Chapter 2:
Special abilities and Weapons
Panting can be heard as Hotaru can be seen on the ground of Naruto's hidden base. He had trained Hotaru in basic to advanced fighting skills. She had taken in much but found herself unable to compete with her teacher's stamina and endurance. She looks up and asks. "Naruto sensei, how did you get so strong and skilled for you to teach such ruthless fighting skills." "Well it's a long story but it was a prayer for justice and vengeance of mine that was answered through some of the most interesting fighters I have ever met." answered Naruto as he thinks back to the day he met his teachers in the mindscape and how they taught him. Starting with Connor Kenway and Joseph Kashibadze who taught him some unique skills that would serve him well against powerful enemy on any terrain.
Flashback year 2 of training.
Naruto had learned much from the Grandmasters of the Assassin Brotherhood. From each one of them Naruto became a master of combat and assassination. Each one of them teaching Naruto skills that would see him a one man army.
Naruto can be seen experiencing the bleeding effect of the Georgian Grandmaster assassin Joseph Kashibadze and the Colonial American Assassin Connor Kenway. As he is training in forest and mountain combat and tactics under the two. Naruto is new to the experience that he is gaining from the two assassin grandmasters. From Connor Naruto had learned tracking even while blindfolded using his newly gained and enhanced eagle vision along with being trained in Archery. Joseph taught Naruto night combat in the wilderness that will serve him well.
At the moment Naruto is understanding the importance of naval warfare as Connor had insisted on him learning the insights of naval warfare and warships. Naruto found that ships today incorporate the use of chakra. So Naruto was told by Kyuubi to look into the original weapons for naval warships. Finding cannons to be powder powered instead of chakra powered.
"Well this will be troubling while I could get the chakra cannons on my ship I need to be able to have my cruiser undetectable." said Naruto telepathically as Kyuubi then adds his to sense. "You would have to shelve your naval combat plans until we can get a solution for more combat orientated water crafts." "Yes Kyuubi is right at the moment you would need to focus on developing Marine Tactics if you are going to infiltrate fortresses or help lead amphibious raids. Your must sharp you ferocity to near superhuman levels." said Connor as Joesph says "Yes while you are going up against the best of the Shinobi World you have to learn how to revitalize the unorthodox tactics of Shinobi of old. Take for example Madara from what Kurama has told us Madara is alive he is somewhere in the world possible with the Akatsuki. Using his death as a camouflage to hide behind the shadows of the world." as Naruto thinks on his words as he shelves the idea.
Flashback end
Hotaru wonders who could turn Naruto into such a killing machine. As before she could ask a dove lands nearby. Naruto walking over goes to get said message. That reads "Toshinki Moshirao a Marine Commandant is plotting to attack a small neutral island nation of Anvarin. The man has a force of 1,000 Marines and 500 Mercenaries under him. The leader has asked you Flying Fox to help stop this brutal savage of a man for he will destroy my people and my nation.
Your reward will be anything you collect from the man's belongings.

"It looks like I have an opportunity of a life time." said Naruto as he turns towards Hotaru.
"Pack up your equipment we are going to stop an invasion." said Naruto as Hotaru nods as they go towards an unknown location in the fortress.
"How will we stop such an invasion. Sabotage. Assassination." asked Hotaru as she looks at Naruto in question.
"I am going with a project that I came up with for such occasions for when I am hired to kill small armies. However you will be providing support from a distance as you are not ready for heavy combat lucky for you, you were trained in the use of my rifle. Your skills are capable if your facing low level soldiers but I have trained your ferocity into a weapon. Your training will allow you to overwhelm even chakra enhanced animals. This will test your coolness but will to act Hotaru. Remember your training well" said Naruto as they proceed to a second part of the fort Naruto had something in store for such a mission.
"Okay Naruto but what will you be doing that will see this small army destroyed?" asked Hotaru as they approached the workshop area of the fortress.
"I had this in mind from one of my mentors. He had mentally copied the designed and kept it from those who would use it." said Naruto as he opens the door to show a boat outfitted with armor plating, sporting a double motor on each side of the boat but what Hotaru sees on the boat is rather an interesting sight of engineering as she sees a sort of rectangular prism of sorts on the bow of the boat. She sees a helmet that seems to be connected to the boat in some way as she turns towards Naruto as he says. "Hotaru, I would like to introduce to you the Super Naval Cannon assault boat. This boat is equipped with high explosive incendiary shells that, depending on the chakra input I place into the ammo rack will have enough force to level a small town." as Hotaru surprisingly asks. "How did you come to have the equipment for such a weapon." as Naruto smiles as his protege and says "I know a royal in a nation that I had saved from an assassination from a corrupt hand of a Fire Country's government." as he thinks back to how he saved one Koyuki Kazehana from a group of assassins when she visited Fire Country.
Flashback second half of year 1 training.
Koyuki Kazehanna is in a rather high tech carriage heading back to the port towards Snow Country, but also in complete outrage by Konoha for their actions against Naruto Uzumaki and choosing a traitor over a true hero.
She called the Konoha Council idiots and bigots for their reasoning of banishing him instead of treating him as a hero and true patriot. The civilian council had ignorantly threatened that she should show Sasuke the respect that he deserved for saving her life. She returned the threat by banning all except a few Konoha Shinobi from Spring Country and placed a beat on sight order on Sasuke Uchiha and Sakura.
However Koyuki is unaware of a murder plot concocted by the Civilian Council as nine teams of assassins are launching their brutal assault.
