Chapter 18: Fishy Business
The warmth of the sun cast down onto Station Square with Sonic along with his longtime girlfriend Mina are by Emerald Coast. Sonic is lying on his back on a lawn chair with Mina getting into a bikini in the changing room.
"Oh boy, this is going to be awesome," Sonic looks out into the horizon with the waves splashing against the sand.
"Hey Baby, how do I look?" Mina asked as she was behind her boyfriend for he turned around to be dumbstruck at how good his favorite girl looked.
"Wow," he said as Mina was wearing an orange bikini with yellow flower patterns showing off her curvaceous figure. "You look great," he said as she pressed her breasts on the side of his head tracing her finger on his quills.
"You think so," she said in a playful tone.
"Of course, best girl here," he said as he felt the softness of her ample breasts against his face.
"Oh, so sweet," Mina said as she goes over to her seat with Sonic getting a better look to see her wide hips and big rear fill out the bikini bottom as well as her crooked tail sticking out through a bikini slit.
"Man, Mina is a doll," he thought as her tail twitched with happiness from Mina feeling the joy that her boyfriend noticed she looked good in her swimwear.
Mina felt Sonic's eyes on her hips sway in a sensual manner keeping him in a spell. "I knew this bikini was a good choice," she thought as she got into her lawn chair to be beside him. "You are looking at those postcards?" she asked to see him holding the postcards.
"They were from Whisper and Ace from their vacation in Downunda," he said.
"At least I can enjoy my time with the guy I love most," she thought.
"We are having a good time, kicking ass while enjoying the sun," Sonic feels the cool sea air washing over them. "That is the good stuff," he thought.
"Indeed, I get the chance to hang out with you," Mina said.
"Yeah, good times," Sonic stretched out his limbs to snug against the chair.
"Hey Sonic, you want to go for a swim?" Mina asked to move her hand to the ocean.
"Of course," he said as they both got off the chairs to rush for the water.
Mina is diving into the water to seek out shells to make a necklace for Sonic. "I bet Sonic will like this," she thought happily.
Sonic is going through the ocean like a bullet looking quite natural as he looks at Mina to stare at her nicely shaped ass. He has a grin on his face to swim up and touch her butt to make Mina jump from surprise for them to reach back to the water's surface.
"Sonic, did you tap my butt?" she questioned as Sonic has a look of dismissive denial.
"Oh sorry, I was swimming so fast I didn't notice," he said. Mina didn't believe him but she secretly liked the attention he was giving her.
"Sure, I can massage something else to keep it nice and straight," Mina said in a suggestive tone making Sonic blush.
"Oh, I will keep that in mind," he said meekly as Mina giggled at this.
"He is so cute like that," Mina whispered gazing at his sleek form and handsome yet friendly face. She has a deep urge to pounce on him but she holds herself back. "I got some seashells, I'm going to make a necklace for both of us," Mina said as she got out of the water to begin crafting the necklaces.
"Cool," Sonic said as he was thinking about giving Mina something in the future. Mina shakes off the water from her fur to sit on the lawn chair.
"That is much better," she thought as she heard her stomach growling. "Oh boy, hey Sonic. I am getting pretty hungry," she said as her cheeks were red from embarrassment.
"Me too, let's head for the snack bar," he said as they walked to the building where the snack bar was located.
The duo passes by a bunch of guys whistling to Mina checking her out. She noticed three men were looking at her features filling out her bikini.
"Hey man, look at that mongoose. She got a nice bust," the first dude said to check out Mina's large chest filling out her bikini top quite well and showing some nice cleavage,
"Yeah, she got a cute face too, those lips are so kissable," the second guy said as they passed by.
"Screw that, she got those big buns," the third guy said staring at Mina's thick butt along with her curvy thighs which are some of her best features.
"Those creeps," Mina said feeling disgusted by them.
"What can you do, there are a bunch of assholes wherever you go," Sonic said as she places her hand on his fluffy ear slowly caressing it.
