Totally Spies: Daisy The Spy
Chapter 1
It was a new day at the University Of Malibu. Clover Ewing, Sam Simpson and Alex Casoy were in their penthouse, waiting in anticipation for what would be a very special occasion. The previous night, which was also Clover's birthday, Jerry had offered her little sister, Daisy, the chance to train to be a WOOHP spy, in light of Daisy's remarkable bravery against their most recent villain foe, Grace Husk. Since Daisy and Clover's mother, Stella, were staying in Malibu for another couple days, they agreed that Daisy's training would start the very next day and that Clover, Sam and Alex were going to help her with it. Stella agreed to bring Daisy over to start her spy training. Sam and Alex had also invited their own mothers, Gabby and Carmen to watch with Stella as Daisy goes through her training. Right now, Clover, Sam and Alex were waiting for the aforementioned people to arrive at their penthouse.
"Eeee, this is going to be so much fun!" Clover squealed in excitement.
"Wow, Clover, I've never seen so stoked like this in my life," Sam commented.
"Yeah, you're not even this excited when going shopping or on dates," Alex added.
"Well, what'd you expect?" Clover responded. "Today's the day we're going to be training my little sister to be a spy like us!"
Sam chuckled, "Yeah, it is pretty exciting."
"Guess I can't really blame you," Alex added.
"Hey, imagine if after Daisy's training, she joined us on a mission," Clover speculated. "Maybe she could even join our team full time! Wouldn't that be awesome?!"
That statement took Sam and Alex a bit by surprise.
"Daisy… being on our team?" Alex repeated in surprise.
"You want to have Daisy join our team, Clover?" Sam asked in surprise.
"Well, it makes sense, right?" Clover pointed out. "Daisy is my sister, so if she's gonna be going on missions more often, she should be doing them with us. Plus, I think Daisy would totally make an awesome addition to the team, don't you?"
"Hmm, yeah, I guess it would be amazing if your sister made our trio into a quartet," Alex said in acknowledgement. "I mean, that has happened before with Britney a few times."
"Yeah, I guess you're right," Sam acknowledged. "Still, I think it's a bit early to be thinking about what team Daisy should be on, isn't it, Clover?" Sam pointed out. "She still has to get through her training first."
Clover sighed, "Yeah, I know. You're absolutely right."
"We'll talk about it later, Clover," Alex spoke. "Right now, I'm just really excited to help you train her. Right, Sammy?"
"Oh, you bet," Sam said with a smile. "Teaching Clover's sister is going to be so much fun!"
"Just let me do most of the teaching, huh, girls?" Clover said with a raised eyebrow. "I mean, she is my sister after all."
Sam sighed, "I know, Clover, I know.
"We get it," Alex added.
Suddenly, a knock on the door was heard.
"That could be Daisy and mom right now!" Clover said.
Clover dashed over to the door with Sam and Alex following behind. Clover opened the door, but to her and the other girls' surprise, standing on the other side of the door was not Daisy and Stella, but instead, Sam and Alex's mother's, Gabby and Carmen.
"Hey, girls," Gabby said with a wave.
"Mom?!" Sam and Alex both said in surprise.
"Oh, looks like your moms got here first," Clover speculated. "How about that?"
"Come on in," Sam beckoned them inside.
Gabby and Carmen walked into the penthouse before Clover closed the door.
"Mommy!" Alex said happily. She lunged forward and gave her mom a big hug.
Carmen giggled, "I'm happy to see you too, Alex."
"Hi, mom," Sam greeted her own mother as she gave her a hug.
"It's nice to see you too, Sammy," Gabby said with a smile.
"You guys got here in a nick of time," Alex commented.
"Jerry got us a ride so we could get here on the double," Carmen explained.
"Well, we're glad you made it," Sam said with a smile.
Gabby and Carmen turned to Clover.
"And happy belated birthday, Clover," Gabby said politely.
"We're really sorry we couldn't make it to your birthday party yesterday," Carmen said apologetically.
Clover waved her hand, "Ah, don't worry about it. I'm just totally happy you could make it for this particular occasion."
"Well, I certainly wouldn't miss this for the world," Gabby spoke.
"Yeah, I, for one, am rather excited to watch your little sister train to be a spy, Clover," Carmen added. "And that you three will be the ones to assist her in her training."
"You know, Clover, your mother told had us about your little sister," Gabby spoke up. "Her name is Daisy, right?"
"That's right," Clover confirmed. "She was so totally brave yesterday despite being abducted. That's why Jerry decided to have us train her to be a WOOHP spy."
"You must be really excited to teach her some spy skills like Jerry taught us," Gabby speculated.
"Oh, trust me, mom, no one is more stoked than Clover is right now," Sam said with a smirk.
"Yeah, she's been going on and on about it since last night," Alex pointed out.
Clover chuckled in embarrassment.
"Well, considering your little sister is following in your footsteps so to speak, I can't say I really blame you," Gabby spoke.
"Kind of like how we decided to become spies to follow in your footsteps," Carmen speculated. "And to rescue you from that awful girl Mandy and her friends, of course."
Sam giggled nervously, "Yeah, that is… true."
"So where are Daisy and Stella anyway?" Gabby inquired.
"They should be here soon," Clover informed.
Suddenly, there was another knock on the door.
"That's gotta be them!" Clover said in excitement.
"Hopefully, this time," Sam commented.
