I walked into the cafe that I told everyone to go to. At least out of my group.
I had just recently fractured my left wrist while I was sent to a secluded area in some woods.
"You are now cursed to never speak to any worker until you realize what they do is tiring." The fairy sorceress said.
The girl huffed and went to leave, but not before shoving me out of the way.
I used my left wrist to catch myself instead of my right one and I felt pain shoot through my entire arm. I wrapped my other hand around my wrist and had my face in my knees for a few minutes. I tapped my heel on the ground and let out a long sigh.
"That looked like it hurt." The ward said.
"It did." I said as I tried to stand up, but I accidentally used my left hand to push myself up. I curled into a ball ever spaced out for a few minutes before someone picked me up.
"The grounds dirty, you don't know what's on them." He said.
He had dirty blonde hair to his shoulders and blue eyes, a black and gold crown rested on his head. He looked pissed off for some reason.
"Yeah, yeah. I know." I mumbled before pushing past him.
He let out a scoff and glared at me, I could feel him burning holes through my skull. I choose to ignore him.
"Our special is a new hello kitty themed coffee, it has a vanilla and strawberry mixed taste and a dome lid with her face drawn on." Husniya said.
"Eh, I'll try it." I said.
"What size?" Husniya asked.
"Medium." I said as I pulled out my wallet, I already knew the prices.
"Rethu will make that for you." She said with a smile.
I nodded in response and stepped to the side for people to order. Usually there would be a lot more Karen's, but barely anyone was here.
Scoff.
"Look at your skin, you're being racist." Someone said to me.
I looked around at everyone else before looking at the man and pointing to myself.
"Yeah, you you damn alien." He said.
"Hm?" I hummed as I turned my head to the side.
"Ugh, your trying to act like you have a skin condition in order to look 'cool', you just look ugly you ducking du-"
"SILENCE!"
That one sounded more aggressive and pissed off.
"You will now have vitiligo in the same spots at him, just darker, for.. how long, John?" Bob said in a more calm tone.
"For a month, but allow him to cover it up so he doesn't get pushed to the edge of suicide from all the snarky remarks from others." I said as I looked back at her.
"For a month with the exception of makeup, short gloves.. what else?" Bob said.
"Scarfs, long gloves, bandages.." I said. "Will my central heterochromia transfer to him as well?"
"Not unless you want." Bob said.
"No. The vitiligo is enough." I said.
"Scarfs, long gloves, and bandages will also get an exception." Bob said.
As she finished the curse, dark spots that were in the same places mine had popped up on him. He stormed out while muttering someone under his breath.
"Your eyes are only brown though?" Cyrus questioned.
"Colored contacts, they work perfectly and make my life so much easier." I said with a smile. "Thanks."
I stuffed $100 dollars in the tip jar before grabbing my coffee and walking over to my group.
"John!" They said cheerfully.
I smiled and sat in an empty seat next to Lyana.
"You're way too kind for your own good." She said.
