"No fair, Jeanne! I want to play with Master as well! I asked Nursery Rhyme first!" Eliza begged
"Wait your turn, Eliza! Don't you already have the same one as she either way?" Jeanne Alter Lily's questions
"I forgot to bring it here, and I don't want to head back and get it! So I want to use Nursey Rhyme's one!" Eliza replies
"Jeez... Someone's lazy..."
"*Reading A Book By Herself* Interesting..." Nursery Rhyme commented
"Hey, Jack! What would you like to do together? I'm quite bored, and I want to do something fun!" Bunyan asks
"Okay! Let's stab something together! I'm sure Mommy won't mind." Jack replies
"A-Anyway but killing others, Jack..."
"Not again, Voyager, you got bread crumbs all over your clothes... *Sigh* Come here, I'll clean it for you..." Erice said
"*Giggling* Sorry, it tastes delicious! I couldn't stop myself from eating the whole thing!" Voagyer replied
"This is the third time you did this, Voyager..." Erice comments
"Man... I'm so bored! There's nothing to do when Master is busy doing who knows what! Does anyone know what the heck he's doing?" Chloe asks
"I heard he was busy setting up the rooms of the new Servants that just arrived here in Chaldea. Those being Tialoc, Kukulkan, and Tezcatlipoca." Erice replies
"Uggghh... Why do those three have to take Sonic away from us when we need him the most?! Whenever he sees us in such a lousy state, he usually takes us to fun activities. But not this time around..." Illya said
"We can't rely on Sonic every time, Illya! Sonic has a life of his own as well, you know! We have to do at least something without him occasionally." Miyu replies
"How about we play a little game together? Past the time until Sonic sets the rooms for the three new Servants." Bunyan suggests
"A game of Hide-And-Seek would be a good idea. I don't see no issue with that." Erice said
"Let's play Hide-and-Seek! We haven't played that game in a while!" Jack excited
"Well, if we're going to play Hide-And-Seek, then Nursery Rhyme would be the one seeking. The rest of us must hide and find a spot soon." Jeanne Alter Lily said
"Sure thing! I'll start the countdown right now!" Rhyme replies
"What?! Already?!" Chloe said
Suddenly, everyone runs out of Rhyme's room. They run around Chaldea to find a hiding spot as soon as possible. Chloe sighs as she quickly runs out of the room soon after.
*Sonic's Room*
Not much time was left for Jack to find a place away from Nursery Rhyme; almost all the children who weren't seeking had already discovered their hiding spots. A couple of them also asked a couple of the grown adult Servants if they could use their rooms for hiding, explaining that their playing Hide and Seek and needed a hiding spot, which they allowed them to do. Jack has also asked Servants if she could use their room as a hiding spot but would come back empty-handed. When looking for a place to hide seemed hard to locate, Jack used the only option, to hide inside Sonic's room, which was currently empty, and no one was inside then. Despite not having good hiding spots, this was the only place she could think of hiding from Nursery Rhyme. However, she has concerns regarding her area that don't involve hiding.
"Nursery Rhyme said that we're allowed to hide anywhere around Chaldea. But does that mean Mommy's room also counts as a hiding spot? Could using Mommy's room as a hiding spot be considered cheating? He said that he didn't mind anyone entering his room... But still..." Jack questions
After thinking to herself for a few more moments, Jack decides to give in and uses Sonic's room as a hiding spot by hiding underneath Sonic's bed, covering underneath with the white blankets around the bed, and placing her two knives beside her. Soon, she remains quiet as she knows it's time for Nursey Rhyme to try and find the others. Jack stood there for a few minutes, waiting underneath Sonic's bed in silence to hear if anyone was heading into Sonic's room.
"It's been five minutes since the game of Hide and Seek began. I hope they forgive me for using Mommy's room as a hiding spot..." Jack thought
Jack waits another few minutes, now getting lonely and bored underneath the bed. Each second that passes by felt like an eternity for Jack alone. Jack thought of exiting her spot, but as before, she had nowhere to hide, and the game had already started. Just when she was about to crawl out under the bed, she suddenly heard the room door open as sounds of footsteps walked into it. Startled by this noise, Jack remains frozen in her spot and listens to the noises as they get closer to the bed. She couldn't hear anyone's noises for a minute. Eventually, someone did begin to speak up.
"Man, trying to calm Spartacus and Lu Bu from destroying the kitchen can be difficult sometimes, but I'm glad Darius and Asterios helped me settle those two down. Hmmm... That's strange... I could've sworn I cleaned my bed and folded the blanket this morning." Sonic commented
Realizing that Sonic had come into his room, Jack remained silent as Sonic stared at his bed, confused about who had made it a mess. Despite thinking and trying to find any possible ideas on who can it be, Sonic couldn't pinpoint someone who could enter his room without him knowing.
"Well, if I have to guess, at least, it could be Kiyohime, Raikou, and Serenity tampering with my room again... Anyone else could've given their cover away. Especially if it was one of the kids... Why am I making such a big deal out of this?" Sonic said
Sonic grabs the blanket dangling over the bed and picks it up; however, as he picks it up from the edge of the bed, he suddenly hears the noises of someone giggling underneath the bed. Sonic, started by this, quickly jumped back away from the bed and stared at his bed, confused by the sudden giggling noises.