As the Carriage is traveling it is soon rocked as outside a team of assassins attack launching fire balls at the hired mercenary guards who with the chakra armor trying to fight them off as best as they could until the earth jutsu users of the assassins overpowered them. One squad pry open the carriage as they see Koyuki and her new assistant. "Any last words demon loving bitch." demanded an assassin who looks ready to kill her or rather violate her then kill her.
"Go to hell pig" said Koyuki looking at him defiantly as the man is about to reach for her until he falls over as from a distance away a disguised Naruto can be seen holding a bow as he draw more arrows as he fires at the assassins killing many as they start to get closer. Naruto draws his Katana as he leaps into a deadly melee that saw Naruto cut a bloody path through the assassins. Naruto using both the skills of the assassins and the environment to slaughter many assassins.
Koyuki and her assistant had seen the brutal battle ground as they see bodies either with broken necks, caved in skulls, impaled on spikes, dismembered corpses or bodies with several knives or arrows.
Naruto turn after killing the last assassin and asks. "Are you two alright" "Yes thank you stranger but who are you?" asked Koyuki as she looks at Naruto with fear and hesitance. "I am an Old friend" said Naruto giving a hint that Koyuki could pick up without fully revealing his identity to her. Koyuki very much believes him and asks " I believe you. What now?" "I get you back to your ship so you can get the hell out of fire country." said Naruto as she nods in agreement as Naruto led the duo toward their ship on the docks of fire country.
Naruto looking out as he uses his Eagle Sense to search the area around him to see four assassins waiting for them. Naruto gets out his smoke bomb as the killer elite soon attack in an ambush however Naruto throws said smoke bomb down and counters the ambush with his arsenal. Naruto throws 4 knives at 4 assassins killing them. Naruto push kicks one hard off a high cliff. Naruto break the back of an sensor assassin over his knee. Naruto runs an assassin's own sword into him pinning him to a tree as he proceeds to hit seven other assassins with his arrow.
Naruto proceeds to guide Lady Daimyo and her assistant to their ship where guards are stationed near,
"Halt who are you" demanded the guard as he looks at Naruto as Koyuki walks runs up. "Lady Daimyo what has happened, where is your Entourage?" said the guard as he and his fellow guards are on guard around the hooded Naruto in question. "They are all dead. This man had saved my life and thank to him he had saved my country from a crisis." said Koyuki as Naruto then speaks up "We're not out of the woods yet. I have a feeling those killers had a plan B search the ship and report any explosive tags. I have training in their disarmament. " as the guards looks at him and then Koyuki who nods giving them the order to search the ship.
"So mind telling me who you are to have saved my life not once but just about thrice." asked Koyuki as she looks at Naruto who under his mask smiles and says "Not yet until the danger is over my identity is secret until we are in privacy. For my true identity will be compromised for my travels." as Koyuki has to agree for whoever hired the assassins would most likely have a vendetta against the hooded figure.
Soon the Mercenaries found several explosive seals on the ship in key areas of the boiler room, kitchen and engineer room, Naruto Disabled them as he then captures the bomber who for some crazy reason wanted to be at a nearby ridge. Lucky for Naruto and unlucky for the saboteur. Naruto had detected him and overwhelmed him with both incredible combat skills and remarkable physical strength.
The Assassin lays on the ground beaten and battered.
"Tell her what you told me and don't hold back on anything or do you want another lesson on lying to anyone." said Naruto cracking his knuckles as him and the mercenaries guards look at him with glowing eyes.
The assassin spilled his guts about who hired his group and why. Koyuki for her part was angered at who hired the assassins. "Oh Now I am mad" said Koyuki as Naruto knocks out the assassin as she walks up to him. "Okay mystery man who are you?" asked Koyuki as Naruto smiles and asks in a jovial yet serious tone. "Can you tell your guards and assistant to leave? I want my identity to remain secret from those who might be overheard." as Koyuki then proceeds to order her guards to leave and only to come in if she was about to be murdered.
"Okay now answer who are you?" asked Koyuki as she looks at Naruto as he takes down his hood and mask to reveal himself to her.
"Naruto your alive. Where have you been." asked Koyuki as she rushes to hug him tightly as he smiles and says "I have been around training. Originally I didn't have a purpose or path moving forward. All I had was a path to nowhere until a prayer of mine was answered." "So what are you now exactly" asked Koyuki as she looks at Naruto with interest.
"I don't know exactly. I know I am not a terrorist like that Akatsuki group that is looking for me but I know I am a protector but I believe I can be so much more." said Naruto as he is trying to make out what he wants to be in life while fighting for survival.
"Well you could be a Shinobi of Yukigakure the village is under new management you could probably join" said Koyuki as Naruto smiles and says "I am sorry I can't for the Akatsuki is hunting people like me Jinchuriki and they could easily defeat Yukigakure in no time For the pair after me is Itachi Uchiha and Kisame Hoshigake. I don't want any ninja village to be caught in the crossfire." as Koyuki smiles at the blonde's noble spirit as she then asks "Do you need anything. Because you just saved my life more than anyone ever has." as Naruto thinks on the prospect as Naruto thinks on what he will need for his journey and seeing a way to get some of his weapons in creation as Naruto then says something that would make his future possible.
"Well I need some resources I have some projects that I want to be commissioned that would help me in my future endeavors as what I am going to become doing is going to be something of legendary status." said Naruto as Koyuki is going to do something that solidify the future of a lifetime as she asks "Sure what do you need from me" as Naruto smiles at the answer.
