Welcome to the next chapter of The Twin Dragons, but before starting. Let us answer some reviews:

altajir95: Thanks. And yes, Kazuki was chosen to guide Odin and Rossweisse around Kuoh Town.

ogatokusatsu: Adding Katase and Murayama to Issei would be interesting, seeing as Aika even learns about the supernatural.

YSN Adapt: Yeah, that was a mistake in the chapter. I added Kunou to Kazuki.

Ryujomaru15: Yes. This arc is more focused on Issei and Akeno, plus learning that there's another world out there due to his "particular" interests. It is the Twin Dragons, so it should be focused on both brothers occasionally. Well, he did walk around with Baraqiel a lot before then as he did mention smoothing things over with Baraqiel before meeting them.

I am planning on some scenes between them, seeing as the people are going to be interacting with one another for a couple of days.

My bad. I doubt anything going to happen because there is always going to be an interruption or Issei isn't going to go along with it in the end.

Well, Ravel just joined the group not that long ago and has feelings for him that she isn't revealing as she is a tsundere. Mariah isn't the type to jump into a relationship, so they're still friends learning more about one another. And Lucina is often preoccupied with other business, as a maid and Serafall's Queen. I do have a lot of the development for them planned.

Wacko12: She's going to be the same age as Kazuki.

Nivek Beldo: Well, this IS a story about the Twin Dragons, Issei, and Kazuki, this arc is more about Akeno and Baraqiel. So, the question is how would Kazuki change a date that has nothing to do with him and he isn't around for?

Guest: Well, it would be interesting to see Ophis around school.

Royalrain20xx: Congratulations! Thanks for saying that this is among the best ones about Issei having a sibling and about liking Kazuki as a character, his struggles, and his relationship with Issei. Yeah, a lot of the things that happen are similar to the anime and manga, seeing as Kazuki is part of the plot, a bit different from the latest DxD Story I did, which is a bit more disconnected from the plot.

Yeah. I do agree a lot of the grammar mistakes were notable. I do use Grammarly to help with a lot of the mistakes, but it often comprehends them differently. I will go and check up on them when I get the time to fix them. I can see it from that perspective, Mariah, grew up mostly in the Church and would've had a lot of respect and admiration for Angels, more so Gabriel, who helped her when she needed it the most. Kazuki has been friends with Sona and Rias for a long time and understood the basis of reincarnation someone into a supernatural being. Plus, if you do think about it he sacrificed his heart to Albion, leading to the chance of the dragon blood in his veins affecting his Human body. I can imagine them having that kind of conversation in the future.

Again. I'm happy that you love The Twin Dragons and I hope that you'll like what I'm doing with the story as it continues.

Guest 2: I can imagine that someone as twisted as him would attempt that, seeing as Lucina does look a lot more like Grayfia than Lucia.

Norse Chief God

"Hohoho, I have come to visit."

On the highest floor of the Hyoudou Residence, an odd meeting occurred after an equally odd and also awkward meeting. Issei recalled the moment when he made a terrible first impression on Akeno's father during their date, after an unexpected meeting. It happened at the first moment with he and the Cadre's daughter are found in a district full of love motels. Of course, he wasn't expecting to find Kazuki there escorting Odin around too. But, he did feel some sense of pride about that. At the same time, he was disappointed, because that incident led to his and Akeno's date being canceled.

Currently in the room were those among Rias' peerage, Kazuki's team, with Odin, Baraqiel, Rossweisse, Azazel, and Raynare. A particular air remained in the room as the groups wondered what would happen next in this kind of situation with a Chief God and his bodyguard there.

"…."

Issei glanced to find that Akeno was sitting on the sidelines with the others in their group, not saying a word, let alone glancing at Baraqiel. All the members of Rias' peerage were well aware of their history, aside from Issei, who knew Akeno hated her Fallen Angel side, to the point of not using her true power. There wasn't much that he knew about Baraqiel aside from hearing that he has the highest attack power among Fallen Angels and is on par with Azazel despite their different ranks.

The King was most of all aware of their situation and understood Akeno's feelings. And it was due to that, that Rias decided to do what Akeno would do in this moment.

"Here is your tea."

Rias said, handing Odin the tea she brewed in place of Akeno.

"You don't have to worry about me. But, it seriously is huge~ That one is also huge~"

Odin replied, with Issei and a lot of them taking note that Odin was staring at her and Akeno's breasts, seeming as if he wasn't attempting to be discreet about it.

"…."

Kazuki who was standing beside Baraqiel and Rossweisse stared at Odin with a blank look.

"Is this what is looks like when a god ends up being too old?"

Kazuki thought and asked Albion.

[Hah, I'm not aware of how most gods are. A lot of them act more based on their status. It is something that you'd likely expect from someone who's had multiple lovers without thought.]

Albion replied.

Kazuki noticed that Albion has been in lesser spirits lately ever since Issei was dubbed as the Oppai Dragon and Chichiryuutei, which would in turn affect him as his longtime rival. It might have been due to that that Albion has started talking more to him in an attempt to lift up his spirits. And that led to him wanting to come up with some ways of uplifting his partner's spirit.

"Mou! Odin-sama, you can't look at them with such a perverted gaze! Rias Gremory is the sister of the Maou Lucifer-sama!"

Rossweisse stated, retrieving a Harisen from another space, then slapped Odin on top of his head.

It was a surprise to find someone who had permission to fit a God, more so a Chief God without fear of punishment. But, that also goes to show how much Odin causes trouble if a Valkyrie has permission to strike him without worry. After doing the deep, Rossweisse returned to Harisen to the other space as she looked almost a bit satisfied by that.

