Chapter 8: Rogercop

Hey everyone! I'm back with a new chapter! I had a lot of fun writing this one. The fight scene with Cat Noir and Frost Fang was especially exciting! I also want to thank Cloud4012 for helping me with my OC and everything else. Make sure to follow him and Kival737101 as well. Anyway, sit back, relax, review, and enjoy!

At Leo's house, he and his mom, Tasha, were getting ready for Career Day at school.

As Leo adjusted his shirt, his mom, Tasha, came into the room with a proud smile on her face.

"You look great, Leo! I can't believe my son's already preparing for Career Day. Feels like yesterday you were just a little guy browsing comics on tiptoes," Tasha said, giving his shoulder a gentle squeeze.

Leo grinned, brushing a speck of dust off his shirt. "Thanks, Mom. I don't have it all figured out yet, but it'll be cool to see what everyone's parents do."

Tasha chuckled. "That's what Career Day is all about! You never know—maybe someone will mention a job that'll spark an idea for you."

Leo nodded, looking a little nervous but excited. "I hope so. And I think everyone will love hearing about our store. Marinette's mom is bringing in pastries, and Alya's dad is gonna talk about video production."

Tasha laughed. "Sounds like they're bringing in the big guns! I just hope a comic store isn't too 'ordinary' for everyone."

"Are you kidding? A comic store is awesome!" Leo said. "We get to introduce people to superheroes and tell stories. Plus, you know all about classic comics and graphic novels—there's a story behind every one of them. I think everyone's going to love it."

Tasha's eyes sparkled. "Well, when you put it that way... maybe I'll talk about some of our best finds or the history of a few classics. And if anyone's interested, I can even give them tips on finding rare comics."

Leo's face lit up. "That's perfect, Mom! Nathaniel's really into drawing, so he'd probably love hearing about the art in those old comics."

Tasha beamed, organizing her notes and a few comics to bring along. "Sounds like we're ready, then. I'm excited! Are you?"

Leo grabbed his backpack, a grin spreading across his face. "Totally. Let's show them what we've got!"

Meanwhile, as Leo was walking, he noticed Oliver still sleeping with his Miraculous off his wrist. Cloud, his Kwami, was hovering beside him, trying to wake him up.

"Oliver! Come on, wake up!" Cloud called, gently nudging his shoulder.

Oliver groggily mumbled, still half asleep. "Five more minutes, Cloud... Please..."

"Seriously?" Cloud sighed, hovering a little higher. "You're going to be late for school again!"

Leo paused in front of the door, watching the scene with a smirk. "Looks like someone's not going to be able to use their Miraculous this morning," he teased, crossing his arms.

Cloud turned to Leo, rolling his eyes. "I'm trying, Leo. But you know how he gets when he doesn't sleep. He's practically impossible to wake up."

Leo chuckled. "Yeah, I can see that. But hey, at least he's got you to help him out." He gave Oliver one last glance before heading out the door. "Let me know when he's actually awake. I'm going to school before I'm late too."

"Will do," Cloud replied, shaking his head as he hovered back down to Oliver's side. "Oliver, seriously, get up already!"

After a few more nudges, Oliver finally stirred, blinking groggily and mumbling, "Okay, okay. I'm up. Stop yelling at me..."

Cloud sighed in relief, knowing it would take a while for Oliver to fully wake up, but at least now he could start the day.

Miraculous Tales of Fireblaze and Frost Fang Theme Song

In the daytime, I'm Leo

Leo is walking through the city streets in daylight, wearing his casual clothes, blending in like any other normal kid.

Just a normal boy with a normal life

Leo sits in class at school, scribbling in his notebook, and talking to friends.

And In the daytime, I'm Oliver, just a cool kid with an amazing life.

Oliver is shown skating through the streets, grinning confidently.

but There's something about us that no one knows yet because we have a secret!

Leo transforms into Fireblaze, flames swirling around him as he ignites his powers. Oliver transforms into Frost Fang, icy winds swirling around him as snowflakes form.

Another day, I'm back at school,

But the city calls and it's time to rule,

I've got the spark, the flame inside,

When danger strikes, there's no need to hide!

Fireblaze leaps across the rooftops, flames trailing behind him as he runs toward an akumatized villain. Frost Fang joins him, riding a wave of ice, drawing his frost-coated daggers.

Oh-oh-oh, when the cold sets in,

Oh-oh-oh, let the fight begin,

Oh-oh-oh, with ice and snow,

We'll freeze the foe!

Frost Fang casts a powerful ice blast, creating an icy barrier to protect his teammates, then slides across the frozen ground to deliver a swift attack alongside Fireblaze.

Miraculous, we light the sky!

Ready to fight when danger is high!

Miraculous, the fire within!

With power and heart, we'll always win!

Fireblaze swings his swords while Frost Fang sends icicles flying at the villain. Their combined powers create a swirling vortex of fire and ice.

By day we hide, just playing it cool,

But when we fight, we bend the rules,

We'll burn so bright, and freeze the ground,

No villain's safe, when we're around!

Fireblaze summons a glowing sun, while Frost Fang summons a storm of ice. Their attacks combine, sending fire and frost blasting through the villain's defenses.

Oh-oh-oh, the cold is biting strong,

Oh-oh-oh, but with Fireblaze, we can't go wrong!*

Oh-oh-oh, and when we feel the ice,

That's when we strike twice!

Frost Fang and Fireblaze charge alongside Ladybug and Cat Noir. Their teamwork is flawless as they take down the villain with their powers perfectly synchronized.

Miraculous, we light the sky!

Ready to fight when danger is high!

Miraculous, the fire and frost!

With power and heart, we'll never be lost!

Fireblaze lands the final fiery blow, while Frost Fang freezes the villain's weapon. Cat Noir uses his staff to knock the weapon out of the villain's hands, allowing Ladybug to capture the Akuma. The city returns to normal as they fist bump.

There's no stopping us,

With fire and frost combined,

We'll protect the world,

One battle at a time!

