cowgirlbookworm. You help so much! Hope you like this SSD
For the first time in a while, Olivia was enjoying getting dressed up for an event in her room.
Uncle Brock's investors were throwing a celebration here. She was invited and it was black tie. Olivia had gone looking for a new dress whilst Will had been hauled off shopping for his new wardrobe.
Said dress was crimson velvet with a square neckline and a slit up the leg, and long sleeves. A minor issue was the zipper in the back.
"May I come in?" Will was at the door.
"Of course you can. You can help me with my dress," Olivia smirked to herself.
She knew his mind went blank the moment he entered the room. Olivia could hear him breathing though.
"You've been teasing me, and I will repay you back for it later," Will silkily replied putting his hand on her bare back making her shiver, before zipping her up.
Olivia turned around to blatantly ogle Will in the suit. He looked good enough to eat alive.
His tie was still undone.
"May I," she asked.
Will pulled her in close. However he decided to kiss her. Which had a way of distracting Olivia, particularly with his talented tongue.
As it finished, she answered, "I don't really know how to do this."
"I can teach you," Will replied before guiding her hands as the tie was formed into the desired knot.
Before anything else could be said her grandfather's voice called out from the other side of the door, "Before my granddaughter's dress winds up on the floor, you two have a party to get to!"
The party had already started, and yet his niece and her fiancé were still not present.
"100 bucks says Olivia's dress is messed up," Lewis called to Brock from nearby.
"If Olivia hears you say that, she'll skin you," Brock warned only half kidding.
Only about five minutes later, Olivia and Will finally arrived. Both impeccably dressed. Nothing out of place as far as he could tell. Olivia was on Will's arm.
Both looked a little too perfectly dressed if you asked Brock.
"Would you care to repeat what you said Lewis," Will asked. "I could introduce you to keelhauling."
Lewis's eyes went wide as he looked past Will, "Boss, your bitch sister and her asshole husband are here."
Brock motioned to a passing waiter, "Whiskey, and bring the bottle!"
Olivia reached for a glass, Will grabbed her hand to block her saying, "You'll want to have your wits about you to deal with them."
"I don't want to be sober with them around," she grumbled.
"I'll make it up to you when we get home," Will flirted blue eyes turning dark.
"You better!" his niece flirted back.
"Keep it in your pants both of you," Brock wanted to drink the whiskey straight from the bottle.
Everyone enjoyed themselves. Or tried to. Brock caught his sister and brother-in-law giving Will and Olivia the evil eye more than once.
Will and Olivia were laying it on a bit thick, being all lovey and kissing whilst dancing. They were generally staying by each other's sides. Will already knew what his sister's methods were. For the first time, Olivia was happy in a relationship.
Even if her behavior made him roll his eyes.
Brock should have known the quiet wouldn't last long. For soon enough, he heard a familiar sounding screech (not Olivia, his sister) from the direction of the direction of the women's bathrooms.
Olivia was striding towards Will, massaging her hand.
"Get used to sharing my daughter, she can't keep her legs shut!"
Which earned David a well-deserved punch from Will. If Will hadn't done it, Brock would have done so.
With an audience gathering Brock suggested, "Maybe you two should hurry on out of here?"
Grabbing Will's other hand Olivia said, "I think that would be nice. Some of the company here isn't so great. What do you think Will?"
"Agreed."
Will took his shower after Olivia. He'd seen how her parents had behaved at her younger brother's wedding, but actually interacting with them was exhausting and infuriating.
What kind of father called his daughter a whore?
And judging by Olivia's almost silence on the way home, she wasn't surprised by it at all. She'd told him both her parents had said such things about her in the past.
Looking around the house, Will saw Olivia lounging on the hammock, already in her pajamas, hair loose, through a window.
Padding outside, Will easily got into the hammock. The moment he was settled, Olivia burrowed into his side, snuggling.
He doubted many people got to see her this vulnerable.