Flashback end
Naruto and Hotaru is making their way towards the lake that the Rogue Marine Force is coming towards. Naruto hands Hotaru a copy of his rifle as she loads the rifle as she knows the score with the Marines. As Naruto goes towards the river he unseals the assault boat as he proceeds to wait. Soon enough the Rogue Marine Force arrives as Naruto readies himself placing the helmet on and channeling Kyuubi's chakra inside of the weapon soon causing it to spring to life.
"Okay Brat so what's the plan exactly." asked Kyuubi Telepathically as Naruto answers. "Simple I will be sinking the landing crafts while Hotaru slows the main ship down. I have given her high explosive armor piercing round that should punch through the ship's hull while also slaying any gunners on the heavy cannons of the ships." said Naruto as he looks forward ready to fight.
Two Hearts by Stan Bush
Naruto begins a fierce sea battle that beings with Rockets raining down as Naruto launches honing Rockets at the landing crafts destroying each one craft as Hotaru is sending shoot after shoot killing several men on the deck of the main ship as Naruto is destroying many landing crafts. As Toshinki soon unleashes a war machine in the form of a miniature Iron clad that seems to almost block several rockets from Naruto's cannon until Naruto switches to armor piercing explosive from the inner middle cannon. As Naruto soon pierces the war machine killing several operators and slowing the Iron Clad down as Hotaru takes aim and shoots into a weak points of the IronClad breaking it open and exposing the engine as Naruto then shoots a rocket into the engine blowing the Iron Clad out of the water.
Naruto and Hotaru soon focuses fire on the main ship, a prototype super battleship.. Naruto had gotten information that the ship would be the first of it's kind but was unreliable due to how it's gun system was built to be less maneuverable. 'To bad I have to destroy it but it's now in the hands of those who would use it for tyranny.' thought Naruto as Kurama interjects. "Well Naruto you could just take the ship as payment after all this ship wasn't supposed to be used." as Naruto thinks on it and decides. "Hotaru, I need you to aim for the propeller blades on the Battleship. We are taking it for ourselves." said Naruto as Hotaru, not understanding the reasoning for the ship as the payment does as told and disable the ship. Naruto proceeds to leap out of the ship. Naruto gets out a combat spear as he moves through the ship mowing down Rogue Marines as he encounters the target a man of Herculean build. The two get into a ferocious skirmish as Naruto switches from his spear to his Khevsurian sword as the two get into an intense sword fight.
Song End
Hotaru switching to regular bullets is targeting officers and crewmen alike as they try to find the sniper.
Naruto flips Toshinki on his back and drives his sword into his chest, killing him. Naruto looks around the ship to see ship is heavily damaged but still floating as Naruto proceeds to make 15 smokeless shadow clones that helps Hotaru pick off any stragglers.
As he looks over the ship to see it's function and design he sees the ship's vessel as very formidable and very powerful. Naruto decides to take a lifetime chance as he clears the deck of all of the corpses and seals the ship into a scroll.
"Hotaru move back to the meeting point we are done here." said Naruto through his coms as Hotaru nods and disengages from her shooting after killing the last sailor.
Naruto follows with his boat he senses a watcher in the distance as he meets up with Hotaru as he then draws his rifle and points it at said watcher. Who reveals himself to be Kabuto Yakushi.
"Greetings Flying Fox I come as a messenger of Orochimaru of Oto to invite you to join Oto's ranks. My lord has heard of your reputation and remarkable fighting skills. He would like to have those skills in service of his village." said Kabuto as Naruto under his mask scowls.
"No thanks I am well aware of Orochimaru's reputation for genetic experimentation and I would rather not be on the operating table for him." said Naruto as soon Oto ninja surround him and Hotaru as Kabuto then says. "I am afraid that we must insist." as he pushes his glasses up as Naruto raises his hands up calmly as Kabuto begins comments. "Ah I see that you're not stupider than you dres-" Many of the Oto Ninja drop dead from arrows inside of his back. As Naruto proceeds to pummel Kabuto Yakushi before he could do anything. Beating him down in a boxer style assault that sees Kabuto getting broken glasses, a nose and a broken arm from an attempt to stab him. Naruto leaves Kabuto's nearly unconscious form on the ground semi beaten and broken as he tells him. "Next time I will kill you if you try that again" said Naruto as he and Hotaru disappears in a smoke shunshin as Kabuto falls unconscious.
Elsewhere in the Elementals
The Akatsuki is looking over recent footage of Naruto's footage of his contracts. They each are amazed by the assassin's work as a contract killer.
"Gotta admit the guy knows how to get shit done." said Kisame as Deidara says "Yeah and with an explosion did you see that machine he was using I never thought I would find something that can create such explosive art."
"Hmm" audited Itachi as he looks at Naruto in question.
"Yes he could be useful or be a problem for us. We must find a way to recruit him if not eliminate him." said the leader known as Pain as they all nod as his assistant, a beautiful bluenette who's gaze seems intrigued in the assassin's combat skills and his reports of him taking on righteous hits than the normal less honorable ones.
'Who are you truly' thought the woman as her hazel eyes look at the hooded assassin in question.
Back with Naruto and Hotaru.
Hotaru can be seen training in the use of the sword. Understanding the sword dances of the sword Naruto had began to use during his time as a young assassin. She feels how this sword is different from a Katana as she uses the blade one handed as the blade she has been told is called a sabre. A weapon that is rare as she performs more elegant slashes and strafes than she did before.
Naruto is meditating in his sensory deprivation chamber as he focuses inward as he goes to talk to the Kyuubi.