"I already have someone in mind who I don't mind looking at me," Mina whispered to look longing at Sonic.
"Oh, you say something Mina?" he asked as Mina snapped out of her daydreaming.
"Oh nothing," she said meekly to reach the snack bar to see a lot of people enjoying the tasty food. "So many tasty treats," Mina said as the bar had a bunch of sweet foods on display for people to buy.
"Lovebirds, what do you need?" the shopkeeper asked making the two blush in embarrassment.
"I will have stuffed cheese pancakes, please. Hey Sonic, you would want one too. Trust me they taste pretty yummy," Mina uttered him as they ordered two cheese-stuffed pancakes with orange smoothies.
"Enjoy you two," the man hands them the dishes and glasses.
"Thank you," Mina said as they sat at a booth to enjoy their meal. "So tasty, how is yours?" she asked with her mouth melting from the delightful taste.
"It's pretty good," he said with a smile. Mina thinks he looks cute with a bright grin on his handsome furry face.
"See, what did I tell you," Mina said as they were eating their food and enjoying each other's company. "This stuff reminds me of a certain local dish from my hometown called Okonomiyaki," she said as Sonic remembers Mrs. Mongoose cooking up some local dishes.
"Oh yes, your mom's cooking was badass that day," Sonic said as they were about to be finished. "Man, I can go for some ice cream," Sonic said as to drank up the last of his smoothie.
"I am all for that," Mina said as they went to the shopkeeper again.
"So, what else do you want?" he asked.
"Strawberry ice cream," Mina said.
"Rocky Road," Sonic said as the shopkeeper gave the scoops.
"Thanks," the duo said as they took their seats outside the shop to enjoy the good weather.
"Others are missing out on this," Sonic said to lick his ice cream to enjoy the taste.
"Yeah, but they went to do their own thing. So, what can you do," Mina said.
"It's sad, we could have gone to the beach together this summer," Sonic said as Mina was licking her strawberry ice cream. "This is so good," Sonic said as he eagerly licks the scoop with glee.
"Hey Sonic, watch it. You could get a…" Mina warned but it was too late as Sonic was holding his head with a pained look on his face.
"Brain freeze," Sonic winced as Mina sighed.
"You have to watch it," Mina said.
"Sorry, it tasted so good. I couldn't help myself," Sonic said.
"Oh, Sonic. Hey, let's go on the Ferris wheel. We can get a good look at the shoreline," she said.
"That is a great idea," Sonic said as they finished their snacks to head for the red Ferris wheel in the center of the boardwalk.
"Make way, make way," a familiar voice said as all the men both Human and Mobian were checking out Breezie rocking a red bikini fitting her shapely features.
"Oh no, you are here," Mina protested.
"Of course; I am here. I am enjoying the sun on this lovely day," Breezie said as she checked her smartphone to see her new business reports. "I have a very nice investment in the Northern Oceans. Enjoy your day," Breezie said as all the men were still staring at her while she moved away.
"Gee, the nerve of that woman. Unbelievable," Mina said to look upset by her presence.
"Yeah, all those guys don't know the real Breezie. Such a vile woman, come on. Let's head into the Ferris wheel," Sonic said as Mina nodded her head.
"Okay, let's enjoy ourselves and not like that woman ruin it," Mina said as they got into the line. "So, whose boobs are better?" she asked.
"Yours of course but Breezie's looks very fake to me," Sonic said.
"Good answer but I get what you mean. Everything on her is paid for and not earned at all. Quite shameful really," Mina said for them to enter the cabin to go high into the air.
Mina is checking out the view through the window as she leans over with Sonic looking at something else.
"Wow, this view is so beautiful," Mina said as Sonic stared at Mina's big rear filling out her bikini bottoms along with her beautiful tail.
"I greatly prefer the view in front of me," Sonic said as his sweet-talking is making Mina glow in the face.
"Oh you," Mina said to go over and kiss him on the lips. She sits beside him to lay her head on his shoulder. "But seriously the view is wonderful," she said as they both looked out to see the whole Emerald Coast bathed in sunny warmth.
