It's good to see that Tamers have regained their Digimon." Gennai said seeing the tamers Digimon standing by their partners.
"Speaking of which, before we start talking about our coming enemy, we should introduce ourselves and the Digimon." Davis suggested.
"That's probably a good idea." Gennai agreed. "You'll be fighting side by side for the coming battle."
"Okay! Then I'll go first." Tai said. "Names Tai and this is my partner Agumon."
"What's up?" Agumon said, raising a claw.
"I guess I'll go next. I'm Kari, the younger sister of Tai." Kari introduced as Gatomon jumped into her arms. "And this is Gatomon.
"Charmed, I'm sure." Gatomon greeted.
"I'm Matt and this is Gabumon." Matt said, patting Gabumon's head.
"I'm Takeru but you can call me T.K." T.K. explained. "My partner Patamon."
"I'm Sora and Biyomon is my partner." Sora introduced.
"Hey Joe, it's your turn." Gomamon said, trying to get his partner to put his book down.
Mimi sighed then said, "That's Joe and his partner Gomamon." Pointing to the guy still reading a collage book about plants that can help heal curtain burns. "By the way I'm Mimi and this is Palmon."
"How's it going?" Palmon greeted.
The Tamers then looked towards the guy with the computer out, but he looked to be in his own world.
"Sorry about him, Izzy gets very into his work when it involves understanding something." A bug like Digimon said. "I'm Tentomon by the way."
"While I'm Davis and this is," Davis started.
"Veemon." DemiVeemon interrupted.
"I'm Yolei and this is Poromon." Yolei introduced holding her partner in her arms. "The boy next to Izzy is Cody."
"It's a pleasure to meet you." Cody greeted.
"Cody, what about me?" A small hyper Digimon said.
"Oh sorry," Cody said, picking up the little Digimon. "This is Upamon."
Tamers waved the DigiDestined glad to meet them.
"Okay but why are your Digimon in their in-training forms?" Kazu questioned.
"For some odd reason their Digimon are forced to their in-training forms when they come to our world." T.K. Explained. "But from experience it makes them a lot easier to hid."
"It's still annoying in my opinion." DemiVeemon said.
"Let us reintroduce ourselves." Takato said. "I'm Takato and the Digimon with the extremely large appetite is Guilmon."
"Hi." Guilmon greeted waving a bit.
"Name's Terriermon, don't wear it out." Terriermon quickly said. "And the one under me is Henry."
"Terriermon." Henry said.
"Momentai." Terriermon said.
"You're the one that needs to take it easy." Henry said. "Sorry about him. Also, this little girl with the Digimon that looks similar to mine is my little sister Suzie and her Digimon Lopmon."
"Rika, and the one keeping a watchful eye on our surroundings is Renamon." Rika said.
"I'm Kazu, thanks a lot for helping them bring Guardormon back to me and I may not look at it but I'm second in charge when Takato's not around." Kazu explained.
"Maybe in your dreams but here in reality I have more authority to beat you senseless." Rika shouted, getting ready to punch Kazu.
"Now stop it you two." Takato interjected. "We have more important things to discuss here then who's in charge when I'm not around, but something tells me we all know who the real second in command is."
"Well, I'm Kenta and my partner is MarineAngemon." Kenta said readjusting his glasses.
"Hi, I'm Ai" the little girl with a purple digivice around her neck.
"And Mako," the boy said, holding his older sister's hand.
"Thank you for bringing Impmon back to us." Ai and Mako said in unison.
"Now that the introductions are done, why don't we get down to business." Yamaki quickly said. "I'd like to know what it is we're up against."
"Yay, tell us Gennai what are we up against?" Tai asked.
"A new but old enemy of both the teams." Gennai explained. "It seems your old enemy Diaboromon found a piece of the D-reapers program when it was fighting the Tamers and they combined their fragmented bodies to become Diaborreapmon."
"Now that's not good." Takato said.
"You've got to be kidding me, it took us weeks just to make a dent in the D-reaper and in the end, we lost our Digimon because of it." Rika shouted, walking away from the group towards the crosswalk.
"I've got her, fill us in on the rest when we get back, Henry." Takato said, walking after her.
"Got it." Henry agreed.
Takato followed Rika for a bit then saw that she had stopped and was looking over the water looking as if she was holding back something.
"Rika, I'm sure that this time will be different." Takato said, putting a hand on her shoulder.
"How can, you be sure?" Rika said, holding back her voice.
