Hello! This is my first story, and I'd like to say thank you for at least viewing this and giving it a chance. This is going to be a crossover story between PJO and Harry Potter. I will probably make variants of this, and would like to inform you that all of these, unless stated otherwise, will be completely separate from each other.

Please review, I would love some feedback and constructive criticism. Just don't be mean please. If you don't like it, then don't read it. (By the way, it may take me a while to write each chapter, so please don't expect a lot). Thank you!

Disclaimer: I do not own Percy Jackson and the Olympians, Harry Potter, or the characters. These belong to J. K. Rowling and Rick Riordan respectively.

Nico's POV

Nico slowly opened his eyes, wincing at the bright morning sun. He was in his bed in the Hades cabin, and whatever fool had designed the thing had neglected to put window shades on the windows. Someone probably thought that was funny. Or the Stoll brothers had taken them. Nico sighed, resigning himself to the prospect of either hunting the Stolls down, or asking someone to get him new ones.

Screaming interrupted his train of thought, and Nico leapt out of bed and made sure he was wearing his skull ring, a magical ring that he could summon his black stygian iron sword with. However, when nico opened the door, he was greeted with not a monster, not a fight, not even an Aphrodite camper who had broken a nail, but with a huge water balloon fight.

Colorful balloons filled with water, paint, confetti, and other various substances sailed through the air, the well aimed ones splattering campers, the not so well aimed ones bursting on trees, cabins, grass, and many other things foolish enough to be in the way. In the center of the chaos were Percy and Annabeth lording over the battlefield, Annabeth scanning and analyzing, and Percy hurling balloons with devastating accuracy where Annabeth directed him. Together they were unstoppable. Percy glanced in Nico's direction and saw him.

"Hey Neeks! Going to join–"

Percy was cut short as he got hit in the face with a balloon filled with pink paint, splattering him all over. Annabeth glanced at him, snickered, and went back to planning an assault with two of her siblings.

"That's a two minute break for you, Perce!" Someone shouted at him, and Percy got down from the stacked fort built from strawberry crates, grinning, wiping his face with a towel as he did so. He walked over to where Nico was standing and said,

"'Sup, Nico! Gonna join? It'll be fun," he said teasingly.

"You know that's not my cup of tea, Perce. Besides, who else would glare at people to scare them into either playing better or leaving?"

"I guess that's true. By the way, have you seen Clarisse?" he asked.

Nico looked at him suspiciously. "You two don't even like each other. Why are you looking for her?"

"She said that if she saw the 'great Percy Jackson' fall," he replied, making air quotes as he did so, "that she would tell everyone and never let me hear the end of it."

"Oh. In that case, then no, I haven't seen her. I heard her behind that bush right there."

"Wait what?! Where?" Percy spun around, searching for the suspected spy. Not seeing anyone, he turned back around. "Oh, haha Neeks. Very funny." Percy glared at Nico.

Nico just smirked at him.

"By the way, Chiron was looking for you. He looked serious."

"And you're just mentioning this now?" Nico asked, irritated.

"Sorry. See ya, di Angelo."

"See ya, Jackson."

Percy walked away to rejoin the balloon battle that had become a war(he should know, he's seen war before). Nico turned around and headed toward the Big House, trying not to get hit with anything. It was a vain attempt to remain unscathed. By the time he reached Chiron, he had glitter in his hair and his left side was covered in red paint.

"Getting involved, I see," Chiron chuckled as Nico neared him.

Nico scowled, shaking his shaggy black hair, shedding glitter all over the porch, before replying,

"You know that's not my thing, Chiron. What did you call me for?"

"That's the thing, young Nico. It is not me who wishes to speak to you. Your father has contacted me."

"What? Where?"

"He is waiting inside," Chiron said, ushering Nico inside.

As Nico looked out over the camp before going inside, Nico couldn't help but feel like this was the last he would see of the camp and all the campers for a while.

Hooray! You made it through the first chapter! Thank you so much for sticking with it, even though this one is a bit boring. But I felt it was necessary to establish the feeling at camp and Nico at camp, so yeah. This may be a bit short, but hopefully it's enough to have you coming back for more. I hope to get the next chapter out soon.

I think that I might have Thanatos make a surprise appearance in the next chapter or in the future. Let me know what you think in the reviews.

Bye!

(Suggestions for the PJO timeline would be great too. Thanks!)
