I don't get it why Aizawa is so antagonistic here. I mean I get it's a plot device, but he's really tripling down on his believes even when people around him are telling him otherwise and he's threatened with his job as a teacher. I get it that he's suspicious but now he's just insulting the kids without reason, especially when those kids can squash him by accident, not to tell what they can do when they get serious... I guess it's one of those situations when he's a moron. I love this work, will certainly read again. Happy holidays!

Answer:

I wanted to play with the concept that paranoia could kill you or hurt you in the wrong run. Since he is a sleep-Deprived man and one of the most common side effects of sleep deprivation is paranoia and making bad decisions. So I thought, hey this might be fun. And yes he is a plot device but it doesn't mean I can't play with his mental health a bit. And plus his being opinionated and disliking somebody just because of who they are possibly associated with had clouded his judgment a couple of times in Canon. The ball throw test for one. Because izuku reminded him of All Might so much he was singled out, Compared to others who should have been single out from the start. cough.. cough.. Mineta.

Chapter 9: YOU MET ALIENS!

Midnight had headed into one of the gymnasiums for a meeting along with her other colleagues. A lot of them found it odd that they were using one of the gymnasiums as a Meeting Hall. Which, To be fair was valid, the gymnasiums were extremely big. Since it was similar in Dimensions and size to an aircraft hanger. In fact, if it wasn't used for a gym it would have been easily mistaken as an aircraft hanger. As everybody filed into the meeting room, Many had taken note of the concrete table and the two extremely large chairs at the end of it. Seeing the size of the chairs, most of the group had questioned if they were designed with Giants in mind, which in actuality they were. Sitting down around the table Nezu decided to speak up.

"Welcome and thank you for coming. I have called you here to brief you all on the matter That will remain top secret. If I find out that any of the information had leaked I'll be quite... Displeased." Nezu said seriously and with steel at the end. There were very few times when Nezu had ever spoken like this. Every time he did, meant he demanded obedience or else they would lose more than their job. The last time somebody had disobeyed him when he was like this they were never heard from again. which painted a pretty big picture that Nezu had made the poor guy disappear. Once Nezu was satisfied with their reactions he continued.

"Now, as all you know two weeks ago I had a meeting with A parent of a potential student that seemed suspicious to say the least." Nezu said causing everybody in the room to nod their heads. Seeing this he continued.

"What only two of you know, is that that meeting wasn't what we expected. Because on that day we made first contact with alien life. Which was confirmed by Detective Tsukauchi and by among other facts that are currently classified for the safety of them and the children underneath their care." Nezu said causing everybody to look at him like he grew a second head. This only lasted until the space hero 13 spoke up.

"Are you serious?" 13 Asked with a little hope in her voice.

13's space-themed was not for show, she loved everything related to space. In fact, she was one of the biggest supporters of restarting the space program. One of her biggest dreams was exploring other worlds and seeing if there were other life forms besides their own. That is why, when Nezu confirmed that he was not in fact joking, she got noticeably excited. She had a thousand questions to ask, and Nezu seeing that she might actually go on a tangent stopped her before she could.

"Now I know you all have a lot of questions. But let me brief you on what we know, why they're here, and what arrangements I have made with them." Nezu said before going into everything they knew about their encounter with them and their many discussions. Midnight had confirmed everything they had talked about. But it was Aizawa's statement before going on to sleep in his sleeping bag that really pissed off Nezu and Nemuri.

"When the world is taken over by Killer Robots. I hope you all are alive long enough for me to say I told you so." Aizawa said before falling asleep.

"I know this is probably just Aizawa being paranoid. But Are you guys sure they're not here to conquer us?" Snipe asked with worry in his tone and with a Western accent.

"None of you have to worry i've been spending time with one of them as well as the two kids that are under their care. They seem to be very decent people. Although, Airachnid who you be meeting in a bit can be quite the Mama Bear. Which in my opinion is kind of expected when she's taking care of a kid who has 10 years of abuse underneath his belt. Which I would want to add was not done by them." Nemuri said causing Hound Dog to speak up.

