Okay, that's a little bit morbid. But Rumi's luck is completely different than izuku's like she loves to get in fights and dangerous situations. So her luck would be getting in more fights and dangerous situations. So if anything it's going to exasperate izuku's situation.

More like attempting to get rid of izuku without anyone knowing that they're attempting to get rid of izuku. And if that means throwing Expendable villains at him to do it so be it.

Chapter 8: Omake 2 Texas Two Step Part 2

"THEY GRABBED IZUKU!"

Everyone had heard the shots and were already up on their feet and when several people saw CJ Wielding a gun and their comrades dead on the floor they freaked.

"GUN!" a random guy in the back shouted. Some of them pulled SMGs from their bags, and others pulled pistols. Everyone in the bar now knew who the good guys and the bad guys were.

"No shit, This is Texas!" CJ said In a deadpan tone, as he shot one of the closest guys to him in the head who was wielding an SMG.

The rest of the people responded to that as a small gunfight commenced. With the DEA, the Air Force, and everyone else Including the bartender Pulling their own guns and Joining in. One man used his quirk and leaped at one of the drug enforcement guys. Which was a bad move since He had a steel plate Attached to his bandana. Which the villain quickly found out as the man Smashed his forehead into his. Dazed he didn't realize that the man had pulled a knife And only noticed when his throat was sliced cleaned open by him.

Looking at the man he just cut open, He wondered who these guys even were. But who really cares these guys were obviously involved in taking Izuku and everybody in the gun club took exception to that. One guy pulled a badge and shouted something in a foreign language only Kate knew. The man cursed, forgetting for a second where he was, and attempted to switch to English. But before he could say anything his head was blown off by the bartender wielding a shotgun. But it didn't matter the rest of them quickly figured out as one thought came to their head.

'spies.' They were dealing with a foreign intelligence service on American soil And they killed spies. The fact that spies were in their club and that they kidnapped a kid had royally pissed them off as the gunfire escalated.

As the gunfire carried on CJ Saw a large man (whose quirk Gave him the appearance of a sasquatch) rush him as he pulled a gun. CJ didn't have much of a choice and spot-shot him in the groin. (Causing every man In a 5 km radius to wince in sympathy.) The man then stumbled over holding his crotch like his life depended on it. CJ was then grabbed by another attacker, In response CJ raised the gun to the man's chin and pulled the trigger, causing the man's head to pop like a balloon. He and Kate then made a beeline out the front door and into the street. Then they noticed that there were six vans full to the brim with men. All of the men hearing the gunfire were already out of their vans and facing CJ and Kate. There were around 10 of them and all of them were all wearing sunglasses, tactical pants, and boots, Along with tactical gear, and were armed to the teeth. When every man was out of their vans, Kate and CJ noticed that one of the vans peeled off and drove away. Seeing this Kate's eyes widened in surprise.

"THEY STOLE A KID!" Kate shouted into main street. She knew better, But she was terrified of what could happen to the kid. Normally as a hero, you don't want to start a panic. But luckily for her, this was Texas and Texans don't panic. However, they are a little trigger-happy.

So when People looked at the vehicle driving away, looked at the sketchy-looking men, and some of them looking kinda gang-like with face tattoos. Add to the fact that a woman screamed that they stole a kid, everybody in the area put two and two together pretty quickly. An old man in boots with a revolver on his hip and a thick mustache that hung to his chest. (That was his quirk) Looked down the road and at the vehicle driving past him, which was no more than 8 feet from him. He then pulled his revolver at hip height and fanned the hammer. Killing the three guys who were hanging off the van. It also damaged the engine enough that it started smoking. Unfortunately, the van still sped off. After that display the floodgates were opened and open season was declared.

Other civilians joined in as well as the operators and shooters from the bar. Who were running to their vehicles and bringing out long guns. Safe to say all 10 of the backup shooters were cut down in a beautiful display of American attitude. But it was obvious that the van that took the kid got away.

"Fuck!" Kate Yelled out as the van was already out of sight. She was going to jump into the sky and follow them. But CJ stopped her.

"Kate wait! We don't know who this is and that means you're going to need backup." CJ said holding her arm to keep her in place.

