DISCLAIMER: BEN 10 AND ATTACK ON TITAN DO NOT BELONG TO ME. THEY BOTH BELONG TO THEIR RIGHTFUL OWNERS. BEN 10 BELONGS TO CARTOON NETWORK AND MAN OF ACTION AND ATTACK ON TITAN BELONGS TO FUNIMATION AND KODANSHA.

A/N: HELLO EVERYBODY! THIS IS MEGARDANIELS COMING AT YOU WITH A NEW CHAPTER! SORRY FOR THE LONG HIATUS. BEEN HAVING A SEVERE CASE OF WRITER'S BLOCK. WRITING A FANFICTION CROSSOVER BETWEEN ATTACK ON TITAN AND BEN 10 WAS A LITTLE HARDER THAN NOT. THE FACT THAT ATTACK ON TITAN BEING A VERY COMPLEX STORY MADE IT A LITTLE DIFFICULT FOR ME TO SEE HOW THIS WOULD PLAY OUT. I DID NOT WANT TO RUSH A NEW CHAPTER OUT, SO I TOOK MY TIME. SO NOW I AM BACK, BUT WITH SOME CHANGES ON THE FORMAT OF THE STORY. SINCE THE STORY TAKES PLACE MAINLY IN THE ATTACK ON TITAN UNIVERSE, I MIGHT AS WELL MAKE IT SLIGHTLY FEEL LIKE THE SERIES A BIT. ANYWAY WITH THAT SAID, I HOPE YOU ALL ENJOY READING THIS NEW CHAPTER AS MUCH AS I HAD READING IT. PLEASE ALWAYS LEAVE REVIEWS, THEY ARE ALWAYS APPRECIATED.

THANK YOU.

CHAPTER FOUR

THE HERO IN THE WALLS

MOMENTS AGO…

THE DARK CLOUDY SKIES reflected the dark emotions of human suffering. Years of being crushed underneath Death's boot would make any man, no matter how strong, crack. The low rumblings from the clouds were the eerie cries of who passed on, free from the darkness that ruled their reality, governing the living like pigs on a pen by a profit-hungry farmer.

Footsteps clattered on the metal roofs as soldiers murmured in an unsynced choir of fear echoed in frozen stares and lonely voices, each grappling with the reality that Death itself summoned its army of monsters as it sat back on its flaming black horse watching as the city burns in the blood of innocents and the soldiers who fought to protect them.

A fairly tall, well-toned pale woman with raven black hair at shoulder-length ran to a group of soldiers on the adjacent building with the other survivors from the onslaught.

"Mikasa? Weren't you at the rear-guard?" a soldier asked. Mikasa ignored his question.

"Annie!" Mikasa called; a blonde woman turned with her dry, gloomy eyes. "I know how bad things have gotten, its selfish putting personal matters on the forefront, but have you seen Eren's squad?" she asked, worried.

"Some squads made it back, but I don't know about Eren's," the blonde girl named Annie answered.

"We found Armin. He's over there," pointed a rather tall and muscular blonde man, Reiner said.

Mikasa turned to a young boy crouching on the ground, his back against the wall at a fetal position, imprisoned by guilt, despair, and hopelessness. His face, embedded by innocence, fried by the pouring of dread and anguish. Dreams shattered like glass; fear enveloped him like a big coat in a harsh winter, refusing to let go, choking him like a snake in a warm and wet jungle.

"Armin!" Mikasa called.

Armin, held back his cries, his terror barely contained by faux stoicism. Silence was slowly killing him as Mikasa approached the young boy.

~Mikasa, I can't…how do I tell her what happened to Eren?~ the poor boy sobbed, ~I survived, but that means nothing!~

Mikasa rushed over to the young boy, drowning in sorrow and regret.

~I'm so useless!~ Armin said, clenching his eyes shut, hiding his shame. ~I wished I had died with him, instead!~

Mikasa, ever the caring friend, knelt down to Armin, worried about him.

"Armin, are you okay?" Mikasa asked with her motherly tone in her voice, "You're not hurt are you?"

Armen did not respond. Mikasa took a slow and brief sigh, reading that he was not in the best shape.

She got up, "Where is Eren?" she asked directly.

Armin's heart rushed, his face shook, and his eyes started to stream a continuous river of tears. Mikasa called his name out again, this time, the poor yoing blonde just couldn't contain it any longer. He turned to Mikasa, his face drowning in tears and sorrow.

Mikasa's eyes widened, her breathing slowed as her heart skipped several beats, pumping in an arrhythmic pattern. It was like a whole stone mountain was crushing her from the top-down. He didn't need to say a word. His tears alone were enough to tell her something went terribly wrong.

Armin chucked, holding his will to bawl, to mourn for his fallen friend.

"They were," he began, "...the Cadets of Squad 34: Thomas Wagner, Nack Tierce, Milieus Zeremski, Mina Carolina, Eren Jaeger!" Armin listed, Mikasa's fear turned into internal anger. Vengeance and rage settled in as her long-going fears were finally realized. "These brave five upheld their duties, they died valiantly on the field of battle!" he cried, shocking everyone on the roof. His entire squad was wiped out in an instant.