"What the?! Was that a giggling sound just now?! I could've sworn I heard a familiar sound of a kid gunslinging!" Sonic shock and confuse
Sonic stood still until he heard more giggling noises from his bed. Now Sonic was sure someone or something was inside his room and wasn't leaving anytime soon from his room. Sonic looked around his room but couldn't find anyone other than two end grips of butcher knives popping out of the blanket. Sonic stared at the two grips, kneeled, grabbed the grips, and pulled them out to reveal themselves to be two sharp purple butcher knives. Sonic quickly realizes that these are Jack's duel knives, and he is holding them and questions them.
"Wait a minute; these are Jack's knives lying on the ground? What the heck are they doing here lying down unsupervised? Why did she leave them inside my room? Could that mean... *Places The Knives Besides Him And Grabs The Blanket, About To Pull It Up Until...*" Sonic is extremely confused
"Hello, Master! I hope I'm not bothering you right now." Nursery Rhyme said
"*Quickly Turns To Look At Nursey Rhyme* Rhyme? How long have you been standing there? I didn't hear the door to my room open... Were you following me when I entered?" Sonic asks
"That is correct, Sonic. I hope I didn't scare you just now. I was just here to ask you a question." Nursery Rhyme replies
"What kind of question are we talking about here?" Sonic curious
"The kids and I are here playing a game of Hide and Seek, and I'm currently the Seeker looking for everyone. Do you happen to know where the other ones are? I can't find them, and it's been several minutes already." Nursery Rhyme asks
"*Hears What Rhyme Asks And Looks Back At Jack's Knives Lying Beside Him* Oh, now I get it. The kids are playing hide and seek and hiding from Rhyme. No wonder I saw the kids running past me through the hallways excited. But now I know Jack is here inside my room, but I don't want to give her spot away and be the first one to be caught. So, for now, I'll make up an excuse." Sonic thought
"The most I can tell you is that the other kids are hiding in that direction of Chaldea. All of them may have hidden inside the rooms of other Servants. That's pretty much the extent of what I know." Sonic replies
"That's all I need to know! Thank you so much, Master! I knew you would always be the best Big Brother anyone can have- *Stops Mid Sentence* Hmmm? Big Brother, what are those lying next to you? Aren't those Jacks?" Nursery Rhyme said
"O-Oh, these, huh? Of course, these are Jack's weapons! How did they get here anyway?" Sonic is trying to play it off
"What are they doing here with you? Is she hiding inside here with you?" Rhyme questions
"Come on, Sonic! Makeup with another excuse! If I do so, I can't let Jack become the 1st person to be caught. Then I will betray our trust!" Sonic thought
"U-Ummmm, actually, Rhyme. She lends me these to keep them safe when she is currently hiding. She doesn't want to get caught just because of her weapons. Yeah, that's the reason why they are both here. *Grabs The Knives And Places Them On The Bed*" Sonic replies
"So Jack gave her items to Master so that she wouldn't get caught so early. She was already prepared for this hide-and-seek game. I won't tell anyone about this! I give nothing but respect to my friend. I'll look for the others before I find Jack. Thank you, Big Brother! *Runs Out Of Sonic's Room To Find The Other Kids Now, Now Knowing Where They Are Hiding Now*."
Once Rhyme exits Sonic's room and the door closes behind her, Sonic takes a deep breath, quickly pulls up the blanket dangling on edge, looks down, and notices Jack underneath the bed, hiding as expected from Sonic.
"*Notices Sonic Starring Back At Her* W-Wait! Mommy! I can explain; hiding inside your room was a bad idea!" Jack apologized once they discovered
"Don't sweat it, Jack. I know everything already, and you don't have to worry. You can come out now. Rhyme left already. She won't be coming back anytime soon." Sonic replies
"You stopped her from caching me... T-Thank you, Mommy... *Crawls Out Under The Bed And Stretches Her Body* How did you know it was me?" Jack said
"You didn't fully hide your weapons entirely underneath the bed. But don't worry. I made up an excuse, so Rhyme has the assumption that you are hiding someplace else." Sonic replies
"I see... It looked like my weapons were going against me this time around... I knew I should've left them in Rhyme's room before I went hiding..." Jack sighs
"By the way, how long have you been inside my room?" Sonic curious
"I was only inside your room for almost 10 minutes, but those 10 minutes felt longer. I was getting tired and sleepy of waiting for something to happen..." Jack replies
"Is that so, huh? That reminds me, I haven't been able to spend time with you guys for a little. Mainly because we have been getting the new Servants comfortable around here and setting up their rooms. So my focus was mainly on them. And right now, I had to settle an argument between Spartacus and Lu Bu in the kitchen." Sonic said
"You mean the new Mommies from that Lostbelt we destroyed, Mommy?" Jack asks
"Correct! We have to set up rooms for Tez, Tialoc, and Kuku as they'll join us as the others. That Alter of Nitocris made her room independently with no problem, so she didn't need our help. Expect she's always inviting me to her room for some "Quality" time, but I'm currently busy with the other rooms. That's mainly why I'm busy with Mash, Da Vinci, and Olga." Sonic commented
"Are you still busy helping the new other Mommies around?"