"For as long as I can remember, I've known my mother was not fond of me. Nothing I seemed to do could please her. I wasn't the delicate little like much of the other in my class at school. My interests were considered "proper". She blew her stack when I took up hockey instead of figure skating. She wasn't fond of Octavian either, but she reserved a special dislike for me," Olivia was playing with his shirt.
"What did she say to you in the ladies room," Will asked fiddling with Olivia's grown out hair.
"That I wouldn't be able to handle you. I broke her nose." There was more than a tinge of glee/pride in Olivia's voice.
Unable to resist any longer, Will kissed Olivia for the first time since they got home.
There would be many more kisses that night.
A few days later...
Dorian had actually grown to enjoy going to the doctor's office with Will to get him caught up on his shots. His future grandson in law had mostly borne the shots with great dignity.
However he did not like where some of the shots were placed. Will didn't mind the shots in the arm. Shots in the arse however he was less than thrilled about. Dorian had heard the nurses talking about said arse with considerable enjoyment.
Today was not a good day for shots as a howl of agony echoed through the office.
Will bolted for the door, Dorian was barely able to grab him by the hood of the sweatshirt he was wearing.
"Sit down! Your shots likely won't be whatever that man is getting! You have nothing to worry about!"
Will uneasily sat back down. A giggling nurse called for him.
Whilst waiting, Dorian noticed another ghost enter the room. It was Charles, Olivia's other grandfather.
"I think our granddaughter picked well. The children will be lovely," his old friend commented. They were alone in the waiting room.
Then another Charles popped in. "The man that was howling in pain was getting an anti-rabies shot."
Dorian shuddered. Both at the memory of getting one of those shots when in was in the Navy and the fact that Charles Lovett and Charles Lightoller had met.
Will soon came out, grouchy and mumbling about the nurses wasting time staring at his behind. He didn't even notice the ghosts until they were in the car.
Upon seeing his old friend he groaned, "Lights, what the hell are you doing here?"
"Checking on you of course. Now that you've gotten all of your shots, you can focus on shagging Olivia!"
Dorian nearly swerved into another lane of traffic only to be corrected by Will. Once back in the carpool lane, Will snapped back, "For the love of God, shut up!"
"You do still know how to do it, right? It has been over 80 years since you've shagged a woman," Lights forged onward, ignoring Will.
"It isn't the sort of thing you forget," Will quipped back.
"You won't last two minutes," Lightoller smirked.
Dorian groaned, "I need a drink!"
"I wish I could join you," Charles massaged his temples.
Esperanza knew something was going on. She'd know her husband and sister-in-law for over 10 years now and could tell when they weren't telling her things.
Olivia winding up with someone older than her? Not surprising in the slightest. What was surprising was that were very few hints that she might be seeing someone.
Octavian was also being cagey about matters involving Will. She suspected it might be work related.
Since neither were talking, there was one other option for information. Another college friend, and Octavian's former roommate Darius.
Darius was a lawyer and given what she suspected was going on, he was part of the paperwork fast shuffle for Will.
Dialing his phone, Esperanza hoped he was in his office. On the third ring, Darius answered, "ADA Bowman's office, may I ask who's calling?"
"Darius it's me. Did you know anything about Olivia seeing anyone," she got straight to the point.
"Nope. If you didn't know, I didn't know. I only found out when Dorian and Octavian came over with the paperwork pertaining to Will," Darius replied, Esperanza could hear him rifling through things on his desk.
"What kind of paperwork," she inquired.
"Oh just normal stuff."
Even through the phone, Esperanza could tell he wasn't telling her the whole story. She knew him far too well.
Deciding not to call Darius out at the moment, she asked, "Are you coming to the wedding?"
"Of course, I wouldn't miss it. Octavian invited me. And I want to thank the groom for decking your father-in-law and breaking his jaw!"
