After breakfast, Kellie and Jason arrived to pick up the kids. Monica was just seeing Charles out the front door when they came in.

"Charles," Kellie said, doing a double take.

"Good morning, Kellie, Jason," Charles said, "I was just on my way out."

"He had breakfast with the kids," Monica said as she walked out the door with Charles.

Jason looked at Kellie.

"Aren't those the clothes he was wearing yesterday?" Jason asked.

"I think so," Kellie answered, "If we noticed I'm sure they've already heard about from one of the Quartermaine's already. So I need to talk to Yuri while you round up the kids."

Kellie kissed Jason on the cheek.

"What do you need to talk to Yuri for?" Jason asked as Kellie took off.

Jason shook his head and walked into the parlor.

"As if my day couldn't get any better," Tracy said, "First Monica has her beau spending the night and now the prodigal thug graces his with his presence. On the bright side, I assume this means your band of hooligans will finally be leaving us."

"Mother, you're just upset because little Kelsey stared you down and won," Ned chuckled, "You should have seen your daughter, Jason. Mother was late to breakfast and when she asked if it kill everyone to wait for her, Kelsey looked right at her, didn't flinch, and just flat out said "Yes. The look on Mother's face..priceless."

"I have better things to do than debate whatever this morning was," Tracy said, before storming off, "But what is not debatable is Kelsey needs to learn some manners along with the rest of Kellie's spawn."

Ned shook his head in disagreement.

"Where are the kids?" Jason asked.

"In the stables," Ned said, "Cody is letting them feed the horses. Everyone except Alyssa, but only because she doesn't want to. She probably would have stayed in the house, but then Jamie dared her that she couldn't stand the smell of the stables without running away within 5 minutes."

"This is not going to end well is it," Jason replied.

"Probably not," Ned said, "Not sure who it won't end well for. We both know Alyssa will plot revenge on Jamie for this."

"Yeah," Jason said, leaving for the stables.

"Good luck," Ned said, picking up his newspaper.

Out in the stables, Jason found Alyssa standing just inside the stable doors while Cody was with Jared, Leo, and Kelsey back by the stalls feeding the horses.

"I'm inside the stable, Jamie," Alyssa said, "You didn't say anything about getting near the horses. I'm going to need a shower after this."

Jason saw the hay Jamie was hiding behind his back.

"Don't even think about it, Jamie," Jason said.

"I wasn't going to do anything," Jamie said, dropping the hay on the floor.

"Yes, you were," Alyssa said.

"Why don't you two head up to the house," Jason said, "Gather your things. Your mom and I will meet you at the front door."

Jamie ran past Alyssa while pulling more hay out of this pocket and throwing it at Alyssa.

"Jamison Scott, you're going to pay for that," Alyssa yelled, chasing after him.

"Behave, both of you," Jason yelled after them.

"Daddy, I want to ride Comet," Kelsey said, running out from the stalls followed by Leo and Jared.

"You do, do you?" Jason said, picking up Kelsey.

"I told her she needed to ask her parents," Cody said.

"Cody could give her riding lessons," Leo said.

"James takes lessons from me if you and Kellie want to talk to Maxie," Cody said, "If you're interested."

"Please, Daddy," Kelsey asked.

"Your mom and I will talk about it," Jason said.

Yuri's Office - Quartermaine Garage

Kellie knocked on the door to Yuri's office.

"Come in," Yuri said.

Kellie opened the door and entered the office.

"Mrs. Morgan," Yuri said, "What brings you here?"

"I came by to talk to you about Charles," Kellie said.

Yuri thought for a moment.

"The incident with your father yesterday," Yuri said, "Look I intervened as soon as I could."

"Incident with my father yesterday?" Kellie asked.

"Uh oh," Yuri replied, "Forget I said anything. It's really not my place to…"

"Too late. You brought it up," Kellie said, "Now spill."

Yuri sighed.

"Your father approached Charles and Monica outside Kelly's Diner yesterday," Yuri relented, "He had a request Charles didn't seem inclined to grant. It got a little heated and I stepped in as well as Marcus Taggert"

"What was the request?" Kellie asked.

