Mrmarcusj95: Maybe one day. Maybe it'll be a one-shot.

Disclaimer: I do not own WWE. I only own the OC George Edwards/The Bladewolf.

Trish and George were making their way to the parking lot when Trish spotted George's car and whistled. "Okay, I know you get paid a lot with what we do, but how did you seriously afford a car like this?!" She gaped, running her hands along the hood.

George chuckled in amusement at her reaction. "Save up a lot of money. I got this baby last year in the summera, just before SummerSlam actually. What do you think?"

"What do I think? What do I think?" Trish looked at him like he was stupid, making him raise an eyebrow. "I think this is the sexiest ride I;ve ever seen! And you've invited me to ride along with you on the road?"

George shrugged. "We might as well, seeing as we're doing a storyline together."

Trish snorted. "You mean since we're dating on-screen."

"Alright, alright, get technical why don't you." He muttered. He walked over to the back and popped the trunk over so he could place their bags and suitcases inside. SmackDown had ended, so everyone was going to take their leave. The wrestlers were going to be heading back to the hotel or probably visit the local bars. George and Trish were the former, they wanted to head back to the hotel.

"I'm driving." Trish insisted.

"Hell no." George instantly shot that down as he put Trish's suitcase inside.

"I have a licence!"

"My car, I drive. Just be glad you get to sit in shotgun or I'd be packing your ass into the backseat."

Trish pouted before opening the passenger door and getting inside, muttering. "Put me in the backseat, I tell you. Everyone knows the backseat is where the sloppy car sex happens."

"I heard that!" George called, shutting the trunk and walking over to the driver's side. "And I've never had sloppy car sex. At least, that's not what I was told."

Trish shook her head. "Disgusting."

"You talked about sex first." George retorted, putting the keys in the ignition and starting the engine.

"That doesn't mean I want to hear about the sex you've had in this car! How could you shame this beautiful car?" Trish asked in a mock angry tone while running her hands along the leather seat.

George just rolled his eyes at her dramatics. "For your information, I only did it three times in this car since I bought it. Don't judge me. There's guys here that are way worse." He turned the radio on as Metallica's Sad but True played. "Oh yeah, I love this song."

Trish snorted with a grin. "You would." She nodded her head to the beat though. "Am i going to be listening to Heavy Metal all the time on the road with you?"

"No." George shook his head. "I'm not that cruel. You get to put in your own songs. And I'm not just a fan of Heavy Metal, I do like music outside of that type. Just don't even played country inside this car or i will not speak to you for six months."

"Ooh, scary." Trish chuckled and George joined in. "Okay, so no country music. What about hip-hop or pop?"

George raised a brow and hummed as he pulled out of the arena and onto the road. "If it's Michael Jackson, I'll allow it."

"Oh!" Trish's eyes lit up. "I love Michael Jackson!"

"Well, then these road trips are going to go swimmingly." George chuckled.

There was a stretch of comfortable silence in the car as George drove off while Trish looked out the window, watching the lanes pass along with car after car, the people walking along the sidealk.

"So, what's life for you like outside of the WWF?" She asked curiously, turning to look at him.

George raised a brow at her. "What do you mean?" He shifted his eyes between her and focusing on the road.

"Well, what do you do when you aren't scheduled for a show? What do you do in your private life?" Trish elaborated. "Do you see your family? Hang out with friends-"

"Sort of." George said with a hard swallow, not looking at her. "I'm a private person, it's why I don't do interviews and hardly go to those fan-signing events. I've avoided the in-depth interviews because I want to maintain the mystique and mysterious aura of his character. It's a little thing I picked up from Mark, who does the same for his character, Undertaker. I'm practically in character all of the time in order to sell it better on TV. Got so good at it that by January 1999, I was able to switch in and out of character easily."

"Not bad." Trish complimented. "What about family? You got any siblings?"

"Yeah, two older brothers and an older sister."

"Parents?" Trish asked.

At that, George went silent and his grip on the steering wheel tightened. "I... I'd rather not talk about them, if it's alright with you." He said in a tone that implied she better change the subject.

Seeing that it was a touchy subject, Trish did change the topic but was still curious on her friend's reaction to the mention of his parents. Did he have a bad relationship with them or was it something else?

So, as the drive continued, Trish talked about her own life. About her sisters, how she wanted to become a WWF Superstar, how she had watched the wrestling since she was a little girl to which George mentioned that he did the same when he was a kid along with his brothers.

All in all, it was not a bad way for their friendship to begin. They may be a couple on-screen, but that was no reason for it to affect them outside of WWF.

And that's it for this chapter. Kinda short, I know, but it's a start for the first off-screen chapter. I just wanted George and Trish to get to know each other while not dumping practically everything all at once. If anyone does have ideas for the off-screen chapter stuff, feel free to leave it in the reviews. It's hard to find a good wrestling story to take notes from, since most of them are always with "Kayfabe is real" or it's supernatural for some reason.
