Jaune 'Wise' Arc always knew this shit would happen. But he never expects it when he is trying to make a deal with Ironwood. But then again, a perfect world for him is having love and support from his friends and family. Right now, standing at the door is the blonde bimbo that should have been in prison. Her delusional little sister and leader. A racist version of Lucy. And a terrorist that also should be in prison. Then his former team came, a champion that is only good for her harlot looks and flashy moves, an emotionally suppressed fem boy, and a hyperactive idiot. Oum, this day will end with nothing but a headache.

Belle gestures to their bangboo to record everything because she knew this day will come while her attention is partly on their friends who some have their weapons brought into the store, ready to fight the trespassers. Billy has his hand around his revolvers, Zhu Yuan quickly has hers on her holster, Caesar ready to pull her sword and shield out with Lighter ready to fight. She could even hear Lycaon growl at them, "So…" Jaune broke the silence, "Please get the hell out."

"Oh shut up, faker," Yang shouted, "You still needed a good lesson about mocking our hard work,"

Jaune scoffs, "Yeah. 'Hard work'. Two brats that are related to a legacy," Then points to Weiss, "A heiress of a company," to Blake, "A daughter to a chieftain," and to Pyrrha, "And a cereal mascot and a lousy champion of a kingdom. Oh how I mock the hard work of people born with a silver spoon in their mouths," he sarcastically said while keeping his face neutral, "I moved literally out of Remnant where you people could never see my mug again but here you are. Bringing your trouble to my new home,"

Ruby aimed her weapon at Jaune, "You still need to face justice for your crimes!"

Belle scoffs, "For a piece of paper? What are you? 5? Oh wait that might be accurate considering how your family treats you like one," Qrow and Tai wouldn't let this disrespect go and tried to confront the Arc sister but Billy pointed his guns at them,

"Go ahead. Make my day," His girls (guns) cocked and ready, "Can your aura save you from bullets?"

Ozpin had enough, "Students, step down or face expulsion once we reached back to Beacon," they tried to protest but with Goodwitch, they cower at their watchful eyes, "Mr and Miss Arc, if you wished to say something to these trespassers, consider it a gift from your former headmaster,"

Jaune grinned a bit then went to his former team, "You guys…. Are such a disappointment. Like I trusted you and in return, stabbed me in the back because of my transcripts,"

Ren tried to argue, "You would've killed us,"

"I do admit, I took a leap of faith but I got you all in one piece, didn't I?" Jaune asked them which was no response, "DIDN'T I?" they flinched at the sudden outburst of anger, "None of you ever take charge and let do all the work! All the planning! All of the work which should have been YOUR work!"

"What?" Glynda is not hearing right, did they make Jaune do most of the group work on his own?

"But then this traitor thinks I ain't worth sticking around," he pointed at Pyrrha, "Is the great and popular Pyrrha Nikos think so little of me now?"

She tried to defend herself, "You're weren't ready, Jaune! I was just trying to protect you!"

Soon Lucy scoffs at her claim, "Isn't your home full of dangerous people and creatures that kill for the fun of it? How is that protecting him if you just throw him to the lion's pit?"

"Stay out of this!" Weiss yelled then noticed Zhu Yuan and Seth in their Public Sec uniforms, "Hey why don't you arrest this criminal,"

The policewoman glared at the brat, "I see no reason to arrest him since he had done nothing to warrant an arrest," Then Seth joined,

"But you and your little friends have trespass on private property while entering New Eridu illegally without a documentation,"

"They are indeed right, Weiss," the white haired girl turned even more white as she heard her older sister's voice behind her, "We were invited and given permission from the New Eridu Public Sec and Section 6 to come here while you weren't."
"W-Winter…" she said, "You have to-"

"I hear enough." Winter dismissed her in disappointment.

"Anyway," Jaune continued, "But no more. After I moved here with Belle, I never thought this is what appreciation felt like and quite frankly, I never want to see any of you jokers again," With that, Zhu Yuan, Seth, and Quingyi are getting ready to handcuffed the trespassers but Ruby noticed Soukaku and quickly aimed at her,

"Monster!" She quickly made her shot from Crescent Rose,

"Soukaku!" Yanagi yelled but Jaune quickly covered her with his body and took the hit. His back is damaged with a burned mark on it. His jacket singed from the effect of the fire dust used in the rounds and the small smell of burning flesh and cloth entered his nose. His aura hasn't been active for a while since he got to New Eridu, so he can feel the pain.

