Gone too soon
A/N: Hello everyone today I am making a new story all together.
While in Moving Forward, Jaune had support from Ruby and Pyrrha to help him. To be more confident in himself, and keep moving forward for them, and for himself. But in this, it's going to be different.
But don't worry this is NOT a hatred from everyone, with absolutely no one in his corner. He will go through a lonely spell. Jaune decided to leave much earlier, than before, and Ruby and Pyrrha missed him, so he wasn't able to talk to them, and build a deeper friendship with.
Let's see how his life is going to be without them with him, and let's just say…..it's going to be a little bit more heavy.
So without a further ado, let's go!
He failed to get in. He fought so hard with others there. From what he remembers the names of Ren, Nora, Pyrrha, and Illia. He led them in battle and they actually listened to him. He actually fought well when it came to his first fight with a grimm.
But, hearing that he didn't get in. He felt numb. Remembering how everyone never believed in him. How much he was hated by his peers. How much his family didn't take him seriously, and seen him as weak, clumsy, and not dedicated enough to anything but, comics, and video games.
He knows that his family loves him, but he always felt that he just embarrasses them. His mom and dad not so much, but his sisters he can feel it. They loved him, and refused to be around others who hurt him, or bullied him. But as a result, people took their frustration, and hatred out on him. They faked their ways into being his friends and how his main bullies, Jeffery Collins, and Catherine, made it their missions to ruin his life in any way possible.
Jeffery because he was already a dick, and that and his sister rejected him. Knowing that Jeffery, was just being his friend just to get closer to her. And Catherine, who is just another piece of work. Thinking she's better than anyone else. Because she is drop dead gorgeous, rich, and kind of a narcissist. Jeffery and her a perfect match for each other. They are both terrible people.
How no one ever believed in him, and constantly brought down his dream, this was his only chance, and now it is gone.
Jaune just got up, almost like he was on auto pilot. He walked to the docks, giving Beacon one last goodbye. And he could see his great, great, grandfather's statue standing proudly there. He looked on with such disappointment, and sadness. Not disappointment in his grandfather of course, but with himself.
Disappointed that he could not be a hero he always dreamed of, and going back home to life that was not fulfilling for him. Girls didn't like him, no friends, barely any skill unless it's some farming, he knows that his life will be a lonely one.
Sure he has his family, but, even with family you can still be lonely. It's almost expected for family to at least be somewhere there, but that is not the same. He will see his sisters going off to find love, and be surrounded by it, but can't share it with anyone.
He took one last breath, looked at Crocea Mors and entered the Bullhead, he told the pilot where to go and agreed. As the Bullhead lifted off he could feel his motion sickness flaring up, but his depression made him ignore it. He sat down looking at his weapon in sadness, starting to tear up a little. It was going to be messy getting home. Back to a school who bullies him, except for the teachers, they were always nice to him at least. And a family, that he believes is embarrassed with him.
What he didn't know or hear was two red headed beauties arriving at the docks. Calling out his name just hoping he will hear them. They liked Jaune, he didn't treat them negatively, or put them on a pedestal.
Both Pyrrha Nikos, and Ruby Rose kept yelling out for a little bit with some tears coming down their faces.
Jaune looked out the window one more time, and seen them waving and looking like calling out his name? Jaune just smiled. The two nice girls who were friendly to him. It looked like they didn't want to see him go, that caused him to tear up again, in happiness. Someone wanted to be near him, and not for selfish reasons, or just tricking him. He was still sad that he may never see, or hear from them ever again.
"Goodbye, my first friends." Jaune said softy to himself.
Jaune landed near Ansel, only a five minute walk, it was quiet, and nature was doing its usual thing. Birds flying about, and other animals doing its thing. No grimm thankfully. He remembers his dad saying that he was going to clear up any grimm out there, including the help with the local militia, so they should be good for a while.
Jaune arrived to the front gates, and the Militia let him in.
