Neb: What can I say accept for I don't own Beyblade, Beyblade Burst, Beyblade Rise, or any other forms of Beyblade. This is just an OC fanfic, starring my OC Domori Venger. Domori had defeated his other selves and built a new Beyblade, Shining Draconids. Now it is time to head back to town and face off against Arthur. But what challenges will he face along the way?
Sin readied her Battle Spriggan against her brother's Shinning Draconids. How many features were in that star shaped blade of his. She could suspect like all iterations of Draconids it is spring loaded. But this one felt different, like it was hiding something behind it's light. Her conclusion was that it at least carried four features from each of it's predecessors. Mighty Draconid's spikes, Eclipse Draconids blades, Shadow Draconids weighted power, and Meteor Draconids healing factor. All of those designs put into one blade reflected Domori's genius when it came to customization. He was his father's son after all. Their father's job was to overlook blueprints of car designs and find the flaws before the testing faze begins, his job saved their company money on parts because of his own genius abilities. Not to mention Domori had been their aunt's apprentice when it came to fixing and designing watches. He knows how gears shift and how to work with small parts.
Any blader would be surprised by Domori's abilities, but Sin wasn't any blader. She was his sister, someone who had been given front row seats to her older brother's growth and development. But that also meant the same for Domori watching her. He knew her abilities lied behind her launch stance. How she uses to power of her full body when it comes to performing a launch. He's worked with and trained two kids who were just like her.
"Did you hear me Sin?", Domori questioned. "I will be the one in control when I win. I will be your real brother, not any of those brutes, or your sad excuse for a role model!"
"Who are you to decide my brother's fate," Sin yelled back. "He deserves to live in the light and live with all the choices he's made, himself! He never needed any of you!"
"If he didn't need us, then why are we here Sin? His sister sure wasn't looking after him, and neither was his parents! I kept things together for him, when all the others wanted was to just fight! I am the dominant persona, and I will be recognized for my efforts."
3 Domori got into his left handed launch stance, intending to end this from the start.
2 Sin swept her foot back getting ready to run towards their backyard stadium. She wasn't a martial artist, she was a runner. Her high kick launch was powerful, but Domori had seen this launch more than once.
1 Sin bolted forwards, Domori did the same and then slid forwards before leaping back.
"Let it Rip," they both yelled before launching Draconids and Spriggan into the stadium.
Battle Spriggan was on Shinning Draconid's tail as the spun around the stadium.
"Go for it Spriggan, use your Battle Axe Crash!"
"Falling for it already," Leader Domori laughed. "Shinning Repulse!"
Spriggan pressed up against Draconids, but the springs in it's corner spikes pushed inwards and then outwards sending Spriggan towards the center.
"Now you are a sitting duck," Domori grinned as he saw the weight in his blade shift towards the north point. "Draconic Sword Slash!"
"Catch him now Spriggan," Sin shouted. "Fangs of the Demon!" The jagged edge that was based off of Quon's Quetzalcoatl caught hold of Draconids and sent it flying.
"Ok, this is starting to get fun," Leader Domori laughed. His eyes raged with a golden aura as his Beast mode was called upon. "Draconic Spring Dive!"
"Feature number 3, flight," Sin remembered. "The springs, the sword, the wings, those were all Draconid's base abilities. But I've got something for you. The spike on the front of her blade shifted and now she angled upwards. "Halberd Counter!"
Domori's eyes widened as the two blades clashed against each other, Spriggan from below, Draconids from above. But, he knew his design was superior, the hidden crescent blades, based off of his Eclipse Draconids emerged from the corners of Draconids creating a perfect circle.
"Hidden blades, just like my Halberd Feature," Sin smiled. "We really are related Domori."
"Tch," Leader Domori responded. "We are not the same. Draconids, go for the wall!" His golden light extended around his body as Draconids bounced off of Spriggan and crashed into the wall. The crescent blades pushed back inwards and the blade healed."
"Feature four, the crescent moon blades, feature five the healing factor," Sin realized. "How much more could he have fit in? I don't think you understand Domori, my spear tip isn't just another hidden blade, it locks my blade in place."
"A burst prevention system," Domori realized.
"I base my Spriggan off of the battles that I've previously fought. In the turbo era there were these wings that locked a blade in place. It was tough to add those with the gamma chip, so I made it a spear tip instead like with Halberd Spriggan."
"A good strategy," Leader Domori admitted. "One problem, my healing factor requires my hidden blades to be pushed inwards. How much do you want to bet, that your spear tip is afraid to be pushed back in."
It was Sin's turn to be afraid as Draconids used the slope of the stadium to charge towards her.
"Draconic Sword Slash!"
"I am not afraid Domori! Spriggan!" A golden fire pored around Sin as her own inner fire ignited. "Fangs of the Demon!"
The two blades pushed again, Draconids pushed the spear tip back inwards forcing Spriggan's burst prevention system to fail. "Now finish this!"
"Aiger doesn't overthink," Sin spoke up. "That's how he beat me, but Leader Domori. That is your flaw."
Leader Domori stared back at her and then turned back to the arena confused. Her blade was still intact and the jagged edges swept under Draconids causing the blade to flip.
"Battle Kick!"
Draconids bursted right in front of Leader Domori ignoring the healing factor. He was confused, what went wrong. Draconids was caught in the fangs, so that's what the spring loaded system was supposed to counter. Domori then noticed there was a lower part of the energy lair that almost matched the spear tip, but smaller. "Harmonic Spriggan left behind a feature in your Battle Spriggan."
"The final spike," Sin smiled. "I kept a hidden spear inside the demon fangs, but just underneath that, I have one more low sweeping spike for when my opponent pushes Battle Spriggan's Halberd Feature back inwards.
Leader Domori laughed as his golden eyes turned brown again. "You really are something else Sin." Domori fell back and collapsed on the ground after his persona retreated to the back of his mind.
Sin ran to her brother and grabbed hold of him. "Hang in there Domori, I'm going to get you to bed!"
"I build the ultimate blade and it loses to Sin. Am I weak?"