Fireblaze and Frost Fang stand on a rooftop at sunrise, looking out over Paris. Ladybug and Cat Noir stand beside them, ready for the next challenge.

Miraculous, we light the way!

Fighting for justice every day!

Miraculous, the flame and frost,

With Ladybug and Cat Noir, we're never lost!

Leo and Oliver de-transform back into their normal selves, smiling at each other as they head to school with their friends.

Miraculous!

At school everyone's parents had shown up to discuss their careers well almost everyone's.

As Marinette's father was discussing his life running a bakery Adrien walked in depressed that his father didn't show up.

"Marinette will come around passing out fresh croissants." Mr. Dupain said as Marinette held up a tray.

"Thank you, Mr. Dupain, next we have Alya's who is head chef at Le Grand Paris Hotel run by our Mayor Bourgeois."

As Marinette walks around she looks to see Chloe showing Sabrina a new bracelet.

"It's beautiful." Sabrina said reaching for it when Chloe pulls it away.

"Look, don't touch." Chloe said.

"Put it away Chloe it could fall into the wrong hands." Her dad said as Marinette handed Sabrina a croissant.

"I wonder how many of those your dad would have to sell to buy you one of these Marinette? What am I saying? He'd have to sell the whole store." Chloe said.

"Well if you're so rich then no free croissants." Marinette said walking away.

"Jealous much?" Chloe said putting the box back in her purse.

From across the room Plagg pops out of Adrien's bag and looks over. "Is that camembert?" Moving inside Plagg opens it to see he mistook the jewelry box for cheese. "Wait this isn't camembert, but it is very shiny. I like shiny." Plagg smiles.

"Unfortunately, I have no dishes to share, but maybe Mr. Bourgeois will invite you all to the hotel for lunch." Alya's mom said as everyone claps.

From Chloe's bag Plagg had decided to play with his shiny new toy as he threw it up into the air the bracelet falls on him causing Plagg to roll out of the purse spilling all of Chloe's belongings.

As Marinette walks by she trips on Chloe's stuff and falls. "Ugh is there ever a day when you're not tripping over something." Chloe said.

Alya walks back to her seat and sits next to Oliver.

"Uh, Aunt Tasha, this is Alya," Oliver introduces.

"It's very nice to meet you, Mrs. Brown," Alya says politely.

"A pleasure," Tasha smiles.

"So, Alya," Oliver starts nervously, "I was wondering if you'd, uh, like to come over for dinner at my house tonight?"

Alya turns toward her mom, who gives her a nod of approval. "I'd love to," Alya smiles.

Meanwhile, in the back of the class, Leo and Nathaniel were sitting together, with Leo lost in thought, staring at Marinette. Nathaniel noticed and nudged him, trying to snap him out of it.

"Hey, Leo," Nathaniel whispered, nudging him again. "Focus, man. We're supposed to be working on the new comic."

Leo blinked and snapped out of his daydream. "Huh? Oh, right! Sorry, I got a little distracted."

Nathaniel chuckled. "Yeah, I can tell. You've barely even looked at the sketches for our new issue."

Leo shrugged, still glancing over at Marinette. "Yeah, I know. But I've been thinking about a new character for the comic. What do you think about a hero called Serpent?"

Nathaniel raised an eyebrow, intrigued. "Serpent? Is he like... a snake-themed hero or something?"

Leo nodded eagerly, his excitement growing. "Exactly! He's got these snake-like abilities—he can shift his body into a snake form, summon snakes made of energy, and even control them with his mind. He's stealthy and uses his powers to sneak around and take down villains from the shadows. His main weapon is a whip, but he can also shape it into snake-like forms when he needs to."

Nathaniel grinned, impressed. "That's pretty cool. But what's his backstory? Why is he a hero?"

Leo leaned in, his voice filled with excitement as he started explaining. "Okay, so Serpent used to be part of a criminal gang, known for smuggling rare artifacts. He stumbled upon an ancient relic—this powerful snake-shaped artifact—that gave him his abilities. But after realizing how dangerous the gang was, he turned on them, using his new powers to protect the innocent and fight against his old gang. He's always hiding his true identity because of his past, trying to make up for the things he's done."

Nathaniel nodded thoughtfully. "I like that. A hero trying to make up for his dark past—it's got a lot of depth. But seriously, man, you need to focus on this comic and stop zoning out over there."

Leo laughed sheepishly. "Yeah, yeah, I know. But it's hard to concentrate when... well, you know."

Nathaniel rolled his eyes, chuckling. "I swear, one day you're going to need to tell Marinette how you feel, or you'll never get anything done."

"Next, we have Sabrina's father, a policeman. Officer Roger." The teacher said as they walk up.

"I have been an officer for 15 years and I always believe everyone is innocent until proven guilty." Officer Roger said when Chloe gasps.

"My bracelet it's gone! I had it a second ago. You! You stole it!" Chloe said pointing to Marinette.

"What? What are you talking about?" Marinette asks.

"You purposely tripped over my own bag, so you could steal my bracelet. You're a policeman, arrest her." Chloe demands.

"My daughter is not a thief." Mr. Dupain said offended when Officer Roger blows his whistle.

"Hold on Ms. Bourgeois we don't accuse without any proof. Everyone calm down maybe you just misplaced it." Officer Roger said.

"Are you calling me a liar? Daddy!" Chloe said turning to her father.

"Roger, I demand you search this girl immediately. Need I remind you as Mayor of this city I am your superior?" The Mayor said.

"But sir it's against the law. I can't just go…" Roger said.

"Alright, then you're fired." Mayor said.

"But sir you can't be serious. Over a missing bracelet?" Roger said in shock.

"This is my daughter's bracelet. You're incompetent and you're fired. Get out!" The Mayor ordered as Roger sadly made his way out.

"Let's call Ladybug she can actually do something." Chloe said as Marinette sighs.

At his unknown location, Hawk Moth's window opened as he observed everything.

