"*Twirling Her Hair With A Concerned Look On her Face* You think Master will listen to me? I feel like Sonic has forgotten about my existence at this point." Mata Hari commented.
"Don't be ridiculous; just because you considered yourself a weak Servant with no unique traits doesn't mean that Sonic doesn't like you either. Even the weakest of Servants have the same respect as the stronger ones." Kama (Stage 1) stated
"Yeah... I understand that, but... I'm just a being whose only purpose is to satisfy men... That's the only thing I'm good at, and nothing... I'm a tool in everyone's eyes..." Mata Hari downplaying herself
"Look, just go talk with Sonic yourself. If you explain all your feelings towards him, maybe he could shed some light on you. Sonic can be a cocky and dumb idiot at times, but whenever he sees his friends down. That's when he moves everything aside to help us." Kama replies

The door to Sonic's room opens behind Mata Hari, and Siegfried and Kriemhild exit soon after. Mata Hari stares at them as Sonic pokes his head out of the room.
"Just remember you two. It would be best if you didn't let the past dictate how your relationship should go. At the same time, the topic of relationships is something that I wouldn't say I like to get into. I do understand how much you two mean to one another. And it shows right now." Sonic said
"Thank you for the advice, Master. Sorry for getting you too involved with our stuff. I should be more considerable with her in the future." Siegfried replies
"*Blushing* Y-You... stupid... idiot..." Kreimhild whispers
"Hehe~ Well, it was great speaking to you two right now. Hope things turn out well for you two." Sonic said
"Thank you, Master. Pardon our excuse. Come on, Kreimhild. Let us be off. *Holds Kriemhild's Hand As They Walked Away*"
"*Turns Her Head Back To Look At Sonic* S-Sorry... Master..." Kreimhild apologized
"*Turns To Look At Mata Hari And Kama* Oh, girls, what's up? Everything going alright?" Sonic asks
"O-Oh... M-Master! W-Well... I wanted to come speak with you about something..." Mata Hari stuttered
"Please don't make it harder for yourself... Apologies, Master, I just came here to bring her to you. I'll take my leave right now. *Vanishes Soon After*" Kama Disappearing soon after
"You wanted to speak with me, Mata? What's up? Something bothering you lately?" Sonic asks
"M-Maybe we can talk this out in private... I don't wish anyone to hear our conversation here..." Mata Hari pleaded
Inside Sonic's Room*
"*Looking At A Photo Of Himself With Other People Inside A Virtual Game Before Pocketing It Away* Alright, it's just the two of us, Mata Hari. Now you can tell me what's been going on lately." Sonic said
"Sorry for dragging you into such a mess, Master. But... recently, I've been thinking a lot about each other... N-Not exactly that way... But... You know what I mean..." Mata Hari replies
"Uh-huh. I can see where you're coming from. Don't worry about explaining it; I know." Sonic commented
"You do?"
"Mata, are you sure you're okay? You haven't been the happy-go-cheerful girl I knew you for. Is everything alright for you?" Sonic asks
"Sonic... *Sighs* Okay... I'll say with my chest... Am I a nobody to you? A Servant who doesn't deserve to be a Servant at all?" Mata Hari questioned
"*Stares At Mata Hari Without Saying Anything, Processing What She Said* ..."
"A weak Servant with no valuable things besides satisfying men for their pleasure...? Am I just a Servant who everyone forgets...? Am I not useful at all...? Should I be around right now...? " Mata Hari questions
"Mata... Where is all of this coming from? What do you think of all of that to yourself?" Sonic concerned
"It's because... *Chokes Up A Bit* It's because of how things have changed since I first appeared... I remember when you and I would go on missions and spend time together... I thought everything was going great for the two of us... However, as time went by and more powerful Servants began to show up, suddenly.. we just haven't been able to spend as much time together as we once had... We stopped going on missions less and less... I held hope that you would return to me and start fresh... But that never came..." Mata Hari explained while trying to hold back some tears
Sonic watches Mata Hari, her body trembling and voice shaky as she says those words to him. All Sonic could do was watch the young girl while trying to develop words.
"I'm sorry for saying all of this to you, Master... I understand your job is to watch and keep the hundreds of Servants in line... But it also would've been alright if you just visited me occasionally... I would get it if you don't consider me valid anymore, Sonic... I am nothing but... *Tears Forming In Her Eyes And Rolled Through Her Face* a weak Servant that doesn't deserve to be loved... I'm sorry..." Mata Hari choking up her words
Mata Hari slowly turns around, her head down as she slowly walks away. Before she could reach for the door, Sonic suddenly grabbed Mata's hand and stopped her from exiting. Mata Hari doesn't turn to see Sonic and stays still.
"I should be the one apologizing, Mata, not you. You never done anything wrong. Don't blame yourself. I'm ashamed and disappointed in myself for not looking at the bigger picture. Not realizing that my Servants need me as well." Sonic stated