"We're practically finished now, so I have much free time. This gives all the world the time to relax and spend quality time alone." Sonic said
"If you have free time now, will you spend time with my friends and me? We have been waiting for you, so you come to play with us, but you're always busy..." Jack asks
"Hey, put that frown upwards. I still haven't forgotten about you kids. I know how much it means to you guys when I'm around. How about this? Would you like to go on a little trip with me? Just the two of us doing whatever you like, your decision, I follow! How's that to start hanging out with you guys again?" Sonic asks
"*Eyes Widen* Yes! Yes! I want to spend time with you, Mommy! I always wanted to go on a trip with just you! Just the two of us! *Tightly Hugs Sonic*" Jack Excited
"*Patting Jack's Head* Hehe... That's my little Jack. I have never seen you this excited before. Alright then, a trip is for the two of us! So, what would you like to do first, Jack?" Sonic asks
*Hans Andersen's Room*
"*Writing On A Piece Of A Paper While Heraing Talking Behind Him* Hey, could you lower your voices for a long time, you two? I can't focus on writing for my next book. I'm in the middle of its story and can't mess it up now." Andersen asks
"*Hiding Behind A Wall Of Books* Hey, don't yell at me! It's Chole who's flipping the books loudly next to me! I'm just currently hiding from Nursery Rhyme!" Illya replies
"*Aggresly Flipping Book Pages* What is this?! There are no pictures in these books! So all this time, there is nothing but words in these books?! Who in their right mind would waste their time reading without having pictures in them? Even terrible Doujin's have better pictures than this thing!" Chole shouted
"That's what you think. But since you're still a child, I recommend Nursey Rhymes books. They seem to be your choice of reading and seeing tons of pictures. These kinds of books are for those who like to imagine the story in their minds, which is better than seeing pages of pictures." Andersen replies
"Says you who has a body of a literal child," Chole commented
"*Enters The Room* What coincidence, it seems I stumbled upon Andersen's room filled with books that have me complaining every so often for its plots and endings." Nursery Rhyme said
"Let me guess. You're playing hide and seek with the other kids around here." Andersen asks
"That is correct! Did you see any of them come inside and use your room to hide away?" Rhyme replies
Andersen looks behind and notices that Chole and Illya aren't saying anything anymore and are suddenly quiet. Andersen wants to be left alone and decides to betray the two and points at a wall of books behind him and looks at Nursery Rhyme. Nursery Rhyme looks at the border of books and runs towards it, where she looks around for a bit before looking over and seeing Chole and Illya lying down on the ground next together. However, it wasn't only Illya and Chole that Rhyme caught. Miyu was with them as well but never said anything to prevent being seen, but thanks to Andersen, she was found out alongside her sisters.
"Well, well, looks like I Found the three sisters first! That's the first three down!" Nursery Rhyme said
"What the?! That's not fair! How did you manage to find the three of us first? Who told you that we were all hiding here?! Was that Blue hair, kid?" Illya shock
"Did you give away our spot like it was nothing?! What the heck is wrong with you?!" Chole shouted
"Why are you yelling at me for? Am I just doing my work here? I have no business joining your little game of Hide and Seek. I have far more important things to do right now." Andersen said
"*Sigh* Once again, my plan has been foiled by my sisters again... I knew I should've joined Paul, Voayger, and Erice..." Miyu commented
"Anyway, welcome to the team, you three! You three will be helping me look around for the others! If you see anyone, make sure to call me ahead!" Rhyme said
"So much for trying to think that will win something for once. Sigh... Has the world gone mad?" Chole commented
"The heck are you even saying?" Illya said
*With Sonic And Jack Inside The Simulation Room*
While the kids play hide and seek, Jack is with Sonic inside the Situation Room, where Jack is training to become as fast as Sonic. Sonic knew that Jack always wanted to become as quickly as him, so he decided to help her prepare a little to get used to what it feels like to be like himself. A few Badnicks were in front of Jack, running towards her as she dashed towards them, slashing them with her knives in quick momentum like the speed of Sonic's Homing Attacks. Sonic analysis Jack's movement as she takes down the Badnicks one by one as they explode behind her. He is impressed by Jack's training and claps for her as she lands on the ground, looking back at Sonic and smiling.
"How was that, Mommy? You told me that my speed matches the same as one of your attacks uses you often. Did I do it correctly, or do I need more training?" Jack asks
"Training? You practically killed that part, Jack! That speed of yours is on par with my Homing Attacks! You did amazing there!" Sonic said
"*Blushing* T-Thank you, Mommy! Because of you, I have grown so much since the day you summoned me! I wish I could repay you for everything you have done." Jack happy
"Don't mention it, Jack! Your speed was already impressive when we fought together the first time! I still remember that day like it was yesterday! Anyway, since you can move at a quick speed in your normal state. How about we step it up or notch by adding a few more Badnicks?" Sonic asks
A few moments later, Sonic summons more Badnicks than previously in front of Jack. Jack sees the next hoard of Badnicks as she prepares to attack them again.
"Alright, how about you switch up fighting styles and use more tactical attacks? What I mean by that is fight somewhat like me?" Sonic said
Sonic shows Jack a demonstration of his fighting skills as the Badnicks begin to charge toward him with their arms stretched in front of them. The first one attempts to grab Sonic but manages to slide underneath it and trip the Badnick over him, falling behind him soon after. He then notices the second Badnick heading towards him as he quickly performs a homing attack directly at it, dealing good damage before the force of the homing attack knocks it away towards Jack. He slashes it with a foray into two pieces before exploding behind her. Still airborne from the homing attack, three more Badnicks rush toward Sonic to catch him. When he came back down quickly regained momentum and did a Stomp move, creating a shock wave that pushed back all three of the Badnicks before performing a Spin Slash that obliterated the Three Badnicks into smaller pieces before exploding soon after. Jack watches in awe at the incredible speed that Sonic uses to perform special attacks and also wants to try it out. Finally, the first Badnick attempts to get back up, but Sonic finishes it by performing a 360-Round House Kick at the Badnick's head and ripping it out of its body before exploding.