"Parent-child relationships can be so complicated, and they're a perfect breeding ground for stress. When there's no more law and order, only chaos remains," Hawk Moth said, darkly channeling his power to corrupt an Akuma. "Fly away, my evil little Akuma, and take control of this policeman," Hawk Moth ordered as the Akuma flew out of his window.

Officer Roger, furious, climbed into his police car. "Asking me to break the law? That's just criminal," Roger muttered as the Akuma entered his whistle.

"Rogercop, I am Hawk Moth. This city needs a true, ruthless righter of wrongs, and that's where you come in," Hawk Moth said.

"Yes, sir," Rogercop grinned as he was akumatized, along with his car.

"Ladybug, Fire Blaze, Frost Fang, and Cat Noir must be destroyed if you want retribution. You will seize the Miraculous of all four for me. Do we have a deal?" Hawk Moth asked.

Stepping out of his new, high-tech police car, Rogercop now had the body of a robotic policeman.

"Affirmative! Fire Blaze, Frost Fang, Ladybug, and Cat Noir will be powerless against me. Justice will prevail in Paris," Rogercop declared.

Back in the classroom, Mr. Dupain was in an argument with the Mayor.

"Don't go anywhere near my daughter's bag," Mr. Dupain said firmly.

"Do you have any idea who you're speaking to?" the Mayor retorted.

"Gentlemen, this is a school. Think of the children. I'm sure the bracelet is around here somewhere," Ms. Bustier said, trying to calm them down.

"It probably just rolled out of her bag," Marinette suggested.

"If I were that bracelet, I'd want to get as far away from that brat as I could," Alya muttered, and the two of them laughed.

Marinette looked around. "Hey, Nino's been filming everything. We can see what really happened."

Playing the video, they saw Sabrina holding the bracelet last.

"There you see, Sabrina was holding it," Marinette pointed out, as everyone turned to look at Sabrina.

"Yes, but I gave it back right after," Sabrina said defensively.

"Chloé, take a look in your BFF's bag," Marinette suggested.

"Are you calling me a thief?" Sabrina asked, offended.

"No, Chloé's the one calling people thieves. I'm just going by what I saw on the video," Marinette replied calmly.

Sabrina groaned in frustration, bumping into Leo, who then knocked into Nathaniel, causing him to drop his notebook. Inside were sketches of the bracelet.

"Yes, I sketched the bracelet, but I didn't do anything else," Nathaniel said, quickly picking up his notebook.

"When did you have time to draw the bracelet?" Leo asked, eyebrow raised.

"When you were staring at Marinette the whole time," Nathaniel teased, making Leo blush.

"Shut up, Nate," Leo muttered, and Nathaniel chuckled.

"Give me that camera! I can have it analyzed," the Mayor demanded, reaching for Nino's camera.

"No, it's my camera," Nino replied, holding it protectively.

"Do you know who I am? I am the Mayor! Where is the principal?" the Mayor shouted, fuming.

Meanwhile, Adrien spotted Plagg with Chloé's bracelet stuck on his head. He quickly grabbed Plagg and slipped out of the classroom.

"I won't bore you with the story; it's a long and boring—" Plagg began.

"Oh, yes, you will. And fast. We have a big problem," Adrien interrupted.

"If by big you're referring to my hard abs, thanks for noticing," Plagg quipped.

Just then, Adrien heard whirring and stomping. Looking downstairs, he saw Rogercop entering the school.

"And now we have a bigger problem," Adrien muttered.

"Hey! You can't just walk in here," the janitor said, stepping in front of Rogercop.

"I can go wherever I want, whenever I want. I am the law," Rogercop declared.

"Well, I'm the authority here," the janitor replied.

"You are guilty of obstructing the path of justice," Rogercop said, zapping the janitor. Blue and red rings appeared on the janitor's arms, resembling handcuffs. "I sentence you to do laps," Rogercop announced, blowing his whistle. The janitor's arms pulled him along, forcing him to run laps.

Adrien looked on in shock and turned to Plagg. "What do you mean I can't transform?"

"If I'm holding onto the bracelet, it'll get absorbed with me and could damage your powers," Plagg explained, making Adrien groan in frustration as he ran off to find a solution.

Back in the classroom, Marinette was trying to defend herself against Chloé's accusations.

"You see, Chloé? I tripped on the bag, Sabrina held the bracelet, and Nathaniel sketched it. We're all suspects," Marinette explained.

"What's that supposed to mean? I didn't swipe it," Nathaniel said defensively.

"And neither did I. But Chloé could accuse anyone and everyone," Marinette replied.

"Well, if you're so confident, let me search your bag," Chloé challenged.

"Okay, only if you search everyone else's too," Marinette shot back.

"No one is rummaging through my bag," Nathaniel said firmly.

"Dude, it's just a bag," Leo chimed in.

"Would you let Marinette dig through your bag? Or Chloé?" Nathaniel countered.

"Umm..." Leo started, then remembered Soll, his Kwami, was sleeping in his bag. "Yeah, no. I'm good."

"Marinette, leave this to the adults," Mr. Dupain said.

"She called me a thief. I'm just defending myself," Marinette argued.

"You're also accusing all your friends, just like Chloé," he pointed out.

"I'm Chloé's BFF. I would never steal from her," Sabrina added, trying to avoid trouble.

"What about Adrien? He was in like four seconds of that footage," Kim asked.

"Not Adrien. Why would he want to steal a bracelet? It has to be one of us," Marinette said.

"I'm not guilty," Nathaniel said.

"I want an attorney," Kim muttered.

"Marinette, stop it," her father insisted.

"Where is the Mayor?" Everyone turned to see Rogercop entering the room.

"Dad?" Sabrina said, shocked.

"That's your dad?" Marinette gasped.

"Whoa, they really upgraded the uniforms," Oliver remarked.

"Hello, may I help you?" Ms. Bustier asked as Marinette slipped out the door, and Oliver climbed out the window.

"Hey, bro, I gotta go to the bathroom real quick," Leo said, noticing Marinette and Oliver sneaking out to transform.