We all know how the conversation went with his family. Jaune told them about his time at Beacon, how he fought in Beacon, and showing them his aura. But his confidence was not as strong. With no one showing that they believed and cared for him, believing in yourself can only get you so far, when no one ever believed that you can be something more.
His relationship with his family was strained even more so. His father said he will train him in aura and Jaune agreed, but he was still cold to his father. And his father knew he deserved it. His sisters tried to talk to him but barely even got a word out of him. He didn't come down to eat with his family, he got his food and went to his room.
They were angry at him for that, but it quickly went away knowing how things are. They don't know if they will ever reconcile with Jaune, but they do hope, they can at least get back into talking with him.
Going back to school wasn't easy either. He had to wear his aura suppressor cuffs. Since he is below the legal age, and not a high school graduate. He returned to a place that breaks him down, and he has to pick up the pieces. The teachers tried their hardest to help him out, but they couldn't be everywhere at once.
Seeing how people still kept harassing him. But, now calling him "Loser", "Failure", and "Disgrace", which is some of the few notes and name calling he got. He was just trying to ignore everyone. So as a result, he is trying to focus on his studies, and to get out of school quickly as possible.
He doesn't know what he could do in his future. He is not good at a lot of things, and he is not really taken seriously, by others in Ansel. The older adults like to have him around since he helped them out from time to time. But all he did was do errands, mow lawns, carry food for them, etc.
All he can do is do retail as a career, and that will be a miserable existence right there. Some stores could be pleasurable to work at but, how word spreads about him, will not make it good. Being picked on by his peers, and harassed at work will no end well for him.
It was really lonely, his only comfort was seeing videos about how Hunters work, how they fought. It was a sight to behold! He already seen it back at Beacon but professionals were another beast entirely.
He was never able to look up Huntsman stuff, due to his parents blocking that. Now that he thought about it, they were doing their best to not let Jaune get any kind of training. They wanted him to be a house husband.
Good luck with that, he was not popular with women, and he just knows that they were going to introduce him to a woman of their choosing, thinking that she will be perfect for him. Those never work. Thinking that they would be cute together doesn't make happiness. It will just make things worse, arranged marriages never work out properly, because there is no love, and not having a good friendship first doesn't make a good relationship later!
He actually looked up Pyrrha, seeing how she fought was sight to see as well. She was as good a professional! His parents, stopped the blocking of huntsmen and huntress stuff in the house. He already seen how strong she was, and she unlocked his aura! She was his second real friend that he made, he just wishes that he kept in contact with Ruby and Pyrrha, just maybe he would be happier.
The month few weeks going forward was not an easy one. He was able to use his aura better now, thanks to his father's teachings, his father voiced his approval of him saying that "You absorb everything like a sponge son." Nathenial spoke in awe, and at the same time sadness. Knowing that his son had talent for this kind of work. He was so afraid to lose him, he was ok with his son being sad, not following his dream as long as he was safe.
That wasn't fair to Jaune, but he felt at the time it was the right thing to do, and that his son will thank him later. He never trained him for anything. Just cooking, cleaning, sewing, and other household stuff. He barely taught him how to defend himself, stand up for himself from bullies, or anything to boost his confidence. He just told him all you need is confidence, but not teaching him how to do it properly, just telling him.
That is false confidence, and when it fails your true confidence will be non-existent. And that is what happened to his son, and he saw it in real time. Coming home with milk in his hair sometimes, spelling like certain fruit. Some kids would throw stuff at him. But that Jeffey, and his crew did it more. That boy is under house arrest due to him almost killing his son. That really put a tighter leash on Jaune, thinking that, this is why he couldn't be a huntsman.
But now he knows, he made one of the biggest mistakes in his life, for not truly helping his son.