"Backup? Chief I'm the number one hero." Kate said angry at the mere suggestion. The kid that she had grown to like as a younger brother was kidnapped and the guys who had done it were getting away.

"And these boys look to be playing for keeps, And they have a hostage." CJ said causing Kate to Huff.

She knew he was right, these guys had a lot of Firepower and were foreign operatives on American soil. Who knows what else they had or what connections? If she wasn't careful They could end up killing the kid before she could rescue him. The two were drawn out of their thoughts by one man coughing. Looking around they spotted one of the spies lying down against one of the cars that were riddled with Bullet holes. CJ Recognized the guy who he shot in the balls. So he stomped over and brought his foot down into the piece of shit's gut Making him shout in pain.

"Ok asshole, You are going to tell us who you are and where your buddies took the kid." CJ Says as he kneels down.

"And… why would I do that?" The man said in a squeaky voice as he held his balls and his gut.

"Hey, Dave! We got a milky piggy here!" CJ shouted to a man with a quirk that made him look like a big monkey. The man looked at his possible victim with a menacing smile. The guy had no idea what a milky piggy was, but seeing his smile sent Shivers down his spine.

"Because if you don't my friend here isn't beholden to the UCMJ. He can't be persecuted like me or some of the others… and he's really fucking horny." CJ said with a stare of murder in his eyes that only a chief could hope to muster. CJ was many things, a soldier, an uncle, and a bit crazy. But he had some morals and had no intention for the guy to be raped. But this bastard didn't need to know that.

The man had understood the threat loud and clear, especially when he heard the sound of a zipper. The man in a panic looked over to Kate with some hope, after all, she was the number one hero and there was no way she was going to condone something like this. But the woman looked bored as she looked over her phone, completely uninterested in what was going to happen. But The man was right, she would have stepped in at the first mention of the guy getting raped. But the phrase 'Milky Piggy' was code for 'I'm bluffing go along with it'. She trusted Chief, So she knew that he wouldn't take it too far... Hopefully. So when the man noticed that he was not getting any help, He began to panic as Dave approached him, With Dave now unbuckling his belt

"WAIT! WAIT! WAIT!... WE'RE WITH THE HPSC! AND THEY WENT TO THE OLD BAKER FARM!" The man screamed in mortal Terror as his butt cheeks clamped at the clear threat.

"What the fuck is the HPSC?" CJ said a little confused. He then placed his pistol on the man's temple As Dave backed off.

"Hero Public Safety Commission! We're government agents! Heroes!" the man said and was pretty much begging at this point.

But CJ was not convinced. Because obviously why would a Japanese organization be over here in the States and kidnapping a kid? CJ was not blind to the fact that the kid could get into trouble just by walking down the street. But this, this is even harder to believe.

"You're no fucking hero you kidnapping son of a bitch. And enough of the lying… or so help me." CJ says as he slowly starts to squeeze the trigger causing the man to panic even further.

"I'm not lying! Call the Japanese embassy!" The man panicked out. Letting up on the trigger a bit CJ turned to Kate Knowing that she had the number. With very little hesitation she called the embassy and the second that the Ambassador picked up she began to speak.

"Mister ambassador, you wouldn't happen to know of any illegal kidnappings condoned by the hero Public Safety Commission now would you?" Kate said in a menacing tone that sent shivers down everybody's spine.

Japanese Embassy

A couple of thousand miles away a man in his office dropped his tea As his eyes widened in panic at the phone call he was getting from America's top hero. He snapped his fingers and called for people to make phone calls.

"Um… No ma'am, nothing like that has passed my desk. Nothing like that could pass my desk. The commission couldn't do something like that especially not in America!" The Ambassador said A little confused. Kate pursed her lips at that.

"So anyone claiming to be them is lying, and any kidnappings Or guns pulled on civilians, law enforcement, and military personnel wouldn't be an international incident. Tandem to a declaration of war?" Kate said in a cold tone that sent shivers down the man's spine.

" ... Miss stars and stripes. I have no idea what is happening where you are. But if you have people claiming to be from the Japanese government. We can not claim them and I promise you neither me or the Prime minister have any idea what this is about. But I will make a few calls and as far as the Japanese government is concerned. You just called us asking about villains." The Ambassador says as he tries to get the right people on the line for this.