Inside of the Mindscape
Naruto is sitting with the Kyuubi in a human shape. They are playing chess together in a chest hall that resembles Ezio's old home. Naruto had learned how to clear his mind and heart as he cleared the sewer in his mind and rebuilt it into a school like structured prison. Kyuubi's condition was improved. Instead of a gate it was only a collar and unchained shackles giving the Kyuubi more freedom of movement than the original prison. Kyubi had allowed Naruto the knowledge of his name.
"So Gaki is a plan coming together to deal with the Akatsuki." said Kurama as he moves his pawn that is soon taken by a bishop.
"Nothing yet as Hotaru isn't ready to go toe to toe with these killers. I have no doubt I can but I need to be smarter with training Hotaru first as she only has that destructive jutsu she learned from the law." said Naruto as Kurama takes a pawn with a Rook but Naruto takes a Bishop with a knight.
"So what if she has that destructive jutsu. That's all that a ninja can bring with those types of jutsu." said Kurama as he takes a bishop as Naruto takes a knight. "Kurama battle isn't just a battle of brute strength. Bijuu like you can face off against each other due to what you don't need because of your immortality. But that's not combat. Combat is more about facing your opposition with skill, cunning and determination. While I have no doubt of your formidable savagery but even savagery needs highly honed technique and strategy to make it applicable." said Naruto in a sagely manner as he then places Kurama in a checkmate as Kurama looks at Naruto's moves and sees how he managed to beat him in such a game.
"So what is the point of strength then." asked Kurama curiously as he looks at the blonde in question as Naruto then answers in a tone of wisdom. " To show no fear, to show that you can overcome any problem. But Strength isn't a total sum of one's ability, it's only one facet of the individual. You have seen the assassin grandmaster's lives showed how they overcame their opposition through the use of their unique strengths. But this isn't a battle of strength Madara is using the shadows hiding in them he has already caused a large amount of destruction in Kiri, and Konoha. This is case where we need to go back to the original nature of a ninja. That being a warrior skilled in Asymmetrical warfare. What we need to do is tackle Madara on his grounds on our terms. If Hotaru went to fight the Akatsuki near a populated area many lives would have been lost" What way do you have in mind?" asked Kurama curious of the blonde assassin in front of him.
"By moving through the shadows and taking down the Akatsuki members. The first two I would need to start with are Deidara the Mad bomber and his partner Sasori of the Red Sand." said Naruto as Kurama nods in agreement. Naruto soon senses Hotaru at the door as Naruto leaves the mindscape leaving Kurama to think about something important about his containers tactics and evaluate his approach to humans and how he was going about it the wrong way.
'Hmm the Gaki maybe onto something.' thought Kurama as he thinks about what he can do for the blonde as the blonde made him aware of how his physical power is but nothing without his mind.
With Naruto
Naruto is looking over a scroll that has a picture of his very targets he needed to kill. Hotaru for her part is blushing hard as Naruto doesn't have his shirt on. As she admires the tone muscles of her sensei as she looks at his torso.
"Well it would seem that I would have to be the one that can break the ice with the Akatsuki." said Naruto as he shows Hotaru his targets. "Master, let me come with you. I know I can beat them and? " No Hotaru I need you here to learn as your combat skills are high genin at the moment but these killers are above you. I need you to be completely ready. Plus I need to learn what makes them tick in terms of how they are going to extract the Bijuu inside of a jinchuriki. As I might have a way to counter what their plans are." Said Naruto Interrupting Hotaru who nods in understanding.
"How are you going to tackle these two masters" asked Hotaru as Naruto smiles at the question as he brings her to the armory to show her something he has in the works. Something he was only going to pull out for extreme combat.
"Wow" said Hotaru as she sees something that she would have never thought her mentor would get her hands on.
"Well it's a prototype for whenever I enter extreme combat, luckily I made it for all terrain combat." said Naruto as he admires his creation.
Timeskip 4 days later.
Deidara and Sasori be seen in the Sand Village at night as they proceeds to fight the Kazekage who for their part has a disturbing smile as they see fight more defensively as before Deidara could say anything he sees an explosion where Sasori stood as he is sent flying as leaping from his position is Naruto in a set of unique armor as he looks at the two. "Greetings Akatsuki, are you ready to die." said Naruto as he looks at the two in question.
"The Flying Fox, how good of you to show up. I was hoping to see if my art is better than yours." said Sasori as he gets out his puppets as Naruto gets out a new weapon.
"If you take joy in an art of death then you should be ashamed for the lives you have taken." said Naruto as he gets ready for combat.
Silent Thunder by Crazy Lixx
Deidara and Sasori engage in combat with both the Flying Fox and the 5th Kazekage himself.
Naruto dodges the army of Puppets while destroying some with his new invention, the dual handguns he had created that he wanted to test out as he fires shoots into the puppets destroying each one as they charge at him trying to kill him as he performs masterful defensive acrobatics. Many of the Suna Shinobi are keeping the civilians back from the battles as best as they can.
Many of Sasori's puppet army are being destroyed by Naruto's gunfire. Naruto proceeds to switch to high impact thunder bombs. Naruto rains down hell upon Sasori as he dodges.
Gaara is keeping up with Deidara in a fierce aerial battle as Deidara is sending out bombs at the Kazekage to try and knock him out but Gaara's sand makes it impossible for the Mad Bomber to do so.
Naruto is tackling the Hiruko form of Sasori as he is dodging strikes from the scorpion armor of the S rank killer puppeteer. Naruto kicks Sasori away and draws his handgun and shoots at him. The bullets somewhat falls off of it but doing so causes massive dents in the armor.