Jaune was walking away from school, just wanting to get his homework down. It was almost April and he knows that the hump to get everything done really be a hurdle. But was stopped by Catherine. Since Jeffery was unable to leave his home, Catherine took up the mantle to harass him. She along with their posse. They surrounded him.
She made false rumors of him for being a creep, and looking at girls in locker rooms, stalking them, and beating it off whenever he could.
She even said: "He failed Beacon, and he fails getting a girl. This is the only way that limped dick, loser can feel accomplished, or important. He won't be able to get any so he will do anything for it." Is what Cath would say to others.
Jaune just didn't have the energy to fight back. While he punched and dented a locker once, he never really had the strength mentally to throw paper balls back at his bullies, or even say anything. He just ignored them and kept going.
It pissed them off for him not saying anything, or just to get a rise out of him. He just stared at them, they can see the frustration in his eyes, but he did nothing.
Jaune wanted to tell them to stop, or fight back. But, if he gives them any attention, they would just win. They would win that they get under his skin, and will make it worse. And he never stood up for himself before, so he will just ignore them, not give them any power. If he would to fight back now, they will attack him even harder. Thinking "how dare he do something!" That's what happened with Jeffery, it is messed up, but he needs to do what he can to survive.
But right now, he might have to fight.
"Hey Arc." Cath said to him in a venom sweet voice.
"What is it Cath?" Jaune questioned, with not a lot of energy. He was so tired of them.
"You know, you going to Beacon really changed you. Seeing you so pathetic right now, I bet they said you sucked so bad, that a hooker is an amateur." Cath insulted him. The others just laughed at that. Jaune just stood there impassive. Starting to get a little angry. He fought hard at Beacon, while he cheated himself in, but he fought tooth and nail, during initiation.
"Yeah, I heard about the academies initiations, probably hid behind everyone else while they thought, probably pissed, and shat himself seeing a grimm for the first time!" Someone said out loud to everyone else. Making them all laugh at him.
Jaune was actually getting angry. They don't know how he fought with others side by side, leading them to victory. His knuckles started to turn white, feeling so angry, he was about to fight back, for the first time, in a long time. A guy walked up to him putting his arm over his shoulder while giving Jaune a cruel and sinister grin.
"Hey, I heard huntress' are hot as Cath over here. You're a creep right, you got any good pictures of any girl over there?" One goon asked, this caused the anger to boil over, but not until one last comment from him.
"Say, if you did find a nice girl over there, how about inviting her here, so we can have a good time. Maybe we will let you watch our for her to jerk off that micro dick of yours!" Everyone was laughing hard at that.
All Jaune could hear was their muffled laughter, and his heart beat. All he felt was to beat this pricks face in! Just like with Jeffery!
Jaune then knocked the guy's arm off of him, and Jaune threw a better haymaker, at the guy who dared to insult of any of kind people that he met. Ruby Rose, his first friend who wanted to be friends with him. And Pyrrha Nikos, the girl who unlocked his aura, and actually saved his life and seek him out to be her partner! That was an insult that he will not let stand!
The guy was knocked out from his punch. This caused the others to look on, with shocked faces seeing Jaune do something. Catherine gained a furious cold look, and some looking on with looks themselves. But then Jaune spoke.
"You can talk crap to me all you want. But if you even think, even for a second, that I will let you insult, such amazing people like that, I will take you down!" Jaune yelled out dropping his bag. The others ran quickly surrounded him.
Jaune punched a few in the face. But there were too many of them. They started punching him, slapping, kicking, and spitting on him! Catherine came up to him, the others holding him up, Jaune was gaining a black eye, from all the beatings but, he tried to look defiant. She kneeled down to him, show him her cleavage to him. She looked at him coldly.
She then slapped him as hard as she could, a few times. And scratched his face. A minute when by with his face starting to swell, bleeding down his face, and scratches going down his eyes.
"I hate you Arc." Catherine said to him, the only voice and sound was her breathing. "I hate you so much that, even the mere thought of you makes me want to vomit guts out. Just seeing your ugly face gives me hives." Cath said in cold hatred.
