"Did you see the two new kids. They're weird, maybe mutants. They must've dropped out of Xavier's." Itsy and Shocket heard.
It was lunchtime at Midtown High and both girls were in the line in the cafetaria having a tough morning because they were smart like their dads which other kids weren't used to so had been mean to them but Shocket masked her hurt with sarcasm just like her pops when people were being jerks to him only she knew Itsy being very sweet, she was in touch with her feelings and the raccoon female could see on Itsy's face that those kids were hurting her feelings making her protective but after having trash dumped on her, that was enough for Shocket punching the kid making Itsy stunned. "Shocket that was cool but you might be in trouble." Itsy told her.
"Anybody else got something to say about us. Go ahead, I dare you." Shocket yelled making the lunch monitor get the teachers seeing them taking Shocket away making Itsy nervous for her bestie even though she knew this would happen hearing the bell ringing going to class only the other kids were keeping their distance in case Shocket got upset but at the end of the day she saw Shocket there hugging her tight making her smile because she'd been worried about her all afternoon.
"I was in the office along with my pops. I told them how the other kids were mean to us but I have detention for a month." Shocket told her making Itsy nod seeing Rocket there asking Itsy if she wanted help getting home seeing her shake her head activating her webs web-swingibg making Shocket smile in awe making Rocket understand saying they should be getting home making her hope Peter and Wade could make Itsy feel better, after the day they'd had.
Itsy sighed, as she entered the Parker house through her bedroom window, not wanting to see her dads right now doing her homework hearing her Spidey-dad home asking Wade if Itsy was home yet knowibg Wade was probably home seeing them enter her room hugging her making Itsy blush hoping Shocket was alright so could call her after dinner, if Rocket hadn't taken her phone away because of what had happened at school deciding not to tell her dads aboht that knowing Rocket would tell them.
She perked up, hearing they were having chimmichongas to celebrate her first day of school asking her as she was telling them, while helping make chimmichingas as Wade had taught her how since she had been young hoping Shocket could come over knowing she loved Mexican especially chimmichongas especially the ones her dad, Wade made seeing Peter's phone going off as it was Rocket while Itsy was taking out the trash, seeing baby raccoons grinning putting the trash in there. "Don't worry lil guys I won't hurt you, my bestie is a talking raccoon." Itsy said putting the trash can lid on hearing her dads call her back inside saying dinner was ready and to wash her hands which she was doing.
She then put some of the leftovers in a doggie bag, web sliding to Shocket's house knocking on her bedroom window seeing Shocket open it happy to see Itsy. "Meet me on the roof okay." Shocket whispered.