"Geez, you are so hard-headed. Sirzechs' sister is famous for being a beauty with a glamorous body," Odin replied and rubbed the spot that Rossweisse hit, wondering if the Harisen was enchanted. "So, it can't be helped if I end up wanting to stare at her breasts. Oh, this here is my escort Valkyrie. Her name is…"

"My name is Rossweisse. I will be under your care during our stay in Japan. Nice to meet you all."

Rossweisse finished before Odin could introduce her himself, while respectfully bowing her head.

After meeting Rossweisse, the others could see that her age looked to be no different from theirs, something that Kazuki noticed the first time they met. But, beauty aside, it spoke volumes about the reason that someone as young as them was chosen as the Chief God's bodyguard.

"She is a virgin girl where the 'Years she didn't have a boyfriend equals her age'."

Odin stated, wearing a lecherous face, giving them the information one of them asked for.

"T-T-That has nothing to do with this," Rossweisse started panicking after that information was revealed to those in the room without reason. "*sob* I didn't choose not to have a boyfriennnnd *sob*! I didn't choose to still be a virginnnnn! *sob*"

"You just love torturing her with that don't you?"

Kazuki asked, turning blank eyes at Odin.

"I wouldn't want to torture my bodyguard. I'm just trying to help her find love."

"How?"

Kazuki asked, with a raised eyebrow.

"Aw, poor, Rossweisse-san."

Asia, Irina, and Mariah all walked to console Rossweisse, with the Blonde Nun comfortably gently rubbing the Valkyrie's back.

"Don't listen to that mean Chief God."

Mariah stated, kneeling beside Rossweisse too, not caring that she was calling a Chief God 'mean'.

"There, there. I know you'll meet that special person."

Irina added, joining in consoling Rossweisse.

"Waaaaah! You're all nice girls!"

Rossweisse cried as she was being consoled by the three of them, causing the tense air to become a little more calming and casual.

"Well, the business world of the Battle Maidens is having a hard time. Even if there are those with looks, they are mostly those who are not outstanding. Lately, the number of heroes has decreased, and the Valkyrie Squad has been minimized because of the lack of funds, so even this one was at the corner of the room before she became my escort."

Odin stated, scratching his head in thought about the business that was going on in their faction.

"Is that any reason to comment about her not having a boyfriend, though," Kazuki asked, scratching his head as he heard those words. "You mentioned the years she hadn't had a boyfriend matches her age, but she looks the same age as us almost, if not a year older."

"Aren't you dating Asia, Irina, Sona, and my darling daughter?"

Azazel asked, teasingly placing his hand on Raynare's shoulder causing her to cringe at that.

"P-Please don't call me that."

Raynare replied, glancing at Azazel with a flustered look.

"My point is that it isn't too late for her to find someone for someone as young as her."

Kazuki stated, scratching his head as Rossweisse and seeming annoyed by Azazel bringing that up.

"Uuu, why are you more understanding than Lord Odin?"

Rossweisse asked, rubbing her teary eyes.

"See, this is what I mean."

Odin stated, seeming as if he was signaling for the two to get together, as Kazuki stared at him blankly.

"During the time the Geezer is staying in Japan, it's decided that we'll be his guard. Baraqiel will be the backup support from Grigori. I've been a bit busy lately, so I only have limited times I can stay here. During then, Baraqiel would be looking after all of you in my place."

Azazel explained before turning his attention to Baraqiel.

"I look forward to working with you all."

Baraqiel replied bowing his head.

There was still some silence, but the people in the room replied to Baraqiel's bow, with one of their own. But, the Queen, Akeno remained silent and motionless.

"Well, still Kazuki has been planned on being in a position similar to Baraqiel and being more in charge of giving him a tour around Kuoh Town," Azazel explained drinking his tea, scratching his head before turning over to Odin confused. "Geezer, don't you think you came a bit early to visit here? The date of your arrival should have been a few days ahead. The reason for your visit this time is so you can talk with the Japanese Gods, right? Michael and Sirzechs would be the middlemen and I would be sitting with you in the meeting, right?"

Based on Azazel's words, it was an odd choice of the Chief God to arrive earlier than intended, which would be a bit reckless to others. But, no matter how Odin acted, it didn't change the fact that he remained a Chief God for a long time without trouble.

"That's about it. And in our country, there's a bit of trouble…. There is a troublesome lad who is against my ways. I thought I should move things faster before he does something. That's why I want to discuss several things with the Japanese Gods," Odin explained, with them thinking about the chances of that 'troublesome lad' doing something to impede him from leaving. "Until now, we were unsociable to each other and we didn't have any connections."

At that explanation, Kazuki started thinking more about that 'troublesome lad' knowing that this could lead to a lot of trouble if that person started to act.

"When you mean trouble, do you mean that you have the Vanir after…."

Azazel started before Kazuki raised his hand, catching their attention.

"Odin-sama, is this 'troublesome lad' Loki?"

Kazuki asked, surprising him and Azazel, with the others seeming confused.

"Ohohoho, it seems you lot chose a good one to be my escort."

Odin replied, impressed.

"How did you come up with that Kazuki-san?"

Rossweisse asked, standing up.

"Well, after finding out about the supernatural. I started reading a lot more about the different factions aside from the Three Factions. In the Norse Faction, at least at different points, Loki has done a lot of things to intervene in certain events in the Norse Faction, being the reason he's known as the 'God of Mischief'. On that note, is true he meddled in the creation of Mjölnir."