"It sure does," Sonic said as Mina looked down at her hands with certain thoughts popping into her mind.
"So Sonic, after all, this is over. What is the future like for us I mean?" Mina asked.
"Well with Eggman gone and many heroes popping up right and left. We can't keep fighting bad guys forever," Sonic said as Mina nodded her head.
"True but I wonder what is in store for us," Mina said as Sonic has a cocky grin on his face.
"I can take a guess. Marriage, a little house in the woods, and several little mongooses/hedgehogs running around," Sonic said as Mina laughed at this.
"Oh Sonic, you are too much sometimes," Mina said.
"I try," he said.
"Sonic, is that what you wanted?" she asked seriously. Sonic took her chin to make her look up into his eyes.
"Of course. I want this Mina, I wanted to keep going forward with you no matter what. In battle and life including raising kids when the time comes of course," Sonic said as this made Mina's heart go aflutter with butterflies.
"Oh Sonic, I always wanted to raise a big family with you. The proper partner you always deserved," Mina said as Sonic had a sweet image of Mina being a future mother of his kids. She is big and pregnant giving off a gentle warm motherly glow.
Sonic snaps out of his fantasy to kiss her on the forehead. "One step at a time, first we need to make the world safe again," Sonic said.
"Yes, we got to protect the world for everyone else," Mina said as they soon got off the carriage. "Oh, that was too soon to get off," Mina said as she enjoyed the romantic atmosphere within the Ferris wheel.
"Let's walk on the beach for a while," Sonic said as Mina nodded her head at the idea.
"Oh yes, that is a nice idea," Mina said as they returned to the beach to enjoy the white sands and blue ocean water.
Soon enough they see some men looking over something that was lying in low tides on the beach. "What are they doing?" Sonic wondered as Mina noticed them beating up a beached shark.
"Oh, they are hurting that animal. Poor thing, hey get away from the shark," Mina rushes in with her arm cannon in her hand trying to scare the men away.
"The hell. I am not dealing with that, you can have your stupid demon fish," the men went away as they looked to see the shark looked pretty beat up but seemed quite fine.
"Those men were going to kill it with those weapons," Mina said as she placed her hand on its smooth head trying to calm it down. "Don't worry, you are safe now," Mina said in a soothing voice as the animal relaxed with the water brushing against it.
"Let's push it back into the ocean," Sonic said as Mina nodded her head.
"Okay," the two grab onto the fish and gently push it into the water to see it swim away.
"Why would they attack a defenseless animal?" he asked.
"It's all those stupid shark movies Breezy Media is pushing lately. Making people scared and making them out to be monsters," Mina said as she felt sympathy for sharks.
"Yeah, those movies I would give a D+ at best. Shark Tornado, what kind of movie is that anyway?" he questioned.
"Yes, they are very trashy but people like it," Mina sighs at this as the day has come to an end with Mina and Sonic heading back home. As they enter their condo, Shadow calls them onto their phones.
"Sonic and Mina, I need your aid with an operation involving Breezy Media involving their shipping fleet," Shadow said.
"What is she doing?" Mina asked.
"She is in the Meropis City's borders and doing some illegal operations with overfishing and polluting the water with waste," Shadow said as Mina was more upset now.
"That bitch, I will gladly aid with stopping them Shadow," Mina said.
"Yeah, she will not get away with this. Where do we meet up?" Sonic asked.
'At the docks in Station Square. My team will be there along with Echo who will lead her troops to strike back at them," Shadow said.
"Hey, don't be late," Sonic joked.
"That is my line," Shadow said lightly as he cut off the line.
"Gee, this woman is unbelievable. Using the oceans for her profits, so low," Mina said as she stripped out of her bikini to put on some underwear and a blue nightgown to fit her body.
"Yeah but we will going to strike her wallet and shove it into her stupid face," Sonic said as they both slipped into bed together.