Deidara, seeing no choices, uses a massive ball of explosive clay. Gaara using a the strength of his sand shield creates a barrier as Naruto kicks Sasori away with a roundhouse and throws something at the ball that causes it to turn to dust as it sends out an electrical surge that nullifies the explosive putty. Naruto rolls under a tail swing from Sasori.
Naruto sliding away draws both of his handguns and shoots rapid fire at Sasori heavily damaging his Hiroko form.
Sasori soon disgards the form as he then goes on to his true form a human puppet form of his original body.
The battles are long and brutal Naruto and Gaara are fighting the Akatsuki Duo with an equal mix of courage and ruthless ferocity. Naruto proceeds to pin Sasori to the ground as he proceeds to draw his rifle and aims at Deidara injuring him and allowing Gaara to land the finishing blow crushing Deidara to death.
Naruto is knocked away as Sasori shoots at him with several poisonous darts into Naruto. However Kurama is already on the case as Naruto returns the favor by shooting him in the chest with his handguns.
Naruto flips up and pulls the darts out of his body as he falls to one knee as Sasori is seemingly dying. Naruto looks closely to see that the place he hit contains something that seems organic as Naruto realizes those are his organs. Getting to his feet he walks over towards Sasori as Gaara and his siblings walk towards the Akatsuki member that was once part of the village.
"You fool the Akatsuki will rain vengeance on you for this interference.." said Sasori with a dying rage in his tone as Naruto draws his gun and says "Good" and shoots him in the injured spot killing him.
Turning towards the Sabaku duo as he falls to the ground from his injuries. "Medic we need a medic." said Temari as several medical ninja rushes towards the area and treat the masked assassin. They are about to remove his mask when Gaara says "Leave his mask. He has earned his secrecy unless he want someone to see he is not to have his mask removed." as the medic nin nods in understanding as they rush Naruto to the hospital.
"Do you think it is wise Gaara we might get an advantage over knowing his identity." asked a concerned Temari as Gaara shakes his head and explains. "No, this village will not rely on blackmail methods. We need to establish a form of trust in any shinobi trained mercenaries if we are going to have them hired." Temari nods in understanding plus she herself has to admit she likes the allure the masked assassin brings.
"Plus I might know who this assassin is already. It's really up to him to reveal his face to him." said Gaara as Temari and Kankuro is shocked by Gaara possibly knowing the Flying Fox's true identity.
Song end Hours Later
Naruto wakes up in the hospital to see his form treated and his mask intact along with his secrets. As his gear and armor next to his bed. He gets to his feet and gets on his gear. Soon he hears a knock on the door as he sees a chunin with makings similar to the Inuzuka clan standing their.
"Yes, can I help you."asked Naruto as he looks at the chunin level kunoichi in question. "I am Chunin Maki. I was sent to gather you for an important meeting once you wake up." said Maki as she looks at the masked assassin in question.
"Thank you lead the way inside of your village." said Naruto as Maki nods as she guides him.
As he is walking several people are looking at him with something he has never experienced as his normal guise. Respect and appreciation as Maki guides him towards the Kazekage tower.
Walking inside several Chunin are looking at Naruto with interest with some of the Kunoichi being more interested in his real face. 'Hmm I guess being masked brings an allure that women can't resist the mystery of who I am.' thought Naruto as he sees his guide also looking at him with interest as they soon arrive at the door to the room. As the guards ask Naruto to disarm, he does so as he knows they aren't his enemy. As he walks inside of the office he is met by Gaara and his siblings. "You may leave Maki I,my siblings and mentor want to speak to the Flying Fox." said Gaara as Maki looks at Naruto as he then sits down as she thinks. 'Well if he does die I would like to look at his face along with Temari.' thought Maki as she walks out of the room shutting the door.
Temari activates the privacy seal in the room as she looks at the masked assassin. As Gaara then speaks "I would like to thank you for saving my life and my village. Flying Fox or should I say Naruto Uzumaki." as Naruto, Temari, Kankuro and Baki are shocked none more than Naruto who chuckles and proceeds to unmask himself. Temari looks at Naruto with a blush at his new appearance. "So how did you know it was me." asked Naruto as he looks at Gaara as he smirks as he explained "Shukaku had sensed the chakra inside of you and told me that it was exactly like when we first fought. I didn't know for sure until I had sensed something from your chakra that I sensed years back in Konoha and when you were fighting Sasori. The poison that he hit you with was formulated for Jinchuriki. I would have been rendered unconscious in minutes and I knew it would have killed a normal shinobi regardless of levels. But a Jinchuriki would have been incapacitated and that's what proved my theory as to who the Fierce Flying Fox is."
"Well Gaara I gotta say you are an incredible detective and sensor." said Naruto as he smirks at the Red head as he smirks back.
"So how have you been these years?" asked Gaara as he wants to know how his friend is during his banishment.
