Chapter 22: Maiden Voyage
Shadow, Rouge, and Omega are helping Agent Madonna transport the captured Deadly Six in escort transports. "Crazy sons of bitches but we got a perfect place to lock these suckers in," Madonna said.
"Indeed, they are quite the problem lately but Mina managed to defeat all of them despite wielding fragments of the Master Emerald," Rouge sounded very impressed by this.
"That Hyper-go-on energy is no joke," Shadow is impressed by this well.
"Total joke, not worth my time to deal with," Omega said.
"Indeed, despite them being living jokes they are still dangerous when left to their own devices," Shadow said.
"Now we need to deal with the Wizard, Dr. Starline, and Snively/Regina," Rouge said.
"Yes, we need to bite this hard and fast. We need to find this Naugus and put an end to this," Shadow said.
"I doubt you can just find him out of nowhere," Hope said on the radio as they escorted the Deadly Six to a highly secured GUN prison.
Elsewhere Naugus is sensing he needs to remove some chess pieces from the board. He looks at files about Team Dark and Task Force X. "I need to take matters into my own hands to show these fools who he needs to fear," he says as he looks behind him to see a mysterious Jackal covered in a gray metal mask and a weird gem embedded into his chest called a Time Stone.
"Is it time to face the enemy?" the mysterious Jackal asked.
"Of course, Infinite. I will send a signal to GUN to send their best agents to me and I will rock their worlds," Naugus said as he sent out a signal to get GUN's attention preparing to show them fear and horrors beyond their wildest dreams.
Elsewhere Mina wants to go on a cruise ship with her boyfriend as she gets some tickets for the Cruise Ship Aquatos. "This is going to be so awesome. We are going on a cruise in the Northern Sea to see the blue ocean," Mina said.
"Sounds cool, I hope we can see some whales," Sonic said as Mina had a grin on her face.
"Yes, seeing the whale breaching the ocean's edge would be so cool," Mina said as they set off to head for the docks at Station Square. Sonic spots her wearing a lovely white sundress fitting her figure, especially her chest.
"Looking pretty good today," he commented as Mina giggled at this.
"Thanks, this is pretty new. I saw Cosmo wearing one, so I got on myself. I do look pretty good," Mina said as they went up to the docks to see a nice-looking cruise ship looming over them. "It will take several hours between trips to and from the Northern Sea," Mina said as they got on board to show off their tickets for them to have several hours for the ships to go into the Northern Ocean and then head back to Station Square.
They are on the deck to see the open ocean with Mina feeling it's very romantic with the cute dolphins gliding along the surface to greet the two Mobians with light chirps. "Oh, these Dolphins are so adorable," Mina said to wave to the cute creatures.
"I wonder if these are distant relatives of Echo," Sonic said as Mina laughed at his joke.
"Oh Sonic, don't say that," Mina said.
"Yeah I know, hey Mina I got something for you," Sonic said as Mina turned her head to the side.
"What is it Sonic, is it a gift?" she asked.
"Yes, I have written a poem for you," Sonic said as Mina clasped her hands together.
"Oh Baby, that is so sweet. I want to hear it," she said as Sonic took a piece of paper out of his pack to hold it in front of him.
"Well Mina, here I go. This is my poem called Presence of an Angel. Just for you babe," Sonic said as Mina waited for his sweet handsome voice to whisper sweet nothings into her round mongoose ears.
"The sight of this angel puts me in a trance of awe and beauty. Her voice makes my heart melt like a wax candle. The way she moves turns my legs into rubber. The gaze of her eyes puts me in a state of bliss. Her smile makes my brain flip back and forth with excitement," Sonic finished the first part with Mina easily getting hooked to every word.
"When I'm with her, it's like I'm in heaven but when she has gone, it's like my own personal hell without her to show me the way. This angel means more to me than money can ever buy," Sonic got through the second part of the poem with Mina's eyes widened by the strength of his voice emitting a deep love he holds for her making her heart swell with happiness and content.
"Sometimes I feel my heart gave itself sharp pain as if tiny needles drill into it like I can feel her suffering which goes on throughout her life. Is as if our hearts are one and constantly interconnect with each other," he got to the third part with Mina ready to pounce on him when he was finished.
"The feeling when I'm around her is unbelievable beyond compared to anyone I ever meet in life. With this said and more, the only thing that can bring us together is either of us saying three little words. This is to you my precious angel who makes my life complete," Sonic is done with the last part with Mina leaping onto him to give him a deep kiss to slip her tongue down his mouth.
"Baby, that was so sweet. Thank you for the poem, you have such a way with words," Mina said being very happy and grateful for his thoughtful gift.
"No problem Mina, I am quite the warrior poet," Sonic sounds cocky as Mina hugs him.