"Please no," said the brunette young woman with a horrified tone in her voice. Sasha, frozen with fear, stood in absolute disbelief. Their dreams of making change, and fighting for their home to make everything better became a deadly nightmare. All of their comrades were binged by the gluttonous monsters rampaging their streets.

"His whole squad was wiped out?" a soldier said.

"The same will happen to us if we take on those Titans," said another.

Armin cried, trying to hold back the tears the best he could, but the stress of guilt was too much.

"I'm so sorry, Mikasa," Armin said. "It should have been me that died, not Eren! I couldn't do a thing! I'm worthless!"

Armin couldn't hold back any longer; his tears poured. His heart trembled, and his hands shook. The poor boy blamed himself for something he thought was his fault. The amount , sadness, and guilt were rolled into one.

That was until Mikasa held his hand, her voice, warm than a flame, faced her friend.

"Armin," she said.

Armin, shocked, faced his friend. She did not look angry, nor disappointed. The anger was there, but it was not against the poor boy. If anything, she was a book with no content, just empty pages.

"Calm yourself, we haven't got time for you to get emotional right now," she said with a warm, authoritative tone in her voice, lending her hand, helping him up. "On your feet."

She turned away, walking to the front, her rage, slowly leaking out. "Marco, of we eliminate or bypass the Titans on HQ, we can there refuel our gear, allowing us to get back over the wall, is that assessment correct?" she asked the squared faced teen boy with brown hair.

"Yeah, I guess so? Sure," Marco said, "but there's too many of them out there, even with you on point," he argued.

"I can do it!" Mikasa said with a venomous tone in her voice, she pulled out her blade, raising it up in the air.

"What?" Marco questioned.

Proud and full of pride and rage she turned, her sword held up high facing her comrades.

"I'm strong. Real strong! None of you come close, you hear me?" Mikasa said with anger and rage. "I am a…"

"TITAN HEAD!" Marco screamed.

They turned to the right and saw a disembodied Titan head flying towards them like a child throwing a pebble to a tree. The head had long hair and had a distinctive, mean teen look. It was missing some teeth, its left eye was swollen all to hell, and its tongue was out as it felt the breeze as ot flew over the discombobulated soldiers as it temporarily blocked out the sun.

The young soldiers froze in place, their eyes tracked towards the head rainbowing over them, skilling the next building over before crashing to the tallest one next road over, the building held the disembodied head like a dog hugging the ball with its teeth, sacrificing .debris and glass raining over the ground down below.

"All the soldiers were speechless! What in the hell, what kind of force could have done that? Another titan? Could be possible, but then something eerie pierced through their eardrums.

"Looks like I caught a hole in one! Ha!" uttered a guttural tone. They followed the voice and stumpled a rather alien sight. Their eyes dilated in fear upon seeing a green, armored monster marching on thw streets.

"What is that?" asked a shaved-headed young man with a clear hint of fear in his voice.

NOW.

Ultimate Humungasaur scratched his head in absolute confusion. Lying before him was a teenager inside the nape…well what's left of it, of those monsters the previous soldier named Titans. Ultimate Humungasaur pondered, the annoyance of being mentally lost stammered his ability to focus on the world around him.

"A teenager inside the back of a monster? How does that work? Does this place have a genetics lab or something? Are these people like man-eating suoer soldiers? Are these people rebelling against their own government? The hell is this? Oh man! If its like one of those complicated political or societal thingys I am in big trouble!" Ultimate Humungasaur whined.

"You tend to whine a lot," added a voice. The confused green armored dinosaur furrowed, turning around to see the same beautiful, slender woman with the familiar pigtails. Mina stood bravely on top of a building that was small enough to reach the dinosaur.

"What the…?" Ultimate Humungasaur stammered, "I thought you were heading to safety! You can't be here! Those cannibalistic naked human mole rats are still out there!"

"Well…leaving me alone isn't exactly safe either," she giggled at that accurate description of the Titans. "I haven't gotten the chance to you for saving me. I could have been eaten, hadn't not been for you!" she said.

"The pleasure is mine…uh Mina was it?" Ultimate Humungasaur asked.

Mina nodded.

Plys, it's not safe walking around in the streets like that! You'll get killed without a…" then she saw the boy, "EREN?!"

"Eren?" Ultimate Humungasaur furrowed before he turned to the boy, currebtly poking out of the naoe with his back arched high.

"You…he's not…how?" Mina asked.

"I don't…hold on," Ultimate Humungasaur got on his feet, his hand pushed back as he turned his hand into cannons…only for him to see his new friend clasp on the Titan, dodging the swipe from the hand of the monster, swung to the back and then delivered a deep cut to the back of the neck, riding on the falling titan until it collapsed on the ground, standing on the corpse of the fallen giant.

"That's…cool!" Ultimate Humungasaur commented.