"That was incredible, Mommy! How you used your speed to make all those moves were amazing! I saw something like that before!" Jack In Awe
"Thanks, Jack, but that was just a demonstration. I like to see you give it a try as well. Try to make something similar to what I did just now. You can use your Chaos Energy if you like. That will make things easier." Sonic replies
"Okay, Mommy! I would take advantage of my Chaos Energy to become stronger and faster! Please look at me, Mommy!" Jack said
Several Badnicks reappeared before Jack, ready to attack Jack this time. Jack closes her eyes and reopens them. A few moments later, Her eyes become bright Green as she dashes towards the first Badnick at extreme speeds, slashing it once and cutting it in half before exploding soon after. She activated her Chaos Energy in this session. Seeing two more Badnicks heading toward her, Jack slowly stepped forward until suddenly dashing in front of the two Badnicks and throwing both her knives at them, piercing through them with her utensils at their heads, ripping them off each Badnicks body before exploding soon after. Jack notices three more Badnicks charging towards her, but she quickly jumps above them, all three Badnicks slamming into one another and falling onto the floor, where they attempt to get back up. While airborne, Jack notices one of her knives heading towards a frisbee. Still, instead of grabbing it like usual, she comes up with another way to continue the fight against the Badnicks, which involves a move similar to her Master's. Moments later, Jack performs an Axe Kick down at the oncoming knife, hitting it from its grip, piercing through one of the Badnicks' bodies, and slicing it clean in half. Jack then grabs the second knife heading towards her, curls herself into a ball-like shape, and quickly spins to perform a devastating sword spin attack, slash the two other Badnicks and cause catastrophic attacks at them. Sonic watches Jack humiliate the Badnicks around her and praises her for the fantastic techniques she can do with the Chaos Energy flowing inside her body. Once defeating the three Badnicks and grabbed her two knives again, two more Badnicks appeared behind her and were about to attack her. Still, Jack quickly turned around and threw her two knives once more, piercing both of them before vanishing in front of them and appearing behind them, grabbing both of her blades and slicing their heads off before exploding soon after. After looking around for more Badnicks, she notices that no Badnick is left to deal with as she places her two knives back into their cases on her hips. She then turns to look at Sonic and runs up to him with open arms, excited from the little battle she just had.
"Mommy! Mommy! How did I do?! Did I do it correctly?!" Jack excited
"Jack... That right there was awesome! *Tightly Hugs Jacks And Spins Her Around While The Two Laugh Together* You couldn't have done that better! I'm proud of you, Jack! You surpassed my expectations! All I can give you is praise!" Sonic said
"HAHAHAHAHA! Thank you so much, Mommy! But you shouldn't be thinking of me; I should thank you for everything to get to this point! Now I feel like I can run as fast as you!" Jack replies
"That's the spirit, Jack! Never stop your goals, even if others doubt them! That's how I got here and who I am today. Speaking of which, want me to teach you how to run just like me? Get t the real fun?" Sonic said
"Yes, I want to run as fast as you, Mommy! Teach me how you can run very fast!" Jack replies
"Hehehe! That's my Jack." Sonic said
*Ishtar's Room*
"Why did you two decide to hide inside my room out of the hundreds of other Servants? No one but me is allowed inside the room unless given special permission. Especially you, younger version of that dumb King!" Ishtar said
"*Hiding Inside A Stack Of Gems* No need to get mad, Mrs. Ishtar! I won't be here for too long. We're just waiting until Nursery Rhyme catches the last ones. It's been an hour since Hide and Seek began. I can sense victory heading towards us very soon." Kid Gil replies
"Also, I took the opportunity to look around your room and inspect your impressive collection of Jewelry. All I can say is that they aren't as beautiful as Master's Seven Gems, who hold dearly to." Abigail commented
"A Kid is seriously talking down to me?! I'll have you know that I've been trying to get my hands on those Seven Chaos Emeralds. I negotiated with Sonic many times already, but he didn't accept my promises. I even tried to steal those Chaos Emeralds myself while he wasn't looking, only to be caught by the ugly Blackbeard guy! He said, "Even if you successfully stole those Emeralds from Sonic, you wouldn't know how to activate themselves, to begin with... Let alone even know how to control such power..." Who in their right mind thinks he can talk down to someone beautiful like me?" Ishtar said
"This sounds like some coping mechanism for you after the many attempts to collect those species Gems of Masters. Don't you think it's time to throw in the towel for those? I don't mind the Emeralds as long as our enemies aren't holding them. That would be a severe problem for all of us in Chaldea." Santa Alter Lily said
"I would not stop until I get my hands on those Seven Gems Sonic holds. I don't care how long it takes as long as I can get my hands on those again. And by then, I already have something to give Sonic in return for giving me those Gems." Ishtar replied
"Well, you do you, Ishtar. We're just going to keep playing Hide and Seek until we get spotted-"
"*Enters Ishtar's Room With The Sisters* Oh, what a good call you gave, Illya. If you didn't eavesdrop on each Servant's door, we would've missed this room and three more." Rhyme said
"Y-Yeah..."
