Holding Out For a Hero

When Link and Zelda venture under the castle, they find a corrupted Link. After a quick battle, Link is defeated and Ganondorf awakens. Pushing Zelda out of the way, Link falls into the void. With Link gone, who is there to protect Hyrule? Lookout landing is constantly under attack from Dark Link's legion of monsters. Many lives are lost. Hyrule is barely staying alive.

1. Prologue

He had beaten the Demon Dragon, but was it all for naught? He had done everything he could, fought evils upon demons all for her.

But there she was, still floating lazily above the clouds.

Link pounded his fist into the ground in despair. Rauru had promised! He had promised she would come back!

So then where was she!

Still cursed to float the heavens?

Forever?