"Of course, come on my love. Let's sleep to get ready for tomorrow," Mina said as they both went to sleep in each other's arms.
Elsewhere the commander of Breezie's private military forces is safeguarding the ships in the Meropis City's borders with Team Hooligan along with their newest member Akhlut the Orca providing backup to the robotic forces.
"I must admit, these new Swat Bot units are quite interesting," the commander said as Breezie was on a hologram to be impressed by their models.
"Indeed, I got this from that little midget Snively Robotnik and I got to say they are far more impressive than Eggman's old Egg Pawns," Breezie said as they were tall humanoid robotic soldiers were very deadly and highly modular going beyond the threat level of the Egg Pawn.
"He outdid himself," the commander said as Breezie chuckled at her brilliance.
"I will need more than order to keep my business interest safe from those troublesome fools," Breezie said.
"Indeed, all things are green here," the commander said.
"Good, keep me up to date with your status," Breezie said as she cut off the hologram.
"Okay, keep watch over the main ships," the commander said as Fang checked his dual pistols.
"Gee, do we need to be here," Fang said.
"Sally says we need to keep Breezie happy so we can get her funding our operations," Bean said.
"Whatever, fishing for Shark fins is not worth my time," Fang said.
"I heard they are worth a pretty credit but are pretty worthless when it comes to taste. They put them in these weird shark fin soup," Bean said as Bark looked on to be grossed out by this.
"Breezie is getting into some weird markets. That's for sure," Fang said as he looked over to see a huge muscular Orca Mobian wearing a diving suit and a weird cybernetic helmet on his head. "I hope you are worth it due to your reputation in the ocean regions," Fang said.
"You doubt me," Akhlut said as he used his psychic powers to give Fang a painful ringing in his mind making him fall onto his knees.
"Okay I get it," Fang said as Akhlut stopped his mental assault with a nasty grin on his face.
"Good, I will be in the ocean to provide cover. Don't fuck up," the evil Orca said as he dives into the water. They see the Swat Bots and Hover Units protecting the fleet from all threats.
Elsewhere morning has come with the warmth of sunbathing at Station Square. Sonic and Mina arrived at the docks to see Team Dark waiting for them.
"What's up guys," Sonic greeted them.
"Nice seeing you guys," Mina said as Rouge waved to them.
"Hey there, just in time. The Meropis assault ship is here to pick us up here," Rouge said.
"Oh, Sonic and Mina. Good to see the heroes of my city," Echo appears to bow her head in respect for her new friends. She is still wearing an armored wetsuit and wielding her trident by her side.
"Oh Echo, good to see you again," Mina said.,
'Likewise," Sonic said as Echo nodded her head.
"Yes. This is all part of a joint operation between GUN and Meropis City Militia. We will meet up with my unit out in the sea and join up to assault that group of ships owned by Breezie," Echo said as they went into the assault ship to head off into the sea.
Soon enough a tall blond human girl appears to go hug Sonic. "Hey there Sonic, long time no see," Hope said as Sonic patted her on the shoulder.
"Gee, Hope, you are getting big lately," Sonic joked as Hope is only 5'3 tall which towers over all the Mobains in the area to make her stick out like a sore thumb.
"Yep, I am here for tactical support. I will be giving you aid via radio," Hope said.
"Good to have you here Hope," Mina said as they went towards the recon point where the other friendly ships were waiting for them.
Everyone is scattered across the ship with Echo watching on the side to see the endless ocean in front of her as the sun shines its light onto the water's edge. "liking the view here?" Mina asked to stand beside her.
"Yes it is, I barely get away from the depths of my nation but seeing all of this. It's so worth it and with my nation breaking away from isolation, it's an eye-opening experience," Echo said as she looked down onto the floor with sorrow. "But there are people on the surface who don't seem to care about the beauty of this world, only seeing it as a means to use it for their selfish ends,"
"Indeed, not everyone is like Eggman or Breezie. Very kind people who want to live their lives in peace in this big blue world despite all the nasty people out there. You did a good thing to become part of this world and make it a better place for everyone," Mina said.