Miyabi releases her sword and makes quick work on the weapon that harmed Jaune and Soukaku and punches Ruby in the face. Yang quickly tried to strike back but Lighter grab her by the wrist, "This is as far as you're allowed to hurt anyone,"

Burnice noticed something about the blonde bimbo, "She looks alot like that woman we faced," hearing that, Yang's eyes turned red and quickly got out of the Red Scarf's hold on her,

"Where is she!?" Her fist smashed against the video tapes on the wall, "What have you done to her!?" her tantrum smashed a TV,

"Okay, now you've done it…" Lighter quickly steps up to her and punches her guts hard which makes the angered dragon spit up a bit. He grabs her by the hair and quickly threw her out of the store, "Let's take this to the streets,"

Tai tried to attack Miyabi for striking Ruby but Yanagi used her years of training and war experience to subdue the father of the troubled children. As her arm locks him in a headlock and chokehold until he goes unconscious. Qrow quickly tried to attack Lighter from behind but Zhu Yuan kicked him in the guts and bashed his head with a pistol. Once he is kissing the ground, Zhu Yuan puts him in handcuffs, "You're under arrest for public intoxication." Yang tried to throw a punch at the former underground champion but he sidestepped and delivered an uppercut then a one-two punch to the face and a roundhouse kick to finish her off.

Winter looked at her sister with so much disappointment, "Go ahead and join her and see what happens," her glare freezes up the little ice witch, not helped when Lucy and Caesar have their weapons out, ready to jump her. Blake, however, doesn't know when to pick her battles and tries to leave Sixth Street but gets blocked by Nekomiya, Ellen, Ben, and Lycaon.

"Going somewhere," Lycaon growled,

"Out of my way, dog," She hissed while having her weapon ready to take his other eye,

"Disappointing, just disappointing." His arms were behind his back but Blake's attention to him soon gets disrupted by the cat thiren's sneaky steal as she is holding Gamboul Shadow in her hand and Ben suddenly punches her chest. Ellen and Lycaon ready their attack, "Like we practice, Ellen,"

"Got it," With the strike of her blade and the force of his kick. Blake felt the freezing sensation of their attack and-

FREEZE!

Standing there is now a frozen Blake. Ellen used what's left of her energy and sucker punched her. Knocking her out.

SHATTER!

Lycaon quickly carried his 'adopted' daughter as he began getting sleepy. He sighed but was a bit proud of her. Pyrrha tries to go to Jaune but Miyabi and Zhu Yuan block her way. Glaring at her to make her tremble, she tried to use semblance to take their weapons away but the fox Thiren quickly disarmed her from her weapon before she could have a chance to fight back. The officer judo flipped her and handcuffed her as she was trying to assault an officer of the law and a government employee. Ren and Nora were blocked by the presence of Burnice, Jane Doe, Soldier 11,Corrin, and Qingyi with their weapons out.

Jaune winces from the pain as Rina tends to his burns while Soukaku tries her best to cool it, "Sorry to have you guys in the midst of my problems…"

"Don't be ridiculous, Manager," Nicole said, "They broke in and tried to attack us, you got nothing to take any blame for,"

"She's right," Anby joined, "They are bad people who tried to harm you,"

"Yeah, bro" Anton added, "Whatever they're beef was with you, I hope it was worth it for them to get arrested for." Jaune smiled a bit to see his friends side with him and not blaming the actions of his former friends but felt bad that they have to fight for his sake. He felt useless, he maybe a smart proxy but he couldn't hold himself in a fight and-

"Wise, you're glowing," Rina broke his thoughts as the young man started to glow brightly, his burn was heal instantly leaving a hole on his jacket though,

"My semblance…." he said quietly, meanwhile Ozpin smiled as he knew something special about the boy,

"Oh Jeanne, I wish you could see your descendant right now, inheriting your magic…" he said quietly. All seem good and all-

Then the door was kicked open.

"For the love of Oum, use the fucking door as a fucking door!" Jaune yelled, not wanting this to be a gag, then his eyes widened to see his family at his door steps. Belle looks at the family in disgust.