"Ummm... Illya? What's wrong? Why do you look uncomfortable right now?" Miyu asks
"I-It's nothing... It's just that while I was eavesdropping to find the Seekers, I heard that new Servant, Kukulkan, shouting Sonic's name very loudly. I don't know what happened in there, but it seems to me that it's something that we shouldn't question..." Illya commented
"So the new people in town are starting to make moves on Big Brother now? I won't let them get close to him when I'm around. He's only for me to play with and only me!" Chole threaten
"Well, we spoke too loud to be spotted here. So much for taking such a victory..." Abigail defeated
"Great... Just great. If t weren't for this Underwear Goddess, no shout for those Seven Gems, they could've easily passed us." Santa Alter Lily said
"Hey! Why are you suddenly blaming me? You three forced your way into my room without me giving a yes or no. Also, you could've used Ereshkigal's room; it had more space and room to hide in!" Ishtar said
"Oh, so there's another one inside this room as well? *Notices The Stack Of Gems In The Corner* I think I know where this person is hiding. *Runs To The Gems, Moves Them Away To Spot Kid Gil Inside The Gems, Hiding And Staying Quiet* Hehehe... Found you!" Rhyme said
"Oh, man... It looks like my spot has backstabbed me. Oh well, it was fun while it lasted. Good job on catching the three of us, Nursey Rhyme!" Kid Gil said
"Wow, Rhyme, I'm impressed you caught all six of us in under an hour. I would've believed it would've taken you another hour or so to do so." Abigail said
"Yeah, not like she asked for help around to catch the six of us. Nothing that matters." Chole commented
"Alright, that's the six of us down. How many more are left to catch, Rhyme? At this point, the game is practically yours." Little Santa Alter asks
"Those left are Paul Bunyan, Erice, Voyager, Eliza, and Jack. I knew from the Master's room that Jack was in his room, but she only went inside to leave her items before going elsewhere. I haven't seen her since that." Nursery Rhyme replies
"So Jack was in Sonic's before she left to go hide somewhere. Now that's something not to be overlooked." Illya said
"She usually forgets to place her stuff with ours, so bringing her things in games like this is normal," Miyu commented
"Well, no matter, we can still find her and the rest. The time is ticking, so we head out and look for the rest." Little Santa Alter said
*Back Inside The Simulation Room*
The Blue clear sky was suddenly covered with clouds, and falling from the clouds above was the snow that landed on the ground, also covered on snow. The trees' leaves were covered with snow as the wind blew cold air around. It was now snowy weather inside the simulation room, where Sonic and Jack played with the snow together. Jack had a jacket, gloves, and boots to counter the cold, while Sonic only had a scarf around his mouth but could handle the cold well enough with his Blue Fur Body. Despite the cold weather, Sonic and Jack played in the snow together, making snowmen, snow angels, snowballs, snowboarding causally together, and many more activities that both Sonic and Jack enjoyed. It was almost paradise for Jack to have so much fun playing in the snow with her Master. And the best part was that no one else could bring this much excitement as Sonic himself. Time has passed as the two continue playing with the snow together, with no sign of stopping anytime soon.
"Mommy! Mommy! Look, I built a snowman for the two of us! Do you like it?" Jack asks
"*Looks At The Snowman* Wow Jack. That's a nice snowman you made there! But it seems a little more design." Sonic replied
"More design, huh? What do you mean by that?" Jack asks
Sonic grabs a few pebbles from the ground and sticks them in the middle of the Snowman's body, adding more stones to the Snowman's top, making a smile and two eyes to fit the Snowman better. Jack looks at her Snowman feeling more alive as Sonic finishes designing the Snowman for her.
"*Places The Last Pebble* There we go! Now that's what you call a Snowman! All it needed was a smile for it to enjoy!" Sonic said
"It looks amazing, Mommy! Hold up, let me add one last thing to my Snowman! *Runs Up To Her Snowman And Sticks Her Knives In Both Sides Of The Snowman* There we go!" Jack said
Sonic now looks at the Snowman with Jack's weapons and laughs at how funny it seems. Jack also laughed as the two were now laughing at the Snowman with Jack's weapons; it was holding on both sides of it. The two continued laughing at the Snowman as someone approached them unexpectedly.
"Oh, so this is where noises of laughter can be heard. Laughs that warm my heart knowing they are happy laughs. And none other than my own Master and my child Jack." A Voice said
"*Calms Down From Laughing, Turns, And Notices Scathach-Skadi Standing Behind Him* Hey, sup Skadi! What brings you here today?" Sonic asks
"Good day, to see you, Master. I hope I didn't bother you with your activities with Jack here. I just minded my business as usual until I heard noises coming in this direction. It caught my attention and led me to you and Jack here. I see that you two are building wonderful snowmen together. Hehehe... It looks adorable here. Was it you who made it, Master?" Scathac-Skadi questions
"That's Jack's Snowman she created. I just added some features to the Snowman like any other snowman. A Smile, eyes, hands, the usual stuff." Sonic replies
"Oh, so it was Jack who made this Snowman. It looks adorable, Jack. All it needs is a carrot for a nose, perfect!" Scathach-Skadi said
"Thank you, Mommy! We didn't have a carrot, so we had to go with whatever we had. I couldn't have done it without the help of Mommy!" Jack replies
"How little that narrows it down with our names..." Sonic thought
"Hahaha, I always forget Jack calls you Mommy for some reason. But don't worry; my Daughters are sometimes the same as well. I understand." Scathach-Skadi commented
"Right... Well, we can skip that conversation and move on. And it's the perfect time for Jack and me to move to our next activity. Hey, Jack, ever heard of this thing called a snowmobile?" Sonic said
"No. What's that, Mommy?" Jack asks
"Here, I'll show you."
The simulation room soon after summons a modern blue snowmobile in front of the three of them. Jack was surprised by this vehicle that suddenly appeared in front of her as Sonic picked her up, placed her in the Snowmobile, and sat down soon after with Jack in front of him, preventing her from falling out of the moving vehicle.