"Hahaha, yeah, I remember that. That brat messed with the Ívaldi Tribe members who were creating Mjölnir for Thor, and it messed with the handle being too short. Well, Thor didn't mind it since it made it possible to put more effort into swinging it. But, the people responsible for making Mjölnir were mad that one of their greatest works was messed with like that. So, they instead made it so that the hammer could increase in size."

Odin explained, laughing at the memory of the Ívaldi Tribe responsible for Mjölnir's creation mad about the trick that Loki pulled on them.

"Ah, so there's a chance that Loki would try something. Well, good insight into that Kazuki."

Azazel stated, sounding impressed and glad Kazuki brought that up.

"That was wonderful, Kazu-sama."

Ravel replied happily clapping her hands together.

"Remember this well, whether it's Loki or the Vanir, there will be trouble no matter what you do. Well, there is no point in discussing it. By the way Azazel Boy. It seems the Khaos Brigade is increasing the number of those who can use Balance-Breaker. Scary, isn't it? But, I heard that those are a rare phenomenon?"

Odin changed the topic to something else that has been happening in their territory.

"Yeah, they are rare. But there is some idiot who used the quickest, yet the most scary and easiest way by force to make the rare phenomenon happen. That is something that one knowledgeable about Sacred Gear would at least think of once, but it is something no one could do because you'd be criticized by each faction. You would be heavily criticized whether you succeed or not."

Azazel spoke in a serious tone, knowing the ups and downs of having a Balance Breaker, which was the release of a dangerous power from something as irregular and unpredictable as a Sacred Gear.

"What is that method?"

Issei asked, raising his hand too.

"The report that Rias and Kazuki gave is pretty much correct. The plan in which you would eventually succeed if done a lot. First, you gather Humans who possess Sacred Gears by force, basically abduction, then brainwash them. Next, you send the Sacred Gear users to places where strong foes gather, in particular, superior beings. You continue that until you have someone who reaches Balance Breaker. When they reach it, you summon them by force through a magic circle."

Azazel explained, sounding as if this wasn't the first time that such a thing occurred. Plus, this incident reminded them of the time the user of Night Reflection underwent the same shift.

"These are things no faction could do even if they thought about it. If I, who has an alliance with the Angels and Devils confront them and do the same things at crucial locations, then that will signal the start of a war. So no one wished for that. But, they were able to do it because they are terrorists."

Azazel added that detail, iterating those limitations didn't matter to them either.

However, at the mention of such a method being frowned upon by other methods, Issei thought of a similar one used to ensure he obtained Balance Breaker. And as if on command, his experiences with the Dragon king and an Ultimate-Class Devil, Tannin resurfaced in his mind.

"Your face is saying that you reached Balance-Breaker in such a way, Ise."

"Of course I am, Sensei."

"But you are a Devil. You are tougher than a Human, you know?"

"Even so, I almost died!"

"Aaah, well, it doesn't matter since it's you."

"Aah! You try to settle the problem like that~! You are cruel, Sensei!"

Issei and Azazel had their typical back and forth about the inhuman treatment that he was put through during the summer training.

"Hah, come on, your brother went through it worse realistically. His training partners and teachers consist of the Strongest Dragon King and Exorcist. And he hasn't complained."

Azazel reasoned, scratching his head and attempting to redirect the aggression to someone else.

"I'm not defending him or anything, but he isn't exactly wrong. Well, I'm sure Tiamat-san was a lot more strict and I needed to pick up a lot of stuff when sparing with his Eminence."

"Come on, how bad could have been to train with an old guy?"

Issei asked.

"Hey, after this, find a photo of what Vasco Strada looks like. It's like staring at one walking mass of muscle that looks like sentient armor instead of a person. I'm not even exaggerating that."

Kazuki stated, with neither Irina, Xenovia, Mariah, or Asia disagreeing with that description either.

"Yeah, he's not wrong either," Azazel added, thinking about the last time he saw Vasco and the first time that he saw such a Human. "Either way, it's the Khaos Brigade's way to abduct Humans like that and brainwash them to make them reach Balance Breaker."

"What kind of people do those kinds of things?"

Issei asked, not knowing what other Humans thought of the supernatural, seeing as he, Kazuki, and his parents lived on the normal side of the Human World.

"The Hero Faction's main members are a gathering of the descendants of the legendary and bravest of Heroes. Despite their species, their physical bodies don't lose out even against Angels or Devils. They possess Sacred Gears and legendary weapons. On top of that, they have reached Balance Breaker, and on top of that, they have a pushy Longinus that can slay even a God. From the reports, the Hero Faction has a strong will not lay their hands on Ophis' snakes, so in terms of their power enhancement it still is unknown."

Hearing those words about their main members instead of the subordinates they have been fighting against thus far led them to wonder how strong their leaders were.

"What are they going to do by increasing those who can use Balance Breaker, now that's the problem."

Odin maintained a casual look while drinking his green tea. Neither of them could tell if it was due to the Chief God being courageous, but, of course, Odin was strong seeing as fighting Middle and High-Class Devils from the Old Maou Faction wasn't an issue for him.

"Well, this is something that is still being investigated, so nothing will start even if we discuss it here. Geezer, are there any places you want to go?"

Azazel asked.

"I sure want to go to the Oppai Pub!"

Odin happily replied, causing Azazel to laugh.

"Hahaha, you sure have good taste, Chief God-dono! Hell yeah, let's go there right now then! All the young girls from my organization opened up a shop in this town for the VIP's recently. I will invite you there then!"