"Sorry ambassador I don't think you were informed. We don't use that word here in the States. We use the term terrorists, and oooh boy... Do we hate that word." Kate said before promptly hanging up her phone causing the Prime Minister to go pale.

An Hour Later Farmhouse

Izuku found himself in a locked room. When he arrived they just pulled the bag off his head and left him there. Which allowed him to notice that they locked the door from the outside. If he had to guess, they must have used a padlock to lock it. That would be difficult but lucky for him he was in his jeans And in handcuffs and not zip ties. Unfortunately or fortunately depending on how you look at it, Izuku had been kidnapped enough times Where he started to keep little metal shims in the mesh behind every other belt loop on his jeans. So after a bit of fidgeting with the belt, He pulled one out, Slid it into the handcuff, and jimmied it until he got the click. He had no idea who these guys were, but he heard a mix of English, Japanese, and Spanish, which really didn't narrow it down. He had enemies everywhere and he thought he would be safe here, It turned out he was wrong. He knew It wasn't Kate's or Chief's fault, He was just… Unlucky.

He was just an extremely unlucky quirkless teen who had to develop his skills just to stay alive. And somehow ended up taking out the entirety of the Russian mob in Russia all by accident. If it wasn't for his mentor Nagant, he would probably have drowned in grief at the death of his father and the death of so many men who died at his hands. Now every villain organization and low-life under the goddamn son knew of him as Baba Yaga. People wonder why the Russians gave him that name. Luckily he knew why they gave it to him. It wasn't because of his capability of finding trouble no matter where he goes, and every villain thinks that he's just everywhere waiting for shit to happen.

No, it was because the Russians believe that he was the man that was either sent or hunts the real Boogeymen of the underworld. *Snort,* oh God when he heard that he laughed In the villains face who told him that, before knocking him out. The only reason why he was able to take out the triple S-class villain, who was the villain who controlled Russia. Was because after the man confirmed that he was quirkless, He had dismissed him as a threat altogether. That was his mistake and he paid for it dearly. If the man took him seriously and as a true opponent Izuku was positive that he wouldn't be alive today. Then again if he was truly after the man there were hundreds of ways that he could have killed the man. Oh well, no need to pointlessly dwell on this matter, he needed to escape and luckily for him he has a couple of tricks up his sleeves to do so.

And by tricks, he means Handcuff keys, A few gold coins in his belt, a ceramic blade the size of a nail wrapped in tape Attached to his ankle (which was unnoticeable by metal detection) A file in his shoe, And a few spring break pens.

What is a spring break pen you might ask? Well take a standard ballpoint pen, then Pull the ink out, Take a rug (Or something rug-like) And use friction to file the pen to a small needle-like blade. It's Sharp As a Razor and doesn't show up in a X-ray. So when you break it off in your attacker the hospital Has a fucking good time finding it. Something he learned from his friends in the Mexican special forces. Ahh, Great guys, he only wishes that his time in Mexico was a lot less hectic.

After hearing his handcuffs click he pulled them off, got up, walked over to the door, and placed an ear to it. It was quiet and it seemed that no one was close to his door. When they were taking him here earlier, he remembered them talking about transport. But he was still a little out of it to remember all that they said. So it was possible that they went to secure another means of transportation. That meant either their car was most likely too hot to use or had broken down.

That means he had a small window to get the fuck out of Dodge and contact Kate and the chief. So after looking underneath the door to see if anyone was standing near it and saw no one. He pulled the file out of his shoe. It was modified to have saw-like spikes on one side so if he needed to get through some wood he could. Luckily for him, the door that kept him locked in was made of wood. He could saw away at the section Where the latch was attached to the door. Hell he could even kick the door down. The wood that the door was made of was old which would make that easy. But he wanted to be stealthy, which meant taking his time and sawing away at the section that held the latch. So taking his time he saw out the section where the latch was, careful not to attract any attention or make too much noise. It took him 45 minutes, but hell, what else was he supposed to do. His priority was to get the hell out of Dodge and get his hand on a gun while he was at it. Once he was done he slowly opened the door (careful to not make it creak) and slipped out. He was in a barn and right next to one of the horse stalls. Seeing an open window above the horse stall he decided to slip through it.

