Chapter 105: It's A Small World
Milo entered the Gryffindor Common Room to find Mary, Alice, Lily, Remus, and James sitting around, listening to Marlene tell them about her disastrous History of Magic essay.
"Hey, Severus, Sirius, and Regulus," James greeted them excitedly.
"Hey," Sirius and Regulus responded in unison.
"Actually," Milo began. "There's been a change of name."
"What? What are you talking about?" Alice asked curiously.
"Yes, what in the name of Merlin are you talking about, Sev?" Lily asked.
"What I'm talking about," Milo said. "Is that I changed my name."
"Wait, what?!" Lily asked, shocked.
"Why?" James demanded to know.
"Because Lady Prince is following the new Dark Lord, and I want nothing to do with it," Milo replied.
"Wait, your MOTHER is following a new Dark Lord?!" Alice asked, horrified.
"DO NOT call her my mother!" Milo snapped.
"Sorry," Alice said quickly. "So, what is your new name?"
"My new name is Miaplacidus Saiph Arcturus Prewett," Milo informed them.
"Wait, so we're supposed to call you Miaplacidus now?" Remus asked. "That's a mouthful."
"No, I go by Milo," Milo answered.
"Oh, good," Mary said with a smile. "That's not too bad. But it will take some getting used to."
"I am sure it will," Milo agreed. "It will take me a while to completely get used to it." The others nodded in agreement.
Bellatrix was at Potter Manor, working on the wards around the property. The Potters had had her do a few tasks here and there, and she had earned some trust from them, plus she had money now. However, updating the wards was the biggest task yet, and she was promised double the pay if she did it correctly. She also had another reason to do this right. She was told that some members of the Black family were going to Spain this summer, and she was promised that if she continued to do well, she could go with them. She had never been to Spain before, and if she got to go, it would be the first time she had been included in anything since she was disowned. She really hoped she could go.
"Bellatrix!" Lord Potter called out. "How is it going?"
Bellatrix looked up to look at Lord Potter. "Lord Potter, it is going well," she responded 'as politely as she could. She was still working on being polite, when she had never been polite in her entire life. "I will have the new wards up by tomorrow."
Lord Potter nodded. "See that you do," he said. "But do not rush yourself. The wards need to be able to keep away any dark wizards."
"Yes, Lord Potter," Bellatrix responded. "They will be strong wards." Lord Potter nodded before heading back inside the manor.
A few minutes later, Lady Potter came out. "Bellatrix, do you want some water?" she asked kindly.
"Oh, yes please," Bellatrix agreed. Lady Potter handed her a glass of water. "Thank you, Lady Potter."
"Think nothing of it," she said. "Is there anything else you need?"
Bellatrix felt like asking for lunch, but she knew that she had work to do, and she didn't want to sound rude, so she shook her head. "No, I am good," she answered.
Lady Potter nodded before heading back inside.
By the next day, Bellatrix had set up new wards around the Potter Manor property. Lord and Lady Potter were impressed by how strong they were, and she got a lot of money for her hard work. She had enough money to pay the fee that Crouch had ordered her to pay. She also would get to go to Spain.
The last day of the school year was special for the Black family. Narcissa was graduating that day, and many members were going to be at the ceremony. Andromeda was there, along with Sirius, Regulus, Capella, Lyanna, Milo, the other Marauders, and many of the adults.
As Head Girl, Narcissa got to walk across the stage and receive her diploma first. She even hugged Minerva McGonagall, and to everyone's shock, she did not seem to mind.
"Merlin's beard!" James exclaimed. "I didn't know Minnie liked hugs!"
Lyanna rolled her eyes. "Don't let her hear you call her that!" she said sternly. Narcissa came over to them at that moment, and everyone gave her a hug.
"Congratulations!" they all exclaimed.
"Thank you," she said with a smile.
"Time for family pictures!" Andromeda exclaimed. Many members did not like photos, but Narcissa and Andromeda did, so they went along with it. All the members stood together, and Andromeda took a picture, then another.
"Andromeda! Enough pictures already!" Regulus exclaimed. Andromeda grinned, and took yet another picture. Everyone burst out laughing.
The summer started with Sirius and Regulus reviewing the Spanish they'd learned over the past year. They had learned a lot, and they planned to use Spanish with those they met in Spain.
On the day they were set to leave for Spain, dozens of family members met outside of Black Manor. Some members included all the children, along with Arcturus, Melania, Cassiopeia, Alphard, Dorea, Lucretia, Ignatius, Narcissa, Andromeda, and Bellatrix.
"Are we ready?" Melania asked.
"Yes!" the children shouted. Sirius and Regulus, in particular, had been looking forward to this trip for months.