Clover opened the door again and was excited to see both her sister and mother on the other side with smiling faces.
"Hey, Clover," Daisy said with a wave.
"Daisy!" Clover said happily. She gave her sister a hug.
Stella looked on with a smile as her daughters hugged each other.
"Come on in," Clover beckoned them inside.
Daisy went past Clover and into the penthouse. Clover then turned to her mother and hugged her next.
"Glad you could come too, mom," Clover said with a smile.
"Wouldn't miss this for the world," Stella said.
As soon as Stella and Daisy were both inside, Clover closed the door.
"You must be Daisy," Gabby spoke politely. "Is that right?"
"Yep, that's me," Daisy said. "And you must be Sam and Alex's moms, is that right?"
"That's right," Carmen confirmed. "I'm Carmen and this is Gabby."
"It's nice to finally meet you, Daisy," Gabby spoke. "Your mother always spoke very highly of you."
"Nice to meet you as well," Daisy said politely as she shook hands with Gabby and then Carmen. "I heard about you two from Clover, Sam and Alex. You two are spies just like them and my mother, correct?"
Carmen nodded, "That's right. Though we could never fill our daughters' shoes."
"So, Stella said that she and Clover just told you about WOOHP, is that right?" Gabby inquired.
"Yeah," Daisy confirmed. "And to be honest, I wasn't really angry at all. I was actually quite fascinated. And happy that Clover told me."
"You weren't angry at all?" Carmen said in surprise.
"Wow, you certainly had a better reaction than we did," Gabby commented.
Sam had her arms crossed, "You think?"
"Yeah, mom told me you weren't very happy about them being spies at first," Daisy said with a serious face. "And that you tried to get them to quit. And keep them apart on top of that."
"Well…" Carmen said nervously. "We were just angry at them for keeping secrets from us."
"That's an understatement," Alex said under her breath.
"But after we saw the girls in action and how well they worked together, we decided that we couldn't really be mad at them anymore," Gabby said.
"It's true, Daisy," Stella chimed in. "We might not have been very supportive or understanding at first, but we are very proud of what our girls do for the world. And I feel proud that you'll soon be part of it."
Daisy smiled big at what her mom had just said.
"Well, Daisy…" Clover addressed her sister. "Are you ready to start your totally awesome spy training?"
"You bet I am!" Daisy said excitedly.
"That's so good to hear, Daisy," Jerry's voice was suddenly heard.
Everyone turned to see Jerry's face on the TV screen.
"Oh, hey, Jerry," Daisy said politely with a wave.
"Well, now that everyone's here…," Jerry announced.
"Uh oh, here we go," Clover said nervously.
Jerry pressed a button on his desk.
A second later a trap door to a secret tunnel opened beneath Clover and the others which they fell through before they started going through a secret tunnel slide.
"THIS IS A WOOHPING, RIGHT?!" Daisy shouted as they kept going.
"IT TOTALLY IS!" Clover shouted.
Soon Clover and the others arrived in this big room in WOOHP headquarters. Thankfully, a large cushion was waiting below as they fell on it.
"Whew, glad Jerr had a cushion out this time," Alex commented.
Daisy breathed in excitement, "That was… fun! I actually enjoyed that."
"Trust me, Daisy, the WOOHPings get a little less fun after a while," Sam commented.
Daisy got up from the cushion and took in her new surroundings.
"So this is WOOHP headquarters, huh?" Daisy said in amazement.
"As a matter of fact, it is," Jerry's voice came.
The girls and their mothers looked to see Jerry coming toward them.
"Right on time, Jerr," Clover commented.
"And thanks for leaving this cushion on for us," Alex added.
"My pleasure, Alex," Jerry said politely. He turned to Daisy. "Now then Daisy, are you ready to start your WOOHP spy training."
"You bet I am!" Daisy said excitedly.
"Yeah, let's get this started, Jerr!" Clover said in excitement.
"In that case, Daisy, Clover, Sam, Alex… you girls follow me," Jerry said. "Your mothers will be watching from the sidelines."
Clover squealed, "I can't wait!"
"Me neither!" Daisy said happily.
Meanwhile, at a karate class in the middle of Malibu, the students of said class were just leaving. The two karate instructors were getting ready to leave as well.
"And so ends another successful class, huh, Jenny?" the first male instructor said.
"You said it, Dale," The second female instructor responded. "Those kids are certainly learning fast."
All of a sudden, Dale thought he felt something go right behind him at a fast pace. He turned around to look behind him but couldn't find anybody.
"What's the matter?" Jenny asked in concern.
"I thought I felt something behind me," Dale spoke.
Jenny shrugged, "Maybe it's just the wind?"
Suddenly, they both felt something move past both of them.
"There it is again," Dale said in concern.
Suddenly, the lights went out.
"Uh, who turned out the lights?" Jenny said nervously.
"I get the feeling we're being watched," Dale said aloud.
Jenny looked confused, "But I don't see who or why-"
Before Jenny could finish her statement, they suddenly noticed a shadowy figure drop down from the ceiling before the two karate instructors were attacked from above and knocked out.
The shadowy figure stood above the two karate instructors with a sinister grin.
The figure appeared to be a woman in her thirties with dark red hair with a ponytail and wearing a yellow and red yoga outfit.
"Now you two and soon your entire class will have the privilege of being my followers," the figure said in a female voice. "And soon all of LA will belong to me and Power Yoga Chi-Kwan-Do!"
