Hello, everyone! PHANTOMKNIGHTMARE47 here, with the fourth chapter of Kamen Rider Nebula! In this chapter, Nakashima/Nebula and co. arrive in the universe of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, where they meet Leo, Donnie, Mikey and Raph, and their allies in New York City. However, the gang learns that Vizioso, a mafia leader who is prejudiced towards Mutants, has gotten his hands on a Dopant Memory. Luckily, Nakashima teams up with Shotaro Hidari and Philip/Raitou Sonozaki, AKA Kamen Rider Double, the two-in-one detective Kamen Rider. Can our heroes stop the Darkmare and Vizioso? It shows the crew aboard the Nightstreaker-IX, where we see Nakashima sparring with Taiga, with Taiga using Tang Soo Do, and Nakashima using snake-style Shaolin Kung-Fu. Nakashima managed to counter all of Taiga's blows with his own, before knocking Taiga to the ground. Nakashima then helped Taiga to his feet.
"Great match, Nakashima." said Taiga, smiling at his friend.
"Thanks." said Nakashima, smiling.
"Alright, everyone. We're about to arrive at our destination." said Leland over the ship's intercom. With that, Nakashima and co. strapped in, as the Nightstreaker-IX flew through a dimensional portal.

It shows the various Kamen Riders: Ichigo, Nigo, V3, RiderMan, X, Amazon, Stronger, Skyrider, Super-1, BLACK, BLACK-RX, Shin, ZO, J, Kuuga, Agito, Ryuki, Faiz, Blade, Hibiki, Kabuto, Den-O, Kiva, Decade, Double, OOO, Fourze, Wizard, Gaim, Drive, Ghost, Ex-Aid, Build, Zi-O, Zero-One, Saber, Revice, Geats, and so on, as it then showed Nakashima.

It shows Nakashima, with his friends, Daigo Kanezawa, Courtney Tezuka, Courtney's fraternal twin brother, Derek, and Taiga Segawa

The gang rush towards their location, and the logo for Kamen Rider Nebula slides into view.

It shows Nakashima training at the local dojo and helping at his family's Asian supermarket, while Daigo is participating in an eSports competition, Courtney and Derek are tending to their family's kendo dojo, and Taiga is busy helping at his family's shrine.
[Tatakau tomo yo ima kimi ha shi mo osorezu]
It shows the members of the Interdimensional Military Defense Unit, Commander Leland Tezuka, Prof. Jerome Darson, Dr. Jonah Hendrikson, Field Captain Genjiro Shimada, Lt. Ayame Shimada, as well as Eli Moray, Gale Kerro, Chrall, Zan Tremon, and Mon Tinazac
[Gareki no machi wo somete shizumu yuuhi ha kurenai]
It shows the allies that Nakashima and his friends make in their travels throughout the Multiverse, such as the super-spies of W.O.O.H.P, the agents of The Center, Tsukune Aono, Danny Phantom, the French Miraculous Hero team, the Freedom Fighters of Mobius, Cal Kestis, Steven and the Crystal Gems, the Fairy Tail guild, Inuyasha, the Elric Bros., the Mario Bros., the Hazbin Hotel gang, I.M.P, Ben Tennyson, Rex Salazar, the Avengers, the Justice League, Gregory, Ratchet & Clank, Tom Kullersen, Dante, Ryu Hoshi, Jonathan Joestar, Asta, and so on.
[Aisuru hoshi no mirai wo mamoru tame]
It shows the Giganoids on board their ship, the Nightmare Fortress, consisting of Giganidas, the leader, Zankord, the swordsman, Gextral, the war-general, Kenvardon, the assassin, Zylvex, the scientist, and Gyrax, the jester.
[Oo kami no yaiba ha hito no ai]
It shows terrorized people running in fear from a group of Zomborgs terrorizing the city, as Nakashima arrives, fighting the Zomborgs in hand-to-hand combat.
[Inori wo komete tsuranuke!]
Nakashima then does the same movements as Kohtaro Minami and Geki Jumonji before shouting: "ECTOPHASE ACTIVATE!" and he transforms into his Rider Form, ready for action.
[Tachiagare kedakaku mae sadame wo uketa senshi yo]
Nebula then fights against the Zomborgs using hand-to-hand combat, knocking them to the ground with punches, kicks, and chops before he slides a Grid-Card across the top of his belt.