"Jaune…" his mother said and tried to come to him but Grace quickly get in-between them,

"Sorry but this child is clearly not happy to see you,"

Jane got confrontational on the mechanic, "This is a family matter, so get out of the way, cow-" A bullet flies past her face,

"You DO NOT get to insult my grease monkey!" Billy shouted,

"Wait, Billy. You and Grace are-" Jaune was interrupted by his father,

"Stand down or I will make you-" Then get hit with a wrench courtesy of Koleda, "Oof! You little brat!" Before the CEO of Belobog Industries could fight, Jaune gets up,

"Guys, no need. I got this," Jaune steps up to his family, "What the hell do you guys want?" he glared at them,

His father tried to save face, "We are here to take you back home,"

"Me and Belle or just me?" He is not having this bullshit, "If I recall, she is also a Arc was well,"

"She's only adopted, Jaune," his mother pointed out which hurts Belle as they finally said it, "She can live here as she wants but you have to come home,"

Jaune is livid to hear what they thought of Belle, someone who truly supported him, as an outsider. But he needs to keep his head calm, "How about you go back and take your so-called family and shove it up your ass!" His friends are naturally shocked to hear the mostly calm manager/proxy to let out an outburst like that as far as they know, Jaune is chill as nature.

"Listen here, you brat-" Harumasa came up to the Arc Patriarch and socks him in the face,

"One of the things I hate; work, daily check-ups, and deadbeat parents…" he glared at the family, "If I were you, I surrender quietly because you entered New Eridu without a permit and that is frowned upon here because of the growing threat…" Soon others gathered around the family,

"Y-You can't do this to us, We're Arcs!" Jane think that was their excuse but none of the residents are having it at all,

"Is that supposed to mean something?" Nicole scoffed, "Because that is good as your money here,"

Sirens were heard outside of Random Play; Public Security arrived to take the trespassers away. Yang was heavily restrained with a muzzle to keep her quiet while her weapons are put in the trunk of the squad car, "Yang Xiao Long, you are under arrest for Trespassing, assault and battery, property damage, threaten a citizen of New Eridu with intent to harm, and public disturbance," Zhu Yuan read off her charades while the blonde is screaming before being put in the squad car. Qrow joining her as his charges are read off, "Public intoxication and interfering with Public Sec,"

"Oz, can't you just bail us-" Ozpin cut him off,

"This isn't Remnant, where you can do as your please. Now grow up and take responsibility,"

Ruby is getting put in a different car while pieces of her weapon is being put in the trunk, "Ruby Rose, you are charged with intent to harm a member of Section 6 along with trespassing and intent to harm a citizen of New Eridu," the silver eyed girl was silent the entire time while everyone watching are glaring at her.

Blake's charges are getting listed off, "You are charge with trespassing, intent to harm a citizen of New Eridu, and evading law enforcement," Then Belle came to whispered some information to Zhu Yuan, "And being associated with a terrorist organization," the cat faunus ears raised up in shock to find out that the faker's sister knows about her past,

And last to join them in the other car, "Pyrrha Nikos, you are charged with trespassing, intent to harm a citizen of New Eridu, attempt to assault a Public Security officer and a member of Section 6,"

"Wait! Jaune wait!" Pyrrha in her deluded mind pleaded to the proxy, "You can't do this! I-" But Jaune shakes his head in disappointment as he walks back into the store with Nicole being by his side. The rest of the students and Tai are being put in a carrier truck in handcuffs, Ozpin sighed as he never thought today would be a disaster while watching the Arc Family are also being transported in another carrier,

"I will hand out their punishments once this is over," he said sadly,

"This time, you can't let them off so easily," Glynda reminded him,

"I know. I am really going to lay down the law on them and to Qrow since he decided to cause trouble," he watched everything unfold as Public Sec left Sixth Street while the guest of the party tried to clean up the place for the duo.

Jaune looked at his jacket in disappointment, "I really like this jacket, thanks a lot, Ruby…" then a knock on the door was heard, "Come in,"

Nicole entered his room, "Hey,"
"Hey…" he sat on his bed, "What brings you here?"
"Well to check on you since you had to deal with so much trouble today…" she awkwardly laughed, "Belle is being taken care of with Billy and Grace,"

"That's good…" he was not talkative at the moment, the girl with debt looked at her friend with sorrow,

"Hey Wise, I actually got a gift for you,"

Jaune looked at her with a raised eyebrow, "A gift? Is it an expired coupon?"

She scoffed at the jab of her financial situation then quickly locked lips with the proxy which caught him by surprise. Soon her hand explored around his body before he started to explore hers while the temptation took over.

The proxy woke up in the middle of the night with Nicole arms around his body, head resting on his chest. His room smelled and their bodies covered in sweat. He reflected on his life, how it filled with nothing but disappointment and ridicule. But now, those days are over. He has family found within the people he met. His eyes filled up with salty tears, wondering if he really deserved it. All the while, a faint voice called out to him that he indeed deserved such a fate.