"Can you tell me more about this? I would like to be prepared if I need to start some counseling sessions." Hound Dog said as he grabbed out a pencil and paper. But before Nemuri could speak up a voice that was familiar to her spoke up instead.

"Oh, that would be extremely kind of you. I do have experience in cybertronian psychology. But mine was more on the criminal aspect than the healthcare Portion." Airachnid said as she entered the gymnasium with Optimus in tow. The two sat down in their respective seats as the gathered party Just gaped at them.

"Sorry we were late, There was a problem in our new base's power system but Ratchet has it handled." Optimus said apologetically. But 13 could not help but let out a squeal of excitement. Which immediately turned to embarrassment as Airachnid just Chuckles.

"You must be Kurose Anan also known as the space hero 13. Nemuri had spoken highly of you." Airachnid said with a calm smile. At least her reaction was better than the one she got from Eraserhead when they first met.

"How did you get to Earth, what have you been doing here since you got here, what is Your planet like? I have so many questions." 13 asks Rapid-firing Each of her questions, causing Airachnid to chuckle once again. Yeah, this was a way better reaction than she got with Eraserhead. But before Airachnid could answer any of the energetic woman's questions, Optimus spoke up.

"Although we would love to answer those questions I think that would take up unnecessary time in this meeting. But rest assured after this meeting I'll be happy to answer any of your questions to the best of my ability." Optimus said causing 13 to get embarrassed again. But Optimus did not pay this any mind as he returned his attention to Nezu.

"What have you covered already?" Optimus asked causing Nezu to respond to his question.

"I have covered all the topping points of what we have discussed during our meetings except for young Izuku which we were actually going to bring up just before you entered. We also have other things that need to be caught up as well now that you are here. Would you like to explain the part about Izuku since he is under your care?" Nezu asked and Optimus nodded his head before speaking.

"Young Izuku is a boy who was born and raised on your planet. Before we met him he was human. During his time he was human he was diagnosed as quirkless and was heavily abused because of it. It got to the point where he attempted to take his own Life." Optimus said causing most if not all of the staff to gasp in shock. Optimus was Undeterred by this as he Tapped a panel on his wrist bringing up security feeds of the cargo hold that the Allspark was in.

"Fortunate or unfortunate for him his attempt at suicide made him fall into our ship's secure cargo hold. Where a cybertronian artifact called the Allspark was being held." Optimus said showing a video feed that was a little bit staticky. But it was enough for the people to see that Izuku touched a giant cube before a light engulfed him and the camera feed was cut. Optimus pulled up another video feed but this time during Izuku's time in the med Bay.

"For some reason, the Allspark had chosen him and merged with him. The AllSpark is a very powerful energy source and is capable of matter Energy manipulation as well as being an archive of a large portion of cybertronia knowledge." Optimus said showing multiple videos and images showing that conversion process. A lot of the people looked pretty pale at seeing the process.

"Ratchet is a medic who attempted everything to stop the process. But nothing could be done without killing the boy. It is why at this moment his CNA is 95% cybertronian. After finding out that he had no parents or relatives to take care of him, Airachnid had decided to be his Guardian and have been taking care of him with the help of my team." Optimus said causing everybody in the room to go silent for a bit as they processed that information.

"I'm going to have a lot of work ahead of me. I'll schedule twice-a-week meetings with him. Does Mondays and Fridays work for you? I would like you to be there as well miss...Airachnid, was it?" Hound Dog said as he wrote down a time and date in his schedule book.

"Those days are perfect thank you, and it's just Airachnid. No need for any miss." Airachnid said as she gave him a smile of appreciation.

"Well, I'm going to need to do a checkup on the boy. I also would like to see the test results during the... Merging process. And possibly converse with your doctor." Recovery Girl said before looking towards Power Loader.

"I also want you to accompany me Higari for obvious reasons." Recovery Girl said causing Power Loader to nod his head. Yeah, Him being mostly mechanical now would make her job a lot more difficult without his help.