"Very Good. After I was banished I went towards a temple to pray. I had gotten one heck of a sign from the gods who had given me a path that sees me become an avenging angel to some and the angel of death to many that have committed acts of the vilest crimes ." explained Naruto as Temari then asks "What kind of sign influenced you to create those types of weapons to fight with hours earlier." "The kind that comes from another plane of existence outside of our own. That had many technological differences and a large variety of warriors of different nations, and cultures. With the knowledge of what I am capable coming from some of the greatest warriors of an order called the Assassins. However these assassins aren't like the normal killers you would see in the ninja world they are protectors and guardians of their world that fought against the injustices of an order known as the Templars throughout different ages of their history" answered Naruto as the 4 are surprised by Naruto they look at him with question. Temari senses no lies in his words and neither does Kankuro, Baki and Gaara
"So what now you know the Akatsuki is going after the Flying Fox and Naruto Uzumaki." said Kankuro as Naruto smirks and says. "I know and Konoha's secret cabal of corrupt officials led by the Shinobi of Darkness himself is also after me along with Orochimaru and Sound." "By God you have to be scared for your life." said Temari as Naruto says "Yes I am that's why I am getting ready to face a trial by fire as I go up against the most ruthless and tenacious of these foes with skill, cunning and determination. For that's all I got along with some friends in this world." said Naruto with a smile as the four smile back as Gaara says "Well Naruto I believe you can trust us with your secret and know you have an ally in Suna. So if you need anything Naruto all you have do is ask." as Naruto thinks on the subject and thinks back to Sasori's puppetry and body as he then asks. "Well I would like to ask for a book on the subject of puppetry and wind jutsu Oh along with Sasori's body." as Gaara then asks"What do you have planned?" "A new age." said Naruto as he has a devious smile that will see something that will make Kurama a very happy fox.
In Konoha
Tsunade is taking a break from paperwork until Shizune burst through the room. "Lady Tsunade, we have a situation where the Akatsuki has attacked Suna." answered Shizune as Tsunade looks in horror as she knows they'll come for Naruto unknowing that Naruto is coming for them.
"Get ready Shizune we are going to war against the Akatsuki. As the way I see it the Jinchuriki and their bijuu are being targeted." said Tsunade as Shizune nods and goes gets her gear ready for battle.
"ANBU" said Tsunade as the Anbu in the room spring to attention as they stand in front of her.
"You called Lady Hokage." asked Neko as she looks at her Kage as Tsunade then says. "I want all Ninja and Anbu to be on alert we are going to war against the Akatsuki." "Is that wise Lady Hokage" asked Neko as she looks at her Kage in question.
"Yes, as Suna has been attacked for their Jinchuriki. In the dead of night." said Tsunade as Neko then nods in agreement. As Shizune walks back inside to office as she brings more news from the attack.
"Lady Tsunade there is more. The attack was prevented by the Assassin, Flying Fox." said Shizune as Tsunade is surprised by the hired sword to do so. But she has remembered how the assassin only took up righteous contracts.
"Hmm this guy is getting to be interesting. Okay have all forces to be on alert and to let them know to monitor the Akatsuki and if possible terminate them." said Tsunade as Neko and Shizune nods knowing their orders.
'Who the hell are you Flying Fox?' thought Tsunade as she looks out of the window to wonder about the hired slayer in question.
With Naruto
Naruto is drawing up blueprints for something he has planned for Kurama in his hideout's laboratory. Soon Hotaru walks inside of the room. "Naruto what are you doing." asked Hotaru as Naruto turns and says. "Oh Something for Kurama that I had the idea for but only one part is missing something that could be the key to his new situation." as he places the plans away as he wants it to be a surprise.
"Okay let's cover your skills in unarmed combat and see how you have developed." said Naruto as he guides Hotaru towards the matted ground in the courtyard.
"Okay Hotaru Show me what you know so far." said Naruto as Hotaru nods.
Hotaru gets into a stance that Naruto recognizes. As she demonstrates her skills. She throws a high kick to low kick that follows up with a jab, hammer fist and spinning back elbow. She next performs a low sweep kick, low high sidekick followed up with a somersault kick as it has her on her feet standing again.
Naruto nods seeing Hotaru has gotten down to the basics.
"Excellent Hotaru now we need to get you to the advanced basics and you will be nearly ready for the big leagues." said Naruto as Hotaru then says "Master, when are you going to let me get revenge on the one who took Utakata from me" "Soon I need to get you ready. While you handled yourself well against highly trained sailors and marines I need to be sure you are ready for mortal combat against them as these ninja are some of the best of the best. Going up against them will take your utmost skill and courage. While I may have armed you I need to refine your skills and abilities that would make you their angel of death. Know that two of their group is the one who killed your friend may have been the leaders and if they can command this band of killers. You may have earned your own death." said Naruto in a sagely tone as Hotaru begrudgingly agrees.
"Well, when are we going to go after the Akatsuki?" asked Hotaru as she looks at her mentor.
"Soon. However I need to get enough resources and a new fortress. To rage war we need to have the proper means as your vendetta transforms you must have the means for it to focus and channel it." said Naruto sagely as Hotaru thinks on the subject as a pigeon brings another contract.
Naruto walking over and collects it. Reading it Naruto sees interest in the contracts as it had read. " An IWA ninja strike team known as the Rockmen have reportedly gone rogue. They have been attacking neighboring villages for money and women. My Fortress is on their path of destruction. My guards have no real way of stopping their ruthless warpath. I want you to slay them. If you do this we will give you a reward with any reward that you see fit." signed Tenoshaku Yamamoto of Plains Country.
"I have a new contract but I will do something for you, in particular Hotaru I have other contracts that are against the criminal element and seeing as you need the experience in developing your techniques. I will have you do missions to get your skill level up to par. So that way you won't get killed in battles against ninja." said Naruto as he goes towards the armory to get Hotaru something.