"I think so too," Sonic said as she returned her kiss.

"Oh, can't wait for that," Sonic said as Mina took his hand to go inside the cruise ship to be inside the dining room to see a buffet of food on display. "This is what I am talking about," he said to see tons of food as well as chill dogs on a nicely set plate.
"Oh yes, the open buffet is going on now. We should enjoy the yummy food and enjoy the sights outside," Mina said as they grabbed their food with some people noticing the Songoose was on board the ship.
"Yo, it's Songoose," a few fans go up to her to crowd around her.
"Hello everyone," Mina greets them with a smile as she signs them their autographs.
"You were so awesome saving Okina City from those monsters," the female fan said.
"Yeah, you kicked some major ass out there," a male fan said as Mina feels humbled by their praise.
"Thanks, keep supporting me guys," she said as she waved them goodbye.
"Meeting your fan huh?" he grabs some food on his plate.
"They were thanking me for saving the Okina City where they came from," Mina said as Sonic felt very proud of her for doing that all by herself.
"You are becoming a true heroine out there. You and Tails learned from the best," Sonic said.
"Yep I did and I am very grateful for your training in using Color Powers," Mina said as she took her plate to head outside along with Sonic with their plates filled with goodies to eat.
They sit alone at a table for them to enjoy their score with Mina having a plate full of pizza slices, garlic bread, mozzarella sticks, and butter rolls. Sonic has chill dogs, sweet potato fries, and cheesy breadsticks.
"Oh my, this is so tasty. We got to dig in," Mina said as the two speedsters ate it up quite swiftly for Mina let out a cute little burp. "Oh my, that was delicious," Mina said.
"Awesome, it was too killer for my taste buds," Sonic said as they both looked out into the endless ocean with the sun high in the sky.
"This is so nice," Mina said as the wind brushed against her long purple hair which was dancing against the wind.
"Not as nice as you," Sonic flirted as Mina's cheeks felt warm at his sweet comment. She is standing up to stretch her limbs.
"You know how to treat me well, Baby," she said with big green eyes filled with longing for him.