"You not even doing anything to stop us, or even speak up about it telling us to stop, you know what that tells me?" Cath said looking down on him now. "That you don't take us seriously, and you are defying me. You who can't even go 20 feet without falling, you who can't get your dick wet." Cath said with her voice growing louder.
"YOU WHO FAILED TO INTO BEACON, AND NOW YOUR STANDING UP TO ME?! YOU ARE A LOSER, A FREAK WHO SHOULD HAVE DIED, I ANGER, AND HATERED I FEEL FOR YOU SO MUCH RIGHT NOW, I WANT TO TAKE A KNIFE SLIT YOUR THROAT AND WATCH YOU DIE! Catherine yelled out at the top of her lungs infront of Jaune's face. His ears were ringing due to the volume. But Jaune said nothing. He will not give her the satisfaction. She knelt down again. And traced her manicured nails across his face.
"Oh but don't worry, I won't kill you. I will make sure, to wish that you are dead. I will make sure you will die alone, with no one to love you…ever." Cath said sinisterly.
"Besides, like I said before your freak, and a loser. No one will love you Jaune Arc." Cath said final. "Knock him, out, let's take him to the roof." She said lowly.
Jaune felt the blow to the back of his head, and he lost conscious.
When Jaune woke up, he felt himself to be chilly, and flashes and cruel laughing going off.
"He's so skinny, where's his muscles?!" Someone yelled out laughing. Jaune could barely hear them, due to his head spinning.
"It's there, you just got to look." Someone said.
"His dick is so small, he will never get a girl. Hey Arc, maybe you should get it removed so you could be the bitch that you are! Maybe then you can get something!" Someone said cruelly again.
"He's got big enough balls at least, but what's the point when you don't have the rod for it?!" Someone said to him.
Jaune mentally growled, he could feel his manhood retract inside of him. He read up on medical stuff that, sometimes your body will retract your penis, when you have great fear, if your life is in danger.(A/N: This actually happens)
Well hey not everyone can showers, people are growers, he finds himself to be average at least, but that is his lack of self-confidence talking.
Catherine walked up to him. Jaune was about to pass out again. She laughed softly at him.
"Fufufufu, you wanted to penetrate me with "that", you need a 7 at minimum to make me feel anything Arc. You will never satisfy a woman with that." Catherine said, insulting him. Jaune was almost out again.
"But don't worry Arc, you won't be able to get to use it anyway, no one will want to come near you after all." Jaune passed out again.
When Jaune woke up he seen that it was almost night time. He tried to free himself but the ropes that they used were too tight, and his aura suppressors were still on him. So he was stuck, for how long he doesn't know.
He was sitting there, for he would have to guess at least an hour, it was dark out. The moon was out in it's full glory. Even if it was shattered this is considered a fool moon night. He could even see the stars. His eyes were somewhat closed, due to all the beatings he had received. His face was swollen, his lower lip was swollen, and He was bleeding out of his nose, and a little from his head, due to the blow to his head.
Jaune kept trying to move out of the bindings to no avail. He sat there, waiting for a miracle to happen. It seems a miracle did happen in his eyes.
The roof door slammed open, seeing the local police, and a few militia members. Jaune smiled slightly. But frowned in confusion seeing them with disgusted looks in their eyes. Jaune knows that he is naked but, he is not that bad is he? And, he can feel his manhood back to normal, not retracting so, they could feel uncomfortable with that. He would feel the same way. Seeing someone buck naked like this, but it became even more weirder, when a few had their weapons pointed at him.
Jaune was about to question what was up, but was beaten to it for an officer saying the reason.
"Jaune Arc, you are under arrest for assault, kidnapping, and rape!" An officer said to him. Jaune could barely widen his eyes, but tried his best. What were they talking about?! When did he do that?!
