Percy was curled up on the floor wanting nothing more than to dip her arm into a cold stream of water. It was a strange injury for there were no actual flames nor scorch marks that would indicate that she had been burned to the magnitude of the pain she was feeling. Percy had fought in many battles many that were far worse than this and yet she had never felt more hopeless than she did in that moment, but she knew that if she was going to get out of here she needed to play his game, she needed to find a way to get out without causing more harm to herself. She rose from the floor, the woman had disappeared seconds before the man had entered the room and it seemed that she wasn't coming back, percy looked around to a small wardrobe that had two dresses in it. They were in the same delicate material that the night gown she was wearing was in but they were far more enchanting. Percy searched through the whole room looking for anything but alas there was nothing she could use to get out or signal for help. She was about to go to the balcony when she remembered the forcefield and decided otherwise. She had searched for about twenty minutes when she saw a tray on her bed. It was small with a handful of strawberries and some bread, with a note on it. The note was written in cursive that made percy curse her dyslexia even more as it was quite the task to read the note.
Little princess
I have taken some thought to your actions during our meeting and I must say your fire impressed me. I've seen how you can be much like your father in your temper. Let's hope that you have learned your lesson by now. Your first task will be something simple. You are to complete a puzzle before you accompany me for a meal tonight. The rules for this puzzle are as follows: no researching from books around the room, no breaking the puzzle and no using any tools other than your hands to solve it. Once you have finished the puzzle you are to put on the dress labelled starlight and then put the blindfold on to which you will then be led into the place in which you will have you will be accompanying me for the meal.
Failure to comply with any of these instructions will land you in more trouble. I do believe you remember your arm.
Have fun
Yours Truly
Then nothing, not a name or even initials. Her first task was a puzzle but what puzzle she couldn't see one nor could she see a blind fold, but she did notice that the tray was lying on an odd angle. Slowly, percy lifted the tray and underneath was a wooden puzzle box that had a strip of black fabric around it, the blindfold. It was an intricate little thing really and she would no doubt pick it up at a shop if she saw it, she would definitely get it for Annabeth. She would love a puzzle box like this. Annabeth, her friends oh she hadn't seen them in so long she wondered if anyone other than her mother had noticed that she was missing, if perhaps they were looking for her. Oh how she hoped they were. She was supposed to solve this puzzle box but why, what was the point of it. Then she was to have dinner with this man in a dress of his choosing, blindfolded. That was worse she hated the idea that she had to wear a blind fold. Then there was the dress, she had seen the exact one he wanted her to wear in the wardrobe it was gorgeous. But for now her attention should be on the puzzle box who knew what time it was and she really didn't want to be harmed any more so she sat on the bed taking a strawberry and popping it into her mouth. She began studying the box and all she could think was "what would Annabeth do?"
Olympus*
The council were all fuming, it took a good hour for all of them to be calm enough to actually continue with the meeting. Poseidon looked like he was going to commit atrocities worthy of tartarus and by the looks of it both Hades and Zues would either turn a blind eye or help him. All the others would also help. They couldn't stand what they had witnessed.
Aphrodite spared a glance at Ares; she had heard Apollo tell Artemis that for some reason Ares seemed to faint during training with no explanation. The goddess of the hunt joked asking if his ego had finally hit him in the butt, yet even Aphrodite could tell she was concerned for her brother. When she looked over she could see actual fury in his eyes, a kind of fury she didn't expect to see well to be fair she couldn't blame him, they were all feeling that way.
Ares was in pain, his arm was aching and his chest felt the same but he couldn't care right that moment he was fuming. When he had heard that something was wrong with percy he wasn't too bothered after all the demigod could handle herself she had proven that many times. But when he saw her get abducted anger bubbled inside him. The person who did it covered their tracks perfectly as if they knew their actions would be observed by iris message, if he wasn't so angry he would have applauded the skills of this person. When he saw Percy in that nightgown he had to admit even to himself she did look rather stunning, she looked like one of them, one of the divine.
Zeus continued the meeting and it had come down to a vote that wasn't at all needed; they were not only going to allow the demigods to look for her but they themselves will also join the search. Artemis, Dionysus and Hermes went to the camps to inform them of what was going on. Artemis insisted that the hunters would join the search even though percy declined her offer at becoming a huntress the entire group had already agreed in the fact that percy was like a sister to them. Athena went to talk to the seven then she was going to join Hephestuas in their search for any sort of information. The rest of them will do their jobs then help in the search best they could. Poseidon knew that he had to go to Sally Jackson's apartment to look for any clues. He was debating whether or not to tell Sally about what they had witnessed but he knew that Sally would want all the information she could get.