"Uhohoho! As to be expected from Azazel-boy! You sure know your things! Prepare me a big-breasted one right away! I'm going to grope many of them!"

"Follow my lead Shitty Geezer! Welcome to Japan! Do you want to untie their kimono obi? That is something you must do at least once when you come to Japan! I will show you the Japanese style!"

"I can't wait for it~ I can't wait for it indeed~!"

Both Odin and Azazel started having a conversation that made them look as if they were longtime friends instead of people who seemed to tolerate one another. Neither even looked at their allies or subordinates before leaving the room, leaving them almost silent.

"Did they just blatantly ignore us and the meeting?"

Ravel asked.

"That seems normal for them."

Kazuki replied, with Rossweisse and Raynare rolling their eyes.

Hearing the interactions between the two leaders, both of whom seemed to be among the most perverted people either of them had ever met. Despite being such an important meeting with the Chief God and main leaders of the Three Factions, they just left without a care in the world to go to an "Oppai Bar". But, more than that, at least for one of them, Issei wanted to go there too. Of course, he was aware that Rias was still mad at him about the dating incident, so mentioning that would make her madder.

And Rias was already among the people mad about the fact the two so-called leaders were running off and chose to ignore their more important responsibilities.

"Odin-sama! I..I'm also going!"

Rossweisse stated, going to follow them and follow her responsibilities.

"You stay here. It won't be a problem if Azazel is with me. You can stay put in this house."

"No! I'm going!"

Rossweisse demanded, showing that she was serious about being Odin's bodyguard, no matter how difficult of a position that it was.

"Hah, I might as well go too."

Raynare stated, following behind them as she scratched her hair.

"Hm, should I follow them? Nah, well, there are other ways that I could watch them."

Kazuki stated, summoning a magic circle in his hands, coming out from it were three small winged figures, Sylphs, and wind spirits, similar to the Undines he eventually formed a contract with. During the summer, he learned a little bit of Spirit Magic to use with others.

"Do you mind following around the Old Man and guy with mixed blonde and black hair?"

{{{Yes, Kazuki-sama!}}}

The three Sylphs happily replied.

After that, the Sylphs vanished three green lights, then melded into the air.

"Hm, you're sending out Sylphs behind them?"

Baraqiel asked.

"Yeah. I recently learned that it's hard to pick up on and track Sylphs, which is the same as trying to track the air," Kazuki replied, surprising Baraqiel and them. "So, they'll be able to follow them without getting caught and sense if anyone unfamiliar is approaching them."

"Impressive."

Baraqiel replied, rubbing his chin.

"Kazu-sama, so what are we going to do?"

Ravel asked, with Kazuki thinking about that.

"Well, since our so-called leader and important guest left, then the best move that we could do is prepare for his remaining stay here. As a lot of the attacks from the Hero Faction have been happening around here, the best that we should do is ensure that it doesn't interfere with Odin-sama's visit. Plus, the chance that Loki is going to be a problem with his visit with the Shinto Gods, like Amaterasu-sama."

Kazuki started explaining things in the direction that he thought, causing the people standing in the room to find his thoughts and ideas the most rational.

"So, let's find out where Odin-sama and Rossweisse-san are staying and ensure that the security and defenses will be prepared for potential attacks. At the same time, we should scour Kuoh Town in the later days to ensure we aren't blindsided by attacks from the Hero Faction. I don't know the leader's mindset, but having a Chief God not in their faction would be the perfect chance to attack."

Kazuki explained something their group could agree with.

"Alright, we'll start to prepare for things at Odin-sama's hotel."

Rias stated, liking the idea.

"I'll send the address. It was the first place we went to before meeting up with the Hakuryuukou."

Baraqiel stated, with Rias nodding her head in agreement.

"Well, since they're doing that, we'll start to scour Kuoh Town for potential attacks."

Mariah said, raising her hand in the air.

"Yes, it'll be a good chance to reason to scratch our legs."

Irina added, finding herself proud of her childhood friend and boyfriend.

"Kazu-sama, if we're talking about barriers to protect Odin-sama, then there's someone else who would want to help us…well, you the most."

Ravel suggested, with Kazuki thinking about and realizing who that person is.

"Alright, I'll contact her and see if she isn't doing anything now. Good idea, Ravel-san."

Kazuki stated, wearing a smile as Ravel gave a faint blush and proud look.

After that, the people standing in the room started to find more and more what the group could be doing in place of the leaders who left them behind. It was truly an impressive move and idea for their Hakuryuukou to devise in place of Azazel and Odin. And that also head Baraqiel to realize the reason that Azazel suggested him being one of the people responsible for escorting around a Chief God.

The people there would then start preparing for the Chief God's stay in Kuoh Town, ensuring that there would be no surprises in their territory. All the while, Azazel and Odin left for their trips to the Oppai Pub, with Raynare and Rossweisse following behind them as their assistants or bodyguards. However, the two regretted not remaining with their friends and allies, though the group felt responsible for their leaders.

After some time passed, the Gremory and Kazuki teams finished what they planned on doing before their leaders returned. Of course, 'that person' who was called for help was unable to remain for long before returning to their business in the Underworld.

"Well, that took a while to get through."

Kazuki stated as he found himself walking down the halls of the Hyoudou Residence.

"No kidding, it took longer to get through going through the hotel and having Kiba and Akeno-senpai placing the defensive spells around the hotel too. Plus, that entire time I had to transfer power into them to make them much stronger than normal. I'm often surprised about the things I can use Boosted Gear for aside from the building up power to attack."