Jaune was sitting in a jail cell, looking at the ground, he was bandaged up, and some of the swealing had gotten down. He was given his clothes back, but they were somewhat torn up. He was just staring at the wall sadly, and just seemed catatonic. He was brought in cuffed, covered in a blanket, to shield his shame. He asked them what happened, but a few ignored him. Someone muttered under their breath "You know exactly what you did you sick bastard."
Jaune was just confused, sitting there wondering how and why did this happen.
Jaune was sitting in jail until morning. He heard about his charge of how he attacked, kidnapped and raped Catherine. She made a video and turned it into the police. She was crying her eyes out, wearing shredded clothes, and she had a black eye on her, and her hair disheveled.
She looked the part of a victim, she sold it all too well. But, Jaune knew the truth, he knows that she is lying. And, her friends came in and said they found him beat him to a pulp, and left him for the police. They were saying they were heroes, and that he was a villain. To add insult to injury, they exposed his nude and beaten self online for all to see. Thankfully the vid was censored in a lot of places, but the damage was done, and he is going to be screwed for the rest of his life.
Everything, just….hurt.
When he heard the cell door open. Jaune turned his head to the door seeing an officer standing there impassively.
"Get up Arc, your parents are here." The officer commanded him. Jaune slowly got up and walked past the man. He was escorted to the front to see his mom and dad standing there. He walked up to them without looking them in the eye. He was just so…..done right now. He was tired emotionally, mentally, and spiritually.
They quietly left out of the station, to see a small crowd out there, booing, and jeering him.
"How could you let that monster out?!" Someone yelled out
"He will do the same to my little girl!" A father yelled out
"Leave him in!" A woman yelled out.
"Feed him to the grimm, he will only attract more!" Someone yelled out again.
They all started throwing stuff at him, majority rocks. He just took the hits with his dad in front, and his mom in the back. Some tried to even reach toward him to beat him to a pulp or even kill him. His dad stepped in and pushed them back, as they got into their car.
The ride home was silent. Jaune was sitting in the back looking at an envelope. He seen that he will appear for a small court. To see if he is guilty of assault, rape, and kidnapping. Jaune just looked away, just tearing up. How did this happen?
He will be transferred to prison. Rape is pretty much a death penalty. Those who take advantage of someone especially outside of the kingdoms, it can truly attract grimm even more. So as a result the rapist will essentially either be killed, locked away almost forever, or banished to survive in the wilds. He knows things will not work out for him. He has no one to help him out. He believes that his family, will just throw to the wolves.
After all, he is a failure after all.
When he arrived home. The chicken coop was spray painted with "Rapist, Loser, Freak!" To say the least. Jaune just sighed and went to the door, about to open it, and lock himself in his room, and quietly wait until his court date.
When he opened the door he seen all of sisters there, including Saphron and her wife, who is now officially pregnant. They asked him to be the doner, and they went to the doctors office and donated his sperm. And they said they will hold off until the time was right.
Jaune just looked at all of them for a quick moment. He can see at least them looking at him probably in pity, Jaune just looked down and started walking to the stairs to go to his room.
He was stopped by the twins. He looked them in the eyes. He assumed that they would look at him in disgust, but instead he seen them tearing up…by why?
They both hugged them, and that broke the flood gates. His whole family hugged him!
Why, why are they loving him right now?!
"W-why, w-w-would you even hug me?" Jaune asked. His voice and spirit sounding so broken. That broke their heart.
"Because we know that your not that Jaune." His dad spoke up.
"Yeah, we know that you will never stoop so low and harm anyone in that way, you wanted to be a hero, and we spat on it to no end." This time Saphron said to him. Saphron and Tera were already on their way to visit for the weekend. It was supposed to be a surprise. They arrived Friday night, that was last night.
"Seeing my baby so hurt so beaten up, so….defeated" His mother Annebelle Arc, or Anne for short, said to him hugging him strongly. She showed him the love of a mother. They all know he is not a rapist, he is a good person.