"Good now that is settled. I am also here to announce that Optimus and his team Will be providing UA extra security in exchange for me housing them. As such they will need to get their Heroes license. Power loader would you set up a hero license exam for five, in ground beta for Tuesday?" Nezu said causing everybody to once again look shocked. But Power Loader quickly got a hold of himself and nodded his head, but with a bit of hesitance. Nezu took that as a confirmation though as he continued.

"Now to hide your existence a bit further I marked your team as brothers and sisters. This is if anybody asks why your abilities were similar, Because quirks in a family Can be similar if not identical to their siblings." Nezu said causing Optimus to nod at that, Seeing this Nezu continued.

" I also marked Arcee as your daughter Optimus. Is that all right with you?" Nezu asked causing Optimus's eyes to widen before he spoke up.

"Although I am honored to take care of her currently. I could never replace her previous Guardian." Optimus said causing Nezu to nod his head in understanding.

"Previous Guardian?" Vlad King asked curious.

"Arcee's parents died on the day she was born. One of our teammates Cliffjumper Took her in and raised her as his own. He died during The Exodus of Cybertron." Airachnid said. Everybody gave her a sympathetic look as Vlad King nodded his head.

"Then I'll mark you as her uncle and caretaker." Nezu said and when Optimus nodded to that he continued.

"Now I think it would be best if the two kids went into the hero course." Nezu said causing Optimus and Airachnid to nod their heads in agreement. Airachnid had already talked to the two about this and Izuku wanted to go into the hero course if possible and because of that Arcee wanted to go as well.

After that, the rest of the meeting Was all about scheduling and arranging other meetings. But unknown to the group Aizawa was wide awake and was listening throughout the whole meeting. The idea that these alien robots were going to get hero licenses, and Their kids Were going into the hero course was really concerning him. He needed to figure out a way to expose these Killer Robots for what they were, invaders. But he needed to lay low for a while, Nezu was watching his every movement at the moment. Anything he did could jeopardize his place at UA, and prevent him from getting any of the information he needed to prove that he was right. So all he needed to do was wait and buy his time. He just hoped that he didn't have to wait too long. Otherwise, he might be too late.

The Next Day

Airachnid with the help of Nemuri took Izuku and Arcee to the youth group. The youth group was small consisting only of four people not counting them. When they entered they Were greeted by Mt. Lady in her civilian garb. As well as another woman with Raven black hair in a business suit. She introduced herself as Yana Yaoyorozu, she was Mt. Lady's financial backer in this endeavor. They apparently met at a fundraiser where very few people showed up. It was meant to get some money to help create a transportation system for people with Gigantification quirks. Mt. Lady's family all has Gigantification quirks of some type and she was the only one luckily enough who actually was able to use normal transportation. Although just like her family her quirk was actually very difficult for her to use. It is why she also wanted to start a youth group for people who have hazardous or difficult-to-use quirks, people With mutant Types, or Gigantification. Since in her experience those are the type of people who don't really have a proper Support Network.

Midnight introduced Airachnid to them and the two were quite happy to meet her. After all, it's not every day you meet somebody with a (supposedly) giant robotic quirk. After they were introduced to Mt. Lady and to Yana Yaoyorozu they were introduced to the rest of the group. There was a girl with pink skin and pink hair, She had horns coming out of her head. This was Mina Ashido and she had a really outgoing and bubbly personality. There was another girl who was the size of All Might with an elephant mutation, She had a Regal and kind personality, this was Risa. There was a boy who was 2 years older than them that had a dragon mutation which made him look like a half-human and half-dragon Hybrid. His scales were a dark grayish White and his blonde locks ran down his scaly back. Even though he had an Intimidating appearance the boy was quite nice and polite, this was Rex.