Kazuki wasn't alone as his older brother was walking alongside him, talking about the things the Gremory Group did for their preparations to defend the Chief God. Luckily enough, there wasn't anything based on what either of them could tell.

"Well, you should probably talk to Ddraig a bit more about the things you could do. If there's anyone better at the Boosted Gear's abilities, then it would be the person who created it in the first place."

Kazuki suggested knowing that would be the best opportunity for someone to learn about the abilities they were born like with a Sacred Gear than the person it originated from.

"You're right, but lately Ddraig has been kinda…."

"What? Depressed about the fact that he's being associated with the title of Oppai Dragon and Chichiryuutei?"

Kazuki asked, with Issei almost stumbling forward at that comment and almost caused Ddraig to whine in him.

"Hah, it's not as if it's my fault people started calling me that!"

Issei replied.

"…."

Kazuki stared at Issei with a blank look, wondering if his older brother was messing around.

[[….]]

Albion and Ddraig wore similar expressions within their hosts, something that Issei felt almost from Ddraig, due to their connection.

"Ah, fine."

Issei started scratching his head in surrender.

"Ah, well, it might have been bad timing, but Baraqiel-san does have the worst opinion and first impression of you, Nii-san," Kazuki stated as a sigh escaped from his mouth, scratching his head too. "And well, that much like a lot of things, it seems as if it's Azazel-sensei's fault."

"Hah, what, why?!"

Issei asked.

"Well, apparently, Azazel said things along the lines of…."

At that, Kazuki started explaining what Azazel said about him to Baraqiel.

[What?! You say Sekiryuutei eats young woman's breasts, Azazel?!]

[Yeah, that's right. When he touches them, the women's clothing is blown off, and when he talks their breasts start to talk. Be careful, Baraqiel. Maybe Akeno's breast might become the victim~. As if. Don't take it seriously, Baraqiel. Heeeey, can you hear me~?]

[Absurd…. He is like a monster who is a woman's natural enemy which takes real physical form…. A breast-eating dragon…. A…Akenooooooo! Damn it! Sekiryuuteiiiiiiii!"]

"….?!"

Issei stared at Kazuki as if what he heard was entirely insane, well that was true because Akeno's father believed Azazel's joke.

"I guess Baraqiel can't take or see a joke. But, because they've been friends and comrades since their time in and out of Heaven as the first members of Grigori, Azazel-sensei should've known that," Kazuki said, thinking about that conversation. "Well, either way, if you want to go on another date without getting potentially hit by Holy Lightning, you should probably fix that misunderstanding with Baraqiel-san."

"Ah, right."

Even Issei was aware that if he wanted to go on another date with Akeno, then entering a good relationship with Baraqiel would be best.

"So, how did the date go?"

Kazuki curiously asked.

"Ah, it went great. I think that Akeno-san had a good time on the date too. I mean, she was laughing and smiling all the time, so I think she had a good time."

Issei replied, finding himself talking about the date more with his younger brother.

"Not sure about it?"

Kazuki asked.

"Yeah, well I never know what girls might like. I just took Akeno-san to different places around town that I thought she might like. I mean, we even went to an arcade because that's the place I tend to go to."

Issei replied.

"Well, it never has to be anything fancy, especially for a first date. Trust me, you won't find Rias-senpai or Akeno-senpai being demanding when it comes to going on a date with you."

Kazuki stated.

"And I'm sure that you would know about that."

Issei stated, rolling his eyes.

"I do."

Kazuki replied teasingly wearing a more snide smile, shrugging his shoulders and tilting his head to the side.

"Argh!"

Issei glared and snarled as Kazuki smiled and laughed at how his older brother reacted.

"Well, you shouldn't blow things with either Rias-senpai or Akeno-senpai. For some reason, both of them, more so Akeno-senpai seem to be accepting of your more perverted tastes."

"Are you sure about that? I'm sure that both of them could do better."

"Well, they don't want anything better, they want you, for you and no other reason."

"…hahaha?"

Kazuki could see Issei doubted that either Rias or Akeno would want someone like him, instead of anyone who was worthier than him. A surprising sense of lack of confidence, but it didn't take him long to realize the cause of that lack of confidence.

"I don't think that Nii-san is aware of it. But, I think that his so-called 'first girlfriend' has hurt his sense of worth as a potential boyfriend. Hmm, it hasn't caused him any trouble and if I bring it up, then that may have a worse effect on him. But, being around Rias-senpai, Akeno-san, Koneko-chan, and Xenovia should be the thing that he needs."

Kazuki thought, wondering what would be the best move for his brother. But, the incident doesn't seem to be that ingrained or interfering with Issei's life, so he decides to take the simplest path instead of the direct one.

"Hah, I'm getting dating advice from my younger brother. I thought that I'd be the one doing that."

"Well, then you should've listened to me and not be a perv."

"Hah, what was that?"

"You heard what I said."

Both Issei and Kazuki started aggressively getting in one another's faces, almost breaking out into their usual fight or argument. But, the two noticed they were close to the kitchen without noticing, with an argument catching their attention.

"Akeno, I would like to talk to you."

Both could hear Baraqiel attempting to start a conversation with Akeno.

"Don't casually call my name."

Akeno replied, sounding sharp and cold, something that neither of them had heard from her. Akeno is most known for being the kindest and happiest of the peerage, but this time she was cold and distant whenever it concerned her father.

"Well, it sounds like they're having a not-so-good conversation."

Issei stated.