Once he was through the window he landed in an old muddy pig pen, and then He looked around. There was a big house, A bunk house, Some smaller utility buildings... Oh, and a shit ton of cartel! Is that who had taken him? Didn't seem like it. The more he looked around the more he was starting to understand this was a front for the cartel And a third party was working with them. Crawling out of the pig pen, under the fence, and to a small water pump building, He could spot a road. There was also a little building that had a few bushes. But after a certain point, there was a lot of open ground before the rocky hills and woods. He needed to get to the woods, If he could manage that, he knew enough tricks to make any Pursuit of him hopeless.

But when he stepped out a guard saw him. Pulling out One of his Spring break pens, he was about to rush the man in Hopes to stab him in somewhere pretty vital. But was stopped when the man's head pretty much exploded. Izuku almost panicked when the man fell like a puppet with its strings cut. Probably because the shooter's location was unknown and he was in the open. Hearing a familiar bird whistle Izuku quickly turned around and saw CJ Running up to him. But CJ didn't stop, instead he scooped him up and continued running towards a van that was parked on the side of the road.

"Holy shit kid!" CJ said after Placing him down into cover on the other side of the van and wiping a sweat off his brow.

"Chief? Is it just you?" Izuku asked as he tried to get a handle on the situation.

"No. A few of us are looking around." CJ said as He handed Izuku a backpack. Inside was his rifle in two separate pieces. He clipped the upper and lower together, pulled out his chest rig, and strapped it on. Then inserted a mag and racked a shell. Izuku was cocked, locked, and ready to rock, And he had the chief with him. This meant he was getting out of this situation one way or another. The only question was on how many body bags were they going to need when this was all done. As he thought this another thought came to his mind and he decided to voice it.

"Where's Kate?" Izuku asked curious about where the number one hero of the US is.

"With the blocking element. Unfortunately, she has to arrest people." He pulled out his radio and ok'd the rest of the boys to kill as many on the way out as they could. Izuku looked on in awe. To some of these boys, this was all one big game of Whack the fucking Mole. Deciding they should get the hell out of here, the two went to Turn and Burn and dashed towards the tree line as their allies lit up the cartel and covered the retreat. But as they just got into the tree line a man with a hero costume stepped out. Izuku instinctively put up his gun but held himself back from pulling the trigger when he saw the hero costume. But CJ pulled out his pistol and shot the man between the eyes before Izuku could even blink. Which made Izuku do a double take. Seeing his absolutely confused companion CJ explained.

"The guy was working for the cartel as well as the guys who kidnapped you. Hell he's not even a hero anymore. The man escaped from the authorities last month after he killed his Wife and put his child in the oven after figuring out that the boy was quirkless." CJ said, and at that, Izuku nodded his head in acceptance at his words.

Yeah, now that he got a good look at him, He did remember seeing his face on the news about said man and what he did. But he knew that they couldn't dally long, so running deeper into the woods they attempted to escape. They made it almost a mile when they came to a shallow river. They attempted to cross it but a burst of gunfire erupted and shot around their feet. Turning they saw 8 Men who were clearly Japanese and all of them had tactical gear and assault rifles.

"Drop your fire arms and raise your hands!" One of the men said, who was clearly the leader. But Izuku in CJ did not budge, they were about to raise their weapons and Fire at these assholes when a yell from a woman screamed out and caught their attention.

"I'm going to crucify you mother fuckers if you even attempt to harm this kid." Kate said after decking one of the men so hard that he went flying into a tree. The men turn their guns on her and before they can pull the trigger Kate speaks up again.

"ALL OF YOUR GUNS WILL JAM!" Kate said as her quirk activated.

Triggers were pulled, But both the Goons, Izuku, and the chief's guns jammed. Kate then pulled her 454 and pointed it at the hostiles Before speaking up again.

"CALL… YOUR … BOSS!" Kate growled out with Fury blazing in her eyes. All the men looked at one another, But said nothing.

