Where would the best place in the world be to hide from a very pissed-off Superman?

The only place he could think of to hide, and the thought of it was terrifying. But he was up for a challenge and the impossible. He was also bored, and he had not had any good challenges from detectives lately, and he really missed the thrill. He needed something in his life, and he also needed a nap.

So, it might not have been the best idea to borrow Lois Lane for a while as bait. His left cheek was really hurting right now, and he could swear that she had superpowers with that. There was still a hand print on the side of his face, and his tooth was wobbling again. He knew that he would need to go to the dentist again. But he did not know how he was going to explain this one. If his cheek was broken or he had the slap handprint for a scar, that would be a dead giveaway. This was so not fair, and his face was starting to swell up, and he was also looking like a monster.

Shinichi was fast asleep in what was supposed to be his bed. And when he said fast asleep, it was as if the girl was in a coma and would never wake up. Again.

He looked at her, and he could see that she was kind of cute. in an innocent way and did not look half as terrifying the last time he saw her. And the memory of the last time made him blush, and...

He hated puberty and needed it to end already. The mishaps and things that would happen to his fellow male teenagers were humiliating.

The detective looked like she needed the sleep anyway.

He knew that she had a GPS device on her and that she would soon be found and rescued by whoever she was with.

He was rather curious to know what she was doing there in the first place and what was happening with her. The girl had vanished from the face of the earth. Again. And he could clearly see that she was hiding and trying to blend in. But this was a really weird place to blend in with other places in the world. But it was also a place where she could possibly fit in. Well, she used to be that person before everything bad that happened to her happened.

He really should have wiped all of the fingerprints down before he left. It would be best not to leave a shred of evidence that he was here and to flee back to Japan ASAP.

Shinichi knew who he was, and he did not want to rattle that cage and end up being a jailbird. And this was the worst place to be sent to prison, or people could think that he was insane. Most people thought that he was insane in both identities, and this was something that he really did not need to be assessed and poked and prodded at.