"Okay, but I don't know how you're going to do that with a policeman over there. The guy looks like RoboCop," Nathaniel said.

"Yeah, just watch me," Leo replied, quietly running and hopping on a desk before grabbing a light post. He swiftly swung out through an open window, landing in the stairwell.

"That was so cool," Nathaniel said, wide-eyed.

"Where is the Mayor?" Rogercop repeated.

"I think he already left," Ms. Bustier stammered.

"Are you lying?"

"Yes... I mean, no," Ms. Bustier corrected herself nervously.

"If nobody speaks up, I'll arrest you all. Where is your father?" Rogercop demanded.

"I don't know," Chloé said, trying to act innocent.

Meanwhile, in the principal's office, the Mayor was shouting, "Mr. Principal, I demand you find out who stole my daughter's bracelet immediately!"

As Rogercop left the classroom, Marinette looked to Tikki. "I was only defending myself. My dad's right—I accused everyone in the process. I don't think any of us took it."

"You'll find a way to make it right," Tikki encouraged her.

"Yeah, well, right now, I gotta transform. Tikki, spots on!" Marinette said, as her earrings glowed and she transformed into Ladybug.

Meanwhile, under the staircase, Oliver was looking up at Rogercop when his Kwami, Cloud, popped out of his pocket. "Seriously? I was looking forward to my dinner with Alya," Oliver groaned.

"Focus, oliver . We have a job to do," Cloud reminded him.

Oliver sighed. "Right, right, sorry. Cloud, fangs out!" His bracelet glowed as he transformed

The camera zoomed in on Oliver's glowing bracelet, which suddenly burst with icy blue energy.

First, the camera focused on his feet as icy trails formed sleek, white-and-blue boots, frosted over with silver accents. The transformation continued upward, with cool energy racing up his legs and forming a tight-fitting, white-and-blue bodysuit. The suit shimmered with icy patterns and subtle wolf-like designs along the edges, glowing softly in the frosty air.

Next, the camera zoomed in on his hands. Frost energy spiraled down from his bracelet, forming sleek white gloves with blue, icy patterns running along his forearms. In his right hand, the mist condensed into a silver dagger with a gleaming wolf motif etched into the blade. He gripped it confidently as the frost around him intensified.

The camera then focused on his face. A frosty mist formed a sharp, silver mask over his eyes, the mask's edges shaped like frozen wolf fur. His eyes glowed with an intense, ice-blue hue, filled with focus and determination. Icy winds swirled around him as silver wolf ears materialized atop his head, twitching slightly as they caught the breeze.

The transformation neared its end as the camera zoomed out, showing frost trailing up his back. A wolf-like tail formed from icy mist, appearing with a snap and swaying lightly behind him, completing his wolfish transformation.

Finally, Frost Fang landed gracefully as the mist dissipated in a final burst of icy wind. His dagger glinted in his hand as he spun it with ease. With a confident smirk, he crouched low in a wolf-like pose, his tail and ears twitching, ready for action as a cold breeze swirled around him.

Leo hurried into the bathroom, quickly opening his bag and waking Soll.

"What is it?" Soll asked, rubbing his eyes.

"Another bad guy. We've got to stop him," Leo said.

"Fine, fine. Just say the word," Soll yawned, stretching his tiny wings.

"Dude, are you okay? You've been sleeping a lot lately," Leo asked, concerned.

"Yeah, yeah. Just say the word, okay?" Soll replied with a tired smile.

"Soll, flame on!" Leo called out. Soll flew into his necklace, which immediately started to glow.

The camera zoomed in on the fiery glow of Leo's necklace as flames burst out, swirling around him.

First, the shot focused on his hands. Fiery sparks ignited at his fingertips, forming sleek black gloves. Flames traveled up his arms, streaked with red and orange like living embers, transforming into twin black-and-red gauntlets, faintly glowing with heat.

Next, the camera shifted to his face. A trail of flame swirled over his eyes, forming a smooth black mask with fiery accents. His eyes flared a vibrant orange, his hair briefly catching fire before settling into an ember-like shine.

The flames cascaded down his body, melting away his normal clothes and forming a fitted red suit. Golden and orange flame patterns danced across his chest, shaping into a phoenix symbol that radiated heat like a living flame. Flames rose, forming a sleek red cape that flickered like fire in the wind, trailing behind him.

The fire flowed down to his legs and feet, shaping into flame-patterned boots that left glowing embers in their wake. His entire suit shimmered, a mix of deep reds, oranges, and flickering gold, giving off a fiery aura.

For the final touch, the camera zoomed back in on his hands, where two swirling flames materialized, shaping into twin swords. The flames faded to reveal intricate, phoenix-feather details etched into the glowing swords.

With a burst of fiery sparks, Fireblaze spun the swords effortlessly, striking a heroic pose with them crossed behind his back. His cape billowed, and the air around him shimmered with heat.

Meanwhile, in the locker room, Adrien was struggling to pull a bracelet off Plagg's paw.

"I thought it was a box of camembert. Anyone could make that mistake," Plagg muttered.

"You're always thinking with your stomach…wait," Adrien said, an idea sparking. Taking out a piece of camembert, he sprinkled it with pepper. Holding Plagg up by the bracelet, he brought the cheese close. Plagg sniffed it, then sneezed, launching out of the bracelet.

"Bless you. Plagg, claws out!" Adrien's ring glowed as he transformed into Cat Noir.

Back in the principal's office, the Mayor was furious.

"If you don't find my daughter's bracelet by this evening, I'll cut funding to the school!" he threatened.

"But sir, I—" The principal began, but before he could finish, Rogercop kicked the door down.

"Didn't anyone ever teach you to knock?" the Mayor asked.

"Justice doesn't need an invitation. Mayor, you're under arrest for abuse of power," Rogercop declared as Mayor Bourgeois gasped.

"Look who's talking," the Mayor replied, offended.

As Rogercop was about to zap him, Ladybug's yoyo wrapped around his arm. "Ladybug, Paris has a new righter of wrongs. Your services are no longer needed," Rogercop said, turning toward her and firing his attacks.