"*Looking At The Snowmobile* What an exciting object this is. I believe this is something Humans have created for entertainment, correct?" Scathach-Skadi asks
"You bet you, Skaid! It's for those who like a little adventure through the snow. And I'm one of them!" Sonic replies
"M-Mommy... What's this..."
"This is a snowmobile, Jack—a vehicle capable of moving through snow better than any other vehicle. Unlike snowboarding, this one works similarly to Musashi's Jet Ski she brings out every summer. Isn't it cool?" Sonic asks
"It looks very cool, Mommy! I want to see what it does! Show me what it does!" Jack excited
"Hehehe! Don't worry; you'll be the first to see this Snowmobile! Brace for snow coming towards you, Skadi." Sonic replies
"Hahahaha! This is so much fun! Sonic then turns on the Snowmobile, starts the engine, revs it up, and starts driving the Snowmobile around for a little, performing donuts around the snow, jumping off small cliffs, driving around trees, and genuinely having a great time together. Scathach-Skadi watches the two enjoy themselves until they eventually pull up beside her after a few minutes of using the Snowmobile.
"Welcome back, you two. How was your little adventure together?" Scathach-Skadi said
"*Pulls Up Next To Scathach-Skadi* Woooo! That was tight! I forgot just how exciting driving one of these things felt before!" Sonic said
"Hahahaha! That was fun, Mommy! Let's do it again! Come on, let's do it again!" Jack excited
"Oh, don't you worry, Jack! The ride isn't over yet. We still have lots of time to use this and go places we can't usually do. Where would you like to go with this thing, Jack?" Sonic asks
"Where do I want to go? Well, let's see... Hmmm... Ummm... Where do I want to go... Hmph... Hmmm... I don't know..." Jack replies
"How would you like to come to my castle? I'll give you two ice cream when we arrive there. My place is open anytime for you to visit, Master. You as well, Jack." Scathach-Skadi said
"Your Castle, eh? What are the odds of being invited to a Goddess's Castle while being offered ice cream by them? Heh, not like I've been in there already. Alright then, Skadi's Castle it is!" Sonic accepting
"Yeah, to Mommy's castle, we go!" Jack said
"Allow me to join you two in this moving object the simulator brought upon us," Scathach-Skadi said
"You want to experience this Snowmobile as well? Well, be my guess! Anyone is welcome!" Sonic replies
Sonic moves forward to make room as Scathach-Skadi sits behind him and gets comfortable. Scathach-Skadi then creates a pathway for Sonic to head toward her castle using the Snowmobile to prevent anything from happening.
"Alright, everyone is ready right?" Sonic asks
"I'm ready!" Jack said
"A Goddess is always prepared. Make sure you Follow the path I created so we can arrive at my castle safe and sound. We don't want to get into trouble while going there." Scathach-Skadi said
"Gotcha! Alright then, hang on tight cause here we go! *Revs Up The Engine As The Snowmobile Begins Driving Once Again, following The Path Skadi Created.*."
*Hours Later, Mash's Room*
"Kids, it's been hours since you hid in my room. Don't you think the others might have given up already and called you winners? I don't think they'll be that desperate to look at you... Besides, I have an important meeting with the Director, Da Vinci, and Sion tomorrow, and I don't want to be late." Mash said
"*Hiding Under Mash's Bed* No need to worry, Mash. Unless Master wants me for something important, then ill gladly leave your room. But nothing dire about my presence with Voagyer and me is needed for now! So I'll be here for a little longer." Erice replies
"Don't worry, Mrs. Mash! We promise we won't stay inside your room forever! Will leave eventually." Voyager commented
"A-Alright then... You two can continue hiding inside my room until you two are caught. I understand that all of you want to hang out with Senpai, but he's been busy helping the new Servants that the two of us summoned not too long ago. It's common for Sonic to be unavailable whenever someone new arrives. But don't worry; he's pretty much finished helping those three Servants set up their rooms for them. He'll be back to spend time with all of you soon by tomorrow; give him some rest as he wishes." Mash explains
"Don't worry; I'm not one to ignore that our Master is a hard-working individual trying to keep this place in one piece. We have all kinds of different Servants here with us that need to be looked at daily. I understand where you are coming from, Mash. But it also feels lonely at times when he isn't around. That's the current situation here. That's why we all decided to play Hide and Seek in the first place. To pass the time that Master isn't with us now." Erice commented
"Is that so? I'm sure Senpai understands that you all miss him and want to see him again; I understand completely." Mash said
"Well said, Mrs. Mash. Maybe one day, when Master has free time, we can journey to the stars once more as we did before. Just the two of us are exploring outside of this planet together and seeing what humans inside the earth haven't discovered yet on the outside. It's always a fun journey when the two explore together! But as I mentioned before, even if we travel greater distances, there won't be enough time to explore what goes beyond the stars. I won't be able to return here but besides Master. I don't want that to happen in our final moments together..." Voyager explains
"Voyager..."
"..."
"But don't worry, even if I can't return home. I can rest assured that my Master is safe once his journey is completed. That's what is more important to me the most!' Voyager replies
"What are you saying, Voyager? Sonic would never want to leave you behind alone in space where no one can help you! He's not the one to leave others behind! Even for some reason!" Mash commented
"Oh, I know he isn't... But I can't do anything about it. We all know what happened to me when I was still alive... I'm waiting for the day when everything is silent. But I know I would finish my journey keeping memories of Master and me together. That will be the only thing I will cherish forever..." Voyager adds up
"..."