"How did Eren…he's a…he's a Titan?!" Mina said, jumping off the Titan.

"I don't know," Ultimate Humungasaur said, "All I did was punch the head off the thing, thenhead crashed to a building…oops…" he began, "Then…hold on…"

A Titan snuck onto Ultimate Humungousaur. Without hesitation, Ultimate Humungasaur thrown a powerful punch to the overweight Titan's head, turning its head backwards as it flew backwards to a building.

"Nice punch," Mina said, "So you don't know?"

"I thought you did!" Ultimate Humungasaur said. "So is he a friend or…?"

"He was our Squad Captain!" she said, leaping on the top of the stump where the head used to be, "I can't believe that…he was inside that thing."

A Titan nearby roared, alerting Ultimate Humungousaur that danger was afoot. Mina wasn't that far from making that same conclusion.

"I think we may need to discuss this later," Ultimate Humungasaur said, "I will take you and your friend here to safety. Where is the rest of your squad?" Ultimate Humingasaur asked.

"I don't know, we lost the great majority of them during our first assault of the Titans," she said, slicing the tissues and flesh off of Eren, making him loose enough for Ultimate Humungasaur to pull him out of there.

"Cool," Ultimate Humungasaur said under his breath, impressed by the girl's cutting speed and precision.

"Wait…," she thought, "…maybe we can locate Armin! If we find him, we find the others!" Mina said with confidence.

"Awesome!" Ultimate Humungasaur said, hoisting both Mina and the unconscious Eren upon his arms, holding them like a high school student carrying textbooks, "Then let's get dangerous!"

He thundered through the streets of town with a screaming Mina and the unconscious Eren. As he thundered through the streets, a Titan, locked into its sights, then BASHED the Titan to a building like a cornerback at the start of play, grabbed the Titan by the neck, with Mina holding on, and with Eren being tightly gripped by the green dino's muscular, odorous pits, swung a violent thrash at another Titan flying at them from above.

SWAP! Like a fly to a flyswatter. The Enemy Tiran collided with a belltower nearby; the top-half broke in half, splitting open like a banana as it struck through the corner of the bell tower.

Ultimate Humungasaur ripped the Titan in half, blood sprayed on the ground like a wet bath towel. As Ultimate Humungasaur fought through the horde, Mina watched the absolute savagery as Ultimate Humungasaur cleaned house, bulldozing every Titan in his way. Mina grappled onto the green dinosaur tightly like a child to a father. She shook in fear at first but calmed herself. She felt…safe. For the first time in years, she felt…safe.

That was before she saw a rapidly flashing emerald light flashing on a strange badge on the creature's chest.

The circular badge embedded on the chest of Ultimate Humungasaur had a green hourglass symbol overlaying a black field. It had four spikes poking out on the corners of the device.

"Oh man!" Ultimate Humungasaur whined.

"What? What is it?" Mina asked.

"Hold on!" Ultimate Humungasaur quickly looked for an alley, when he found one, he dipped, slid on concrete like a baseball runner to the plate, holding on to Mina and Eren as tight as he could before he was finally engulfed in a blinding flash of green ligjt.

Mina uncovered her eyes, protecting herself from the sudden flash. When she opened them, she turned to see a young boy her age, wearing a green jacket, with matching green eyes and brown hair.

"Ow," said the boy, getting up. "I should really learn how to slide on the ground without hurting myself."

Mina was…confused. She looked around for the green dinosaur, she looked in every angle, only for her eyes to trace back to the young boy.

"If you are looking for the green dinosaur, you're looking at him," said the boy.

"I'm Ben Tennyson! At your service!" the boy saluted.

Mina had a blank look on her face. Had Eren been awake for this, he would have had a heart attack. The poor kid; even worse had Mikasa seen this magic act, she as well as many other soldiers would have killed him on site, just out of fear!

Mina…she was…stuck. She wasn't scared or anything, just lost. Very lost. She just blinked.

"You know…Ben 10? Greatest hero in the world?" the boy named Ben declared, "I thought Paradox would have informed someone here."

"S-so…you were Ultimate Humungasaur?" Mina asked, fear showing from her tone of voice.

"Yeah…a lot to unpack there," said Ben.

THUD! The two teens took a quick peep from the alleyway and saw…well another Titan. This Titan however, was a potbellied beast. Moving slowly while wearing an eerie smile on its face. Ben wasn't fazed; however, his eyes soon darted to a young woman wearing the same outfit as Mina, only this one looked fairly well-built with short, raven-black hair.

"Hey Mina, was it?" Ben said.

Mina snapped herself out of her daze, "Can you head to the roof with the kid?"

"W-wait…I mean, I can, but…what are you gonna…?"

Then…the familiar ping coming from a green glow on the boy's arm. Ben's grin got wider as he unveiled a mysterious gauntlet on his wrist.

"Just gonna have a little fun!" Ben said with a cocky grin, activating the device. When he did, the core popped, unveiling a green tiger-like creature.

"It's hero time!" Ben declared.