"Yeah I know we did but without your support. We would be in big trouble but now we are united to fight this threat," Echo said.
"Of course, that is what friends are for Echo," Mina said as she patted her on the back.
"Thank you, Mina and you are always welcome back to the city. Can we get a nice concert from you soon?" she asked as she heard about Mina's music which is pretty good to her ears.
"Of course, I will even give you backstage passes along with Undina, Coral, and Pearly," Mina said.
"Thank you, I am looking forward to that," Echo said as the two women just stared out into the direction.
Elsewhere Sonic goes into Hope's room to see her working on something with Shadow sitting nearby. "Hope, what are you working on?" he asked.
"It's a gadget I recently made. It's called a Flame Shield which is an elemental shield generated by this orb within this ring bracelet. It offers a powerful defense in 360-degree coverage," Hope gives it to Shadow to place it onto his wrist.
He taps the gem to let out a flaming red barrier to surround him as it gives him excellent coverage. "Perfect, you outdid yourself this time," Shadow taps it again to turn it off with Hope giggling at this.
"My pleasure," Hope said.
"Can I get a gadget like that?" he asked.
"I am sorry about that Sonic. This is a prototype and there is only one that Shadow is using to field test on this mission," Hope said as Sonic noticed Hope looked a bit sad about something.
"Something wrong Hope?" Sonic asked.
"Oh nothing, people have been bothering me about my family name again," Hope said as Shadow looked down, worried about her mental health.
"Sonic, a word outside," Shadow said.
'Alright, good to see you again Hope," Sonic said.
"Same here, I need to work on Omega who is coming in soon," Hope said as the two hedgehogs went outside with Shadow looking very concerned.
"How long has that been going on?" Sonic asked.
"It's been going on for a while now. Everyone thinks she would one day become another Eggman which I find insane," Shadow said.
"Yes, she is nothing like Eggman or his dirtbag nephew Snively," Sonic said as Shadow sighed at this.
"It's exhausting for sure but she is not like she was over 3 years ago during the Black Arms invasion. She is using her mechanical skills and genius knowledge of machines to give aid to mankind," Shadow said.
"Man, I wonder if Tails and Hope can join forces. They made our spaceship the Blue Typhoon a couple of years back to fight back against the Metarex," Sonic said as Shadow nodded his head.
"Hope did say she was the Tails to my Sonic as a joke," Shadow said as Sonic laughed at this.
"Oh, really know," Sonic said.
"Don't get any funny ideas," Shadow said flatly.
"Sure sure, okay I will not tease you but seriously Maria and Gerald are Robotniks yet they are good people who wanted the best for the world," Sonic said as the truth about the Eclipse Cannon was revealed to be a defense against the Black Comet which shows, in the end, Gerald was a good guy who wanted to protect the world from evil.
"Yes I hope she drives strength from those two and pushes forward into the future walking her path," Shadow said.
"I hope so, also I heard about you and Rouge. It's about time," Sonic said.
"Well things happened and we are seeing where it goes," Shadow said.
"Oh, it was so cute seeing them kissing in the park," Hope said as this made Shadow flustered by her sudden comment.
"Hope," Shadow protested as her head was sticking out of the door.
"Oh sorry, I will go back to my work," Hope said as Omega came into her room to get a checkup.
"Sonic, I used to be alone for a long time and now I have a reason for protecting this world. I gain a family and I am willing to protect it," Shadow looks over to see Rouge fondly. Rouge catches this as she gives him a longing smile with Shadow exchanging a smirk.
Within Hope's room to run maintenance on Omega's systems look at his new Chaos Drive which improves combat effectiveness by 250 percent. "Hey Omega, your torso is looking good. That new armor plating is looking pretty nice," she said as Omega detects anxiety within her body.
"I am detecting nervous, are you okay?" he asked.