Walking out with a box and a crate. Placing them in front of Hotaru who opens them. In front of Hotaru is a suit that is similar to Naruto's own but more so designed like a classical ninja's. The face mask is uniquely made with Kabuki like face paint but not exactly the same as it as it sports a design of an Eagle on the face of it and in the hood. The hood itself is slightly the same color as her casual outfit. She looks over at the trunk to see some of her weapons being like the one's Naruto has used in the past.
"Hotaru these will help you in your ascendance." said Naruto as he looks at her with eyes that show a deep trust in her abilities.
"I know you want to avenge Utakata but you must not just have vengeance in mind. The Akatsuki may have killed him. But they pose a threat to everyone. If they get all the Bijuu they could impose a peace through fear and corruption. I will need your help in the fight. You must be ready and waiting all at the same time for each battle will test your will and resolve." said Naruto as Hotaru looks at him and says. "Yes Mentor." as Hotaru then smiles at her fellow blonde as she starts to feel something for the blonde Uzumaki.
"Okay Hotaru I will be leaving for Plains country. I want you to leave going towards the locations of the assignments." said Naruto as Hotaru nods and then asks "What about the hideout." asked Hotaru as she is curious of what will become of the hidden place.
"It will stay hidden with seals and remain untouched through them. You know the path to take and you have been trained extensively. Know it's time for you to learn from experience itself." said Naruto as Hotaru nods as she gets on her armor as Naruto gets his on.
Hotaru looks over her armor, seeing parts of it that serve a particular purpose that will aid her in her missions as she gets to her weapons. She sees two dual handguns, a modernized kopis blade, a collapsible combat spear, kunai and shuriken, a modified sniper rifle of a different design, nunchaku, brass knuckles and the hidden blades. She also sees a small box as Naruto walks out as she opens them and sees 4 cylindrical tubes of sorts. "Naruto sensei, what are these exactly?"asked Hotaru as she takes one out of two of them. As Naruto explains. "Those are Silencers; they allow for silenced shooting of both your rifle and pistols; they are screw-on attachments for the barrels. However there is a trade off with range and distance of how so you may need to adjust your shooting for long range shots. Also these are experimental so be mindful of their use." said Naruto as Hotaru nods in understanding as she puts them away. As they begin to leave with Naruto looking in the shadows and nods as a figure goes inside of the laboratory of the armory to continue what he was working on.
'I have a feeling you would like what I am working on Kurama.' thought Naruto as he and Hotaru leaves. Naruto activates a seal and leaves as they go towards their respective assignments.
In Konoha
Tsunade is looking over reports about Akatsuki movement as Shizune walks in with more paperwork.
"Any word on Naruto Lady Tsunade." asked Shizune as she looks at her mentor.
"Only that they haven't found his body." said Tsunade as Shizune scowls at that as she hates that her little brother is out in the world doing who knows what.
"However I think the Akatsuki would be looking at this Flying Fox whoever he is. He had taken out some of their strongest members so I wouldn't worry but all the same. We may need to find Naruto to see if he is alright but also see if his skill level is on point." said Tsunade as Shizune nods knowing Naruto wouldn't have laxed on his training. Unknowing of Naruto's transformation into a killing machine.
"Hope so Lady Tsunade." said Shizune as they continue their work.
With Naruto
Naruto had arrived in Plains Country and he is looking over the path of where the Rockmen are coming from. As soon the team of 9 arrive each one looking fearsome in their own right.
"Turn back Rockmen or you will be feeding the beasts of the land and the fouls of the air." said Naruto as he drops down in front of them.
"Yeah and how will one man show me." said the brawny member as Naruto under his mask smirks and Gestures for him to come forward. Which invited the brawny man to form rock like armor around himself as he charges. With a punch that he thinks would kill the assassin in front of him. As Naruto catches the punch as a shock wave is sent behind Naruto harmlessly as the group is shocked at the assassin stopping such an attack. As Naruto counter attacks with a left hook that takes his head off. The group was shocked that their strongest member was killed with such ease and power. They could almost see a bear standing right behind him. Another one of their number attacks using magma release in the hopes of killing him however Naruto disappeared from their sight. They never got a chance to react as Naruto dropped from above and using his hidden blade he stabbed her in her throat killing her.
The next member casted out an earth jutsu release but Naruto soon zips over towards the man after he casted it and grabbed him from behind and breaks his neck. Several Rock Spikes had soon popped up and impaled Naruto as he soon fades from existence as Naruto drives a sword through his chest and cuts his head off. Two of the remaining group tried to flee but never got far as Naruto soon dropped from above and pierced their throats with a hidden blade each.
Naruto dodges 5 attacks from the others of the group as he then uses an after images that sees him palm strike a member in the chin breaking his neck. Slicing open one's chest with his sword. Shooting one in the chest several times with the last bullet being in his head. Naruto then broke one's back over his knee and then leaps at the final one who tried to attack with a fire jutsu only to be crushed by Naruto using a bear like smack that sends her into a hard rock killing her and leaving her mutilated form in the rock.
'Hmm they thought that it was easy. Looks like it wasn't' thought Naruto as he looks over the handy work of the powers he had learned from Connor's time in an alternate reality to his.
'Well that should do it I need to get back towards the lord's home for my reward. Hopefully I can get something that may help my special project.' thought Naruto as Kurama then chimes in and asks 'What special project do you have in mind might I ask.' 'It's the kind that sees you no longer anyone's concern and out of everybody's way.' said Naruto telepathically to Kurama as Kurama wonders what the blonde has in mind.
Naruto walks inside of the palace as he is then greeted by the lord of the fortress.