"I've been busy with all the stuff currently happening. That and keeping all the Servants in check so they won't cause any problems. But still, I should've realized my mistake much sooner and later. This is precisely what happened with Boudica and me before... I never gave her the attention that she wanted, and despite us fixing that issue... I'm still disappointed in myself for making her feel alone and isolated... I should've done better not only as a Master but also as a friend. The same goes for you as well, Mata Hari... I'm sorry for being there with you when you needed me... I'm truly sorry for that..." Sonic explains
Sonic slowly turns Mata Hari around as she kneels, and Sonic wipes the tears from her eyes. Mata watches as Sonic wipes the tears away.
"You're also not a tool just for satisfying men. I don't see you as that; I see you as a real human being who needs someone you can call your friend. You told me before how scared you are around those much more powerful than you who use you around. That's why I made a promise to you about breaking that cycle. While yeah, I'm a Master, I still wouldn't say I like dictating to my Servants and taking advantage of them. I've said it hundreds of times and will continue to do so as long as I am a Master. That's why I prefer Freedom and those who can choose their paths; they don't need someone like myself to tell them what or what not to do. They can choose to do so myself. That goes for you as well, Mata Hari." Sonic stated
"... M-M-Master..."
"Also, you are helpful as well. To me, you aren't weak at all. Heh~ What if I told you the Throne of Heroes saw great potential in you? Those that were forgotten in history were never given a second chance. However, you were one of the lucky ones the Throne gave another chance to." Sonic explained

"You're on the same boat as Charlotte Corday; she also has told me she's not as strong a Servant as the others but still does her best to support us. Even if she isn't a fighter, I still greatly appreciate her as much as everyone else. Believe me, Mata Hari, I wouldn't like to see you kick yourself down just because you don't have any useful qualities. You are still one of my best friends, and I wouldn't want to trade you for anyone else." Sonic continues on
"*More Tears Form In Her Eyes As She Tightly Hugs Sonic* M-MASTER!" Mata Hari cried out
"There there, Mata Hari, everything is going to be alright. I'm sorry I neglected your feelings; I should've been more aware of my friends and their feelings. I promise from now on that I'll do my absolute best to treat you as the friends we always were. Everyone I meet should be given the same treatment as the others. Do you understand Mata Hari? I'm sorry for everything." Sonic Apologized
"*Sniffs And Wipes The Tears Off Her Eyes* Yes… Master… Thank you for everything that you've done for us… You're the one who I can consider a true best friend… I love you, Master…" Mata Hari stated
"Love you too, Mara Hari. *Pats Her In The Back* How about we make a fresh start right now? Want to go bug someone around? What do you think?" Sonic asks
"Yeah! Let's go see how Fergus is doing!"
"E-Ehehe… Anyone but Fergus for the moment. Come on, let's go and see how Elizabeth's doing with her vocal practice. Heard she's gotten better recently~"