"Kind of, people put a lot of expectations on me. Good and bad. Some people think I would become like my evil uncle Eggman or my pitiful half-brother Snively. I hate when it gets brought up," Hope said as she worked on Omega to see if he was okay.
"You are not Robotnik if you were. I would have killed you by now," Omega said as he tried to comfort her in his unique way. Hope smiles at this as she pats the robot on the shoulder.
"Thanks, Omega. I am very lucky to have you, Rouge, and Shadow. You all are my best friends and my real family," Hope said hugging the killer robot like he was a teddy bear for Omega let her do it.
"We are comrades Hope and you are a part of Team Dark. We will make them see you as a good player in this game," Omega said.
"Yes Omega, we will," Hope said as everyone was in the command bridge to check on the status of the situation.
"Well, what do we have here," Sonic said as Hope showed a hologram about the area where the ships are located.
"There are several ships in that area with two main ships that lead the pack. We can split our forces with Echo, Sonic, and Mina going for the first ship while Shadow, Omega, and Rouge will go on the second command ship," Hope said as she showed off a hologram to see a new model of machines for Sonic and Mina look confused by it.
"What is this Hope?" Mina asked.
"This is called a Swat-Bot which are powerful combat automatons who are created by the Dragon Kingdom aka the Dragon Empire via my half-brother Snively Robotnik. They fit with his personality which is cold, efficient, and ruthless," Hope said.
"They are Robotnik robots and they must be destroyed," Omega said to sound like he wanted to get some action.
"Indeed, there are the basic units and Hover Units. They will be ordered by a commander. Taking him down will allow us to take the ships," Hope said.
"Alright, we are getting close to the others," Echo said as they regrouped with the friendly ships to head for the enemy ships to launch an all-out assault against them.
Soon enough Fang and his team are trying to hold off an army of Meropis soldiers with Fang using his dual laser pistols to put red-hot burning holes into the chests of the enemies. "Damn it, they are too many of them," Fang said as Bean tosses ice bombs to freeze targets while Bark smashes them into bloody icy pieces.
Sonic, Mina, and Echo managed to get onto the first command ship with Sonic smashing through a bunch of Swat-Bots with a spin dash.
Echo is firing bolts of energy from her trident to blast the robots to pieces with her swinging and cutting down several enemy robot troopers.
On the second ship, Team Dark got on board to engage with the robotic forces. Omega is using his homing missiles to blast them to scrap metal. He uses her metal claws to tear the incoming robots in half.
Shadow noticed a barrage of projectiles with him activating the Flame Shield easily deflecting the blasts. "Chaos Spear," Shadow unleashes a barrage of energy spears to crave through the squads of Swat-Bots destroying them.
"Rouge flies in and kicks a Swat Bot with her steel-tipped boots. She tosses several bombs to latch onto Swat Bots and Hover Units to see them get blown to bits.
"Lightning," Mina cloaks herself in electricity to dash through several groups of Swat Bots while kicking down a robot. Echo is knocking away bombs from Bean as she fires a stun bolt to daze him. Mina follows up with a strong kick to the head knocking him into the water.
Mina and Echo go after Bark as he uses his large forearms trying to hit them but they manage to evade his strikes. Echo fires stun bolts to faze Bark leaving him vulnerable as Mina charges up with lightning to slam herself into the polar bear's large body knocking him as well into the ocean waters.
Fang is looking over to be pissed with his teammates. "Oh, you useless idiots," Fang is shooting at Sonic but he dodges the laser bolts. He slams into Fang and then follows up with a swift roundhouse kick to knock him into the water.
"Gee, this isn't worth it, Orca. You are up," Fang said on the radio.
"I have to clean your mess," a booming voice echoed within Sonic's mind.
"Who is that?" he questioned as an intense low pitch pierced into his mind making him fall onto his knees. Both Mina and Echo fall onto the floor as well trying to hold their head wanting to make this piercing noise stop.
"He is Akhlut the Orca, one of the biggest war criminals in the oceans. He was a big problem but Eggman put him on ice for his unstable nature," Echo said.