Ladybug leapt backward, dodging. "You can't accuse everyone of every little wrongdoing!" she said, jumping down to ground level and avoiding multiple laser blasts.

Looking around, Rogercop couldn't seem to find her. Just then, Chloe stepped out of the door behind him. "Mr. Rogercop, I need your help," she said.

Seizing the opportunity, the Mayor ran down the stairs and out the door.

Rogercop, seeing this, pursued him. As he reached the entrance, Rogercop attempted to zap the Mayor, but Cat Noir jumped onto his arm, causing him to miss and hit his car instead.

"You're obstructing justice, Cat Noir. You must pay," Rogercop declared.

"Add bodily harm to the charges!" Cat Noir quipped, charging with his staff. Rogercop grabbed it and threw Cat Noir into a trash can.

"Hey, it's not nice to throw cats in the garbage; at least take him to a shelter," Frost Fang said, jumping down next to Ladybug.

"Listen, you're Sabrina's dad and a good cop. Don't let whoever gave you these powers turn you into an evil cop," Ladybug urged.

"Yeah, she's right. Ever heard 'with great power comes great responsibility'?" Fireblaze added, landing on Ladybug's other side.

"Don't listen to them. Take their Miraculouses! Their powers belong to me!" Hawk Moth commanded.

"Justice must prevail in the streets of Paris!" Rogercop said, firing his red and blue lasers at Ladybug, Fireblaze, and Frost Fang, who quickly jumped out of the way.

Ladybug sprang into the air to deliver a kick, but Rogercop grabbed her leg and threw her, sending her flying back into the school. Fireblaze drew his swords, aiming a powerful slash, but Rogercop caught the blades in his hands and punched Fireblaze, knocking him backward. Seeing an opening, Frost Fang slashed at Rogercop's legs with his dagger, bringing Rogercop to one knee. Frost Fang then kicked him, sending him back a bit, before forming another dagger for a finishing blow. However, Rogercop grabbed his hands, twisted them, forcing him to drop the daggers, and kicked him into Fireblaze, who was just getting up but was knocked down again.

"The Mayor must pay for getting rid of his best officer," Rogercop declared as his car pulled up.

"Mr. Rogercop! I've got a serious problem—worse than a bad hair day," Chloe said, walking toward him.

"Come with me, and we'll talk about it," Rogercop replied.

"Okay!" Chloe said, getting into the car.

As Cat Noir, Fireblaze, and Frost Fang recovered, they looked up just in time to see the car driving off.

"Chloe, no!" Cat Noir yelled.

"Is it really that bad he's taking her?" Frost Fang asked.

"I know Chloe can be spoiled, ignorant, and totally… totally… totally… well, you know," Fireblaze groaned, "but we have to save her, no matter what."

Inside the car, Chloe sat in the back, waiting patiently when three thumps echoed from behind. Rogercop tilted the mirror to see Cat Noir, Fireblaze, and Frost Fang had jumped onto the car. Flipping a switch, the police car transformed into a hovercar and rose into the air. Ladybug looped her yoyo around it, pulling herself up next to the boys.

"I bet you three missed me," Ladybug smiled.

"Yeah, you have no idea," Fireblaze muttered under his breath.

"We gotta focus before we become roadkill," Frost Fang said.

"Yeah, yeah, right," Fireblaze replied.

Seeing them all on board, Rogercop began a series of spins and sudden stops to try and throw them off. When that didn't work, he put the car on autopilot and climbed up onto the roof to face them.

"Hey, where are you going? Who's going to drive this car?" Chloe asked, annoyed.

"Did I ever thank you for the lift?" Cat Noir grinned as the four heroes attacked Rogercop. He held his own against them, then tilted the car, causing it to spin.

The heroes ran on top of the car like professional log rollers, trying not to fall off, while Rogercop's shoes kept him firmly attached to the vehicle.

"Okay, why do the bad guys always get the good stuff?" Fireblaze asked.

"I know! They get tablets that can create life, phones that can pause people, roller skates that go back in time, Egyptian powers…" Frost Fang added.

"Wait, how do you know about Timebreaker?" Fireblaze asked.

"The Ladyblog," Frost Fang replied.

"Seriously, I could use a pair of shoes like that," Cat Noir said, just as Rogercop punched, knocking Ladybug and Fireblaze off the car.

"Grab onto me!" Ladybug threw her yoyo, but Rogercop grabbed Cat Noir, causing her to miss. Both heroes fell.

"Ladybug! Fireblaze!" Cat Noir screamed.

"Ladybug! Fireblaze!" Frost Fang shouted as well.

"Ladybug, if you have a plan, do it now!" Fireblaze yelled as they plummeted.

"Your sword! Throw it!" Ladybug instructed. Fireblaze threw his sword onto a rooftop, and Ladybug looped her yoyo around it, allowing them to land safely on the ground.

"Quick thinking," Fireblaze said, smiling.

"I've got your back," Ladybug replied.

Meanwhile, back on the hovering car, Cat Noir and Frost Fang faced off against Rogercop. They stood their ground as Rogercop, with his unyielding determination, advanced toward them, his fists clenched with an intimidating metallic gleam.

Cat Noir twirled his staff with a grin, locking eyes with Frost Fang. "Ready to show this tin can what we're made of?"

Frost Fang smirked, forming twin ice daggers in his hands. "Only if he doesn't melt from the chill first."

Rogercop growled, his eyes flashing red. "Justice will be served. You two are obstructing the law!"

He lunged forward, fists swinging. Cat Noir dodged, using his staff to deflect the first punch, then spinning to land a swift kick to Rogercop's chest. Frost Fang followed up, throwing his ice daggers toward Rogercop's legs. Rogercop staggered for a moment but quickly regained his balance, his boots locking onto the car for support.

"Impressive," Rogercop sneered, "but justice can't be frozen or knocked down."