November 2nd, 1997
Being on hallowed ground was fairly easy for Charles Lovett. Saint Mary's Basilica was uncommonly beautiful. It was completely and fully worthy for his cherished granddaughter's wedding.
Would that I could actually be here!
"You know full well trying to cry is useless," a familiar New Zealand accent crossed his hearing.
Smoothing his hands over his suit, Charles said, "I didn't know you'd be here Ada."
"I have just as much reason to be here as you," she replied.
Charles winced. This event was probably just as painful for her as it was for him, just in a different way.
He returned his attentions to the wedding before them.
To no one's surprise, Brock gave Olivia away. Both he and Ada rolled their eyes at Brock thanking Will yet again for breaking David's jaw and a warning to take care of Olivia.
"I wish he'd worn that for our wedding," Ada said wistfully eying her husband in a kilt.
"Did ever get him into one," Charles asked.
"I got him out of his several times. Olivia is in for a good night," Ada smirked.
Charles shook his head as the newlywed couple kissed.
Will was thankful he and Olivia could finally scootch away from the festivities. He had been tossed a room key by Dorian and they'd been told not to be seen until tomorrow afternoon.
At the earliest!
Will's thoughts were interrupted with Olivia asking, "Will could you help me with the laces on the back of my dress?"
His mind short circuited, yet he automatically walked forward, wicked thoughts coursing through his mind.
"Why didn't you get a dress with a zipper?"
"I liked this one and I thought you'd have more fun with the laces!"
"Laces make getting at you harder, a zipper would have been faster," he grumbled as the laces knotted.
"That's not the only thing that's hard," Olivia giggled as she leaned backwards against him once the dress fell to the floor.
"Glad I'm out of that. Do you want me to help you," she asked.
Will just shook his head as Olivia hung up the dress before heading to the bathroom with something in her hands he couldn't quite see.
He'd only taken off his coat and vest, when Olivia reentered the room.
She was wearing this navy blue nightgown. It was quite short and clung to her curves. Upon touching it Will could tell that it was silk.
"Do you like it," Olivia asked.
"Quite a bit," Will kept running his hands over Olivia's body.
"Do you want-" she started.
"Just let me keep on touching you for a bit longer."
She let him just touch her whilst she did the same. However, she was not idle. Olivia had been working on his tie.
"You're far better at taking ties off than putting them on," he teased.
After tossing his tie somewhere, Olivia pushed his shirt off and him to begin kissing at his throat. She'd discovered his liking for being kissed there shortly after he got his body back.
Will's mind about went blank when Olivia went for the belt and upon disposing of it began to deal with the kilt itself.
"I think you were wearing more than I was," she joked as she worked through the fabric.
As said kilt hit the floor, Will grabbed Olivia in order to rush over to the bed and toss her onto it.
"You're mine for the night," he growled laving kisses along her neck.
Not to be outdone, Olivia flipped him kissing his ears, "And you're mine!"
Laughing at each other, Will flipped Olivia back under him.
"You look delicious," he began kissing down her neck again to begin sucking at her breasts, the gown long since disposed of by him. Olivia let out a moan but her hands were still busy examining him to her hearts delight.
"You aren't so bad yourself," Olivia whispered as she stroked him. His eyes almost rolled in back of his head.
He started touching her to try and distract her from her task of driving him mad. Will hoped Olivia wasn't disappointed.
"If you're feeling self-conscious don't. Girls don't want long, they want cocks thick enough to make them feel the stretch the next day," Olivia drawled.
That did it. There had been more than enough foreplay. Will swiftly entered Olivia, whose insides massaged him. He didn't want to go fast, but Olivia's nails were sharp in dragging drown his back to his arse, which set both him and his wife off.
In the afterglow, Will asked, "Was that good for you?"
Olivia kissed him saying, "Yes."
A/N: Lights was right. Will does need to build back up his ah stamina after 80 years. But he will. Don't you worry. So what did you all think? SSD
P.S: Happy Chinese New Year. Welcome to the Year of the Snake!