[Asu no heiwa he no ishizue to nare]
Nebula then summons his sword, the Stellar-Slasher, and he starts slashing and slicing several Zomborgs left and right, dispatching them all.
[Atsuku nare ookiku sake ten ni sasageshi inochi yo]
It shows various other Veteran Kamen Riders, as well as various other forms of Nebula holding a corresponding weapon, as Nebula fights Zankord in an intense sword-duel.
[Yowakimono no tate to nare soshite sekai wo michibike]
Nebula then does his Galaxy Rider Kick, and destroys a Darkmare before he drives off on his motorcycle.

Chapter 4: Monsters In Manhattan!
Location: Manhattan, New York City
The Universe of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles
The Nightstreaker-IX then landed near the outskirts of town, and Nakashima exited, alongside Ayame, Taiga, Sam, Gabriella, Lee, Marc, Martin, Diana, Tsukune, and Moka.
"This must be New York." said Moka, amazed by the sights. "It's super pretty at nighttime."
"Yep." said Tsukune, as he held Moka's hand. Suddenly, they heard a rustling, and looked to see some ninjas leap out.
"Crap! Ninjas!" said Lee, as he activated some gloves that increased his striking-power, whereas Marc drew a fountain sword that turned into a longsword, and Sam and Gabriella drew some lasers.
"Time to kick some bad-guy butt!" said Lee, determined. They suddenly heard a voice.
"It's Ninja Time!" said a voice. The group looked to see four figures.
"Are those…humanoid turtles?" said Martin, bewildered.
Indeed, these were the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, four pond-slider turtle brothers mutated via an alien substance, named after Renaissance-era artists, and taught in the art of the ninja. These were Leonardo, Donatello, Raphael, and Michelangelo.
Leo had emerald-green colored skin, and sapphire-blue eyes. He wore a blue ninja mask, and a blue sash with a gold belt-buckle that had a blue capital 'L' in the center. His weapons were dual ninjaken swords he named Musashi and Kamiizumi.
Donnie had brownish-green skin, with reddish-brown eyes. He wore a purple ninja mask, and a purple sash with a gold buckle that had a purple capital 'D' in the center. He had a prosthetic carapace and a bo-staff made using reverse-engineered Utrom technology.
Raph had kelly-green skin and emerald-green eyes. He wore a red ninja mask, and a red sash with a gold buckle that had a red capital 'R' on it. He used a pair of sai for his weapons.
Mikey had light-green skin and baby-blue eyes. He wore an orange ninja-mask and an orange sash with a gold belt-buckle with an orange colored capital 'M' in the center. His weapons were dual nunchucks. The turtles then leapt into action, Leo dispatched several Foot-Ninjas by using the backs of his swords, Donnie countered strikes with his tech-bo, and knocked the Foot-Ninjas out cold, Raph broke the swords of the Foot-Ninja and knocked them down with punches, and Mikey dispatched several Foot-Ninja with his nunchucks.
The Foot-Ninja then made an escape.
"Buncha cowards." said Raph, scowling.
"Thanks for the save. My name's Nakashima. Nakashima Kazuma." said Nakashima.
"I'm Samantha Sullivan, and this is my mom, Gabriella." said Sam, introducing herself and her mom.
"My name's Leeland Clark, but everyone calls me Lee." said Lee.
"I'm his brother, Marcus." said Marc.
"My name is Martin. Martin Mystery." said Martin, introducing himself.
"I'm his step-sister, Diana Lombard." said Diana.
"My name is Tsukune Aono. I'm a student of Yokai Academy." said Tsukune.
"I'm Tsukune's girlfriend, Moka Akashiya." said Moka, introducing herself. "I'm a Dhampir."
"Nice to meet you. My name's Leonardo. These are my brothers, Michelangelo, Raphael, and Donatello." said Leo, introducing himself and his brothers.
Later, onboard the Nightmare Fortress, we see a new Darkmare that looked like a Japanese beetle. This was Beetliod.
"Beetloid, reporting for duty, sirs!" said Beetloid, as he did a Nazi salute.
"Beetloid, your mission is to raze Manhattan to the ground." said Giganidas, facing the Japanese beetle Darkmare. "And if you see Kamen Rider Nebula, or any veteran Kamen Riders, destroy them!"
