After the meeting, Astrid walked home sad.
Magnus sighs "you really upset young Hiccup."
Astrid sighs "he heard me tell you and mom that I have no feelings for Hiccup. Then I called him weak, pathetic and useless."
Magnus gape in shock at his daughter "oh that's why his spirit was stabbed and he came down sick like he's dying."
Astrid gasped and sighs "it's my fault."
Hiccup was talking with heirs of visiting tribes.
Snotlout arrogantly says "why are you all talking with useless who gave me the title of heir because he couldn't get a girlfriend?!"
Camicazi ignores Snotlout and ask "where are you going from here, Hiccup?"
Hiccup answers "to continue treaties and find out if my mother is alive."
Snotlout leaves in rage.
He goes to the Hofferson house to hear Astrid talk to her parents.
In the morning, Astrid walked over to Stoick Haddock house and knocked on the door.
Stoick open the door to see Astrid standing there with a paper and ask "what do you want?"
Astrid sighs "I request to engage myself to your son, Hiccup after three years when he returns. When Snotlout proves unworthy of being heir to Berk, I want the job of Heir."
Stoick sighs and signs the paper.
Astrid leaves to find Hiccup.
She search the village until she found him in the dragon arena with the heirs and says "Hiccup?"
Hiccup turns around to see Astrid and groans "what do you want this time? To tell me more lies?"
Astrid walked upto him and grabs his collar to crash her lips into his.
She wraps her arms around his head to deepen the kiss.
Hiccup push her away to break the kiss and ask "what was that for?"
Astrid answer "I need to figure out reasons why I love you. We're betrothed and I'm giving you three years to forgive me."
Hiccup grumbes "fine, stubborn girl."
Astrid smirks "in three years, if you forgive me, I'll be your woman."
Thuggory laughs "wow, Hiccup. That is one girl that you would be an idiot to leave."
Hiccup sighs "three years. I'm going to go talk to Dagur about training me."
Camicazi comments "first, you should start with me train you, then Thuggory can teach you a few moves. Dagur may be able to teach you how to fight rage."
Hiccup nods his head.
A day later.
Hiccup was in the arena sparring with Camicazi using swords.
Astrid stop by to watch the sparring match.
Hiccup dodge the strikes and went to offence.
Camicazi turn it up a notch "Hiccup? Astrid must be smart to drop you for your past attempts to prove your a viking. You can't fight to save anyone."
Hiccup spirit snap filling him with rage and hate.
He block a strike and kick in her stomach then twist her sword out of her hand to the other side of the arena.
He then slash across her chest then spined kick her away two feet.
He scowls "you women are just the same! You don't appreciate a boy that had to risk his damn life to end dragon war! I hate you all!"
Camicazi gasped at the level of hate.
Hiccup walk past Astrid and hiss "little piece of trash. Don't appreciate anyone who try to get your love or friendship! I wasted ten years and you just turned me away like I'm worth nothing!"
He walked a few steps and collasped.
Thuggory and Dogsbreath help carry him to healer Gothi.
Camicazi dragged Astrid to her house for answers.