He extended his arm, launching a burst of energy that forced Cat Noir and Frost Fang to dodge in opposite directions. Cat Noir landed on one side of the car, crouched low with his staff held defensively, while Frost Fang was already conjuring more ice.

"Think you can keep up with us, Robo-cop?" Cat Noir taunted, twirling his staff again.

Rogercop sneered. "Taunts will get you nowhere, cat."

Suddenly, Rogercop darted forward with inhuman speed, grabbing Cat Noir by the arm and hurling him backward. Cat Noir barely managed to hook his staff around a piece of the car to steady himself. "Looks like he's got more than just an attitude problem," Cat Noir muttered.

Frost Fang took advantage of the distraction, lunging forward with his ice-coated fists. "You're forgetting one thing, Rogercop. We're not just any heroes!" He punched forward, freezing Rogercop's left arm in a thick layer of ice.

Rogercop flexed his arm, shattering the ice effortlessly. "Tricks won't stop justice!" With a powerful sweep of his arm, he sent Frost Fang skidding backward.

Cat Noir charged back in, using his staff to vault over Rogercop, landing a solid kick to his back. "Nice try, Robo-cop. How about a cat-fight?"

"Enough games!" Rogercop roared, thrusting both arms forward. He unleashed a burst of energy that exploded against Cat Noir's staff, knocking him backward.

"Got anything else up your sleeve, Frosty?" Cat Noir called out, recovering his balance.

Frost Fang nodded, taking a fighting stance. "Let's see if Rogercop likes a little frostbite." He launched a wave of ice at Rogercop's feet, freezing him to the car's surface.

Cat Noir seized the opening, rushing forward with his staff ready. But Rogercop smirked, tapping a button on his suit. The car jerked and tilted sharply, throwing Cat Noir and Frost Fang off balance. As they stumbled, Rogercop broke free of the ice, grabbed them both by their collars, and hurled them off the car.

As they tumbled through the air, Frost Fang managed to form a quick ice platform, slowing their fall. Cat Noir caught his breath, clutching his staff. "Okay, that guy's tougher than he looks."

Frost Fang grinned. "Guess we'll just have to turn up the heat."

Until the ice finally melted, and the two got their footing back on the ground, they looked up just in time to see Cat Noir and Frost Fang plummeting from the sky.

"Uh, hope you've got their backs as well," Fireblaze said as Ladybug threw her yoyo around a lamppost, catching Cat Noir and Frost Fang just before they hit the ground.

"Well, hey, I'm head over heels to see you, milady." Cat Noir grinned, leaning in as if to kiss her. Ladybug, rolling her eyes, let go of her yoyo, causing both of them to tumble to the ground.

"Aw, thanks, Cat. Did you really have to flirt with her?" Frost Fang groaned, getting up.

"Thanks, but you owe me one." Ladybug extended a hand to help Cat Noir up.

"Sure, but I'll take credit for that," Cat Noir said, pointing at smoke billowing from Rogercop's car in the distance.

"Even so, we'll never catch up to that thing on foot," Fireblaze said.

"Yeah, that car's way too fast," Frost Fang added.

Cat Noir smirked. "Well, if it's the Mayor he's after…"

"He'll be going straight for City Hall," Ladybug finished with a knowing look.

"Sounds like you have a plan." Fireblaze looked at her with a grin.

"Yeah, let's do this," Frost Fang added, a wolfish grin spreading across his face.

Arriving at City Hall, the four heroes saw several police officers gathered outside, all staring up at the TVs showing the Mayor's face.

"Paris has a new superpower. His name is Rogercop. I hereby relinquish all authority to him. All citizens are ordered to answer to Rogercop," the Mayor declared as they arrived.

"Ladybug, Fireblaze, Frost Fang, and Cat Noir are now outlaws. They must be hunted down and taken into custody immediately," Rogercop announced, shocking the heroes as police officers began to surround them.

"This way!" Fireblaze shouted, leading them to safety.

That night, police swarmed City Hall, searching for Ladybug, Cat Noir, Fireblaze, and Frost Fang.

Hiding behind a chimney just in front of City Hall, the four heroes sat, catching their breath.

"So now we're the nation's most wanted felons?" Cat Noir said with a sigh.

"This is so unfair," Fireblaze muttered.

"Yeah, we're just trying to save Paris like always, and now they're trying to stop us—from *that* RoboCop rip-off, no less," Frost Fang added.

"We haven't done anything wrong," Ladybug insisted.

"Exactly, you can't accuse someone without proof. We should defend ourselves in court," Cat Noir suggested.

"Please. With Rogercop as Chief of Justice, we'd lose for sure," Fireblaze replied.

"And who'd want to take on four superheroes as clients?" Frost Fang said with a shake of his head.

Cat Noir sighed again. "How many times have we saved Paris?"

"We're still saving Paris," Ladybug said with a smirk.

As the cops looked around, Cat Noir and Frost Fang jumped down, spotlights shining on them as they did a little dance.

"Something about Paris just makes you want to dance, right, Wolfie?" Cat Noir smiled.

"I know, right, Tomcat," Frost Fang grinned.

"You won't be dancing after I'm done with you. Arrest them!" Rogercop ordered as the police charged forward.

"Does that mean you won't be joining us?" Cat Noir quipped as he and Frost Fang began fighting them off.

The police force rushed toward Cat Noir and Frost Fang, batons raised, their boots thundering on the pavement. The two heroes smirked at each other, then leapt into action.

Cat Noir flipped over a charging officer, his staff extended, and landed with a flourish. "Sorry, but you're gonna have to step up your game if you want to catch *this* cat."

Frost Fang darted in, a dagger shimmering in his hand as he gracefully disarmed another officer. "And you're gonna need more than shiny badges to outsmart a wolf. Who's next?" He flashed a toothy grin.

Two officers lunged at Cat Noir, trying to grab him. He somersaulted backward, landing on a lamppost with feline grace. "You're really putting the *paw* in paw patrol tonight!" he teased before vaulting off and sweeping them off their feet with a spin of his staff.