"Well, this doesn't concern me. So, I'm just going to leave and let you handle this."

"Wait, what?"

Issei looked to find his younger brother walking off without making a sound or letting both the father and daughter know he was ever there. Not knowing what else to do, he remained there instead, not making known is presence to the duo and being worried for Akeno.

"…What is the meaning of this, that you are seeing the Sekiryuutei?"

Baraqiel asked, surprising Issei, but not as much seeing as he talked about that matter with Kazuki just moments ago. He continued listening curious about what else was going to be mentioned about him.

"This is my life. What right do you have to comment about this?"

Akeno asked back, standing her ground about whatever Baraqiel thought of.

"I heard rumors. He is a shameless dragon that fights, eating women's b-breasts as his energy source. And he has another name called Chichiryuutei as well."

Baraqiel replied, for the first time, this caused Akeno to stare at him with a confused look that broke out of her cold and distant look. Despite hearing about it before, hearing that coming from the Cadre, more so who was Akeno's father was a bitter pill to swallow.

[…..Uuu. Partner, give me a break~ How much more do you have to torture me…?]

Ddraig cried in Issei, who started feeling bad about that.

Despite being fine with being called the Oppai Dragon or the Chichiryuutei, he didn't want people to believe that he was eating breasts. Issei was already aware that women hated his special moves that stripped them and read beasts, he didn't want it to get worse from that.

[….Uooooon! Uoooooon!]

Ddraig started crying in Issei, with his host wanting to do the same due to the situation.

"I'm worried about you. I'm worried that you are…receiving embarrassing treatments."

Baraqiel stated, sounding more concerned instead of strict.

From that, Issei got to see a different perspective of Baraqiel's character and tone, he wasn't being either rude or strict, he was just being a father worried about his child. It honestly reminded him of the times when his mom and dad would make comments about his perverted tendencies. But, being reminded of his parents whom he loved for several reasons made him curious about what happened between Baraqiel and Akeno.

"Don't talk about him like that. Ise-kun is…lecherous, but he is a kind and dependable man. So you judge people by rumors and gossip. You are the worst. Like I thought, I can't do something like…forgiving you…."

Akeno replied, with Issei feeling happy about being defended by his senior and reaching the point of tears.

But, there seemed to be trouble in Akeno, who was bordering on two different sides of hating her father or even something else. She and Baraqiel weren't even aware of the inner turmoil that was running rampant inside her like this.

"Akeno, I'm saying this as a father…. I…."

At the mention of that, something seemed to happen in Akeno as she relived some moments that led to her giving just one response.

"Don't act like a father! Then why didn't you come for me back then!? The one who left Kaa-sama to die without helping was you!"

Akeno replied, with more emotions as she stared at Baraqiel.

"…."

Baraqiel was silent, unable to come up with a single response.

But, due to the angle that Baraqiel was standing in, Akeno's eyes soon met with Issei, who was hiding behind the corner, surprising her.

"Ise-kun…. Were you listening?"

Akeno couldn't stop herself from blurting that out loud, leading to Issei awkwardly coming out and feeling bad about eavesdropping on them. His presence led to Baraqiel's anger rising after noticing him.

"Ngh! Shameless," Baraqiel started as his anger seemed to surprise Issei. "For a man to be eavesdropping! As I thought, the rumors about you targeting women's breasts are true! I won't let you eat my daughter's breasts, damn Chichiryuutei!"

"W-Wait, there has been a bit of misunderstanding. I don't eat…."

Issei tried speaking up, but then he started noticing that electricity, no lightning started to sparkle around the man in front of him. He couldn't forget about this power, it was the famed Holy Lightning that Akeno started inheriting from the man. But, the presence he gave off was leagues above what his daughter could pull off now.

"I won't allow you to see e-each other!"

Baraqiel declared, almost sounding as if he were an overprotective or helicopter parent.

After that, Akeno came in between Baraqiel and Issei, the former seemed prepared to attack him with the kind of power that was lethal to Devils.

"Don't touch him. Please don't take away this person from me. He is necessary for me…. That's why disappeared from here! You are not my father!"

Akeno called out, causing Baraqiel to immediately stop releasing his Holy Lightning. At that moment, Issei could see that he looked genuinely sad about Akeno's reaction and closed his eyes in response.

"…Sorry."

Baraqiel replied, turning around and despite his strong build and presence, Issei noticed the man never looked so weak from simple words from his daughter. He started walking away, with Issei and Akeno noticing him walk off without uttering a single word. Again, an unknown series of feelings started running through Akeno's heart which remained chaotic as she watched her father slowly and weakly walk off.

"Akeno-san…."

Issei called out, catching her attention as Akeno's mind couldn't remain on a single thought, no matter how much she tried to focus. So, Akeno couldn't do anything aside from turning around and wrapping her arms around Issei, who looked surprised about her actions.

"I beg you. Don't say anything. …Let me stay like this for a short while. Please, Ise…."

Akeno stated in a trembling voice.

"…."

As promised, Issei didn't utter a single word and instead gently hugged Akeno back as she fell deep into his hug, not uttering a word herself. She instead trembled in his grasp, but that seemed to lessen more and more until it turned into a single hug.

"I just ran into Baraqiel-san and…."

Rias stated, entering the same areas as Issei and Akeno to find them standing there and still hugging, leading to her Pawn noticing his King's presence.

"A-Ah, B-Buchou th-this…."

Issei panicked to find Rias standing there, leading to him and Akeno separating from each other, with Issei being the main cause of that. After that, he started to panic as the King started to approach them without uttering one word without her expression being read.