"Then let's go!" Arcturus announced. Everyone took portkeys to the Spanish Ministry of Magic. It took a while to sign in, because there were so many people that needed to check in their wands. It was, however, a very straightforward process, so it went smoothly. Finally, they left the Spanish Ministry and headed to Black Palace, also known as Palacio Negro. Arcturus had to give Bellatrix access to the property seeing as she had not yet been welcomed back into the family officially.
The next day, the Blacks went to The Walls of Ávila, which had been around for centuries. They even got to walk on the wall.
"This wasn't completed until somewhere between the eleventh and fourteenth century," their tour guide informed them as they walked.
Sirius, Regulus, Milo, Capella, and Lyanna were enjoying themselves, but Bellatrix looked bored.
"What is so exciting about walking on a wall?" she asked, sounding as bored as she looked.
"Bellatrix!" Narcissa hissed. "Don't be rude!"
"Wait, I don't think she's TRYING to be rude," Andromeda was quick to defend her. "Remember, she's never been on a real vacation before. The only so-called vacation she's ever been on is where she gets to watch people kill others. RIGHT, Bella?"
"That's correct," Bellatrix confirmed.
"Well, don't worry, you'll be enjoying yourself in no time," the tour guide said kindly.
Sure enough, by the end of the walk, Bellatrix was smiling ever so slightly.
The next day, the family got tickets to go to Park Gúell, which was a place people could relax. It was a well-known location in Spain. When they got there, Capella's eyes lit up.
"There's a pool!" she exclaimed.
"And a museum!" Lyanna added. "Can we go there first, please?"
"Of course," Melania agreed. They all headed into the museum. When they entered, they saw a group of people, a family, it looked like.
"Let's go introduce ourselves," Narcissa said. They walked up to the family. A tall girl saw them and smiled.
"¡Hola!" the girl said. "Me llamo Emilia Aranda y este es mi hermano, Mauro."
"Hola, mi nombre es Sirio Negro y este es mi hermano, Régulo," Sirius greeted.
"Sí, sabemos sobre la familia Negro. Sabemos quién es la otra persona en tu familia también; Señor y Señora Negro, Capella, Lyanna, Milo, Andromeda, Narcissa, Bellatrix…" Emilia started but was interrupted.
"Usaste el nombre correcto," Milo pointed out.
"Por supuesto," Mauro responded.
"Sí, hay mucha gente. Entendemos el punto," Bellatrix snapped.
"¡Bellatrix! ¿De verdad?" Sirius exclaimed.
"¿Qué? ¡Tomaría todo el día llamar a todos por nombre!" Bellatrix shot back.
"Ella tiene un punto," Regulus mused. Sirius elbowed him.
"Pues, Emilia, Mauro, ¿puedes decirnos más sobre ustedes?" Capella asked.
"Tengo trece años y Mauro tiene once. A los dos vamos a Caselobuxo. Esa es la escuela de magia en Brasil," Emilia explained.
"Vamos al Colegio Hogwarts de Brujería y Hechicería," Lyanna announced proudly.
"No nos todos," Bella trix corrected.
"Nos éramos ir a Hogwarts," Andromeda modified, pointing at herself and Bellatrix as well as the adults.
"Esa está dónde nuestros amigos van," Mauro spoke up for the first time.
"¿Tus amigos?" Milo questioned.
"¿Sí, conocen a la familia Martínez?" Mauro asked.
"¡Ah, sí! ¡Hay mucho! Unos han salido y unos están allí todavía," Regulus responded.
"Somos amigos con toda la familia Martínez," Emilia informed them. "Ellos son muy chéveres. Pues, unos están más ruidosos que otros y una persona puede estar malhumorada."
"¡Malhumorada es un Auror!" Sirius said with a straight face.
"¡Sirio! ¡Ellos no hablemos sobre la persona!" Capella scolded lightly.
"¿Hay una persona se llama Malhumorada?" Mauro asked.
"Sí," Lyanna answered.
"Continua, ¿conocen a la familia Martínez bien?" Mauro asked.
"No, hablamos con ellos mucho," Milo answered. "Probablemente deberíamos hablar con ellos más. Ellos están en el grupo que están tratando de unirse a las clases de Hogwarts."

"¿Por qué decidieron mudarse a Inglaterra?" Narcissa asked.

"Ah, yo entiendo," Andromeda said in understanding.
"¡Vamos a Inglaterra para ver a la familia en unas semanas!" Mauro said excitedly.

They waved to Emilia and Mauro as they started exploring the museum.
The rest of their vacation was spent with them going to different historical sites and trying different foods like Fideuà and tiger nut milk, which had a sweet and nutty flavor.
Finally, it was time to go back home. "Thank you for letting me come," Bellatrix said.
"You've earned it," Arcturus replied.
The Blacks took portkeys back home. "That was a blast!" Sirius exclaimed.
"Yeah, where can we go next summer?" Regulus asked their grandparents.
"How about the United States?" Arcturus asked. "Remember, Regulus I wants to go there."
"Oh yeah! Sure!" Sirius said excitedly.
"Brilliant!" Regulus exclaimed. The two brothers headed to their rooms to unpack. They were excited to go to the United States, and at least they wouldn't need to learn a new language for that trip.