Frost Fang slid under a baton swing, rising with a swift kick that sent an officer sprawling. "Come on, guys, I'm not even breaking a sweat here! You train for this or did you just watch cop dramas?"

As more officers poured in, Frost Fang dodged, ducked, and countered, moving like liquid. He snagged an officer's hat, flipping it onto his head. "Hey, Cat! How do I look? Do I scream 'authority' or what?"

Cat Noir chuckled, parrying a baton strike and spinning to take down another officer. "Looks more like 'mall security,' buddy."

Frost Fang pretended to be hurt, clutching his chest. "Ouch! That one cut deeper than my daggers."

An officer managed to pin Cat Noir briefly, but Frost Fang rushed in, delivering a spinning kick to free him. "Don't worry, Tomcat. I've got your back—someone's gotta keep you out of the doghouse."

"Appreciate it, Wolfie," Cat Noir said, sweeping his staff to clear a path. "But don't forget—you're part of this 'paw-some' duo."

They fought back-to-back, movements synchronized as if rehearsed. Frost Fang deflected a baton strike and flipped the officer over his shoulder. "Hey, have you guys considered karaoke night instead of this whole 'arrest superheroes' gig? Your morale might improve!"

Cat Noir jabbed his staff into the ground, vaulting over a wave of reinforcements. "I think they'd be great at *back-up* vocals, Frost!"

One officer tried to flank them, but Frost Fang whipped around, tossing a dagger that pinned the officer's hat to the wall. "Not tonight, buddy. I see you sneaking—bad form."

The fight reached its peak as the remaining officers hesitated, clearly outmatched.

Cat Noir spun his staff dramatically, mock-bowing. "Well, that was fun, but we really should be going. Paris won't save itself, you know."

Frost Fang adjusted his gloves, giving the officers a wolfish grin. "Next time, bring coffee and donuts. We might stick around for the chat."

With that, the two heroes leapt onto a nearby rooftop, leaving behind a trail of groaning officers and shaken egos.

While Cat Noir and Frost Fang kept the cops distracted, Ladybug and Fireblaze silently snuck into the Mayor's office.

Chloe turned to see the two heroes tiptoeing in. Ladybug held up her finger to shush her.

"Go, Ladybug, go!" Chloe whispered loudly, getting Rogercop's attention.

"Oh, come on," Fireblaze groaned.

"Ladybug and Fireblaze, it is time for justice to prevail!" Rogercop said as he fired his lasers at them. But they easily deflected them with their yoyo and swords.

"I'm seeing this more along the lines of police brutality," Fireblaze said.

"You've got justice and revenge all mixed up, Rogercop. Lucky Charm!" Ladybug threw her yoyo into the air, and from it, an oven mitt appeared. "Oven mitts? What am I supposed to do with this?" Ladybug asked as Fireblaze shrugged.

Rogercop fired a barrage of lasers, forcing the two heroes to jump behind a glass table and use it as a shield.

"Fabulous, so wrenchingly fabulous!" Hawk Moth grinned, seeing what was happening.

After finishing off the police, Cat Noir and Frost Fang ran into the office, giving Ladybug and Fireblaze the chance to jump to their side.

Turning around, Rogercop blew his whistle. "Get Ladybug, Cat Noir, Fireblaze, and Frost Fang!" he ordered, as the glowing handcuffs on Mayor Bourgeois and Chloe forced them to charge at the four heroes.

Dodging them, Cat Noir, Fireblaze, and Frost Fang threw the two of them out of the room and closed the door before ducking for cover as Rogercop shot at them.

"Stop shooting at them like an idiot! You're supposed to seize their Miraculouses!" Hawk Moth ordered.

"The Akuma must be in his whistle. We have to get to it," Ladybug said.

"How?" Cat Noir asked as they ran for cover behind a table, with Rogercop continuing his attack.

"Ladybug, we're waiting," Fireblaze said.

"Yeah, any day now," Frost Fang said, looking around and grabbing a belt from an extra pair of pants.

"Okay, I've got an idea, but I need something like a ring," Ladybug said when Rogercop punched a hole right through the table. Running behind a food cart, Ladybug grabbed another oven mitt.

"Where are we going to get a ring around here?" Fireblaze asked, looking around.

"Yeah, I spy with my little eye... a ring," Frost Fang said as Cat Noir dug into his pocket and pulled out Chloe's bracelet, flicking it so it rolled over by the plant. "Ladybug, over there," Cat Noir pointed.

"That's Chloe's bracelet. Just what I need!" Ladybug said, grabbing the bracelet. "Think you boys can hold off Rogercop?"

"You know we can," Frost Fang grinned. "Frostbite!" Frost Fang's bracelet glowed as he took a deep breath and released a super ice blast, creating a strong blizzard that sent Rogercop flying backward.

"Cataclysm!" Cat Noir's ring glowed as black energy surrounded his hand. He touched the ground where Frost Fang had sent Rogercop, and the ground crumbled under his weight. Rogercop's lower body fell through the floor.

As he tried to get up, Fireblaze ran quickly and jumped into the air.

"Solar Flare Burst!" Fireblaze shouted as his necklace glowed. A small sun formed in his hands, and he unleashed it, exploding in a blinding flash of light in front of Rogercop's face.

As Rogercop struggled to break free, Ladybug tied the two oven mitts together with the belt and bracelet, allowing her to cover Rogercop's arm lasers. "Gotcha," Ladybug said as she took Rogercop's whistle.

"No!" Rogercop shouted as Ladybug stomped on his whistle, releasing the Akuma.

"No more evil doing for you, little Akuma. Time to de-evilize!" Ladybug threw her yoyo, capturing the Akuma and turning it back into a butterfly. "Gotcha! Bye-bye, little butterfly. Miraculous Ladybug!" Ladybug threw her oven mitt into the air, fixing all the damage and turning Roger back to normal.

"Huh? What am I doing here?" Roger asked.

"Pound it." The four heroes fist-bumped.

"As Rogercop would say, justice has prevailed in Paris," Cat Noir said robotically as his ring started to beep. "Got to go. If I transform here, you won't be able to resist me," Cat Noir smirked.

