Today's the day.
My first day of high school!
As you probably notice, I'm super nervous about it. I should be, because being in high school is life changing. It can either be the best time of your life or the worst.
I had hard time sleeping because of my nervousness. I really want to enjoy high school and not be one of those people, who hate it and can't wait to go to college. My mom said being in high school is the best time of your life and I believe her. High school is the time you hang out with your friends and do dumb shit. There are also cute boys, that's what excite me and my best friend Julie the most.
I'm so glad my best friend Julie is going to the same high school as me. She's my childhood friend and we're inseparable. I can always tell her what's on my mind and she can tell me what on hers - we make a good team.
I slowly open my eyes as I hear my stupid alarm go on. Of course I had to set it early in the morning, because high school starts early in the morning. That's the part I'm not looking forward of doing.
I raise myself from my bed with a yawn. I took a quick shower, did my hair and put some pants and tank top on. I look at myself for probably the 50th time now to check if I look okay before I go downstairs to grab something to eat.
"Good morning, honey!" my mom's voice speaks as soon as I enter the kitchen. She's eating her healthy shit, which I don't understand how she can eat that. It's so yuck. I get she's on a diet and she tries to lose weight, but that's just disgusting.
"Morning, mom!" I smile at her. I grab my breakfast, which my mom already prepared for me and it's actually good compare to hers.
"Are you nervous about today?"
"Yeah, I'm so nervous." I answer.
"Don't worry, honey. Just be yourself and don't anyone get to you."
"Where's dad?" I ask, just noticing my dad's absence.
"He had to work early today." she simply answers as she gets up from her seat and puts the dirty dish in the sink. I follow her.
I quickly put my sneakers on and grab my school bag. I kiss my mom goodbye before I leave my house.
I go to the stop sign, where few people around my age, stand there waiting for the bus to arrive. I have no other option, but to stand there and wait.
"Hey, Runo!" I hear some voice say, probably females.
I turn my head, seeing a familiar face approaching me. Lisa Johnson, from middle school. "Hey, Lisa!"
"You going to Bayview's East high?" she questions.
I nod. "What about you?"
"Same. What about Jules?"
"She is, as well. I'm so glad I won't be all alone." I explain to her. She is a nice girl, but she's a huge gossip. If something happens to someone, you always hear it from her.
"I know what you mean." she nods understandably. "I heard there are many cute high school boys." she quickly changes the subject, making me chuckle. Of course boys are always the main subject.
I'm not complaining tho...
"Really? I thought you had a crush on Jacky..."
"What? Who told you that?" she panics, blushing very heavily. There was a rumor about her and Jacky Thomas liking each other and I thought she knew, but I guess I was wrong. Opps.
"You don't?"
"I did, but not anymore. He's interested in someone else." she explains and I just nod. "Anyway, back to boys. I have a friend, who's a sophomore now and she says they have extra cute boys."
"That'll excite Julie even more." I giggle.
"What about you, Ru? Are you still going out with Aaron?" I knew she was going to ask me that.
"Nah, that's over." Aaron Lee was my 'boyfriend', but didn't act like one. We went to the movies few times, but it kinda bored me being with him. We mostly made-out and that was nice, but I just didn't feel like being with him.
"You were such cute couple. Oh well, what can you do..." she responds, making me slightly shake my head.
The bus finally arrives. I enter it as I look up and I see my best friend in the whole wide world waving her both arms in the air, wanting me to notice her. I grin and quickly go to her seat, which was in the back.
We hugged as hard as we could the minute I took a seat next to her. She's my best friend, you can't blame me. "Hey, Jules."
"Hey, gurl." we let go of each other, both smiling like idiots. "I couldn't waited to see you."
"Oh my gosh, me too. I talked to Lisa for a bit, but you know her..."
"She's such a gossip!" Jules whispers, probably because she doesn't want Lisa to hear us. I look around and spot Lisa sitting with some girl way in the front. I nod at Julie, letting her know we're safe. "She asked me about Aaron and I asked her about Jacky."
"What did she say?"
"They were never a thing. He's interested in someone else." I reveal.
"Oh my god, really?" Julie and I love to share news about other people's lives, but we don't spread it around. Although Julie is a bit of a gossip herself, but not as much as Lisa.
I nod as I turn my head, seeing lots of new faces on the bus. I see group of boys around my age happily doing their handshakes. I'm guessing they already now each other. "Jules, look at them."
She turns her head to the direction I'm looking at. She gasps. "Those boys are so cute, especially that blonde one."
"I don't know, I would rather choose the brunette one or the one with black hair." I reply.
"Yeah, the brunette one sure is a cutie..." she says, still watching them talking to one another. "You think they're older than us?"
"I don't know, maybe..." I reply as the bus suddenly stops.
We both look through the window, seeing our high school building for the first time.
Not bad!
It's actually quite big. The whole area, that's outside of the school is pretty beautiful. They also got parking space for students to park their cars. They put up a sign, which says: Welcome (back) to Bayview's East High.
Julie and I look at each other, before we leave the bus like the rest.
Oh boy, here we go! To a new journey.

Haha Just kidding, probably nobody waited for this shit to be uploaded. But as promised, this is a high school theme. I've decided that Runo will tell you the story, because I think it's better that way. I also changed the name of the story, if you haven't noticed (I know I know, it's a very original name)
I've noticed that less and less people upload their stories, which makes me sad… Especially Kusaki stories. C'mon people, I need to read some good stuff! (Not that I'm any better…)
I also heard that Bakugan is coming back this December, called Bakugan Battle Planet. Are you guys excited? Looks like only Mr. Dan Kuso will be returning, but not the rest of the original characters. I'm really sad about that, because I was really hoping for Runo's return as well which means Kusaki moments.
I would really appreciate it, if you would give me a review ^^