And then there was the last one a girl who was a little taller than Mina who was around their age. She has long Raven black hair that was tied up in a ponytail. Even though she was sitting in one of the chairs with an air around her that suggested that she was from High Society. It was quite obvious to Izuku that she was nervous especially since she was currently looking at her feet and looking like she felt she was out of place. This was Momo Yaoyorozu the daughter of Yana Yaoyorozu. Izuku instantly noticed this and knew How she felt and could relate, He too felt out of place and was a bit anxious himself. So working up his nerves, he decided to help her even if it was a little. So taking a seat right next to her, Izuku gave her a warm smile that seemed to Calm her.

Arcee took a seat on the other side of the girl, She too flashed her a warm smile. Arcee immediately felt a little jealous when she saw Izuku approach the girl. But the second she figured out what he was trying to do Made her a bit ashamed. But instead of dwelling on it she joined Izuku and attempted to lift the other girl's mood, which Momo seemed to really appreciate.

But eventually, everybody took their seats, and MT. Lady began the introductions. The first one to go up was Mina Ashido who had a love for movies Involving aliens. Which surprised the two and made Airachnid quite amused, her quirk was acid which she had admitted could melt practically through anything. She explained people have made fun of her Because of how she looked and were scared of her because of what her quirk could do.

The boy with the dragon mutation was named Rex And was the cousin of the Pro Hero Ryukyu. He was a second-year hero Course student at UA. His quirk was called half-dragon, Essentially it was a mutation quirk that made him into a half-dragon. The boy could breathe fire and his scales were extremely durable. Also had a strength boost but that was about it. The next girl Whose name was Risa, had the elephant mutation and had a love for music. She was also a member of high society and had come here in hopes of finding some friends who wouldn't judge her for how she looked or her family's status.

The last one was Momo, she was apparently planning to try to get into the hero course. Her quirk was called Creation which allowed her to create anything that she knew the Molecular makeup of. Her quirk required her to study a lot and combined with her family's position in High Society she really didn't have any friends. It was why her mother took this opportunity to put her in here since she was the One helping fund the youth group. It was then Arcee's turn came up.

"Hi, my name is Arcee. My family moved here after our old home was destroyed. My ability allows me to transform into anything I scan, although I'm only able to do technology at the moment, which is quite Limited. I also plan on taking the hero course at UA, since Izuku is going." Arcee said before all the attention went to Izuku who looked extremely nervous.

Izuku did not like the fact that he had to lie but he understood the need for a cover story. Optimus sympathized with the boy's plight as he also believed lying was against his moral code. Unfortunately, he too had to agree with Nezu on having a cover story. Airachnid on the other hand knew the value of lying and when to do it. She explained that if it meant saving lives or protecting your loved ones it becomes a necessity.

She explained that she had mastered The Art of Lying for the sole purpose of giving wrong Intel to her enemies just in case she was captured. Which helped her on several occasions during the war and allowed her to survive long enough for Rescue as well as making the enemy waste resources while keeping her comrades safe. In this case, he was not just keeping him safe but his comrade safe by lying and he should not be ashamed of that fact. It was for that reason that he was willing to go along with the cover story. But still like Optimus, he could never bring himself to lie. So he decided to simply not tell certain facts.

"Hi, I'm Izuku. I have the same ability as Arcee which I accidentally acquired A month ago after an Incident that allowed me to use the same abilities as her. Because of my unique situation, her aunt took me in. I've been a resident of Mustafa all my life but I'm still getting new to my new size. I'm also planning on going to the UA's hero course." Izuku said managing to keep his cover story without lying. He was glad for Optimus's advice about omitting facts especially since it felt way better than lying.

"Wait, you've only been a giant for a month, and what do you mean you acquired the same quirk as her?" Rex asked shocked

But this only caused Izuku to squirm in his seat uncomfortably. Before he could come up with an excuse, a familiar hand rested on his shoulder calming his nervousness. Looking up he met Airachnid's eyes That silently asked permission to speak for him. Izuku nodded his head in consent and without removing her hand from his shoulder Airachnid spoke up.