"..."
"But no need to worry. I still have time to explore and be alongside everyone here. You all are critical to me. And I mean it!"
"To think you haven't changed since I was your Master, Voagyer. Please don't ever change and continue who you are still..." Erice said
"I promise I won't change for all of you! Including Master." Voyager promises
Moments later, Mash's door to her room suddenly opens as Nursey Rhyme enters and greets herself to Mash. Erice quickly covers herself and Voyager with a blanket in a quick fashion.
"Looks like my senses have to lead me to this room. Hello, Mash. Sorry for interrupting you so suddenly. I hope you don't mind." Nursery Rhyme said
"Nursery Rhyme? What are you doing here alone? Do you need something? Have you found the others yet from hiding" Mash asks.
"Oh, I did! I managed to find almost all of them that were hiding from me. They look around for the rest of the hiders hiding away from me as we speak. So I decided to go here while the others were also looking." Nursery Rhyme replies
"I see... Well, there isn't anyone in hearing as we speak. I'm sorry, Rhyme, but I haven't seen any kids around all day today..." Mash commented
"Are you sure there isn't anyone around? I could've sworn I heard voices while I was heading my way in here. Could it be that you're lying to me? Are you someone's alibi and trying to decrease their chances of being caught?" Nursery Rhyme asks
"..."
"*Looking Around Her Room* Your room is almost similar to Master... Nothing out of the ordinary from an average person's perspective... Hmmm... *Notices Something Underneath Mash's Bed* Oh... What do we have here? *Walks Towards The Bed, Grabs The Blanket Lying Still On The Ground, And Pulls It Away To Reveal Erice And Voyager Hiding Away From Rhyme* I knew it! I knew someone was hiding in this place when I heard voices from outside!" Rhyme said
"Great... we have been caught... After hours of moving from room to room... Our end finally stops at Mash's room." Erice defeated
"Haha! You found us, Nursery Rhyme! Yay! I'm so proud of you!" Voyager said
"Erice and Voyager are now eliminated from the Hide-and-seek game... All because my room is the same one as Senpai's..." Mash commented
"Now, now, Mash. I'm not saying that your room is terrible and empty. All I'm saying is that it is the same's as the Master's room. A space that isn't decorated like the rest of the other Servant rooms. Don't take that the wrong way..." Rhyme assures
"A-Are we the 1st ones to be found?" Erice asks
"No, you two are the third to last to be caught by me. All we need now is Bunyan, Jack, and Eliza left, but we haven't located them. Please do us a favor and help us find the last remaining three. I'm tired of running around the whole place to look for them! I want to give up, but I don't want that yet!" Nursery Rhyme replies
"Don't worry, Nursery Rhyme! I will help you find the last three hiding away from you! The three will soon be caught as well, very soon!" Voyager accepting
"You can count on us for that. Just don't rely on us too much." Erice said
*Back With Sonic And Jack*
After hours of playing in the snow and visiting Scathach-Skadi's castle at some point, the two decided that it was time to head out of the Simulation room and do something else that wasn't in that didn't involve that room. Jack had ideas about what to do with Sonic together but wasn't keen on doing those things today. Sonic notices that Jack can't come up with an idea of what to do next and decides to join in and help her fix that. However, the day was ending, so they had only a limited time before Sonic could call it a day with Jack.
"Got anything in mind, Jack? What would you like to do now?" Sonic asks
"I... don't know what to do right now, Mommy... I can't think of anything we can do together... The day is over, but I don't want to stop yet... I want to spend time with you more! Just a little more!" Jack replies
"I thought you'll say that. Don't worry, Jack. I know how to fix that empty gap in your day of fun activities! I haven't shown this to anyone, so you're the first one to know about this besides my friends back home and me! *Pulls Out A Blue Key* It's been some time since I held on to this key! It brings so many memories!" Sonic said
"*Sees A Keyhole Magically Appear In Front Of Them, Sonic Putting It Inside And Turning Before The Door Opens Up And A Bright Light Beams Out Of This Strange Door* M-Mommy...? W-Where are you taking me? I've never seen a door like this before..." Jack confuse
"Oh, you'll see, Jack! You'll notice right how this place is fantastic! My friends and I always come here to relax our minds occasionally! It's always satisfying to be here! *Holds Jack's Hand As They Both Head Into This Mysterious Light* I hope you enjoy this as much as us!" Sonic replies
Once heading inside the door, Sonic and Jack found themselves in a peaceful where the cloudy blue sky hovered above them, the green grass floor and a waterfall in front of them peacefully rolling down the rocks underneath; it was practically heaven.
"*Looking Around This New And Strange Place* W-Where are we... Mommy?" Jack questions
"Jack, I give you the Chao Garden! A place where Chao lives and where it's a perfect spot to raise some of our Chao too!" Sonic replies
"Chao... What are those...?" Jack confuse
"I'm glad you asked, Jack! Just look at those things heading towards you right now!" Sonic said
"*Notices A Group Of Small Creatures Crawling Towards Her, Looking Up At Her With Curious Look In Their Eyes* *Gasps*"
"Chao!"
"*Soon As Hearing The Voice Of The Chao, She Instantly Falls In Love With Them* Awwwww, they are so adorable! *Picks Up A Chao And Hugs It* These are adorable, Mommy! They're so squishy and cute!" Jack hugging the Chao
"Chao Chao! *Hugs Jack In Return, Enjoying The Moment With Jack And Laughing*."