"U-Uh, this isn't what…."

Issei started, but Rias walked passed by him, surprising him as he went to Akeno instead wearing a gentler look on her face.

"Are you alright?"

Rias asked, staring at Akeno whose expression remained unchanged.

"…I'm fine. …it was…nothing…."

Akeno replied, still seeming unsure about her emotions, leading to Rias staring at her Queen and best friend with a sympathetic look.

"Want to talk about it over some of your favorite tea and snacks? You don't need to talk about what happened. It could be us talking about what you want or not saying anything at all," Rias suggested, Akeno silently nodding her head in agreement, with the crimson-haired King turning to Issei. "Ise, I can handle this."

"Alright," Issei agreed finding himself watching as Rias led Akeno to another place, leaving him there alone. "Hm, what am I going to do about this?"

Issei couldn't move from the spot he stood in, thinking about what he witnessed from Akeno and Baraqiel, noting the estranged relationship between them. He knew that Akeno hated her Fallen Angel side, but he saw that Baraqiel wasn't a terrible person, let alone a terrible father. But, Issei knew there was one big hint that was given in during Akeno's outburst.

'Don't act like a father! Then why didn't you come for me back then!? The one who left Kaa-sama to die without helping was you!'

"Something happened to Akeno-senpai's mom?"

Issei asked himself, being almost alone in that situation.

But, there wasn't much that he could do at the moment and it wasn't as if he could ask Baraqiel about something like that. Although, there was one person who he thought would know what happened. But, due to the amount of things their group did today and how late it was, Issei decided to leave that for later.

The next day, the Gremory Group held an event sponsored by the Gremory Clan, which of course, except it is for their peerage, it was for the Oppai Dragon program. So, the entire group was involved in one major event involving them shaking hands and signing autographs. The location itself was open enough that the adults and children of the Underworld could come without being inconvenienced.

There, the Gremory Group consisting of Issei, Rias, Kiba, and Koneko sat, all of them held significant roles in the Oppai Dragon series. The Pawn, of course, portrayed the main character, the Oppai Dragon; the King, the Switch Princess; the Knight, the Darkness Knight Fang; and their Rook, Hellcat-chan. Despite not having a role there, Akeno was assisting in an attempt to get from the Human World where Baraqiel was with Odin, whereas Xenovia and Gasper remained, the latter due to not being comfortable with such a massive crowd.

Each member sat down in places with their character's names written on cards in front of them, but the lines for their specific seats somewhat differed. In Issei's lines, there was nothing but children standing there with all their parents beside them. In Rias' line, there was a mix of children, men, and women, not surprising since she is the Gremory Heiress. In Kiba's line, most of it consisted of women, young and mature, with some kids among them liking him as the main antagonist. Koneko's line, consisted of fans of Lolis, consisting of mostly men.

It was such an odd set of diversity in the fans that seemed to bring a smile to Akeno's face, returning to her usual demeanor as she assisted them. All the while, the group was dressed in their character's outfits, with Issei being donned in his actual armor. He thought that it might have been better to be donned in his armor that looked like his Scale Mail. But, according to the Gremory Group responsible for hosting the event, it had a far more stronger and dignified presence. So, Issei donned his Scale Mail for the event.

"Yeah, thanks."

Issei replied smiling as he signed an autograph and shook a child's hand, who smiled at the prospect of shaking his hand and receiving an autograph. If Issei had to be honest, he always dreamed of a having role similar to Kiba, who was popular with women despite being the antagonist. And truth be told, he was jealous, however, one thing made this worth it.

"Oppai Dragon! Do your best!"

A child replied, waving their hand at Issei, before walking off with their parent.

"…."

Issei waved back smiling as the child walked off, with their response warming up his heart.

Issei might not have been as popular with women as he dreamed of, being popular and viewed as a hero to children was just as good as that. Besides, he couldn't be mad at being viewed as such by these children who came here to meet the Oppai Dragon. He could feel that Ddraig felt almost somewhat more content too, having noticed that there were a lot of kids admiring a Dragon. But, of course, that wasn't enough to mend the despair from hearing the titles "Oppai Dragon" and "Chichiryuutei".

"Hah, this isn't so bad, is it, Ddraig?"

Issei asked in his mind.

[Hah. It doesn't feel that bad being admired by children like this. In the past, my name was something that some children might've feared. But, now they're looking up to it… …me…us…. …the…Oppai Dragon…. Chichiryuutei. Haaaah.]

Ddraig groaned in Issei's mind.

"Ah, come on, Ddraig. It isn't that…bad."

Issei thought, before looking and noticing that one of the kids approached Rias.

Among them, a particularly mischievous boy received an autograph from Rias and was moving in to receive their handshake. But, then….

"Switch Princess's oppai! Switch!"

"Kyaa."

Before Rias could react, the mischievous boy poked Rias' breasts causing her to scream surprised by what just happened in front of the crowd. A collective gasp came from the crowd, as the boy who seemed to be the boy's mother ran and pulled him from Rias.

"Ah, Princess Rias, I'm so sorry about him!"

The mother replied, bowing her head repeatedly.

"It's fine."

Rias replied, smiling as she waved her head, still flustered by what happened.

"Oyyyyyyyyy! You can't touch Buchou's breaaaaaaast! This oppai belongs to me! You can't!"

Issei stated, being almost in tears underneath the armor, which would have been embarrassing if the children at the event saw. He didn't slam his hand on the table or raise his aura, seeing as he had little control of his powers, with potential damage being caused by the aftermath. And also painted a bad image for their entire group if he gave that kind of reaction.