They were like that for a while. And discussed their next course of action. They were talking about his court date, but the smartest of his family Jacqueline Arc. Looked at his court order, and the other parts of the paper work. She found something interesting.
"Hey check this out. When it comes to the court, you can either go to trial, or have the charges dropped by….oh." Jackie said, ending in a dreadful tone. Jaune looked on with worry.
"Oh, why oh?" Jaune asked concerned. Everyone was happy with Jaune at least acknowledging them. But Jackie knows that they won't be able to contain themselves, of hearing the compromise.
"…It's either go through court and trial, or leave Ansel." Jackie said in a dreaded tone.
Just like that the whole family was in an uproar. Demanding, and swearing that they will fight this to the best of their abilities. While they were all doing that. They asked Jaune what had happened.
Jaune went on to tell them what happened yesterday. How he was about to leave, how Catherine and Jeffery's little posse ambushed him. They were talking bad about him, his time at Beacon, and how they said to him to invite a few girls from Beacon whom he met, so they can have fun. He told them he was beaten bad. And told them what she said to him. And how he woke up on the roof, with everyone laughing at him, insulting him, about essentially everything, and how he woke up a night time.
His family was just weeping and holding him. That girl wasn't the victim of assault, and kidnapping. Jaune was. And while he wasn't raped, he was taken advantage of, getting his birthday suit exposed to the world.
"They were insulting you of your manhood too, I managed to see part of the pictures and video. They don't what happens to the human body when it is faced in a deep stressful situation. Especially if your body believes that your life is in danger." Jackie said to him.
That made Jaune a little uncomfortable of his sister saying that, because of what she saw. But it was for medical and science reasons.
"Don't worry Jaune we will fight this or die trying, we know how you are treated so we know that you are innocent. We recorded your explanation so we can use that as unedited evidence." Nate said to him. With his family agreeing, and already talking about their future plans.
But Jaune didn't want that.
He knows how powerful Jeffery and Catherine's families. They will swerve the courts in their favor. Probably more than one lawyer willing to work together just to bury him. And it will be her word against his.
And on top of that, she is a gorgeous woman. They will flock to her, and take her side any day of the week. So this is a losing battle from the get go.
On top of that, even if they miraculously win. His family will be effected by all of this. People will still be out for his blood, and his family will be targeted. Gods know what would happen how this would affect his sisters lives. Terra, and Saphron were going to be parents, and having a family member that close to them, could affect their jobs in a negative way, their bosses could be wary of them, and let them go!
Was it paranoia maybe. But, not everyone is level headed so with a heavy heart Jaune chose to make his decision.
"Everyone listen." Jaune said to all of them. His voice felt like reaching out to the whole house. Jaune took a deep breath, and breathed out.
"I will leave Ansel." Jaune said to them. This caused all of them to look flabbergasted at him. And they were about voice their concerns. But Jaune stopped them before they could say a word.
"I know you all want me to stay and give into this. I know I am innocent. But, I am doing this so nothing will effect you all negatively." Jaune said to them. They looked confused at that, what did that mean?
"What do you mean, effecting us lil bro? Your life is the one to be affected, not us." Saphron spoke up to him. His family agreeing with her. They were all confused with that. But Jaune decided to give his reasons.
"Well Saph, it's because one. Jeffery and Catherine's family are really well off, and they will work together and good very good lawyers. Fighting court battles take money. And they probably have that a lot in spades. How long will it be, for us to get a good lawyer?" Jaune said pointing out a good reason. They did have connections to further their goals, it's one of the reasons why Jeffery wasn't going to jail or prison when he becomes of age, they made a deal, even though he was actively trying to kill Jaune that day. But, Jaune wasn't done yet.
