Where did this lil human kit come from, as she was just in the forest. I should let her rest then ask her where she came from. She's a sweet lil Terran wearing raccoon ears and a hoodie that makes her look like one of us. Casey should know along with Rocket so ahe can hang out with me and Ranger so should bring her home where it's safe for her and don't know how she got here, because not a lot of Terrans are found here.
Rocket Senior or Poppa Marshmallow as he was nicknamed for being a big, fluffy male raccoon had been in the forssts of Halfworld, his family's homeworld when he'd foubd a kit, a human kit being chased by the police and had rescued her bringing her back to his house with a lot of questions on his sharp as a tack mind hearing the kettle in the kitchen sing drawing his attention away from the curious thing that had happened seeing his nephew, Ranger notice he was distracted asking. He wanted to video-call Rocket to tell him about the Terran he'd found in the forest only he decided to let this quirky Terran stay as she meant no harm to anybody, maybe she needed help.
"Have any Terrans ever came here before-" Rocket Senior asked.
"Hi there, where am I." Ranger heard a soft spoken voice ask.
Rocket Senior was impressed the human kit he'd found was up, seeing she wasn't afraid but excited to be on Rocket's homeworld hearing Rocket Senior ask her, if she'd like some tea seeing her nod since wandering through the forests until he'd found her had made her hungry and thirsty which Rocket Senior got asking for her name because he and Ranger were curious to get to know her.
"I'm Kit but what about you." she said to them.
"That's cool, I'm Poppa Marshmallow and that's my nephew, Ranger. How did you get here, Kit." Rocket Senior asked her as they drank tea. "I don't know how Marshmallow but went through a portal. Then I found myself in the forest and we met." Kit told him noticing Ranger was staring at her asking why she wasdressed like one of them.
"She's a Therian like RJ, Ranger. Don't be rude." Rocket Senior said elbowing him.
"Ohhhhhh sorry Kit. It's turned into an intresting day." Ranger told Kit.
Kit shrugged at that, as it'd been an intresting day for her too, seeing a female-kit in a black hooded top with khaki-green trousers with shoulder length fur hair seeing Kit in awe asking Poppa Marshmallow who she was making Casey giggle.
"That's what I should be asking you. You're the Therian kit that has Halfworld talking." Casey said.
Kit's cheeks went pink, hearing this and Casey introduce herself, paw-bumping as she'd never been popular back home so kind of liked this explaining to her.
"That's cool. Maybe you're meant to be here, Kit." Casey said.
That made Ranger and Rocket Senior impressed by the female-kit's thought, that Kit was meant to be here, letting her be with them making Kit relieved.
Casey explained, how Halfworld had been ruled by Phillip Otter, Lylla's brother but had been defeated by Casey herself impressibf Kit saying she'd kinda became the princess of Halfworld making Ranger smirk at her reaction. "That's so cool, Casey and sense you're awesome." Kit said making Casey smirk.
"Yep plus Grandpa Marshmallow has a lot of room, since Rockie embiggened this house. You're one of us now." Casey told Kit making her touched hearing this.
"I-I am, thanks." Kit told her softly seeing Casey nod.
This made Kit feel good about this situation plus was enjoying being here, which Rocket Senior got as he and Ranger were fixing dinner which smelt good to her, as she and Casey were talking, bonding making Ranger chuckle as he heard them talking.
"I'm glad you're here too, Kit." Casey told her making her nod.
She then had a good dinner with Casey, Ranger and Rocket Senior enjoying things hoping things would be okay but enjoying being here. Later after having hot cocoa, Kit was feeling sleepy because it'd been a long day loving her luck that Poppa Marshmallow had found her and letting her stay with him and hisfamily yawning making Rocket Senior chuckle because it was cute knowing after a long day, a good rest would do her good.
"I think it's time we hit the hay, as it's been a long day, plus Casey has school." he said making Kit nod.
He led her to the spare room where she'd rested earlier seeing Kit thank him making him chuckle hugging her.
"Goodnight kiddo, it's goid you're here." he said leaving the room. Kit smirked lying down in the soft big bed imagining all the adventures she could have here with her new friends which surprised her at that thought but smiled falling asleep.
Kit began to stir that next morning, her eyes fluttered open, still finding herself in Rocket Senior's house on Halfworld instead of her room back home on Terra hearing Rocket Senior's gentle voice calling her getting up, stretching and yawning leaving the room entering the kitchen seeing Ranger and Poppa Marshmallow there as she sat down wondering where Caseywas, thinking she was still sleeping making Rocket Senior smile warmly at her, knowing she was still getting used to things here.
"She goes to school kiddo but lives here. Maybe we should put you in school as it might help you fit in." Rocket Senior said
"I'll think about it, Marshmallow but hope she was okay drinking juice as Ranger had made pancakes for them hearing Kit thank him making him smile hoping Casey was having a good day. Ranger was in the backyard working on the garden he, his uncle and Casey had planted which Kit was in awe of wondering what Casey had planted making Rocket Senior smile
"She planted lavender as it relaxes her and wanted to make her part of the garden relaxing.
Do you wanna add to the garden, Kit." he said making Kit nod.
She was finding seeds as Rocket Senior was showing her how and she was loving it, even though she'd no idea what she would be growing loving it was a mystery seeing Rocket Senior agree watering Casey's lavender since she was at school.