"Because I'm not going to let it happen." Takato reassured her. "Plus, if we have to, we can send them to the other digital world."
Rika kept staring at the water shaking as if she was holding in something.
"You know I've had to keep secrets from others before, but if you want to be alone, I can leave if you wish." Takato said, turning around so that his back faced Rika.
Takato then felt someone hold on to his jacket and a voice said, "You know I hate when it rains, more than anything."
"I know, but there are times that it just has to rain." Takato said, ignoring the sound of Rika crying.
"I can't lose her again." Rika said softly. "I can't."
"And you won't, I promise." Takato said.
Back with the group
"Maybe we should go help?" Kari suggested.
"I wouldn't if I were you, Rika has a temper on her like no other." Kazu said stopping the DigiDestined from following after Rika & Takato. "Chumley's the only one of us besides Jeri that can talk to Rika and not get yelled at or hit."
The DigiDestined didn't look convinced at all and looked to the other Tamers for confirmation that they should go after Rika but the tamers just shouk they head.
"Kazu's right this time around Takato's the only human not related to Rika that can talk to her without much pain happening to him.
"Trust us if anyone can get through to Rika it's Takato." Jeri agreed. "It's the reason we follow him.
"Man, Takato sounds like a pretty good leader." Yolei said, jokily.
Davis knew that Yolei was just having fun, but he had to admit that she had a point. Takato's team trusted him to the point that they'll all agree that he's the leader while if he says he's the leader the others will look at him weird then agree with him.
"Alright then let's get the rest of the meeting under way." Izzy said. "We have an enemy, but we have no idea where he is."
"We know his not in the digital world that we go to." Henry said. " We would have heard about him from the rest of the digimon that guard the D-Reapers chamber that we sealed him in."
"Okay that leaves us with the Digital world we visit or the internet." Izzy explained.
"If we use the equipment at Hypnos then we might be able to find him if his in the digital world, but the internet won't be as easy to do, due to the fact that the D-reaper was a program originally, so we can't track his digital signature." Yamaki explained.
"Leave that to me," Gennai said. "I've got some experience tracking thing on the internet that shouldn't be there."
"Okay then while they work on finding the guy, we can work on some strategies of our own." Takato said coming back with Rika. "We can all fight that much is fair knowledge, but we have no idea how we can work together. so, I say we go back to the digital work and do a little watch and learn to see how we each fight."
Everyone nodded in agreement with Takato believing it was the best idea they could have.
"Okay then we'll head to the digital, but first Ai, Mako, Suzie, I'm sorry but you guys are going to stay here with Kenta & Kazu in the real world." Takato said knowing what was coming next.
"Why are we staying? We can help too?" Kazu questioned.
Takato took a deep breath then said, "One Yamaki needs Impmon so that Jeri can get Leomon back, Second You, Kenta, & Suzie doesn't have enough experience with this yet, and Third I'd feel better knowing that we aren't leaving our house completely unprotected. Are those good enough reasons for you."
Kazu smirked, then said, "Well I am pretty powerful, and I don't want to outshine you guys."
"Yeah, there's that too." Takato said, looking away wishing Kazu would stop.
"Don't worry we'll protect the place while you're gone." Kazu said, putting his arm over Kenta's shoulder.
Takato immediately looked at the DigiDestined hoping they got the message.
"Why don't we have some of the older kids stay behind to help out?" Matt suggested.
"Then I'll be on the stay team, I've still got some stuff to take care of." Joe said putting his book into his bag.
"I'll go with the stay team as we'll," Izzy agreed. "I might be able to help Gennai out with looking for the enemy."
"I'm not much of a fighter in the first place so I'll stay here too." Meme said raising her hand. "It might also help if we have a mega level digimon stay back with us just in case."
"Then I'll hold down the fort while Tai goes with the rest." Matt announced.
"Okay then Izzy, Matt, Joe, and Meme are staying here to help out the rest of the Tamers keep the peace while we all go to Pixemon's place to train." Tai explained. "Is that alright with everyone?"
"RIGHT!'' Everyone shouted agreeing with the decision.
As Izzy got his computer ready Takato pulled Jeri to the side and said, "Do you mind keeping those two in check. Something tells me that Kazu's going to try and do something dangerous."
"Don't worry I've got them." Jeri said. "Also, you should look after Rika. I think she is still holding on to something important."
"Okay but most times she talks to you or Renamon about it." Takato said walking back to the group.
They then used Izzy computer to open a portal and went to the digital world to look for an old friend that could help.