"As you say, your excellency." said Beetloid.
Meanwhile, we see an Italian mob-boss sitting in a hovering chair. This was Don Vizioso, a mafia boss who was one of the allies of Oroku Saki, AKA the Shredder, who was the turtles' archenemy.
"With this beauty, I'll be able to level the playing-field." said Vizioso, as he held an object similar to a USB flash-drive, with a bony design and a stylized "R" on it. Indeed, Vizioso had gotten his hands on a Dopant Memory that he had purchased from the black-market, and had a Live-Connector tattooed on his nape. However, he was being spied-on by two people in the form of Shotaro Hidari and Raito Sonozaki, AKA Philip. These two were private investigators who became the two-in-one Kamen Rider known as Kamen Rider Double, and fought against Dopants.
"That can't be good. And on our vacation to New York City, too." said Shotaro, with a frown. The two were with Ryu Terui, AKA Kamen Rider Accel, a policeman who tailed Issaka Shinkurou, the Weather Dopant, a man who murdered his parents and younger sister.
"We're gonna need all the help we can get." said Terui.
"So, this Vizioso guy got something to aid in his mutant genocide campaign?" said Leo, stunned.
"Apparently so. It has something to do with that weird-looking USB flash-drive and that tattoo on his nape." said Donnie.
"That weird-looking USB flash-drive is called a GaiaMemory." said Nakashima, facing the turtles. "Specifically, a Dopant Memory. They're used to turn people into Dopants. Somehow, Vizioso got his hands on a Dopant Memory."
"And we'll be working with you to stop him." said a voice, as Shotaro arrived with Philip and Ryu.
"Holy moly! You guys are Shotaro Hidari and Philip, AKA Kamen Rider Double!" said Nakashima. "And that's Ryu Terui, AKA Kamen Rider Accel!"
"Time to kick some bad-guy butt." said Shotaro.
Later, it shows Nakashima riding his motorcycle, the Cosmo Streaker, whereas Shotaro was on the HardBoilder. The two drove, and looked to see Vizioso with Beetloid.
"So, the detective Kamen Rider arrives in New York." said Vizioso. "You're gonna regret leaving Fuuto City!" Vizioso took out the Dopant Memory, and pressed the button on it.
[REACTOR!]
Vizioso then jammed the Reactor Memory into the Live-Connector on his nape, transforming into the Reactor Dopant.
Shotaro took out the Double-Driver, and attached it to his waist. Philip saw another Double-Driver appear on his waist. Philip took out a green USB flash-drive with a silver plug, while Shotaro took out a black USB flash-drive with a gold-colored plug.
[CYCLONE!]
[JOKER!]
"Henshin!" Shotaro and Philip said in unison. Philip then inserted the Cyclone Memory into the port on the right, teleporting it to Shotaro's location, while Philip's soul was transferred to Shotaro. Shotaro inserted the Cyclone Memory into the Double-Driver, then inserted the Joker Memory into the port on the left, before opening the Double-Driver.
[CYCLONEJOKER!]
Shotaro was clad in armor, which had green with gold on the right side, and black with purple on the left. The helmet had red optics, and a silver scarf. Ryu then took out his Accel-Driver, and attached it to his waist before taking out a GaiaMemory.
[ACCEL!]
"Hen….SHIN!" said Ryu, as he inserted the Accel Memory, and twisted the grip multiple times, transforming into Kamen Rider Accel.
Nakashima did the same transformation poses Kohtaro Minami did to become Kamen Rider BLACK-RX mixed with Geki Jumonji's transformation poses to become Space Sheriff Gavan G-Type, as his belt appeared.
[HENSHIN]
"ECTOPHASE ACTIVATE!" said Nakashima. Nakashima was then clad in armor similar to Kamen Rider Revi Lion Genome and Kamen Rider Revi White Leo Genome, but his helmet looked like Lion Genome Revi mixed with Kamen Rider Horan, with Amazing Mighty Kuuga's forehead piece and Amazon Omega's optics. His armor was colored like Ryukendo in his base-form, and his helmet had golden-yellow optics.
"I am the child of the cosmos, KAMEN RIDER NEBULA!" said Nebula, posing like BLACK-RX mixed with Gavan.
"Now, it's time to count up for your crimes." said Double, pointing at Vizioso and Beetloid.