"Hehe! I'm glad you like them, Jack! Those around you are the chaos that comes from my home. They've been around for quite a while, but we don't know the full extent of them, but they do indeed make up for it by being good friends to us!" Sonic said
"*Playing With The Other Chao* Can I keep one? I want to keep one in my room so we can play together all day!" Jack begged
"Sure thing Jack! It's your pet, after all. Just ensure you take care of it properly; you don't want it to get sick easily." Sonic replies
"Okay!"
*Later, Carmilla's Room*
"*Having Fun Playing With A Sonic Plushie Alongside Carmilla* Hahaha! Please give me more of Master! He's so soft and adorable in his toy self! Hahahaha!" Nine-Tattoo Dragon Eliza laughing
"*Sighs* Never thought in my entire life that I would be taking care of my younger self while she played with a small toy of our Master... Not only that, but I have to take care of another kid that joined her to play tag with the others and spend several hours inside my room..." Carmilla annoyed
"S-Sorry about that... Carmilla... We tried to look for a better spot to hide in, but we didn't have much time to look around to choose one carefully. So we decided to come inside your room. Not only that, but Eliza wanted to have fun with you and play with the small plushie of Sonic with her..." Bunyan apologizing
"*Sigh* I shouldn't be surprised that she wanted to annoy and play with me. I must deal with the other versions of me and their horrendous singing! I don't understand how Sonic could withstand her and her singing when they blast music in her room. It's beyond me!" Carmilla ranting
"There are so many Elizabeths here! I can't track how many of them are here in this home! But the possibilities are endless for one to have more of themselves..." Nine-Tattoo Dragon Eliza commented
"I won't stand to see another version of you or that older but still younger version of me! I rather would see clones of Master rather than her!" Carmilla still ranting
"Don't talk bad to Elizabeth! She's a wonderful person to be friends with! She may have a different tone regarding her singing ability but in general... She's a wonderful person to hang around with!" Bunyan defending Elizabeth
"That's easy for you to say, Bunyan. But as for me, she's a thorn that will never get off of me! No matter how often I try to get her off of me!" Carmilla replies
"Hey, don't stop and continue playing with me! I want to play with Master again!" Nine-Tattoo Dragon begs
"*The Door To Carmilla's Rooms Opens As All The Kids Enter Inside* Suprise!" Everyone shouted
"Oh, sweet lord, that all of you are here! They're right here with me! The younger me and Bunyan are right here all along! They've been here for hours, and I'm at my breaking point! I want some peace for a while now!" Carmilla said
"And here they are! The last remaining hiders from our Hide and Seek game! I'm sorry to break to you, but you aren't the winners, but you were so close so!" Nursery Rhyme said
"Guys, you finally found us! I'm so happy to see you guys again after many hours!" Bunyan said
"Yay! I've finally been caught! That was a fantastic game we played together! What position did we both manage to get?" Nine-Tattoo Dragon Eliza asks
"You both came in second since we caught you at the same time together. Excellent job hiding this long; I'm impressed you two were that dedicated!" Kid Gill congratulates them
"I wouldn't be able to last for that long hiding away without getting bored... I would've called it quits in 10 minutes being that bored..." Chloe commented
"2nd place? Are you serious... After so long of hiding? W-Who hasn't been caught yet?" Bunyan confuse
"The only person who hasn't been caught yet is Jack. We tried looking EVERYWHERE for her but saw nowhere to be found... We looked in the corner of Chaldea, and still no sign of her. It's almost like she disappeared with a trace... Quite ironic as well..." Jeanne Lily replies
"The only place we haven't visited in her room... We haven't searched there since seeing her hide in her room would be weird..." Illya said
"We might as well search there at this point. I'm sick and tired of walking around and searching for everyone hiding in the most obscure places I've ever seen!" Chloe said
"Alright then, to Jack's room, we go! But we can't go without saying that she's the winner of this Hide ad Seek game! I give her applause for surviving this long away from me!" Nursery Rhyme replies
*Jack's Room*
"*Enters Jack's Room And Notice Her Sleeping In Bed* S-She was sleeping the whole time?!" Miyu shock
"*Tucking Jack In* Oh hey kids, what brings you all here today?" Sonic asks
"Master? What are you doing here in Jack's room? Where was she the whole time... We were playing a game of hide and seek, and we couldn't find her the whole day..." Bunyan questions
"Easy, I was just spending the whole day with her and doing many fun activities. I say it went pretty well for the most part~" Sonic replies.
"*Everyone In Silence* ..."
"Hmmm? Why the silent treatment, kids? Did I say something wrong?" Sonic confused
"YOU WERE WITH JACK THE WHOLE TIME?!" The Kids shouted
"*Rubbing Back* Ehehehehe... Sorry kids, I didn't mean to take her away from your hide-and-seek game. I saw her hiding in my room when she was playing." Sonic said
"That doesn't matter anymore! What matters more is that she had you all to herself the whole day! It's not fair!" Erice said
"Yeah, we want to play with you as well, Master! *Runs Up To Sonic And grabs His Hand* Since Jack had fun with you, it's our turn to have that treatment as well!" Nursery Rhyme said
"I'll love to join you... But can we do it tomorrow? It's already getting late-"
"Oh no, Big Brother, it's unfair that Jack had you to herself the whole day under our noses. So it's reasonable that you do the same thing for us!" Illya said
"Plwease, Mwaster?" Eliza said
"*Sighs* Alright... Whatever you kids like... Just promise me you kids go to bed after this?" Sonic commented