"Greetings Flying Fox I see you have taken care of the problem." asked Tenoshaku as Naruto shows him the head of the leader as Naruto then asks. "I would like to talk about my payment for this job." "Oh yes let's" said Tenoshaku as in a sudden moment a group of Oto Ninja surround him as the figure reveals his face to be Orochimaru.
"Well if it isn't the fallen snake sannin Orochimaru. We finally meet for the first time." said Naruto as he knows he can't just expose himself immediately as Orochimaru then speaks. "Ah my reputation is known even to such an assassin like yourself. I am most impressed with your abilities but yet you scorn my offer to join me and Oto. With words to my Right Hand here." as he gestured towards Kabuto who he gave a severe beating to.
"Like I said to your Right Hand I am well aware of your offer and I will not be joining a place that will feed your vain attempts for immortality." said Naruto as he scowls at the scowling Orochimaru as the Snake Sannin then says "Well we will learn your secrets when we dissect your corpse." as an Oto ninja leap at Naruto only to be sliced open with a cross guard long sword. As Kabuto leaps at Naruto with lethal intent only to be batted away by Naruto hitting him with a back fist. Several ninjas attack trying to kill him only to be cut down by Naruto's swordsmanship. Orochimaru leaps at Naruto with his Kusanagi sword. The two get into a fierce sword fight. Orochimaru is taken aback by Naruto's skills with the sword as he defends himself with the fencing skills he learned from Assassin grandmasters. Naruto pierced Orochimaru's incredible sword defense and managed to disarm the snake sannin and knocks him away and throws a knife into his shoulder. Soon more Oto ninja storm into the room to attack Naruto. However Naruto draws his handguns and guns down thirty of them and using a group of ethereal wolf sized foxes to fight the other group to before leaping through the opening of the Fortress as he proceeds to use flight of the eagle to gain distance away as the Oto ninja trying to kill him. As Naruto after landing activates something in his armor he had worked on for awhile for sensory ninja.
The sensory ninja of the pursuit group. Naruto slips away unnoticed. As he thinks to himself. 'Well Orochimaru must be desperate in trying to recruit me into his band of buttfuckers and fucked to want to kill me.' thought Naruto as he soon realized that he gained nothing for his pay as after loosing his pursuers he finds something of interest in the form of clay that seems to be living giving off a source of chakra not just any kind but of an almost primordial kind. Before he could react he then hears a snap of a trig and turns to see a woman who appears to Naruto's shock look like an Uchiha and not just any Uchiha but Madara Uchiha. However she seems different from other Uchiha he has meet in the past. She seem to have a mixture of Itachi's stoicism, and Shisui's emotions. However she sees more amazon like compared to the Uchiha women he has met.
"Who are you?" said Naruto in a demanding tone as the woman looks defensively at Naruto. With some fear but some fire in her eyes.
"I am Yuri Uchiha, great granddaughter of Madara Uchiha and Balalaika Romanov of the Drachma Kingdom. Traveler of the Elemental Nations and Potter." introduced Yuri Uchiha as she looks at Naruto with an intense look that Naruto sees that has strength as Naruto uses his eagle sense to see she isn't hostile nor sports any intent of evil.
'This is interesting' thought the Blonde as he looks at the woman in question.
"What is this place?" asked Naruto as he looks at the woman in question.
"This is my chakra clay farm. I used my elemental affinities and some of my raw to make chakra imbued clay." said Yuri as she demonstrates this with her affinity for water, wind and earth as she soon imbues it with her chakra as Naruto is amazed by such a feat.
"Well I see you have a life for yourself I better go but can I have some of your clay. I have a project that someone would benefit from." said Naruto as Yoriyomi then says "Ah yes your bijuu." which shocks the blonde as he asks in a deadly tone that doesn't seem to faze Yuri as she answers. " I gained an ability of my mother known as Eye of Perun giving me a sort of metaphysical sense that allows me to understand the natures of things around me, including people like Jinchuriki." as Kurama then says to Naruto telepathically. "Naruto, she speaks the truth. She didn't lie once."
"Well you know my secret Yuri but I can't kill you for your not someone who deserves to die for their relative but I fear that you may be targeted by forces beyond my control if I leave you to your own devices." said Naruto as he places his weapons away as he helps her get her clay as he soon disguise himself as his normal guise.
"So you have a face. A handsome one at that." said Yuri as she strokes his whisker marks causing him to purr slightly as Yuri
"Well seeing as I know your name I may as well give you mine. I am Naruto Uzumaki Namikaze. Known to the world as the Flying Fox." said Naruto as Yuri looks at Naruto with a raised eyebrow.
"So your Uzumaki strange I thought you would have red hair." said Yuri as Naruto replies. "I am half on my mother's side." The two walk towards the market to sell the clay after Naruto seals up her belongings.
In another part of the Elementals.
Hotaru can be seen standing over a group of men she had the utmost pleasure of destroying. Looking over their forms she sees that one is unaccounted for as she sees the man running Hotaru drawing he silenced pistol shoots him in the back of the leg knocking him to the ground. Hotaru stalks over with lethal intent as she looks over to see the man cowering in fear as she points her handgun and blows his brains out all over the ground. Hotaru soon goes to collect the bounty on them.
'Okay that's one group of rapists taken care of.' thought Hotaru as she checks her contract slips she has as she goes towards the hidden contract office.
Things are shaking up in the elemental nations as Naruto discovered the only female Uchiha living how will she come to terms with meeting with the Kyuubi in person will Kurama try to kill her. Who was Yuri's mother from the Drachma Kingdom.