"Monster," a crewmember said as a huge arrowhead of a giant electric eel appeared to begin attacking the ship to use a beam of lightning to tear through the hull of the ship. Water is flowing into the holes made by the attack beginning to sink the ship.
"Everyone get into the lifeboats," the captain said as Sonic and Mina were getting into combat stances to get ready to fight the monster. Mina noticed it had a weird dark aura around it.
"Something is wrong with this animal. Like those creatures who were corrupted by dark magic," Mina said as she remembered how deadly the Boars and Eels were before.
"Better take it out as soon as possible to help the people escape out of here," Sonic said as Mina nodded her head for the giant eel slammed its big tail onto the dock destroying parts of it.
The duo evades its strikes with Sonic using Homing Attack to bash into its tail with Mina shooting a fireball to further damage the tail. Mina summons a clone to draw the beast's head as it lunges for the clone to destroy it but Sonic uses his Spin Dash to slam into its head making it recoil backward.
Mina is firing lightning bolts but the eel absorbs her attacks to empower itself. "Well, that didn't work," Mina wanted to make sure her lightning attack would do damage but now the beast fired a beam of lightning at them.
Mina creates a dome of stone but the powerful attack slices through the defenses and knocks them across the deck. They regain their footing with Sonic rushing towards the monster with Mina combining Burst and Lightning to make her powerful Plasma move to gather it into her palms.
The Giant Eel is unleashing a huge torrent of dark power to cloak it with Sonic using Light Speed Attack to clash with the black twister of power. The beast forced Sonic back onto the ship with Mina firing two Plasma shots to hit the Eel. The monster manages to disburse the move and lets out a huge blast of energy power to slam into the ship.
The cruise ship is about to fall into the ocean with the Eel shooting an electric beam into the engine room to let out a huge explosion which rips the whole ship apart. Sonic gets hit by an explosion and sent flying into the ocean.
"Sonic," Mina sees the ship is hopelessly sinking. "I am going to save you," Mina said as she dived into the ocean as the eel rampaged to destroy what remains of the cruise ship.
Mina swims to see Sonic has been knocked out to grab onto him. "I got you, I am not letting go. Never," she said as she grabbed onto a piece of debris to see the monster back off for some reason. "Why did it stop attacking?" Mina looks around to see nothing but destroy pieces of the ship remains. "Oh no, everyone else is gone now and the beast is gone too," she said as she saw Sonic was badly beaten up.
"Okay, he is fine now. He just needs rest, time to move," she thought as she used a jet of flame to propel the piece of debris in the water forward at a steady pace.
"I need an island to head for or we'll die of hypothermia," she said as they brave through the mist with her feeling cold from her wet clothes.
Within a few hours, Mina keeps going with her belly growling. "Oh no, more problems. I worked up a hunger from that fight and using a lot of energy," she said as she saw Sonic was still breathing. "At least he is okay," she thought.
Soon enough Mina sees a mysterious island in the distance. "Yes, my prayers had been answered," Mina said as she moved her makeshift boat towards the island.
Within a few moments, Mina's makeshift boat lands on the island she saw before to be on land. "Thank goodness," she said as she tried to get Sonic off the piece of debris. "Wow you are quite light," Mina joked as she carried him into the jungle. Mina carries the sleeping Sonic away to see a nearby cave entrance.
"Perfect," she thought as she took him into the cavern to see a vast open area for them to rest in. She places him against the wall, "Okay I'll be right back. I'm going to get some wood to use." She goes off to grab some wood to use and make a fireplace.
Soon she gathers the wood she needs to put them in position and use Burst to set up a bonfire. The flames glow against the walls of the cave.
"Alright, we have the fire. Now I need to get out of these wet clothes for them to dry outside," she thought to begin stripping out of her clothes.
She takes off her sundress along with her underwear. She goes outside to hang them on branches coming back inside with her angel sleeping soundly with no trouble.

Soon enough Sonic awakened from his slumber with him fully recovered. "Wow, what happened?" Sonic asked looking dazed. "Last thing I remember was on the ship and that big eel blowing it to hell but where is this?" he wondered to see his shoes, socks, and gloves were gone. "Wait a minute, where are my clothes?" he asked.
"Well, they are still pretty damp, so they are hanging on the branch," Mina's voice is heard with her looming over him with his eyes gaining full vision to witness a beautiful sight.
"Mina, why are you half-naked?" Sonic asked with blood coming out of his nose.
"Well, my clothes are wet as well but only my underwear got dry enough to wear," she said.

A trio of robots was watching from a distance as they called their boss. "Hey boss lady, we got ourselves a situation," the leader said.
"What it is Scratch?" Breezie asked on the radio.
"Well, the hedgehog and the mongoose managed to escape the wraith that Eel Naugus gave us to safeguard the island. They are going deeper here," Scratch said as Breezie exploded with anger.
"Are you serious, they must not be let out of here alive. The secrets of this island will ruin my reputation and put GUN on my back. Get your asses in gear Scratch, Grounder, and Coconuts. Protect my secrets," Breezie said.
"Of course, can you count on us Madam," Scratch said.
"Good, Breezie out," Breezie said to cut the line.
"We need to set up defenses and kill those rats," Scratch said to order the robotic forces on the island on full alert.
"We can just ambush them and take them out," Coconuts said as Scratch and Grounder laughed at him.
"Come on monkey balls, you think I didn't think of that. They would blow through it anyway," Scratch said.
"Yeah, don't be an idiot," Grounder said as Coconuts was not happy with this.
"Like I need to be talked down by these morons. I stored an old Eggman robot for me to use just in case this happens. I will kill those rats and Breezie will rain me with praise becoming her second in command," Coconuts shows great admiration for his boss, unlike the others. The Super Special Sonic Search & Smash Squad aka S6 team consisting of Scratch, Grounder, and Coconuts is working to stop the heroic couple from unveiling the secret of this hidden island.