"Perfect fit for a crazy evil wizard," Mina said.
"What is his deal with his powers?" Sonic asked as he noticed a weird helmet on his head.
"He has both sonic and psychic powers along with superhuman strength making him quite a bother," Echo said as he fired a stun bolt to knock off his focus breaking his mental attack.
"You think a little weapon can stop me," Akhlut said as he let out a powerful pulse of sound from his mouth to knock the trio into a wall.
"Cube," Mina smashes the floor to turn all the surrounding robots into energy cubes. Both Echo and Sonic kick the cubes towards Akhlut to take the full hits but still standing.
Rouge noticed the huge Orca fighting the others. "Oh my, he is a wanted criminal. Omega use your riot rounds, we need him alive," Rouge ordered as Omega fired several stun rounds to slam into Orca to knock the wind out of him.
Shadow heads over to aid Sonic and the others who are pinned down by Akhlut's mental assault. Echo lifts her trident to fire stun bolts to faze him further with Shadow teleporting there.
"Chao Control," Shadow stops time around to strike the big brute several times to be behind him. He snaps his fingers to resume time to send the big villain into the water.
"Thanks for the assist, Shadow," Sonic said as Shadow helps him up.
"Thanks to Omega's and Echo's distractions," Shadow said as Echo nodded her head.
"Glad to be of service," Echo said as they captured the robot commander and the captain of the ships. Mina came onto the deck to see something very horrible.
"Oh no, these sharks," Mina said as they all looked at boxes of shark fins piled inside.
"Why are there so many shark fins?" Sonic asked.
"It's a very profitable business making them into a soup and other items but the process is very gruesome," Mina said sadly to point to a dying shark flopping on the deck with none of its fins remaining on its body. "Oh no, this looks so painful," Mina said feeling sympathy for the dying animal.
"Why is it like that?" Sonic asked.
"They cut the fins since that is the only thing valuable to them. They can be tossed back into the sea finless to slowly die while they sink to the bottom of the ocean," Mina said as this got both Sonic quite upset at the cruelty here.
"This is disgusting, letting them die like that," Sonic said as he looked to see many more dead sharks littered onto the deck with all their fins cut off. Mina is beyond pissed that Breezie would go this further to make money.
"What a real bitch if the people have seen what she is. They drop her plastic ass on the cold floor," Mina said as Echo is disgusted by this as well.
"These wonderful creatures suffered fates worse than death. To be served by greedy elites while they exploit our waters," Echo said as the captain spat on Echo's flippers.
"Who cares about stupid fish," the captain said as Echo punched him in the head.
"These stupid fish are important parts of the balance of the ocean's ecosystem. Take them away, they will be put to death for their crimes against our beautiful oceans," Echo said as her soldiers took them into the ships.
"Oh boy, that was impressive guys. The bad guys are getting away in a sub," Hope said on the radio.
"Don't worry, we managed to complete the mission. That is what counts," Shadow said.
"What do we do with the ships?" Sonic asked.
"We should sink and let them become artificial reefs to help the animals make new habitats," Mina said as Echo nodded her head.
"Thanks, Miss Library," Sonic joked.
"Oh, you are lucky I am very pretty and smart," Mina said with pride.
"Yes, these ships will become useful for the local fauna," Echo said as they got back onto the ships to destroy the cargo ships and sink them to the bottom of the ocean.
"Okay, we should get back to Station Square and depart," Rouge said as they went back to drop everyone on the docks.
"I am grateful for your aid," Echo said bowing her head to them.
"No problem, just ask if you want more help," Mina said as everyone separates with Sonic and Mina being pissed with Breezie. "Oh, I want to make a new song and shove it down Breezie's throat. I am going to blow her fake nonsense out of the water with real music," Mina said.
"Now you are talking Mina, get hyped and beat her faker superstar Honey the Cat out of the water," Sonic said as they gave each other high fives.
"Oh yeah, I am fired up now. Come on babe, let's get home," Mina said as they went back home with the day ahead of them.