"Reason number two. Where are we all going to get that money to fight this battle over and over again, we would probably have to rent out our house, make it a BnB, rent out rooms, or worse, sell the house." Jaune said to them all. They all widened their eyes hearing his logic. He was right again, and they were impressed with how Jaune put this all together.
"Reason Three. She is beautiful." Jaune said to them, causing a few to look at him weirdly. "By that I mean, the court, and possible jury will be on her side regardless of my evidence at this point. It will be her word against mine, and they have people to lie for her, you know how people felt about me before all of this." Jaune finished. His sisters looked down at that.
They all know where Jaune was getting that. They have seen that they got away with a lot of things because they are cute, adorable, beautiful, and sexy even. And to their shame, they did use their own beauty to get what they wanted. Especially when it came to their own family.
For their dad and brother, acting adorable, and giving puppy dog eyes to make them cave into their demands. And to sometimes making the boys in their classes to back off, or get them to get them something.
Honestly seeing that now, they swore to themselves to stop doing that. That can back fire on them in the worse way possible.
Jaune just ended up sighing sadly.
"And on top of that, everyone will be either too afraid, or be super angry around me, which will attract the gimm to Ansel. And I can't live with myself, if other innocent people, or if any of you get into trouble." Jaune said to them.
They all looked down in sadness at that. Jaune was yet again right. The grimm will be attracted to their town like a moth to a flame.
"But Jaune, there has to be something we can do." The twins spoke up. Jaune was about to put them down, and telling them that, there isn't much that they can do, but Jackie spoke up quickly, with some excitement!
"W-wait Jaune! I just read more of this especially in the fine print!" Jackie yelled out to him, showing where she was pointing at. Jaune looked at it read it to himself silently, his eyes widened at this, and read it out loud to the rest of the family with bated breath.
"It says right here: "If the defendant would agree to leave the settlement(Ansel) he would be able to plead his/ her case on a later date if they so choose. No time limit could effect the decision to do a fair trial if they so choose, this will be null and void if the defendant is deceased, or chooses to not bring about the reason of said banishment.
The defendant: Jaune Arc. Must make a decision of "banishment" in front of a judge by the time of a court case." Jaune read out to everyone.
This was an opportunity for Jaune to clear his name. His banishment from Ansel will be tough, because he will have essentially a big red sign on him. Everyone will avoid him like the plague, and he will essentially have no one in his corner to help him besides his family. This was the best course of action, for someone in his position.
Granted he may never get a chance to clear his name, but he can't risk double jeopardy. He read more. If convicted he would usually either go to prison, or again banishment, but to where the courts, and sometimes the "victims" would choose where to let them be banished at, and if they are to have any outside help.
And knowing his bullies, they have no problem killing him, from what he has seen.
Jeffery wanted him to die by his own hands in a way. And Catherine wants him to die socially, mentally, and emotionally. She probably wants him to take his own life. And right there he realized it.
A part of why they completed each other was, their equal hatred for him, now that was just sad.
"Well everyone, I think I got a plan, I will have to leave, I will pack as much as I can. They will probably try to get me to live out in the wilds, and to make sure I will die out there most likely so It's best that I pack the right things." Jaune said getting up from where he was sitting and going to pack what ever clothes he will need. They could still see the tears falling down his eyes.
His family just stared on, no knowing what to do. But then it came to them. They will try to make it easier for Jaune in anyway possible. Jaune's mother and father had an idea already.
They are going to give Jaune a tent, not just any tent. A huge family tent that can hold up to twelve people. They were going to use it upon their family camping trip, but this is more important. It was expensive but worth it. A beowolf couldn't even cut through it!
One of the perks of being retired hunters, they can get a lot of benefits and gifts, especially if you have done a lot for the kingdoms. His sisters will also pitch in where they can, Saphron and Terra will give him technology for help, and the others all scrambled to find anything to make it up to Jaune.

This is just my other story Moving Forward, but again, here, Jaune didn't meet Ruby and Pyrrha at the docks, and just ended up friendless.