"Now, let's shake things up!" said Accel, as he grabbed his Engine Blade. Nebula took out a Grid-Card with a red, orange and gold color-scheme.
"Time for a form-change!" said Nebula, as he slid the barcode of the Grid-Card across the top of the Nebula Riser.
[BURNING SYSTEM, ACTIVATE GO!]
(BGM: "What's Your Fire?" by RIDER CHIPS Plays)
With that, Nebula's armor turned red and orange with gold accents, and flame decals on the gauntlets and boots. His helmet's optics turned neon-green.
"Oooh, I'm so scared!" said Beetloid, mockingly. He snapped his fingers. "Zomborgs! KILL HIS ASS!"
An army of Zomborgs appeared, doing Nazi salutes before summoning some pole-arms. They were also joined by Vizioso's men, who had become Masquerade Dopants. Nebula then slid another Grid-Card across the top of the Nebula Riser.
[BURNING CRUSHER, EQUIP-ON!]
An axe appeared in Nebula's hands. "Time to kick ass!" said Nebula, grinning under his helmet. He then fought against the Zomborgs while Double and Accel fought against the Masquerade Dopants. The trio of Riders thrashed, bashed and slashed the grunts, knocking them down and destroying the Zomborgs while the Masquerade Dopants were knocked-out, with their Dopant memories shattering.
"You're gonna pay in blood, for that one!" said Vizioso, as he fired a thermal radiation blast at the trio of Riders. Accel then slashed the Reactor Dopant.
"Che diavolo!? My wound isn't healing!" Vizioso blurted out, shocked by this sight. Accel then slashed and sliced Vizioso in Dopant form, with sparks flying off of Vizioso's dopant form. Accel then stabbed the Engine Blade into the ground, and squeezed the grip on the side of the Accel-Driver.
[ACCEL: MAXIMUM DRIVE!]
Accel then revved up his belt, engulfing his body in flames, while Double inserted the Cyclone memory into the Maximum Drive port on the Double-Driver.
[CYCLONE: MAXIMUM DRIVE!]
"Rider Twin Maximum!" Double and Accel exclaimed, as they did a double Rider Kick, with Double using a spinning heel kick at the same time Accel did. There was a large explosion as Vizioso crumpled to the ground, and the Reactor memory shattered.
Nebula fought against Beetloid, slashing and smashing the Japanese beetle Darkmare with his axe weapon.
"Now to finish you off!" said Nebula, as he focused heat-based energy into his weapon. "Burning Smash!" he then swung downwards, splitting Beetloid clean in half.
"DAMMIT ALL…!" Beetloid bellowed as he split in two and exploded.
(BGM Ends)
Meanwhile, it showed Giganidas having witnessed the fight from a viewing globe.
"DAMMIT!" Giganidas barked, furiously. "THIS MISSION WAS A FAILURE, AND I PLACE BLAME ON YOU SAD, SORRY BUNCH!"
Giganidas then whipped out his scepter, and pointed it at his generals, electrocuting them.
"And you knuckle-dragging buffoons shall all pay for your failure with pain and suffering!" said Giganidas, scowling.
"NOW YOU'RE JUST TAKING YOUR ANGER OUT ON US!" said Gyrax, annoyed.
"Quiet, you." Giganidas snapped, annoyed.
Later, it shows the Turtles, alongside Splinter, Casey, and April boarding the Nightstreaker-IX.
"We'll hold down the fort while you guys are away." said Leatherhead, one of the Mighty Mutanimals. Leatherhead's teammates were Slash, Mona Lisa, Old Hob, Pigeon Pete, Mondo Gecko, Jennika, and others to name a few.
"Thanks, Leatherhead." said Raph, with a smile.
"Alright, everyone. Our next stop is the universe of Danny Phantom." said Leland. With that, everyone got strapped in, as the Nightstreaker-IX flew through a dimensional portal.

Next time, on Kamen Rider Nebula: Nakashima and co. arrive at Amity Park, Indiana, in the universe of Danny Phantom, where they meet Danny Fenton/Danny Phantom, and his friends and family. However, they see that a Darkmare is working with a Ganma to cause havoc in Amity Park. So, Nakashima and co. find themselves teaming up with Takeru Tenkuji, AKA Kamen Rider Ghost.