"Mou, Ise. Don't get jealous. It's just a little child," Rias consoled Issei, before leaning closer to him and then soon whispered. "I will let you touch them afterward so calm down."

During that, Akeno laughed to herself at the incident that happened in front of her, with Kiba and Koneko sharing the same feeling of hilarity. After another apology from the mother, who ensured to discipline her child for doing such a thing. As such, the event continued from there, with the children and people continuing to approach all of them with the same rhythm. Soon enough, the numbers seemed to dim more and more until it seemed as if things would be settling sooner than later.

"Well, it seems as if things are almost finished. And on time too."

Rias stated, noting the event was going to end at a particular time.

Not that it wasn't a bad thing, seeing as Kazuki and the others were focusing on Odin and Rossweisse, meaning it gave them enough time to do this event without concern.

"Ara, I think that the next person is going to be interesting."

Akeno stated, looking forward to this person.

"Huh, what do you mean about thaaaaat?"

Rias couldn't control herself as she noticed the next person in Issei's line, surprising herself and himself because of how unexpected it was.

"Heello, Oppai Dragon-kun~"

Standing in front of Issei was Lucia, dressed in casual attire that showed off her attention to fashion and showed a lot of her well-developed body which rivaled Rias'.

"H-Hey, L-Lucia-san."

Issei replied, having no other response in mind.

"…what're you doing here?"

"Oh, Ria-chan. Is it a crime to come and get an autograph and handshake like everyone else?"

"Ngh!"

Rias gritted her teeth as she couldn't come up with a single response to that.

Akeno, Kiba, and Koneko were well aware Lucia was the one person in the Underworld who could get under their King's skin with relative ease.

"So, here's your autograph," Issei stated handing her the autograph with the barest minimum for the Devil alphabet, feeling elated by the beautiful young woman who came to see him this time instead of a child. But, at the same time, he felt Rias' eyes on him, but not on him this time around, instead of Lucia. "And here's your handshake."

"Hm, such a strong grip. I guess that's what happens when you're being trained by a former Dragon King," Lucia said, leaning closer until her mouth was beside Issei's ear. "I do wonder what those hands would feel like on my soft and fine body."

"Mua."

"…!"

Issei felt his heart skipping a beat as blood started dripping from his nose, which occurred from feeling her lips on the armor of his Scale Mail. It wasn't skin-to-skin contact, but the thought of that being on his actual cheek made him feel a different sense of elation.

"I'll treasure this, Oppai Dragon-kun~"

Lucia stated, holding the autograph in her hand as she smiled at him.

"Hahaha."

Issei couldn't stop himself from smiling and laughing stupidly at Lucia's interactions with him.

"Nggggggh!"

Rias groaned and gnashed her teeth as she glared at the departing Lucia, with Akeno laughing to herself. Lucia was such an interesting person that neither of them could deny was a likable and adventurous person who could light up a situation. Rias herself couldn't deny that fact and felt jealous of how much freedom she could have in life without a care in the world. But, this time around, she was turning her attention to Issei.

Nonetheless, the autograph and handshake event ended there, with the group having a decent rest, before they said farewell to those who came. Of course, this would be the first of many things their group would have to do in the future for the newest series that captured the hearts of children. And if that was just for that, it was something the Gremory Group would do.

Meanwhile, in an unknown place, several magic circles and runes seemed to have been drawn or posted on the walls. It was a location that no one was aware of no matter their level of strength and a location where a certain man kept his most kept secrets and planned. In such a room, there sat one man on what seemed to be a throne, but there was 'something' resisting beside it and him.

"*hah* To think that our faction would stoop so low as to make contact with another faction. All due to the Three Factions Pact. Hmph, nothing but a collection of bats, birds, and ravens that lost their creators, banning together to survive against the other factions. But, to think that Odin would do such a thing."

The man spoke in a condescending tone as he thought about the Three Factions.

It was obvious that the man disagreed with Odin's intentions of meeting Gods from another faction while seeing it as a dishonor for the Norse Faction to collude with other factions.

"It doesn't matter. I'll just need to give Odin a fair reminder of what it means to be a Norse God. Oh, Fenrir, would it be fair if Ragnarok occurred, just as one faction lost their main god, ours might lose theirs."

The man, Loki watched as his creation and son slept beside his throne, seeming to react with his voice and opened his eyes for a moment as pressure was released from the gigantic monster. His perfect creation stood at the highest pinnacle of monsters and could devour even other gods.

A/N: And there goes the next chapter of The Twin Dragons, well, this showed Odin's and Rossweisse's intent in arriving in Kuoh Town to prepare for their meeting with the Shinto Gods. Of course, things started with the same premise with Kazuki guessing the 'troublesome lad' in question was Loki and making some preparations for the Chief God's visit. Issei notices the odd relationship between Akeno and Baraqiel. During their autograph and handshake session in the Underworld, Lucia made another appearance and left a lasting impression.

Also, I know most of the chapters might be "copy and paste" sometimes from the light novel. My reason for that is yes, Kazuki has been included in the series, but that doesn't mean that every single thing is going to change with his presence. As Issei is still the same Issei from the canon materials, but with the added addition of having a brother with him. I'm ensuring each chapter is as original as possible, without it seeming to be the same written as the canon.

This isn't like the other one I'm doing DxD – The Last Amagiri, which is pretty much an original thing that is connected to the canon but isn't focused on the Gremory Group. And the Twin Dragons is about the two brothers, with the Heavenly Dragons.
