*Command Room*

Sonic entered the Command Room. Seeing it empty of workers or servants, he walked towards the teleporter to set up and return to Mobius. Pressing a few buttons, the machines began to charge until a large warp hole appeared. Sonic got into position as he prepared to run through the warp hole.

"Oh, don't mind me. I'm just heading back home for a bit. I just wanted to clear my head and relax for a while. Even Hedgehog's like myself need some alone time, right?" Sonic commented

Before Sonic can run into the portal, someone grabs him by the shoulder and pulls him back. Sonic is caught off guard as he looks and notices Caenis standing there with her pushy attitude, as usual.

"Where the hell do you think you're going? Can you not just stay in one place for a damn while?" Caenis stated

"Caenis? Out of all people to see today. I'm just heading home for a bit. I need to clear my head and handle issues with Eggman over there. You know, typical stuff. *Thumbs Up And Smirks*" Sonic replies

"Hmmm... You know, I'm just going to cut myself from that conversation and head back to beat that Fatass and his shitty machines? Heh, I haven't done that in a hot minute! I've been dying to beat the shit out of some machines in your world!" Caenis exclaimed

"I mean, I was going to go by myself. But if you want to tag along. I don't suppose why not." Sonic replies

"Yeah, you better. I'm sick and tired of you letting that Fat bastard escape each time you stop him. If you want to keep your hero's reputation, I'll kill and take the blame like I care what anyone else thinks about me. We got a deal?" Caenis explains

"Let's try not to get violent, Caenis. Sure, Eggman escapes pretty often. But I swear we will officially stop him from causing any trouble. Just not the way you see it." Sonic commented

"Doubt it."

Caenis begins to walk closer to the portal as Sonic follows behind; the two walk through the portal soon after as they make their way to Sonic's world.

*Angel Island*

"*Destroys A Eggrobo By Perecing It Through Its Body* RAAAAAAAAH!" Caenis shouted

"*Homing Attacks A Few Buzz Bombers, Destroying Them* Come on guys, is that the best thing you got? I've been fighting you since I was only a kid. You have to know my pattern by not. *Kicks Another Buzz Bomber Towards Caenis* Special delivery to Caenis." Sonic stated

"*Sees The Oncoming Badnick And Grabs It By Its Head And Crushing It Soon After* And I expected their metal bodies to be as durable as in Olympius," Caenis commented.

"And that's the last of them. Nice one, Caenis." Sonic said

"Hmph, is that the best they can do? I could fight an entire of these bastards if I wanted to! Without breaking a damn sweat." Caenis replies

"Maybe one day, Caenis. Maybe one day. *Sits On A Damaged Egg Pawn* That was a great workout; it's not every day I fight alongside you." Sonic said

"I know your excuse now; you have the other weirdos to look out for and not kill us all. A rodent like you wasn't trained to deal with shit like that." Caenis stated

"You experience something new every day, Caenis. Personally, that's why every day is what excites me." Sonic said

"You painfully speak the same as blondie from before. It's quite annoying how identical you two are in personality." Caenis commented

"If only he were still with us. I still think about him from time to time. Everything could be so different if things didn't turn out like they did." Sonic mentions

"..."

"That being said. I still assume that you aren't used to my presence, correct? Having a literal talking rodent being your Master." Sonic questions

"Everything about your entire existence feels wrong. It's like I'm viewing something that I shouldn't have seen. Having a rodent as my current Master doesn't do it justice, either. Makes it 10x weirder... or worse!" Caenis explains

"Fair assumption. Seriously, who's going to believe a talking Hedgehog like me? No one believed what they were looking at the first time they laid eyes on me. Does it bother me? I heard that same phrase many times, and it doesn't. I know what I was getting myself into." Sonic said

"Hey, I wasn't done speaking here! Damn, can you let someone get the chance to talk?" Caenis stated

"Chance to talk?"

"Look, to me, you're going to be a weird-looking rodent for as long as I continue to be your Servant. But just because you're a rodent doesn't mean I can't tolerate you as a being. I will only say this once: we have animal traits in each other, despite how annoying you can sometimes be. I can tolerate you more than humans who sit on their asses every day, crying inside their rooms and expecting us Servants to do their work for them. I hate bastards like those who have no purpose in life and are just whisking their lives away." Caenis said

"A bit harsh there, I may add," Sonic commented.

"Whatever, I don't care. I don't truly hate you. More so, I still have a lot to learn about you. I know a good amount of you, but not precisely the amount the sexual-desired Theprist knows about. It's probably because you assume I wouldn't care about a thing if you told me something about yourself, right? This is the only time I'll let things slide if you say something shitty to me." Caenis said

"You have a reputation for not caring about what anyone says about you. Whatever you think, I can respect, and I don't wish to push any boundaries you have. It's not because I'm scared of you but because I want to respect your space. That's merely it." Sonic replies

"Hehehe~ Such a stupid dumbass you are, rodent. But, a different kind of dumbass." Caenis commented

"Ummm... Thanks?" Sonic, confused

"I'm always available to hear what you say. I'll leave some free time in my schedule to listen to what your little mouth says. Like right now, we're talking right now, aren't we?" Caenis said

"Heh~ Good point."

"Despite all this, you make a good fighting partner and a friend. You aren't as weak and pathetic as previous Masters that have roamed in that wasteland of a planet. Besides, your world is my training room! Beating up munchies and Gods is what I crave! No way in hell would I pass on from this! You're lucky you even formed a Contract with me; I would've sliced your head off the second you summoned me if I didn't remember who you were when I was with Blondie, or you never proved to me how strong you were!" Caenis exclaimed

"Hahahaha! You could try slicing my head right now; it just wouldn't be as easy as you make it to be." Sonic fires back

"I like the sound of that, rodent!"

Moments later, Sonic and Caenis noticed an army of Badnicks heading towards their way. The two get into their fighting stance as they are being surrounded. Caenis looks at Sonic and smirks at him.

"Just one word, Master. Come on, say it!" Caenis pleaded

"*Looks At Her And Sighs* ... Kill." Sonic replies

"*Smiles As She Dashes Towards The Badnicks At High Speed* DIE YOU BASTARDS! RAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!" Caenis shouted