"If Charles or your father want to discuss it with you they will," Yuri said, "And I don't report on conversations when I'm working for the Quartermaines. Now why did you come to see me?"

Kellie considered pushing Yuri, but decided against it.

"I just wanted to ask to discuss the security plans for the Quartermaine estate if Charles is going to be spending a lot more time here," Kellie said, "Or even moves back in if he and Monica work things back out. I did see him leaving this morning."

"How long is Charles going to put up with having his own personal guards," Yuri asked.

"Not long," Kellie said, "Only longer than he normally would to make me feel better. I just figured if I could provide some input here, I could put measures in place to offset that and I'll at least feel better about his safety."

"If Charles moves back in," Yuri said, "I will be happy to go over the security plans with you and consider any ideas you might have. But any final decisions are up to me."

"I appreciate it," Kellie said, "Now if you'll excuse me, I have to go speak to my father."

Kellie took off and Yuri sighed, shaking his head before going back to work.

Inside the Quartermaine Mansion

Kellie found Jason and the kids getting ready to leave at the front door.

"You ready to go," Jason asked.

Kellie nodded and pulled Jason off to the side where the kids couldn't overhear. Olivia continued to help the kids gather their stuff and usher them out to the car while Kellie and Jason talked.

"I have an errand to run," Kellie said, "I'll meet you and the kids at home."

"What's going on?" Jason asked.

"There was some kind of confrontation between my father and Charles yesterday," Kellie whispered, "Yuri accidentally let it slip thinking I knew. Wouldn't tell me anything more than that."

"So is this a fact finding mission with Charles or…" Jason asked.

"I'm going to find my father and have some words with him," Kellie replied.

"Are you sure you should get involved?" Jason asked.

"My father and I were headed for a confrontation anyway," Kellie said, "Over the SEC case and what I overheard."

Do you really think you need to talk to Sonny?" Jason said, "I mean, we both know he's not really going to listen and…"

"I appreciate the concern," Kellie said, "But I have to do this. He probably won't care about anything I have to say other than to argue with me. That's okay. But Sonny crossed lines when he asked you to make a deal to keep the SEC from charging Carly and with whatever happened between him and Charles. If Yuri had to get involved as well Taggert, I can't let that slide."

"I don't want you to get hurt," Jason said, "Let me handle Sonny. Hopefully he won't bother Charles again."

"Jason, a word," Tracy interrupting, walking down the stairs.

"Not now, Tracy," Jason said.

"Yes, now," Tracy said, "Kellie, go and speak to Sonny Corinthos harshly with my fondest of blessings for whatever multitude of sins he committed this time."

"I'll see you at home, Jason," Kellie said, kissing Jason, and then leaving taking advantage of Tracy's interruption.

"Tracy, that was a private conversation," Jason said, exasperated.

"Let's be honest, you weren't going to win that argument with your wife," Tracy said, "I'm aware that you have referred between Kellie and Sonny from the time she first showed up in Port Charles, long before the two of you got romantically involved with each other. But we both know this confrontation between Kellie and Sonny has been a long time coming and you can't referee this one or protect Kellie from Sonny's reaction."

"She's been content to leave Sonny well enough alone for months now," Jason said, "It's been good for her. I don't want her to start something with Sonny that upsets that."

"I will openly admit, Kellie is not someone I particularly care to spend time with," Tracy said, "But I actually have a lot of respect for her. She has consistently stood up to her father time and time again. As much as I'm loathe to admit it, I admire that about her. However, speaking as someone who understands the complexities of a difficult father-daughter relationship, I suspect this confrontation needs to happen with her father for Kellie's sake. You can't make up for whatever you did that sent you groveling to Kellie and subjected to me to your brood of hooligans all weekend by shielding her from talking to Sonny. Let her get this off her chest."

Jason twitched slightly, not wanting to admit Tracy might be right.

"Ha…I'll take your silence as unspoken agreement," Tracy said, "You know I'm right."

Jason shook his head.

"Is there anything else?" Jason asked.

"Nope," Tracy said, smiling, "My work here is done."

Jason left and Olivia walked in.

"Do you I even want to ask what happened between you and Jason?" Olivia asked, seeing how pleased Tracy was with herself.

"Mind your own business, Olivia," Tracy said, walking off.