"Izuku's quirk Is a one-time use copy quirk. It allowed him to permanently copy one other person's quirk which happens to be my nieces. His quirk can only activate under very unique circumstances. As such the Doctor Who examined him for a quirk, had misdiagnosed and labeled him as quirkless. Until a month ago he did not know he had this ability so I was quite surprised when he copied my niece's quirk. And after finding out that he had no one to look after him I took him in." Airachnid said as she gave a calm smile at Rex. Who winced along with everybody else in the room. They have heard of The Heavy amount of discrimination that was towards the quirkless and Most of them being mutant types could sympathize with the boy. Since they were discriminated against as well. It also doesn't help that he just traded one label of discrimination for another.

"That must be hard man. I heard horror stories about quirkless discrimination. And it probably doesn't help that you're now fell into the mutant category as well. But don't worry I'm pretty sure none of us here are going to judge." Rex said causing everybody in the room to nod their heads in agreement. Which caused Izuku to smile in appreciation at the older boy's words. After that, the groups did some activities together as they hung out.

Meanwhile… Earth's Orbit

In orbit of Earth sat a large spaceship that was black and gray in color with red lights emanating from certain points. The ship had a curved hull structure, with It having three Jagged horn-like structures extended out in front of it. This was the Decepticon's flagship The Nemesis Currently being Command by Starscream

The Nemesis Bridge

"Status on that signal." Starscream The current Commander of the Decepticons Commanded as he looked down at one of his underlings. Starscream was quite lanky for a cybertronian. He had two large protruding wings that protruded from his back, And had arm-mounted Rockets attached to both of his Forearms. He had a Silverish and black paint Scheme, and like most Decepticons, he had purple lighting Emanating from certain spots.

"We have located the signal and isolated it to a small continent on this planet. However, due to the signal no longer being active, we cannot narrow it down. But according to our scans, this planet has an extremely high amount of Energon deposits And a lot of them are on that same continent." A Vehicon Said causing Starscream to frown a bit. Although it was good that the planet had a large amount of Energon, and he was certainly going to stay here for that Soul reason. But the fact that he could not find Optimus Prime and the Allspark that was in his possession Meant his plans were now further delayed.

Before he could go too deep into his thoughts one of his subordinate's Soundwave approached him. Soundwave looked like his whole build was designed for him to be as light but sturdy as possible. His arms were nearly thin sheets And instead of a face, they were simply just a screen in its place. His paint scheme was a dark black with some silver highlights and like most Decepticons, he had purple lighting Emanating from certain spots. His face screen then displays video footage from multiple scenes of Heroes fighting villains. Many of them display powerful Feats of Strength and capabilities. This seems to cause Starscream to Growl a bit.

"Are you telling me the planet is inhabited and that there are extremely powerful individuals on it?" Starscream asked annoyed. Soundwave didn't respond and just nodded his head Confirming his question.

"It doesn't matter, they are Organics, which means they are a lot weaker than we are." Starscream said as he tried to come up with a plan.

Soundwave simply displayed more video feeds but this time they displayed All Might and hIs incredible Feats of Strength, this shocked Starscream. It also did not help that Soundwave also displayed the current location of All Might. Which was on the same continent where the signal originated from. Starscream cursed at his terrible luck. Even he could not deny the blonde organic was extremely powerful. As such he needed to alter his plans, thinking over his options he came up with a plan.

"Cloak the ship and Bring us out of orbit and close to the landmass they called Japan, but keep us out of sight. We will send in stealth teams to infiltrate the population and Scout for Optimus Prime and the Allspark while at the same time securing energon deposits. Soundwave I want you to monitor Communications and get me more information on this All Might and any other organic who could oppose a threat to our plans." Starscream Commanded causing all his subordinates including Soundwave to do what they were instructed.

Starscream Hated this approach but getting The Humans on their case So soon would have been more of a problem than it's worth in the long run. Especially since they don't even know if Optimus Prime and the Allspark are here in the first place. No, he will search And secure Energon deposits, and once he has a firm foothold conquer the planet. Yes, that is exactly what he would do, A perfect plan as always. Starscream could not help but let out a small chuckle and a crooked smile at his genius strategy.

"Just wait Optimus Prime, you'll be dead, and the Allspark Will Be Mine!"