"Not likely, but I'll have to take your word for it," Ladybug said as he left.

"Hey, see you later, Ladybug. I gotta go too," Fireblaze said, leaving.

"Wolf out," Frost Fang said, leaving as well.

"Those boys..." Ladybug smiled.

At Leo's house, both his parents, Donald and Tasha, were anxiously waiting while Alya tried calling Oliver.

"Anything?" Donald asked, his voice full of concern.

"Nothing. All I get is voicemail," Alya replied, worry evident in her voice.

"I hope they're okay. If anything happened to my son... or Oliver, I don't know what I'd do," Tasha said, pacing nervously.

Just then, the door opened, and Oliver and Leo walked in.

"Oliver! Leo!" Donald and Tasha exclaimed as Alya rushed over and hugged Oliver, and Leo's parents gave him a tight, relieved hug.

"What happened? When Rogercop appeared, you both vanished. What happened?" Alya asked, looking between the two boys.

Oliver glanced at Leo, and they shared a quick look before Oliver spoke up.

"It was terrible," he said. "Rogercop was chasing us all over the city after we got in his way. We tried to lose him, but we couldn't stop running until Ladybug cat Noir, Fireblaze, and Frost Fang showed up to deal with him."

Tasha placed her hands on her hips, her eyes narrowing. "You boys were out there with Fireblaze and Frost Fang? What were you thinking?"

Leo quickly stepped in, trying to ease the tension. "We... We were just trying to help," he said, his voice calm but defensive. "We knew we couldn't do much on our own, so we stayed hidden until the heroes took care of things. Sorry it took so long to get back."

Donald gave Leo a stern but relieved look. "Next time, make sure to call us when you're in trouble. We were worried sick."

"I'm really sorry," Oliver said, looking genuinely remorseful. "We got caught up in the chase and lost track of time. I didn't mean to make you both worry."

Donald and Tasha exchanged looks, sighing with relief. "At least you're both safe now," Tasha said, giving them both a soft smile. "But we are glad to see you two in one piece."

Alya stepped back, still holding Oliver's hand, and smiled at him. "I'm just glad you're okay. I was freaking out when I couldn't reach you."

"You didn't have to worry, Alya," Oliver said with a grin. "I'm fine. And Leo's fine too."

"You both should have been more careful," Tasha added. "But I'm just glad you're back now. And Alya, you're still welcome to stay for dinner."

Alya looked at Oliver, who nodded at her with a smile. "I'd love to," she said, her voice full of appreciation.

As they all sat down for dinner, the conversation flowed easily. They shared stories, laughed, and enjoyed the meal. The warmth in the room was a welcome distraction from the anxiety of the past few hours, and it went on for hours, until it was time for Oliver to walk Alya home.

"Your Ants and an uncle are really cool, Oliver," Alya said, admiring the warmth of the atmosphere.

"Yeah, they totally like you," Oliver smiled.

"Well, not to brag, but I am pretty great," Alya smirked.

"Yes, you are," Oliver said with a grin. "And I love that about you."

They walked together through the night air, hand in hand. Eventually, Oliver stopped walking, pulling her in for a kiss. It started slow but deepened quickly, their hands around each other as they savored the moment. They eventually broke apart, both breathing heavily.

"Wow, that was... intense," Oliver said, still smiling.

"Yeah, I really liked it," Alya replied softly, a playful glint in her eyes.

"We should do that more often," Oliver said, his smile widening.

Alya gently traced her fingers along his shoulder. "Just when it's the two of us."

They walked the rest of the way to her house, where Alya stopped at the door, turning back to Oliver.

Before going inside, she kissed him one last time. "I love you more than anything. You know that, right?"

"I do," Oliver said, his voice sincere. "But I love hearing you say it."

Alya smiled back at him, her heart full, before she stepped inside and closed the door behind her. Oliver let out a sigh, taking a moment to watch her before turning around and heading back to his own home.

Back at Leo's house, after dinner, Leo retreated to his room. He grabbed his phone, quickly unlocking it and opening a message thread with Nathaniel. He was trying to figure out how to explain the delay without revealing too much.

Nathaniel: Hey, where did you disappear to? Everything okay?

Leo stared at the message for a moment, trying to think of a good excuse. As he stared at his phone, he felt a presence beside him and looked up to see Soll, his kwami, hovering near him with a mischievous glint in his eyes.

"Got a minute?" Soll asked, crossing his tiny arms.

"Yeah," Leo replied, feeling the weight of the question on him. "Nathaniel's wondering why I took so long to get back from the bathroom. I don't know what to say. I can't exactly tell him I was chasing Rogercop all over the city!"

Soll thought for a moment, then grinned. "How about this: tell him you got stuck in a long line for the bathroom, and by the time you finished, the bathroom was out of order. Then say you had to go somewhere else to clean up."

Leo raised an eyebrow. "That's… a little far-fetched, don't you think?"

Soll shrugged. "You wanted an excuse, right? It's just a little white lie, nothing big."

Leo bit his lip, considering it. "Alright, I guess it'll work. Thanks, Soll."

Leo quickly typed out a message and hit send.

Leo (to Nathaniel): Sorry it took so long, got stuck in a line at the bathroom. Then when I finally got out, the restroom was out of order, so I had to find another one! It's been a crazy night. I'll fill you in tomorrow!

He paused for a second before adding another message to reassure Nathaniel.

Leo (to Nathaniel): Hope you're doing okay! See you tomorrow!

Soll nodded approvingly, then zipped around the room, seemingly satisfied with the outcome. "Well, that should keep him off your back for now."

Leo chuckled softly and placed his phone down on his desk. "Thanks, Soll. Let's just hope Nathaniel doesn't press me for more details."

The kwami gave him a wink. "If he does, just blame it on your 'mysterious family life.' That always works."

Leo laughed, finally feeling at ease. He knew he'd have to face Nathaniel sooner or later, but for now, at least he was off the hook.