"Fine if you won't, I'll do it." Kate growled out, Before calling the president of the HPSC personal phone. She then put it on speaker before throwing it to the leader.

"Hello?" The president of the HPSC said over the phone. Causing the leader to gulp.

"Mister president!" The leader sputtered out surprised that they knew who they were working for.

Hearing his team on the other side of the phone and the fact that it was Stars and Stripes who called him, the president quickly put It together. Then with a sigh, he spoke up.

"I see what is happening here. I am sorry but I have bad news. Your mission is a failure and the Japanese government has disavowed all of you. There is nothing I could do." The president said disappointed at his soldier's failure.

"What does that mean for us?" The leader asked.

"It means that you are going to prison and the world is going to hear about this one on the six o'clock news. But? If you can manage to fight off the number one American hero and whoever else is there, And Somehow get the target back to us only then we will be able to Salvage this. I can guarantee that I will be able to shelter you from any backlash but you need to get the subject so we can study him." The president of the HPSC said to his men.

"Study me? Why do you want to study me?" Izuku asked loud enough for the phone to pick up his voice.

"Why wouldn't we? Wherever you go, you leave a trail of bodies, And all this despite your... Disability."

"Disability?" Kate asked, Concern in her voice and eyes as she looked at Izuku.

"What are they talking about?" Kate asked. Causing Izuku at her before letting out a sigh.

"I'm… Technically... Quirkless." Izuku said as he looked away and a bit worried about how she would react. He was expecting her to yell at him for deceiving her, or make a comment about how worthless he was now, But Nothing happened. He looked at Kate's eyes, Her worried eyes, Eyes that held warmth but had no hint of judgment, no hint of looking down on him for being quirkless. That only lasted for a second before her eyes hardened and looked back at the man holding the phone.

"You where kidnapping a quirkless boy? For what!?" Kate said angrily. She didn't care, hell most quirkless in America join the military, Its always been a place for the misfits. But she was Still confused about a few things.

"Miss Bates, Do you know anything about that boy? He defeated a triple S Class villain by himself and has scared the criminal underworld so thoroughly that he makes every supervillain tremble at his name. And he did this all quirkless and the only confining Factor is for some reason he's just incredibly unlucky. He's quirkless and yet he's showing supernatural abilities on a level that we have not seen before. He is extremely dangerous, hell his own father died because of his unluckiness and if you stay around him you're likely to die yourself." The HPSC President said frustrated.

But Kate didn't care if anything she was impressed. The kid took out a triple S Class villain by himself, that was pretty awesome. She will have to ask him about that sometime. But what pissed her off was that because he was somehow extremely unlucky they were just going to lock him up and probably experiment on him to see what makes him tick. So with a growl that held a threat all on its own, she spoke up again.

"listen here you piece of shit. I don't give a damn about that, I don't care if he's quirkless, I don't give a fuck If he's the most Unlucky person alive. But if you ever come to America, You will be arrested. And God willing a warrant will come for you sooner or later. I'm surprised one of your own employees hasn't killed you. ( Maybe she should will that into the world) Izuku is my brother now. And if you. Or have any more of your men come to America? He will be protected by not only every hero. But also a fairly scary ass gunclub." Kate said Furious.

The last thing the president heard before the phone went dead was Stars and Stripes saying she was taking Izuku, and that someone called 'chief' would be staying behind to 'oversee' the prisoners until backup could come to arrest them. That team he sent, Was never heard from again.

3 Days Later

The news didn't put out an accurate statement. But Kate said enough on social media that the world knew, And from the 30 agents they sent to America, 20 had died. 5 ended up in life in an American prison Along with the entirety of the local cartel dead. The few former Heroes that they hired for this mission also died. Only 2 were never arrested and were able to make it back. And 3 were extradited all Fired from the HPSC and shunned by the Japanese people. They were put on no-fly lists and were now branded former terrorists.

As for Izuku and Kate? Whenever he was in America, he stayed at her house. And his gear was stashed in his own room. He had friends and family all over the world. He kept moving because being in one place was dangerous for them. But whenever he was in America, He had a sister. It reminded him he hadn't seen his own mother in a very long time and he'd like to introduce them at some point.

"Yeah, that would be nice."
